China, as the world's largest producer and consumer of fruits, is transitioning to quality development. In the increasingly competitive food industry, innovative IP-based approaches can create unique cultural symbols for fruit-based foods. This study analyzes the current state of fruit food IP image design both domestically and internationally. Eye-tracking experiments were conducted to identify user visual attention focus. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was adopted to construct an element framework for capturing the core elements of fruit food IP images. By solving attribute weights and clarifying user needs, qualitative and quantitative methods were combined to transform subjective concepts into measurable data. The visual experience of fruit food IP images was deeply explored through key attributes such as brand visual symbols, brand tone, and style evolution. Finally, innovative pathways for domestic fruit food IP image design were proposed.

Abstract Baryonic two-body B mesons decays have been measured experimentally for some time, which provides an excellent ground for studying the QCD of baryonic B decays. In this work, we investigate the two-body doubly-charmed baryonic B decays in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach including higher twist contributions to the light-cone distribution amplitudes (LCDAs). The charmed baryon LCDAs are included up to the twist four and the effect of the subleading component of the B meson LCDAs is studied for details. With the inclusion of these higher-power contributions, the PQCD results on rates can explain the current experimental data well. Moreover, we note that the SU(3) symmetry breaking is important in the concerned processes and play an essential role in understanding the measurements of B B ¯ 0 → Λ c + Λ ¯ c − $$ \mathcal{B}\left({\overline{B}}^0\to {\Lambda}_c^{+}{\overline{\Lambda}}_c^{-}\right) $$ and B B − → Ξ c 0 Λ ¯ c − $$ \mathcal{B}\left({B}^{-}\to {\Xi}_c^0{\overline{\Lambda}}_c^{-}\right) $$ . We also evaluate the angular asymmetries for the first time, which have neither been measured experimentally nor calculated theoretically. All these predictions can be tested in future.

The peroxydisulfate single-oxidation technology can effectively degrade organic pollutants under the activation of transition metals. However, there are issues such as excessive oxidant dosage, narrow pH range, and secondary pollution caused by metal ions leaching. To address these problems, a highly dispersed supported zero-valent copper catalyst(Cu0@LDHs) was obtained by loading transition metal copper onto hydrotalcite(LDHs) carriers by the impregnation-reduction method. Cu0@LDHs was used to activate the hydrogen peroxide-sodium persulfate(H2O2-Na2S2O8) dual-oxidation system for the degradation of oilfield hydroxypropyl guar gum (HPG). Based on the optimization of reaction conditions, it was found that within the pH range of 3 to 11, the H2O2-Na2S2O8 dual-oxidation system still maintained a high degradation effect on HPG, with degradation rates higher than 76.30% at 25 min, and COD removal rate of 93.91% after 120 min. Cu0@LDHs maintained good catalytic activity even after 5 cycles of regeneration, with HPG degradation efficiency of above 80%. During this process, ·OH and SO4·- were identified as the main active species, and there was a synergistic effect between them. XRD, SEM, and BET characterization of Cu0@LDHs before and after the reaction indicated that the high activity of the catalyst was mainly attributed to the highly dispersed Cu0 on the surface of the hydrotalcite carrier, which exhibited excellent activity and stability.

【Objective】Common optical switches are usually polarization sensitive or have complex structures, the article proposes a 2×2 microfluidic optical switch.【Methods】The optical switch proposed in this article employs a waveguide structure. It utilizes microfluidic driving technology based on magnetic fluids, along with trace amounts of liquid and air, to achieve optical path selection and switching functions for the optical switch. The transmission characteristics of optical switch are studied and discussed, and the structure of optical switch is optimized.【Results】The results show that the insertion losses at two output ports of optical switch are 0.42 and 0.20 dB, and the crosstalk are -24.13 and -42.63 dB, respectively.【Conclusion】The proposed 2×2 microfluidic optical switch has simple structure and is not sensitive to polarization. It also has lower insertion loss and crosstalk than common optical switches. It can be used as the switching core for building Optical Cross Connect (OXC) equipment to realize the fault protection function of the optical network.

To address the low path planning efficiency of mining vehicles in narrow, winding underground tunnels with unknown obstacles, a global path planning algorithm, DVGA*, was proposed, integrating simplified visibility graphs (SVG) and the A* algorithm. Based on the construction of a point cloud map of the real environment, the algorithm connected the vehicle's visual tangent points from different viewpoints to dynamically generate the SVG. The visual tangent points were sequentially stored in the OPEN list as nodes, and nodes were selected for the CLOSED list based on the A* algorithm's evaluation function to ensure the shortest path. This process continued until the endpoint appeared in the OPEN list, resulting in the optimal path points being stored while the remaining nodes in the OPEN list were deleted. Finally, a path smoothing algorithm was utilized to further reduce the number of path nodes, thereby enhancing path planning efficiency. Experimental results indicated that compared to the Complete Visibility Graph + A* algorithm, SVG + A* algorithm, and SVGCA* algorithm, the DVGA* algorithm had the shortest planning time for complex long-distance paths, with average path lengths reduced by 10.79%, 6.26%, and 2.86%, respectively, demonstrating stronger adaptability and higher planning success rates. Results from underground tests showed that in areas with variable tunnel widths and while avoiding static obstacles, the path planned by DVGA* was smoother compared to that of the SVGCA* algorithm. When avoiding dynamic obstacles, DVGA* was able to promptly correct the path, ensuring timely and stable path planning. In complex and variable tunnel environments, the planning time and path length of DVGA* were reduced by 11.51% and 1.54%, respectively, compared to SVGCA*, indicating higher environmental adaptability and stability.

