Based on the independently developed 5 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system and research needs of 13C metabolic MRI, a gradient coil and 1H/13C dual resonance radiofrequency (RF) coil system for small-bore MRI were designed. The gradient coil was designed by using the finite-difference stream function method, and the RF coil was designed as a saddle coil combined with a surface coil in a dual-resonance scheme. Numerical simulation analysis of the magnetic field distribution was carried out by using the finite-element method, and a set of gradient and RF coils for small-bore 5 T 13C MRI was successfully developed. The feasibility of the design scheme was verified using a home-made 5 T MRI system, and the magnetic resonance images of 13C-labeled urea phantom and 1H magnetic resonance images of mice head were acquired by experimental tests, which lays a foundation for 13C metabolic MRI based on dynamic nuclear polarization in the future.

There has been a longstanding debate on whether plutonic and subvolcanic rocks have a petrogenetic connection, and the Jurassic Shuikoushan caldera complex in South China serves as an ideal case study for unraveling this geological puzzle. SIMS U–Pb dating of zircon indicates the formation age of plutonic (granodiorite) and subvolcanic rocks (dacite porphyry and rhyolite porphyry) from the Shuikoushan caldera complex at ca.159 Ma. In terms of geochemical composition, granodiorite and dacite porphyry exhibit higher levels of MgO (1.98–3.63%), MnO (0.07–0.11%), FeOt (5.12–6.15%), Sr (342–547 ppm), and Ba (754–1200 ppm) compared to the rhyolite porphyry. Conversely, they show lower concentrations of Rb (2.04–27.1 ppm), as well as lower ratios of Rb/Sr (0.004–0.055) and Rb/Ba (0.004–0.023). The distinct but complementary geochemical characteristics between these rock types are evident in the Shuikoushan caldera complex. Overall, zircon grains from all three rock types exhibit similar negative ε Hf(t) values (–8.1 to –12.4) with high δ 18O values (8.3–9.7‰), suggesting a common source region. Based on lithological and geochemical evidence, it is proposed that the rhyolite porphyry represents extracted melt from the mush reservoir. In contrast, the granodiorite and dacite porphyry are residual melts enriched in cumulates. This interpretation supports the idea that crystal–melt segregation processes were crucial in connecting the late Jurassic subvolcanic and plutonic rocks within the Shuikoushan complex.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the CT parameters of degree of brain tissue displacement and intracranial pressure (ICP) in patients with closed traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods A total of 84 patients with closed TBI were chosen from January 2018 to March 2021 in The People's Hospital of Kaizhou District. Head CT examination was performed and CT values on both sides of the midline, the ratio of CT values on both sides of the midline and the midline shift distance were measured. Pearson and partial correlation analyses were used to investigate the correlation between head CT parameters and ICP in patients with closed TBI. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the predictive efficacy of CT parameters in increased ICP. Results Correlation analysis showed that the ratio of CT values on both sides of the midline (r = 0.478, P = 0.000) and midline shift distance (r = 0.378, P = 0.000) were positively correlated with ICP. ROC curve showed that the ratio of CT values on both sides of the midline, the midline shift distance and the combined index prediction of ICP were 0.79 (95%CI: 0.687-0.889, P = 0.000), 0.89 (95%CI: 0.794-0.943, P = 0.000) and 0.91 (95%CI: 0.845-0.970, P = 0.000), the sensitivity and specificity were 80.95% and 73.81%, 69.05% and 90.48%, 80.95% and 85.71%, and the prediction efficiency of the combined index was better than the ratio of CT values on both sides of the midline (t = - 2.964, P = 0.003). Conclusions The CT parameters of brain tissue displacement degree in patients with unilateral closed TBI are closely related to the ICP, and the combination of the ratio of CT values on both sides of the midline and midline shift distance can predict ICP increase more effectively.

Abstract In recent years, frequent occurrence of extreme weather events has caused great losses to the power system. Meanwhile, the high penetration of renewable energy has brought new challenges to the safe operation of the system. Coordination of various measures against different stages of disaster can effectively reduce the overall loss and enhance system's resilience. This paper proposed a methodology to coordinate preventive and emergency dispatch stages based on the defender–attacker–defender model, in which various dispatching measures are modelled as defenders, whereas the extreme weather event and wind power's uncertainty are modelled as attackers. Specifically, a two‐stage three‐layer robust optimal dispatching model is established, in which conventional generator's output, wind farm's grid‐connected planning, and load shedding are taken as the main dispatching measures. To solve this model, the column and constraint generation algorithm is used to transform the three‐layer optimization model into a mixed integer linear problem . The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified in the modified IEEE RTS‐79 test system, and the results show that the coordination of preventive and emergency dispatch can effectively reduce the load outage cost under extreme weather, thus enhancing the ability of power system to cope with extreme scenarios.

