This study aims to develop, examine, and test organizational and individual predictors of knowledge sharing behavior of teachers in the higher education sector in Pakistan. The study examined the direct and indirect effects of organizational factors on knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) through individual factors. The social capital theory has been utilized to explain the premise of this research. This study uses a survey design. Data has been collected from 269 university teachers in Pakistan. A Structural equation modeling has been used to test the hypotheses using SPSS and Amos. The Data supported the hypotheses. This Study concludes that organizational and individual are important for enhancing KSB as organizational factors work through individual factors to influence the KSB of faculty members.

The Game Theory is aiding global tourism research to leverage destination appeal and competitiveness in the context of climate change advocacy. As global tourism continues to play a vital role in economic development and cultural exchange, there is a growing need to unravel the complexities of tourist behavior and destination competitiveness. Therefore, this study aims to utilize the Game Theory to investigate the relationships between Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Regenerative Tourism Destination Competitiveness (RTDC), Tourist Visit Intention (TVI), and Destination Loyalty (DL) within the UAE, with the moderating role of Climate Advocacy. An online survey (using Google Forms) was distributed via social media platforms (primarily Facebook groups), resulting in data collection from 296 respondents. Smart PLS 4 and SPSS were utilized for data analysis. The findings revealed that RTDC had significant positive relationships with FOMO, DL, and TVI, thus supporting hypotheses 1 to 10. However, the hypothesis regarding Climate Advocacy moderating DL and TVI was not supported. Based on the Game Theory, this study contributes to the theoretical understanding of regenerative tourism destination competitiveness and offers practical implications for destination management strategies. Limitations include reliance on self-reported data and context-specific considerations. Future studies should also consider cultural contexts, to enhance the external validity of research outcomes. This research discusses the significance of environmental transformational leadership (ENTL) in the creation of energy-saving sustainable behaviors (EESB) among employees in the tourism and hospitality sector of China. The method is consequently a quantitative analysis, where the mediating effect of green intrinsic motivation (GNIM) and green passion (GRP), and the moderating role of green altruism (GNA) are examined to understand their influence on the relationship between ENTL and EESB. The data were gathered from multiple hotels in major Chinese cities, with the use of a structured questionnaire. The study shows that ENTL has significant effect on EESB, with GNIM and GRP serving as mediating factors. In addition, GNA was shown to have been able to boost the effects that ENTL has on these mediators. The findings are indicative of the vital role of leadership in promoting responsible practices within the tourism and hospitality sector, and towards the attainment of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This research not only fills the gaps in the existing literature that primarily focuses on developed economies but also provides policy makers and business leaders with practical solutions for enhancing the sustainability in emerging economies. University brand marketing leaders are reimagining their brand response to the global crisis, as COVID-19 pandemic continues to raise fears, especially due to the recent spike of the 'delta variant' outbreaks. Addressing this serious and immediate concern, the present study made the initial attempt to investigate the effects of forced-shift to online learning (FSOL), international students' learning engagement (ISLE) and perceived harm (PHRM) of COVID-19 on university brand image (UBI) in South Korea. Drawing on survey data of 245 international students, the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique provided empirical evidence on the significant positive effects of FSOL on ISLE and UBI. The findings also confirmed that PHRM significantly and positively moderates FSOL and ISLE, whereas the results supported that ISLE partially mediates FSOL and UBI. Finally, this study developed and validated two new scales to measure FSOL and PHRM. The study findings signal innovative ways of marketing university brand image, while university leaders, faculties and students eagerly wait to switch back to a safer offline learning environment. The study aims to address poverty eradication efforts globally and promote sustainable development goals (viz., SDGs 1 and 8), specifically focusing on improving quality of life, population optimization, job creation, and economic growth. The research investigates the increasing poverty rates in Sub‐Saharan Africa and analyses the role of population, unemployment, and quality of life in 18 selected countries from 2002 to 2019. The study employs the novel panel quantile autoregressive distributed lag method (PQARDL) developed by Chishti and Retish (2023) to address complex econometric challenges. The findings indicate that unemployment significantly contributes to short‐ and long‐term poverty across all market situations (bearish, normal, and bullish). Conversely, population growth significantly discourages poverty across African economies in the short and long term. These effects are observed in the case of remittances and GDP. Interestingly, the impact of infant mortality and life expectancy on poverty remains insignificant in the short term. Still, life expectancy discourages poverty in the long term, while infant mortality increases poverty in bearish, normal, and bullish market situations. As a result, unemployment and population growth are important factors determining poverty in Sub‐Saharan Africa.