Abstract In this work, we investigate six helicity amplitudes of the four-body $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow (\pi \pi )(K\bar{K})$$ B ( s ) → ( π π ) ( K K ¯ ) decays via an angular analysis in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach. The $$\pi \pi $$ π π invariant mass spectrum is dominated by the vector resonance $$\rho (770)$$ ρ ( 770 ) together with scalar resonance $$f_0(980)$$ f 0 ( 980 ) , while the vector resonance $$\phi (1020)$$ ϕ ( 1020 ) and scalar resonance $$f_0(980)$$ f 0 ( 980 ) are expected to contribute in the $$K\bar{K}$$ K K ¯ invariant mass range. We extract the two-body branching ratios $$\mathcal{B}(B_{(s)}\rightarrow \rho \phi )$$ B ( B ( s ) → ρ ϕ ) from the corresponding four-body decays $$B_{(s)}\rightarrow \rho \phi \rightarrow (\pi \pi )(K \bar{K})$$ B ( s ) → ρ ϕ → ( π π ) ( K K ¯ ) based on the narrow width approximation. The predicted $$\mathcal{B}(B^0_{s}\rightarrow \rho \phi )$$ B ( B s 0 → ρ ϕ ) agrees well with the current experimental data within errors. The longitudinal polarization fractions of the $$B_{(s)}\rightarrow \rho \phi $$ B ( s ) → ρ ϕ decays are found to be as large as $$90\%$$ 90 % , basically consistent with the previous two-body predictions within uncertainties. In addition to the direct CP asymmetries, the triple-product asymmetries (TPAs) originating from the interference among various helicity amplitudes are also presented for the first time. Since the $$B_s^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\phi \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^-)(K^+K^-)$$ B s 0 → ρ 0 ϕ → ( π + π - ) ( K + K - ) decay is induced by both tree and penguin operators, the values of the $$\mathcal{A}^\textrm{CP}_\textrm{dir}$$ A dir CP and $$\mathcal{A}^{1}_{\text {T-true}}$$ A T-true 1 are calculated to be $$(21.8^{+2.7}_{-3.3})\%$$ ( 21 . 8 - 3.3 + 2.7 ) % and $$(-10.23^{+1.73}_{-1.56})\%$$ ( - 10 . 23 - 1.56 + 1.73 ) % respectively. While for pure penguin decays $$B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\phi \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^-)(K^+K^-)$$ B 0 → ρ 0 ϕ → ( π + π - ) ( K + K - ) and $$B^+\rightarrow \rho ^+\phi \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^0)(K^+K^-)$$ B + → ρ + ϕ → ( π + π 0 ) ( K + K - ) , both the direct CP asymmetries and “true” TPAs are naturally expected to be zero in the standard model (SM) due to the absence of the weak phase difference. The “fake” TPAs requiring no weak phase difference are usually none zero for all considered decay channels. The sizable “fake” $$\mathcal{A}^{1}_{\text {T-fake}}=(-20.92^{+6.26}_{-2.80})\%$$ A T-fake 1 = ( - 20 . 92 - 2.80 + 6.26 ) % of the $$B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\phi \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^-)(K^+K^-)$$ B 0 → ρ 0 ϕ → ( π + π - ) ( K + K - ) decay is predicted in the PQCD approach, which provides valuable information on the final-state interactions. The above predictions can be tested by the future LHCb and Belle-II experiments.

IntroductionPortal hypertension combined with hypersplenism (PHcH) is the main cause of hypocytosis and esophagogastric variceal hemorrhage in patients with liver cirrhosis. Activated macrophages that destroy excess blood cells are the main cause of hypersplenism, but the activating pathway is not very clear. This study aims to investigate the activation types of splenic macrophages and their activation mechanisms, to provide experimental evidence for the biological treatment of splenomegaly, and to find a strategy to improve liver fibrosis and inflammation by intervening in splenic immune cells. This study revealed the occurrence of M2-like polarization of macrophages and upregulation of c-Myc gene expression in the PH spleen.MethodsRNAseq, protein chip, western blot, and chip-seq were performed on macrophages and the in vitro MEK inhibitor rafametinib was used. Carbon tetrachloride and thioacetamide induced mouse cirrhosis models were separately constructed.Resultsc-Myc gene knockout in splenic macrophages reduced M2-like polarization and exacerbated liver fibrosis inflammation. c-Myc activated the MAPK signaling pathway and upregulated the expression of IL-4 and M2-like related genes in PH hypersplenism through the MEK-ERK-c-Myc axis. In addition, the c-Myc gene exerted anti-inflammatory effects by upregulating IL-4-mediated signal transduction to promote M2-like differentiation and anti-inflammatory cytokine secretion.ConclusionsActivation of MEK‐ERK‐c‐MYC signaling pathway promotes splenic M2-like macrophage polarization to inhibit PHcH-liver cirrhosis. Therefore, the induction of macrophage depolarization might represent a new therapeutic approach in the cure of PH hypersplenism, making c-Myc a potential candidate for macrophage polarization therapy.