Abstract Background Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is one among the major causes of mortality all round the globe. Several anti-platelet regimens have been proposed following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). In this analysis, we aimed to show the adverse clinical outcomes associated with ticagrelor monotherapy after a short course of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) with ticagrelor and aspirin following PCI in patients with versus without diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Electronic databases were searched by four authors from September to November 2023. Cardiovascular outcomes and bleeding events were the endpoints of this analysis. Revman 5.4 software was used to conduct this meta-analysis. Risk ratio (RR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were used to represent the results which were generated. Results Three studies with a total number of 22,574 participants enrolled from years 2013 to 2019 were included in this analysis. Results of this analysis showed that DM was associated with significantly higher risks of major adverse cardiovascular events (RR: 1.73, 95% CI: 1.49 – 2.00; P = 0.00001), all-cause mortality (RR: 2.15, 95% CI: 1.73 – 2.66; P = 0.00001), cardiac death (RR: 2.82, 95% CI: 1.42 – 5.60; P = 0.003), stroke (RR: 1.78, 95% CI: 1.16 – 2.74; P = 0.009), myocardial infarction (RR: 1.63, 95% CI: 1.17 – 2.26; P = 0.004) and stent thrombosis (RR: 1.74, 95% CI: 1.03 – 2.94; P = 0.04) when compared to patients without DM. However, thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) defined minor and major bleedings, bleeding defined according to the academic research consortium (BARC) type 3c (RR: 1.31, 95% CI: 0.14 – 11.90; P = 0.81) and BARC type 2, 3 or 5 (RR: 1.17, 95% CI: 0.85 – 1.62; P = 0.34) were not significantly different. Conclusion In patients who were treated with ticagrelor monotherapy after a short course of DAPT with ticagrelor and aspirin, DM was an independent risk factor for the significantly increased adverse cardiovascular outcomes. However, TIMI and BARC defined bleeding events were not significantly different in patients with versus without DM.

From a coordination chemistry perspective, we aimed to advance the knowledge of Sr/Cs separation in the scheme of spent nuclear fuel reprocessing. Based on data mining of crystal structures and deep learning architecture, we summarized and analyzed coordination chemistry properties of Sr/Cs from complex structures(ca. 3.3×104 samples) of 8 alkaline and alkaline earth elements, especially focusing on coordination bond lengths as a representative figure of merit. Applying a Bayesian optimization approach, we were able to establish a high-performing transformer model which could predict the(differential) coordinative affinities toward Sr/Cs of ligand molecules, with exceptional accuracy. As a proof-of-concept, we systematically analyzed ca. 9.1×103 ligand molecules in terms of potential coordinative selectivity toward Sr/Cs and ranked them. In addition, we also determined different contribution of various functional groups for future molecular design of ligands with selectivity. The present study presented fundamental knowledge for coordination chemistry information in the context of radiochemistry and spent nuclear fuel reprocessing, provided guidance and reference for subsequent experiments regarding Sr/Cs separation.

In this paper, the development of microgrid technology is discussed in close connection with the growing energy demand and the real needs of energy structure adjustment in the context of the times. Guided by green energy saving, the research focuses on constructing a hybrid energy storage DC microgrid model, especially the integrated photovoltaic power generation model and the related control strategy and power characteristics. The article further adopts a fuzzy PID control strategy to optimize the energy efficiency configuration of hybrid energy storage devices in DC microgrids. By carefully analyzing and optimizing the energy storage system in the DC microgrid, remarkable results are obtained: the optimized capacitive charge states range from 0.1 to 0.9, indicating a significant fluctuation of capacitive charge states, but at the same time avoiding the phenomenon of light abandonment and ensuring the reliability of power supply. More notably, during the increase of SOC (state of the energy storage system) from 0.40 to 0.70, the system can perform mode transitions under continuous load changes. This point shows the effectiveness of the optimization method in improving the energy storage efficiency and enhancing the system performance of the DC microgrid. Overall, the optimization method proposed in this paper provides a practical energy storage optimization scheme for developing microgrids, which is of great practical significance in promoting the research and application of microgrid technology. This not only helps to improve the efficiency of energy use, but also is a crucial step to realize sustainable energy development.

