This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with periarthritis of the shoulder treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine hot pack therapy. Based on the TCM theory, meridians and collaterals points were selected by syndrome differentiation, and composition of Chinese herbal medicine was determined. The TCM ointment rubbing combined with TCM hot pack therapy was carried out, in coordination with life support, functional exercise and extended care, to improve the function of shoulder joint and recovery of the patient. (本文总结了1例中药膏摩联合中药热奄包治疗“五十肩”患者的护理经验, 通过辨证选取经络穴位, 确定中药组成, 选用合适的介质, 基于中医基础理论, 开展中药膏摩和中药热奄包治疗, 同时做好生活指导、功能锻炼、延续护理等措施, 减轻患者疼痛, 改善患者肩关节功能, 促进患者早日康复。)

Enhancement of perioperative nursing plays an important role in helping the recovery of elderly patients undergoing surgery for lung cancer. This paper summarized the application of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in perioperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing surgery for lung cancer, and provided reference for quality improvement of clincal practice. (老年肺癌患者的围手术期护理对促进其术后康复有着重要作用。本文主要总结了快速康复外科(ERAS)理念在老年肺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用进展, 以期为临床进一步完善相关护理提供参考。)

This paper summarized the nursing management of pressure ulcers in a patient with diabetes and Alzheimer‘s disease. In addition to routine care for pressure ulcers, efforts were made to enhance the skin hygiene and wound care. The patient was asked to take exercise under the guidance, and health education was carried out to improve knowledge and awareness of preventing pressure ulcers. Comprehensive interventions including regular exercise, shortening bedridden time and enhancing the skin management are effective to improve the wound healing of the patient with diabetes and Alzheimer‘s disease. (总结1例糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默症患者的压疮护理措施。在完善常规压疮护理的基础上, 护理人员加强受压部位皮肤清洁和伤口护理, 嘱患者规律运动, 同时开展健康宣教, 增加患者及其家属压疮预防相关知识。针对阿尔茨海默症合并糖尿病的压疮患者, 规律运动、减少卧床以及重视皮肤护理对促进压疮创面愈合具有积极意义。)

This paper summarized the treatment effect of warm acupuncture combined with scraping therapy in relief of symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and related nursing measures. A special scraping device was used to wipe smoothly along the meridians such as Liver Channel of Foot Jueyin, Kidney Channel of Foot Shaoyin, Spleen Channel of Foot Taiyang and Stomach Channel of Foot Yangming. The warm acupuncture was carried out on Zusanli, Diji, Sanyinjiao and Yongquan acupoints after scraping therapy. The cold and numbness symptoms of lower extremity and foot were relieved after implementation of warm acupuncture combined with scraping therapy. (本文总结1例运用温灸刮痧缓解糖尿病周围神经病变患者下肢和足部发凉、发麻症状的护理经验。运用温灸刮痧器的杯沿刮拭足厥阴肝经、足少阴肾经、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经下肢巡行部位, 之后用温灸器在足三里、地机穴、三阴交及涌泉穴施灸。治疗后, 患者下肢和足部发凉、发麻症状缓解。)

Thyroid nodules, also known as goiter in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is a common disease affecting the endocrine system. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with benign thyroid nodules of Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type. Related nursing measures were summarized form the perspectives of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine prescription, key acupoints and routine nursing intervention. Based on the TCM theory, acupoint application is effective and safe in clinical symptoms relief of the patient with benign thyroid nodules of Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction type. (甲状腺结节属于中医“瘿病”范畴, 是内分泌系统常见疾病。本文回顾1例穴位贴敷治疗气郁痰阻型甲状腺良性结节患者的护理体会, 本文从中医辨证、穴位贴敷药方功效、穴位作用、常规护理等方面进行了总结。基于中医理论指导, 运用穴位贴敷治疗甲状腺良性结节临床效果良好, 无明显不良反应, 值得临床参考借鉴。)

This paper summarized the nursing experience of cupping therapy along meridian in treating one case of stiff neck. The cupping therapy was carried out along meridian and acupoint which reflects the painful area according the syndrome differentiation. Nurses had enhanced the observation on patient reactions during the cupping treatment. The cupping therapy is an easy-to-operate technique and effective to relieve the stiff neck-assoicated symptoms. (本文总结1例运用循经拔罐治疗落枕患者的护理经验, 首先通过辨证选穴, 根据疼痛部位循经行罐, 然后在相关穴位留罐, 施行期间注意观察患者反应, 以患者耐受为宜。循经拔罐能有效缓解患者落枕症状, 且操作简便, 充分了体现中医护理特色, 值得临床参考。)