In this paper, the contents of 12 mineral elements in 100 samples of four types of takeaway fast food, including porridge and noodles, special snacks, Chinese fast food and Western fast food, sold in Beijing were analyzed by ICP-MS, and the RNI and UL values of the elements were used as the assessment criteria for preliminary dietary nutritional assessment of different age groups. The results showed that the range of mineral element contents in the samples was wide and the degree of dispersion was large. The intakes of Na, I and Cr could meet the daily dietary needs of the whole population in all types of takeaway samples, while the intakes of Ca, Mg and Fe were insufficient. The insufficient intakes of K, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo and Se were found in some of the samples of some populations. The intakes of the 12 elements showed different degrees of variability among the four types of takeaways, with lower intakes of each element in congee and noodle dishes, and K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Se and Cr showed significant differences from the other three types. The intake of each element was lower in congee and noodles, which showed significant differences with the other three categories. In addition, the intake of take-away fast food was found to be excessive, with Zn and I exceeding 1.1%~5.3% and 3.6%~14.3%, respectively, in different age groups. The results showed that the long-term take-away population should pay attention to adjusting their dietary structure, balancing the intake of take-away food containing meat, vegetables, legumes, eggs and milk, and appropriately replenishing various types of minerals with insufficient intake. At the same time the health risks of “over-nutrition” brought about by fast food takeaways should be paid attention, and the young minors were the key concern groups.

Lipid droplets (LDs) are dynamic organelles that store neutral lipids and are closely linked to obesity. Previous studies have suggested that Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) supplements can ameliorate obesity, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we hypothesize that LBP alleviates LD accumulation in adipose tissue (AT) by inhibiting fat-specific protein 27 (Fsp27) through an activating transcription factor-6 (ATF6)/small-molecule sirtuin 1 (SIRT1)-dependent mechanism. LD accumulation in AT is induced in high-fat diet (HFD)-fed mice, and differentiation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes (PAs) is induced. The ability of LBP to alleviate LD accumulation and the possible underlying mechanism are then investigated both in vivo and in vitro. The influences of LBP on the expressions of LD-associated genes ( ATF6 and Fsp27) are also detected. The results show that HFD and PA differentiation markedly increase LD accumulation in ATs and adipocytes, respectively, and these effects are markedly suppressed by LBP supplementation. Furthermore, LBP significantly activates SIRT1 and decreases ATF6 and Fsp27 expressions. Interestingly, the inhibitory effects of LBP are either abolished or exacerbated when ATF6 is overexpressed or silenced, respectively. Furthermore, SIRT1 level is transcriptionally regulated by LBP through opposite actions mediated by ATF6. Collectively, our findings suggest that LBP supplementation alleviates obesity by ameliorating LD accumulation, which might be partially mediated by an ATF6/SIRT1-dependent mechanism.

Abstract In this work, we make a systematical study on the four-body $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow (\pi \pi )(\pi \pi )$$ B ( s ) → ( π π ) ( π π ) decays in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, where the $$\pi \pi $$ π π invariant mass spectra are dominated by the vector resonance $$\rho (770)$$ ρ ( 770 ) and the scalar resonance $$f_0(980)$$ f 0 ( 980 ) . We improve the Gengenbauer moments for the longitudinal P-wave two-pion distribution amplitudes (DAs) by fitting the PQCD factorization formulas to measured branching ratios of three-body and four-body B decays. With the fitted Gegenbauer moments, we make predictions for the branching ratios and direct CP asymmetries of four-body $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow (\pi \pi )(\pi \pi )$$ B ( s ) → ( π π ) ( π π ) decays. As a by-product, we extract the branching ratios of two-body $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow \rho \rho $$ B ( s ) → ρ ρ from the corresponding four-body decay modes and calculate the relevant polarization fractions. We find that the $$\mathcal{B}(B^0 \rightarrow \rho ^+\rho ^-)$$ B ( B 0 → ρ + ρ - ) is consistent with the previous theoretical predictions and data. The leading-order PQCD calculations of the $$\mathcal{B}(B^+\rightarrow \rho ^+\rho ^0)$$ B ( B + → ρ + ρ 0 ) , $$\mathcal{B}(B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\rho ^0)$$ B ( B 0 → ρ 0 ρ 0 ) and the $$f_0(B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\rho ^0)$$ f 0 ( B 0 → ρ 0 ρ 0 ) are a bit lower than the experimental measurements, which should be further examined. It is shown that the direct CP asymmetries are large when both tree and penguin contributions are comparable to each other, but small for the tree-dominant or penguin-dominant processes. In addition to the direct CP asymmetries, the “true” and “fake” triple-product asymmetries (TPAs) originating from the interference among various helicity amplitudes in the $$B_{(s)}\rightarrow (\pi \pi )(\pi \pi )$$ B ( s ) → ( π π ) ( π π ) decays are also analyzed. The sizable averaged TPA $$\mathcal{A}_{\text {T-true}}^{1, \text {ave}}=25.26\%$$ A T-true 1 , ave = 25.26 % of the color-suppressed decay $$B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\rho ^0 \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^-)(\pi ^+\pi ^-)$$ B 0 → ρ 0 ρ 0 → ( π + π - ) ( π + π - ) is predicted for the first time, which deviates a lot from the so-called “true” TPA $$\mathcal {A}_\text {T-true}^1=7.92\%$$ A T-true 1 = 7.92 % due to the large direct CP violation. A large “fake” TPA $$\mathcal {A}_\text {T-fake}^1=24.96\%$$ A T-fake 1 = 24.96 % of the decay $$B^0\rightarrow \rho ^0\rho ^0 \rightarrow (\pi ^+\pi ^-)(\pi ^+\pi ^-)$$ B 0 → ρ 0 ρ 0 → ( π + π - ) ( π + π - ) is also found, which indicates the significance of the final-state interactions. The predictions in this work can be tested by LHCb and Belle-II experiments in the near future.

