The objectives of the article are: study of the definitions of concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development»; analysis of these concepts; allocation of the keywords that disclose the essence of the concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development»; establishing a connection between them in the context of enterprise management in conditions of uncertainty. For a clearer understanding of the essence of the concepts of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development», the author used the method of morphological analysis and carried out a morphological classification of these concepts. It is determined that when defining the concept of «adaptability», scholars use such keywords as property, reaction, ability, characteristics and condition, the process of adaptation to changes. The concept of «adaptability», in fact, equates (up to complete identifying) to the concept of «adaptation». Regarding the concepts of «sustainability»/«development», it is determined that the sustainability of enterprise development is ensured on the basis of taking into account the influence of the external environment and improving management within the enterprise in order to increase the efficiency of its activities and continuous development. For each enterprise, it is important not only to maintain resilience, but also to strive for a state of sustainable development. In order to establish a relationship between concepts, the concept map method was used, which was constructed using concepts, keywords to them and definitions within keyword data. It is established that the keywords of all four categories are interrelated. To determine the most commonly used words in the context of these concepts, the author used semantic analysis and the «frequency cloud» of words. The obtained results confirm both the carried out analysis of concepts and the defined keywords for categories of «adaptation»/«adaptability» and «sustainability»/«development».

The article examines the innovative transformations taking place in financial institutions in the process of global digitalisation and their impact on the management of social conflicts. The current trends of innovative changes in financial institutions in the process of digitalisation are analysed, the mechanisms and tools used by financial institutions to implement digital innovations are studied, the impact of innovative changes in financial institutions on the processes of social conflict management is studied, and the relationship between social conflict management and innovative transformations in financial institutions is determined. A comprehensive analysis of the relationship between digitalisation, innovative transformations and social conflict management in financial institutions is carried out. The article introduces an analytical tool based on structural geometry to measure the success of innovative transformation of banks. The proposed methodology is distinguished by its versatility (applicability to any object and in any area), simplicity of implementation (no need for additional methods or approaches, which provides easy algorithmic implementation), speed of calculations (allows implementation at any dimension of input parameters), convenience for the user (provides easy understanding and convenience in software implementation) and homogeneity of input indicators-parameters (allows you to take into account indicators of different physical nature). This article explores international experience in applying innovative financial management strategies for business revitalization in the post-war period in Ukraine. Special attention is given to the destruction of industrial and infrastructural objects, as well as the tactics employed by the russian military aggression aimed at undermining the country's economic potential and creating a humanitarian disaster. The article also analyzes the issue of financing the post-crisis development of enterprises in Ukraine and discusses various sources of funding such as development funds, grants, subsidies, and other financial instruments. However, further research is needed to propose an effective strategic model for revitalizing enterprises in the liberated territories, particularly in the southern part of Ukraine. The findings of this study will contribute to understanding and applying innovative financial strategies for business recovery in Ukraine after the war period, as well as developing effective approaches to support enterprises in the post-crisis period. This article sheds light on international experiences in employing innovative financial management strategies to revitalize businesses in post-war Ukraine. This article aims to address the critical topic of developing an international marketing strategy for domestic enterprises during a state of war. The study examines the implications of such conditions for marketing activities and offers insights into how domestic firms can navigate international markets amidst challenges arising from war and geopolitical tensions. This research combines an extensive review of the literature with a systematic methodology for developing international marketing strategies. The methodology involves identifying key factors influencing financial risk, assigning appropriate weighting coefficients, evaluating individual indicators, and calculating a comprehensive indicator. This comprehensive approach enables enterprises to understand their financial standing and make informed decisions to navigate challenges during times of war. The study highlights the significant challenges that domestic enterprises face during a state of war, disrupting economic stability, altering market dynamics, and introducing unprecedented financial risks. Comprehensive calculations of the indicators reveal the different effects of financial risk on international marketing activities, which vary across indicator categories and years. The methodology provides valuable insights into developing optimal international marketing strategies based on the changing dynamics of financial risk. This research fills a gap in the literature by focusing on developing international marketing strategies specifically tailored to the unique circumstances of domestic enterprises during times of conflict. The systematic methodology for calculating comprehensive indicators and deriving strategies adds a novel dimension to the existing research on international marketing strategies. This study offers practical recommendations for domestic enterprises operating in regions affected by a state of war. The identified strategies, such as price leadership, market diversification, collaboration with local partners, retaining customer bases, and enhancing online sales, provide actionable insights for businesses seeking to maintain competitiveness and thrive in international markets. In today's turbulent and unstable environment, international companies, including Ukraine and Georgia, are forced to move to technologies they did not plan to implement for some time and reconsider their strategic priorities. "Become digital or die" is the reality of the COVID-19 epidemic. Companies that will survive in the long run - those that have the best tools that allow them to be flexible, agile, agile; those who are better than others will be able to respond to changes in the product range, control and monitor their factories, regulate supply chains and will be able to use their workforce really anywhere. Mixed research methods were used to analyse the data. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study were the dialectical method of cognition, a systematic approach to the use of general provisions of economic theory. According to the research results, despite the serious positive transformations in the field of digitalization, there are a number of current and significant unresolved issues in the industry. It is established that the digital economy in Ukraine and Georgia, despite a number of existing problems, is developing dynamically. Organizations in various sectors of the economy are beginning to actively implement digital solutions, taking into account the specifics of their activities. Innovation is the engine of economic development, so attempts are made to find and create the most appropriate forms of organizational associations of innovative enterprises, alliances, within which strong cooperative ties can be established. The need for large-scale cooperation and coordination in the form of networking of participants in the innovation process becomes quite obvious, which provides them with a beneficial effect and corresponding competitive advantages.
