With the rapid development of low-temperature fields such as deep space exploration，polar scientific research，low-temperature storage and transportation，the service conditions for low-temperature structural components are becoming increasingly stringent. Therefore，low-temperature materials have gradually become a research hotspot in the world. This article mainly summarizes the low-temperature performance and related mechanisms of common structural materials such as low-temperature steel，aluminum alloy，titanium alloy，aluminum matrix composites and resin matrix composites. The effects of different crystal structures，alloy types，alloying elements and other factors on the mechanical properties of structural materials such as low temperature strength，plasticity and toughness，and the mechanism of low temperature deformation，strengthening and toughening are concluded. The application and prospect of different grades of low-temperature structural materials in different fields at home and abroad are also briefly introduced. The future research prospect of low-temperature materials is put forward.

Micro/nanorobots with active movement capabilities provide a new option for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). However, the long working distance of intravenous injection and the protection of the blood‐brain barrier can prevent micro/nanorobots from reaching the target location. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has gradually appeared in GBM treatment research. The limitation of the penetrating strength of the light source will nevertheless hinder the application range of PDT. Herein, a magnetic continuum robot (MCR) to deliver optical fibers and microrobots for combined chemotherapy and PDT of GBM is used. The prepared magnetic diatom microrobots can effectively move in biological fluids and move upstream. Vacuum loading can improve the drug loading efficiency. The photosensitizer in the frustule cavity can be explosively released in a short time through ultrasound. The chemotherapeutic drugs have long‐term and pH‐sensitivity release characteristics. In vitro cell experiments showed that the combined administration of TMZ‐loaded microrobots and photosensitizer‐loaded microrobots has a synergistic effect. The in vitro model demonstrated that an MCR can deliver an optical fiber and drug‐loaded microrobots. This enables cross‐scale delivery of microrobots and deep PDT. This delivery method may expand the drug selectivity for GBM treatment and provide a new possibility for intracranial PDT. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Component modulation endows Mn-based electrodes with prominent energy storage properties due to their adjustable crystal structure characteristics. Herein, ZnMn 2 (PO 4 ) 2 · n H 2 O (ZMP· n H 2 O) was obtained by a hydration reaction from ZnMn 2 (PO 4 ) 2 (ZMP) during an electrode-aging evolution. Benefiting from the introduction of lattice H 2 O molecules into the ZMP structure, the ion transmission path has been expanded along with the extended d-spacing, which will further facilitate the ZMP → ZMP· n H 2 O phase evolution and electrochemical reaction kinetics. Meanwhile, the hydrogen bond can be generated between H 2 O and O in PO 4 3- , which strengthens the structure stability of ZMP· n H 2 O and lowers the conversion barrier from ZMP to ZMP·4H 2 O during the Zn 2+ uptake/removal process. Thereof, ZMP· n H 2 O delivers enhanced electrochemical reaction kinetics with robust structure tolerance (106.52 mA h g -1 at 100 mA g -1 over 620 cycles). This high-energy aqueous Zn||ZMP· n H 2 O battery provides a facile strategy for engineering and exploration of high-performance ZIBs to realize the practical application of Mn-based cathodes.

Magnetic microrobots are ideal for medical applications owing to their deep tissue penetration, precise control, and flexible movement. After decades of development, various magnetic microrobots have been used to achieve medical functions such as targeted delivery, cell manipulation, and minimally invasive surgery. This review introduces the research status and latest progress in the design and control systems of magnetic medical microrobots from a system integration perspective and summarizes the advantages and limitations of the research to provide a reference for developers. In order to explore the bio-interference of allelopathic rice with barnyardgrass under different nitrogen supplies, a new bioassay method, i.e., allelopathy-competition separation based (ACS) approach was recommended in this study. The results indicated that ACS could be successfully used to distinguish the rice allelopathy from its resources competition in rice-weed co-culture system, and to evaluate its response characteristics under different N supplies. The test rice accession PI312777 had a higher ability in interfering target weed barnyardgrass (BYD), represented by its stable and higher ability in resources competition, as well as its increasing allelopathic potential in suppressing companion weed BYD when the N supply decreased in the co-cultured system. The reverse was true in the case of rice accession Lemont, which had a lower allelopathic potential under all N supply levels, and a lower ability in resources competition under normal or rich N supply. But, Lemont had an obviously increased ability in resources competition under lower N supply, which was considered as the result of econiche competition in rice-weed system.