Objective To explore the effect of marine bioactive peptides (MBP) combined with routine oral nutritional supplementation (ONS) on nutritional status in cancer patients, and to evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional support therapy. Methods A clinical randomized controlled trial was conducted on 108 patients with digestive tumors admitted in Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September to November 2021. They were randomly divided into control group, ONS group and ONS+MBP group. All patients from the 3 groups received nutrition consultation and diet guidance to suggest balanced diet. ONS alone or combined with 18 g/d MBP were given to the patients of the ONS group and ONS+MBP group. The main observation indexes at admission and 8 weeks after intervention included NRS2002 score, PG-SGA score, body weight, body mass index (BMI), muscle mass, fat mass, upper arm muscle circumference, calf circumference, grip strength, and the secondary observation indexes included waist circumference, hip circumference, serum white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, albumin and total protein level. Results There were 36 patients from the control group, 33 from the ONS group and 30 from the ONS+MBP group completing the follow-up. No statistical differences were observed in the general clinical data among the 3 groups (P>0.05). After 8 weeks' follow-up, NRS2002 and PG-SGA scores were increased, but body weight, BMI, fat mass, upper arm muscle circumference, calf circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, grip strength and albumin level were decreased in the control group. The body weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat mass, calf circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, grip strength, serum albumin and total protein levels at 8 weeks after intervention were significantly increased in the ONS group and ONS+MBP group than the levels at admission and those of the control group after 8 weeks' follow-up. The ONS+MBP group also had obviously elevated body weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat mass, serum albumin and total protein levels and calf circumference when compared with those at admission. The patients of the ONS+MBP group showed significant increase in protein intake and notable decrease in PG-SGA score at 8 weeks (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cancer patients have a high risk for malnutrition, and intervention of ONS combined with MAP may have positive effects on improving their quality of life and extend their lives.

There are numerous factors influencing aeroengine maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) quality and cost, where their relationship is complicated, and the research focused on maintenance optimization under specific scenarios of aeroengine maintenance enterprises is quite limited. In order to clarify the relationship between the factors affecting maintenance guarantee process, the MRO process is systematically modeled, including main body of procedure, flight time statistics, human resources, performance evaluation and maintenance cost. Two practical application scenarios of enterprise including human resource quality control and performance oriented are investigated by using the principle of system dynamics and grey wolf optimization algorithm assisted by Vensim and MATLAB, which reveals the importance of human resource quality, employee satisfaction and planned maintenance. In consideration of the actual impact of various factors on aeroengine maintenance, the established model and obtained optimal maintenance process strategy is feasible and effective.

This paper constructs a diversified Japanese language course recommendation model based on the autoencoder network model using deep learning, which includes stack autoencoder, self-attention mechanism encoder, and relevance decoder. A system for evaluating the quality of Japanese language education was constructed using hierarchical analysis. The correlation between the Japanese listening test and the degree of innovation of diversified Japanese language education courses and the influence of the innovation of diversified Japanese language education courses on students’ Japanese language performance were analyzed, respectively. The study showed that the correlation coefficient between the Japanese listening test score and the diversified Japanese language education program was 0.865, and the students who received the diversified Japanese language education program scored 7 points higher than the students who received the traditional Japanese language education program.

