Today, approximately 70.4% of the electricity produced in the world is provided by thermal power plants, 15.2% by hydropower plants, and 14.4% by solar, wind and other types of power plants. This indicator produces approximately 87 % of electricity in the Republic of Uzbekistan by thermal power plants, 10.2% by hydropower plants, and 2,8% by solar and wind power plants. It can be seen that meeting the needs of electricity on a global scale is mainly done through fossil resources. The sharp decline of underground reserves, now requires the need to find a solution to the problem of creating alternative energy sources. For this reason, the problem of electric energy is also serious in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the cheapest electricity is obtained through hydroelectric power stations. The reason is that 1 kW of electricity received through hydroelectric power stations is 295 soums.

The article develops energy and resource efficiency modes of the technological process that meet the requirements of the “frequency converter - asynchronous motor - pump - pressure pipeline” system as a control object. Methods for regulating water pressure and water flow produced by pumping units are considered in order to ensure a schedule for water supply to irrigation pumping stations. The active, reactive and total electrical energies received by an asynchronous motor to change water flow by changing the position of the pressure valve in the pressure pipeline are calculated. In order to optimize water flow and water pressure by changing the speed of rotation of the pump impeller, the frequency converter system of an asynchronous motor with a squirrel-cage rotor was calculated and compared with the method of changing water flow using a push valve, by calculating active, reactive and total electrical energy from the network.

The use of linear graphs in the development of a mathematical model of metal melting in an induction crucible furnace allows to determine the metal melting temperature and control the excess temperature in the main parts of the furnace. In addition, if it is necessary to optimize the thermal mode of operation of the furnace according to the presented graph conversion method, a graph model of any part of the furnace with the desired thermal parameters can be obtained.

In this research, the task of a water-lifting pump station is to maintain a given pressure of the pumped water regardless of its flow rate, which can vary significantly depending on many conditions Water-lifting pumping stations are designed to pump maximum flow. With this in mind, regulation methods are required to ensure the operation of pumping units at different costs.

The article discusses the main processes that occur during the self-start of pumping units of pumping stations of systems of machine lifting for irrigation, ensuring the rational use of electricity, pumping equipment and irrigation water.
