Experiments were carried out on flow boiling in mini- and micro- channels under local heating for different heater size. It was found that with an increase in the channel height in the range of 0.2–3.7 mm, the intensity of heat transfer and the critical heat flux increase significantly. For a given flow rate and channel height, the critical heat flux on the 3x3 mm2 heater exceeds the heat flux on the 10x10 mm2 heater, and the difference increases with increasing channel height. Boiling curves were also obtained.

In this work, experimental studies were carried out on the flight of levitating liquid microdrops over the contact line around a dry patch formed in the horizontal liquid film heated from below in the temperature range of 52°C - 77°C. The working area is a textolite base, in the center of which a copper rod of a circular cross section with a diameter of 3 mm is pressed. The copper rod serves as a heating element. It was found that with an increase in the substrate temperature and decrease in the diameter of the microdroplets the height of the flight increases.

Intensively evaporating liquid films moving under the action of the cocurrent gas flow in a microchannel are promising for the use in modern cooling systems of semiconductor devices with high local heat release. This work has studied the dependence of the critical heat flux on the inclination angle of the channel. It has been found that the inclination angle in the plane parallel to the flow has no significant effect on the critical heat flux. Whereas the inclination angle in the plane perpendicular to the flow, on the contrary, significantly changes the value of the critical heat flux. However, for a given flow rate of fluid there is a threshold gas velocity at which the critical heat flux does not differ from the case of zero inclination of the channel. Thus, it can be concluded that the cooling system based on shear-driven liquid films can be potentially used when direction of the gravity changes.

In what follows two curious generalizations of four-element matrixes for first-degree relevant logic will be presented. The first part of the paper deals with the semantic consideration and algebraic analysis of inconsistent logic PR (P for paraconsistent, and R for relevant), to be result of combining matrixes for the system FDE with the matrix for classical implication. Background and Purpose: One of the most important mechanisms of tissue regeneration is the high functional activity of cells, including proliferation. Currently, there are practically no effective skin cell activators on the pharmaceutical market. The purpose of this work was to demonstrate the stimulating effect of spiroconjugated 1,2,3-triazolo[5,1- b ]1,3,4-thiadiazine (STT) on the functional activity of fibroblasts., Experimental Approach: STT containing ointment for dermal application was made. To assess in vivo effect of the STT a linear wound model in rats was tested. A combination of histological techniques and mechanical testing was employed to estimate the stimulating effect of STT on the functional activity of fibroblasts., Findings/results: The STT significantly increased the number of fibroblasts as well as the density and order of produced collagen fibers in the dermis during the wound healing process. As a result, a tissue was formed at the site of damage with the structure corresponding to normal skin.