In the current technology information recommendation system, the construction of the user behavior matrix frequently results in matrix sparsity and user cold start issues. To address this problem, TransAR-CF, a knowledge graph-based technology information recommendation method, is proposed, which mainly combines item similarity and semantic similarity to form a hybrid similarity matrix and then accomplishes the task of constructing a knowledge graph-based technology information recommendation model. The model is applied to a college education by constructing a college education service system, and the recommendation model and system experience are tested separately. The convergence speed of this paper’s model is higher than that of the CFKG model on both datasets A and B, and the difference between the two ranges from 0.02 to 0.12. According to the four dimensions of system design, learning support, evaluation design, and teaching effect, 70% to 90% of users have a positive attitude toward this paper’s system. In summary, the TransARCF method solves the problem of scientific and technological information that is difficult to adapt accurately but has high acceptance and good utility in college education.

Frozen dough is widely used in the food industry. But there are several problems arising such as: the deterioration of dough and the reduction of fermentation activity properties during frozen storage. Frozen dough improvers are important way to solve these problems. Currently, the commonly used improvers are polysaccharides, emulsifiers, proteins and others. This paper summarizes the main problems and influencing factors in the application of frozen dough, and the mechanism and application of different improvers on the quality of frozen dough were reviewed. The paper also prospects the research and development trend of improvers.

The superposition of tectonic stress and geostress in the reverse fault area, and the mechanical characteristics formed by compressive stress lead to gas accumulation, change of coal permeability, and easy to cause abnormal gas emission during mining, even coal and gas outburst accidents. In order to master the evolution law of the permeability of coal bodies mined in the reverse fault area, firstly, the permeability test of coal bodies mined in the reverse fault area was carried out, and the stress change of coal bodies mined under the influence of reverse faults was simulated by stress loading and unloading. It was concluded that in the pre peak stage, the coal body compressed, the cracks closed, and the permeability of coal bodies decreased; in the post peak stage, the coal stress reaches the peak, the original fractures expand and connect, while new fractures are generated and damaged, and the coal permeability increases to the maximum. The first loading scheme simulates that the permeability of coal samples M1, M2 and M3 increases by 22.1%, 28.0% and 36.7% respectively when the stress concentration factor of coal in front of the working face increases gradually; the second loading scheme simulates that the permeability of coal samples M4, M5 and M6 increases by 23.6%, 37.2% and 20.8% respectively when the stress concentration factor of coal in front of the working face increases first and then decreases. Then, combined with the permeability test results of coal, a characterization model of coal permeability under the influence of reverse fault is established, and the calculation expressions of coal permeability at the pre peak and post peak stages are derived. The function of coal volume strain caused by gas adsorption/desorption is used to express the impact of adsorption/desorption on coal fracture volume, so as to more accurately characterize the coal permeability under the influence of reverse fault. Finally, the permeability model is imported into COSMOL software, and combined with the on-site situation of F4 reverse fault in 1503 working face of Xinchun Coal Mine, the simulation calculation is carried out. It is concluded that with the decrease of the distance from the reverse fault and the increase of the stress concentration coefficient of the coal, the gas pressure and the peak permeability of the coal are gradually increasing, which is easy to cause abnormal gas emission, and the gas concentration monitoring needs to be strengthened.

In order to seal the coal seam fissures, reduce the air leakage in the mining area, lower the temperature of the coal body and fundamentally inhibit the coal oxidation process, a superabsorbent anti-fire suppression gel material was polymerized by grafting with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the matrix, acrylamide and acrylic acid as the monomers, under the action of initiator and cross-linker by the cross-linking method. The gel was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy analysis, and its fire prevention performance was tested. The results show that the gel has porous microstructure inside, dense surface structure can lock water, water absorption multiplier is up to 420, salt resistance multiplier is 56, water retention and filling confinement is good, blocking rate is more than 45%, which can carry a large amount of water to the roof coal seam and mining area for anti-fire suppression with a wide range of application scenarios.

Objective: To evaluate the physiological effects of whole kidney been food and develop functional resources of different color kidney beans. Methods: The contents of total polyphenols, flavonoids and acid polysaccharides, and antioxidant and α-amylase inhibitory activities of digestive solution and starch hydrolysis kinetics and glucose diffusion properties of three kidney bean were investigated through in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion. Results: The contents of total polyphenols, flavonoids and acid polysaccharides, and antioxidant and α-amylase inhibitory activities were black kidney bean＞red kidney bean＞white kidney bean （P＜0.05）. The kinetic rate of first order reaction of starch hydrolysis, rapidly digestible starch contents and glucose diffusion rate were black kidney bean＜red kidney bean＜white kidney bean （P＜0.05）. Additionally, the contents of bioactive components of kidney bean digestive juices were positively correlated with the antioxidant activities, but negatively correlated with the rates of glucose diffusion （P＜0.05）. Conclusion: The digestive juices of kidney bean were rich in phenolic compounds and exhibited excellent antioxidant activity and certain α-amylase inhibitory ability.

Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of wogonoside, 4'-hydroxywogonin, norwogonin, baicalein, wogonin and chrysin in health care products by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Methods: The samples were extracted with acetone, C18 solid phase extraction column was used for purification. The target compounds were determined by HPLC, quantified by matrix-matched standard curve method. Phenomenex Luna®C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）column was applied, mobile phase was acctonitrile-acetic acid, using gradient elution）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature of column was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results: The results showed that these 6 target compounds had good separation and the corresponding concentration had a good linear relationship with the peak area. Correlation coefficients （R2） were all greater than 0.99, RSDs of precision and stability tests were within 3.08% and the average recoveries were 83%~100% （RSD＜4.63%）. The limits of detection were 0.02~0.07 mg/kg. The limits of quantification were 0.08~0.25 mg/kg. Conclusion: This method is suitable for simultaneous determination of flavonoids in health care products with good reproducibility, and less consumption of organic solvents.

Demand imbalance owing to gas supply is considered in the context of a surge in natural gas demand. Currently, a single method of storing gas at the end of a pipeline is commonly used to alleviate the peak shaving pressure. This method is economical, convenient, and able to respond quickly to fluctuations in user gas demand. However, because of its limited gas storage capacity, gas storage for peak shaving is still considered when the demand for peak shaving is high. With the increasing demand for natural gas inclined towards residential life, it is difficult to achieve a relative balance between the supply and demand of natural gas solely by relying on traditional pipeline-end storage and peak shaving. Based on this, a “pipeline gas storage integration” peak-shaving model is constructed. Furthermore, the model is combined with real-time analysis of the required peak-shaving amount of the pipeline to achieve synergistic effects of multiple peak-shaving methods. The established model is used to study the collaborative peak-shaving mechanism between pipelines and gas storage facilities under different supply and demand conditions. In addition, a quantitative relationship between the optimal economic benefits and different peak-shaving methods is constructed using the model. A peak-shaving mechanism of gas transmission considering different uniformity coefficients is also studied. Considering the case of the Jiangsu section of the West-East Gas Pipeline for simulation analysis, we reasonably plan the capacity and layout of gas storage facilities, optimize the peak shaving capacity of pipelines and gas storage facilities, and provide specific measures and guidance for actual engineering. Furthermore, we improve the efficiency and flexibility of the natural gas supply chain and achieve maximum economic benefits.

BackgroundThe major promise for promoting primary care intuitions to take the initiative to play an active role in containing the COVID-19 pandemic is defining the duties and roles that they should undertake.ObjectiveTo review the policy documents related to COVID-19 issued by China's health administrative departments to make a systematic summary of the responsibilities and duties that should be undertaken by primary care institutions, offering guidance for COVID-19 containment in various regions of China.MethodsIn August 2021, we searched the official websites of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and its subordinate institutions for policy documents related to COVID-19 using "primary careinstitutions" "prevention and control at the community level" "COVID-19" and "COVID-19 prevention and control" as the main search terms. The policy documents containing "COVID-19 prevention and control" and "primary careinstitutions" were sorted out in chronological order of publication, and their contents were intensively reviewed, organized, summarized and analyzed.ResultsThirty-four policy documents extracted from the official websites of the National Health Commission of the PRC and its three subordinate institutions (Department of Primary Health, the former Bureau of Medical Administration and the former Bureau of Disease Prevention and Control) were finally enrolled. They were mainly formulated by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in Response to the COVID-19, General Office and Department of Primary Health of the National Health Commission of the PRC. According to these policy documents, the major responsibilities of primary care institutions in containing COVID-19 include: early detection and reporting the suspected COVID-19 cases; receiving trainings regarding knowledge related to COVID-19 containment and emergency preparedness drills for coping with the pandemic; strengthening nosocomial COVID-19 infection containment and personal protection against the pandemic; cooperating with the community in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic; implementing health education about COVID-19 containmentusing a scientific approach; health management of priority populations; collecting and submitting nucleic acid samples; COVID vaccination.ConclusionPrimary care institutions play a vital role in containing COVID-19 in China. The local governments should follow policy guidelines, and take measures according to the local conditions to facilitate the primary care in stitutions to better their performance in response to COVID-19 as frontline responders.

In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the coal body in the area affected by the reverse fault under the mining path, taking 1503 working face of a mine as the research object, the stress analysis model of the coal body in the area affected by the reverse fault was established, and the change characteristics of the stress concentration degree of the coal body in front of the working face gradually increased with the decrease of the distance between the working face and the reverse fault were calculated, KBJ-60Ⅲ-1 working resistance continuous recorder is used to record the working resistance, which verifies the theoretical calculation results. Then, based on the stress change law of mining coal, the mechanical characteristics test of coal is carried out, and three stress loading schemes are designed to simulate the stress change of mining coal at different distances from the reverse fault. It is concluded that the mechanical characteristic of coal is related to the distance from the reverse fault. The closer the distance from the reverse fault is, the greater the peak value and strain of deviatoric stress of coal is. Compared with M1 coal sample 5 m away from the reverse fault, the peak deviatoric stress and axial strain of M3 coal sample 65 m away from the reverse fault increased by 40.74% and 26.73% respectively. Through energy analysis method, it is concluded that the fracture development characteristics of the mining coal body at different distances from the reverse fault are different. The closer the distance from the reverse fault is, the higher the elasticity of the internal storage of the mining coal body is, and more energy is consumed for coal failure and fracture expansion.

Abstract In this work, we provide estimates of the branching ratios, direct CP asymmetries and triple product asymmetries in $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow (\pi \pi )(K\pi )$$ B ( s ) → ( π π ) ( K π ) decays in the perturbative QCD approach, where the $$\pi \pi $$ π π and $$K\pi $$ K π invariant mass spectra are dominated by the vector resonances $$\rho (770)$$ ρ ( 770 ) and $$K^*(892)$$ K ∗ ( 892 ) , respectively. Some scalar backgrounds, such as $$f_0(500,980) \rightarrow \pi \pi $$ f 0 ( 500 , 980 ) → π π and $$K^*_0(1430) \rightarrow K\pi $$ K 0 ∗ ( 1430 ) → K π are also accounted for. The $$\rho (700)$$ ρ ( 700 ) is parametrized by the Gounaris-Sakurai function. The relativistic Breit-Wigner formula for the $$f_0(500)$$ f 0 ( 500 ) and Flatté model for the $$f_0(980)$$ f 0 ( 980 ) are adopted to parameterize the time-like scalar form factors $$F_S(\omega ^2)$$ F S ( ω 2 ) . We also use the D.V. Bugg model to parameterize the $$f_0(500)$$ f 0 ( 500 ) and compare the relevant theoretical predictions from different models. While in the region of $$K\pi $$ K π invariant mass, the $$K^*_0(1430)$$ K 0 ∗ ( 1430 ) is described with the LASS lineshape and the $$K^*(892)$$ K ∗ ( 892 ) is modeled by the Breit-Wigner function. We find that the decay rates for the considered decay modes agree with currently available data within errors. As a by-product, we extract the branching ratios of two-body decays $$B_{(s)} \rightarrow \rho (770)K^*(892)$$ B ( s ) → ρ ( 770 ) K ∗ ( 892 ) from the corresponding four-body decay modes and calculate the relevant polarization fractions. Our prediction of longitudinal polarization fraction for $$B^0\rightarrow \rho (770)^0 K^*(892)^0$$ B 0 → ρ ( 770 ) 0 K ∗ ( 892 ) 0 decay deviates a lot from the recent LHCb measurement, which should be resolved. It is shown that the direct CP asymmetries are large due to the sizable interference between the tree and penguin contributions, but they are small for the tree-dominant or penguin-dominant processes. The PQCD predictions for the “true” triple product asymmetries are small which are expected in the standard model, and consistent with the current data reported by the LHCb Collaboration. Our results can be tested by the future precise data from the LHCb and Belle II experiments.

In order to study the influence of reverse fault on coal pore structure and gas adsorption and desorption characteristics, taking 1503 mining face of Xinchun Mine in Guizhou as the research object, the coal samples at different distances from the reverse fault are selected to carry out scanning electron microscope test and low-temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption test respectively. It is concluded that the closer the coal is to the reverse fault, the more seriously affected by the reverse fault structure, and the higher the pore volume and specific surface area of coal samples, in the region of relative pressure 0.4-0.5, there is a slight inflection point in the low-temperature liquid nitrogen adsorption regression curve, indicating that there are abundant ink bottle holes in the coal sample; by studying the gas adsorption interpretation law of coal at different distances from the reverse fault, it is concluded that the gas desorption capacity increases with the increase of equilibrium pressure. Under the same desorption equilibrium pressure, the stronger the coal structure closest to the reverse fault is transformed, the stronger the gas adsorption performance is, the greater the gas adsorption capacity and adsorption rate are, and the stronger the desorption capacity is.

In order to ensure the stability of surface structures in the mining process of filling test face in Taoyi Mining Area of Handan Mining Group, an active mechanical model of open filling and fully mechanized overlying rock with ultra-high water material was established based on the field geological conditions, deflection equations of backfill support zone and empty roof zone are derived. Through uniaxial and triaxial compression tests, the elastic coefficient of backfill with high water material in 1-7 days is obtained, and then the subsidency deformation of the key stratum is almost zero after the backfill is in the consolidated state. The subsidence of key layers in the filling transition zone, the initial setting zone and the suspended roof area is large, and the subsidence increases with the increase of the suspended roof distance and the advancing length of the working face. Therefore, it is calculated that the suspended roof distance should be kept within 16 m when the safety factor is set as 1.2. By testing the surface subsidence during the mining of the test working face, the surface subsidence coefficient is only 0.05 and the maximum surface subsidence value is 119 mm, which verifies the accuracy of the analysis results of the mechanical model and effectively restrains the movement of overburden and surface subsidence.

Abstract We investigate the four-body decays B (s) → (Kπ) S/P (Kπ) S/P in the Kπ-pair invariant mass region around the K *(892) resonance in the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, where (Kπ) S/P denotes a S- or P-wave Kπ configuration. The contributions from the P-wave resonance K *(892) and from possible S-wave components are included into the parametrization of the Kπ two-meson distribution amplitudes, which are the non-perturbative inputs in this formalism. We calculate the branching ratio for each resonance and observe sizable S-wave contributions to the B s modes, well consistent with recently available LHCb data. We also deduce the polarization fractions for the K ∗ K ¯ ∗ $$ {K}^{\ast }{\overline{K}}^{\ast } $$ final states, and compare our predictions to those in previous PQCD analyses of the corresponding two-body B → K ∗ K ¯ ∗ $$ {K}^{\ast }{\overline{K}}^{\ast } $$ decays. The polarization puzzle associated with the two U-spin related channels B 0 → K ∗ 0 K ¯ ∗ 0 $$ {K}^{\ast 0}{\overline{K}}^{\ast 0} $$ and B s 0 → K ∗ 0 K ¯ ∗ 0 $$ {B}_s^0\to {K}^{\ast 0}{\overline{K}}^{\ast 0} $$ still exists. In addition to direct CP asymmetries, triple-product asymmetries and S-wave induced direct CP asymmetries originating from the interference among various helicity amplitudes, are presented. It is shown that true triple-product asymmetries are rather small, while direct CP asymmetries and S-wave-induced direct CP asymmetries are significant in some decays. Our results will be subject to stringent tests with precise data from B factories in the near future.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to study the role and mechanism of miR-19b-3p in regulating myocardial inflammation and injury of viral myocarditis in viral myocarditis induced by Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3). A CVB3 infection mouse model was established, the survival rate of mice was recorded after different treatments, cardiac function was detected, the degree of myocardial inflammatory infiltration and injury was detected by immunohistochemical and biochemical analyses, miR-19b-3p and PKNOX1 expression in cardiac tissue and cardiac infiltrating macrophages was detected using RT-PCR, and isolated mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages and the differentiation of macrophages after different transfections were detected. Finally, the binding of miR-19b-3p and PKNOX1 was verified by the dual luciferase reporter gene. The results showed that the expression of miR-19b-3p was significantly downregulated in the cardiac tissue and infiltrating macrophages of CVB3-infected mice, while the expression of PKNOX1 was upregulated. Upregulation of miR-19b-3p has protective effects against CVB3-induced myocardial injury in mice, such as weight gain, prolonged survival, increased left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular short axis shortening, reduced inflammation, creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK)-MB, and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels decreased, while interferon-γ and interleukin-6 (IL-6) increased, and the M2/M1 cell ratio was upregulated. In conclusion, miR-19b-3p can regulate macrophage polarization by targeting PKNOX1, and has a protective effect against CVB3-induced inflammation and myocardial injury.

From the perspective of living inheritance, this paper compares the before and after the renovation of Nanchang Wanshougong historical and cultural district through the field research and literature investigation of Nanchang Wanshougong, explores the application of intangible cultural heritage in the renewal and transformation of historical and cultural districts, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the shortcomings of historical and cultural districts after transformation.

[Objectives]It is important to optimize the structure of the air-intake valve for submarine snorkel and reduce air intake resistance,which is of great significance to submarine energy saving and working safety.[Methods]The CFD method is used to simulate the resistance characteristics of the air-intake valve,and the accuracy of the calculation results is verified by experiments. The two parameters flapper stroke and the intake angle are adjusted and analyzed,and the related rules between the air-intake valve resistance and the structure are obtained.[Results]The research results show that the pressure loss of the air-intake valve gradually decreases with the increase of the flapper stroke. When the flapper stroke h is greater than 244 mm,continuing to increase the flapper stroke does not contribute much to the reduction of pressure loss. When the intake angle θ is greater than 65°,the air-intake valve pressure loss will rise sharply;when the intake angle is less than 65°,the angle change will have little effect on the pressure loss.[Conclusions]The research shows that the flapper stroke and the intake angle have important influence on the air-intake valve resistance characteristics. By structural optimization,the intake resistance of the air-intake valve is significantly reduced,and the results can be guidance for engineering design.

Abstract In this work, the decays of $$B_s$$ Bs meson to a charmonium state and a $$K^+K^-$$ K+K- pair are carefully investigated in the perturbative QCD approach. Following the latest fit from the LHCb experiment, we restrict ourselves to the case where the produced $$K^+K^-$$ K+K- pair interact in isospin zero S, P, and D wave resonances in the kinematically allowed mass window. Besides the dominant contributions of the $$\phi (1020)$$ ϕ(1020) resonance in the P-wave and $$f_2'(1525)$$ f2′(1525) in the D-wave, other resonant structures in the high mass region as well as the S-wave components are also included. The invariant mass spectra for most of the resonances in the $$B_s\rightarrow J/\psi K^+K^-$$ Bs→J/ψK+K- decay are well reproduced. The obtained three-body decay branching ratios can reach the order of $$10^{-4}$$ 10-4 , which seem to be accessible in the near future experiments. The associated polarization fractions of those vector-vector and vector-tensor modes are also predicted, which are compared with the existing data from the LHCb Collaboration.