Currently, high penetration distributed power generation group control technology makes it difficult to effectively regulate complex power grids. Therefore, on the ground of the division of distributed photovoltaic power generation clusters, this study proposes a dual-layer control model for distribution networks that integrates the cuckoo particle swarm algorithm and verifies its effectiveness. The experiment showcases that the standard deviations of the research algorithm on the four benchmark functions under the 50 dimension are 2.95e-02, 6.73e+02, 6.48e-04, and 6.45e-06, respectively, most of which are lower than the comparison algorithm. On the basis of connecting to the photovoltaic system, the voltage amplitude fluctuation of the double-layer control model designed through research using control algorithms is relatively small, basically maintaining around 1.05. In addition, after implementing control in practical applications, the actual line loss of the distribution network decreased from the maximum of 15.3% to 8.9%, meeting the line loss requirements of the actual distribution network, indicating the effectiveness of the double-layer control model.

In this paper, firstly, the load monitoring characteristics of new energy power consumption are studied and analyzed in terms of both steady-state and transient characteristics, and suitable characteristic values are selected for different types as the basis of load decomposition. A comparative analysis of various types of load imprints is conducted to highlight the advantages of steady-state harmonic features as load monitoring feature data. Then, an evaluation model of the demand response potential of electricity information collection is established based on a multi-objective optimization algorithm, and technical and economic analysis of electricity information collection is carried out to evaluate the response potential of power companies collecting customer data. Finally, the situation and benefits of collecting electricity consumption information for new energy power are analyzed. The daily maximum load moments of typical users are all cut by more than 10%, the peak load portion cut by more than 97% is also more obvious, and the maximum moments of valley filling response are all more than 11%. D Power saved a total of 3.759 billion yuan in labor costs by reducing labor costs by 400 million yuan after adopting electricity consumption information collection. The indices of excellent and qualified management benefit and social benefit evaluation of electricity consumption information collection are above 0.8. Overall, the benefits of electricity consumption information collection for new energy power with basic steady-state harmonic characteristics are significant and effective.

To address the issue that large-scale distributed Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell grid-connected operation status is difficult to effectively monitor, this study carried out clustering screening of Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell grid connected status variables. The digital twin model of the Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell group grid connection is established by using key important variables, and the digital model accurately reflects the real-time operation status of the Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell. Then, it predicts the operation status of the Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell. The experiment showcases that the optimal accuracy of fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm, K-means clustering algorithm and fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm in view of the objective function for clustering screening of grid-connected state quantity of Proton-exchange membrane fuel cell is 0.74, 0.65 and 0.59 respectively; The optimal recall rates are 0.84, 0.76, and 0.68, respectively; The optimal F-measure values are 0.78, 0.70, and 0.64, respectively. Among the three clustering analysis algorithms, the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm, in view of the objective function, has the shortest running time and the least memory consumption. The monitoring results are basically consistent with the actual situation, indicating that this design method can complete the task of monitoring the operating status of distributed power grid-connected equipment. This study’s proposed method is more accurate than conventional methods and is better suited for monitoring the grid connection status of distributed power systems.

In order to further reduce the errors arising in synchronous sampling, this paper designs a multi-channel hybrid sampling electrical parametric feature modeling method based on an AIOT sensing module in the process of design. The AIOT sensing module is used to process the received RF signals using a transconductance amplifier to improve the digitization and reconfigurability of the RF front-end circuit. The signal is transformed and calculated using the Fast Fourier Transform to obtain electrical parameters such as the amplitude of each harmonic and the power factor. The results show that the variation amplitude of the window function of the design method in this paper is generally maintained between -1.5 and 1.5, the amplitude accuracy of the active power rate is within 3.17555%, and the relative error accuracy is within 0.000951%. It can be seen that the AIOT-based sensing module can significantly improve the calculation accuracy of electrical parameters and can be applied to the process of sampling digital measurements of other power signal characteristics.

With the increasing scale and complexity of power systems, it is gradually difficult for the traditional central control system to meet the control and management needs of the new power systems. In this paper, a control strategy based on multi-terminal information fusion is proposed to fuse and integrate the information from different control nodes to form a global new power system control strategy. A hierarchical cluster-based control node organization is also proposed to organize the control nodes according to function and hierarchy to realize the cooperative control and maximum power point tracking of the new power system. Finally, the effectiveness of the effect of the cooperative control strategy is verified by modeling and simulating the cooperative control network of the new power system. The simulation results show that the charge frequency fluctuation range is stable in [46.38Hz, 55.15Hz] for all three scenarios, which is only 0.02Hz away from the lower limit of the set allowable frequency fluctuation range [46.35Hz, 56.38Hz], indicating that the cooperative control strategy stabilizes the charge frequency fluctuation within the effective range. Therefore, this paper achieves further exploration of the optimization and improvement of the new power system cooperative control network, which achieves more efficient, stable, and reliable power system control and management.

This paper performs data fusion based on a multi-sensor fusion algorithm, which measures the sensors and calculates the distance between the data to obtain the measurement weights when participating in the fusion. The sensor observation model is created using an extended Kalman filter, and the nonlinear state transition function is linearized using the covariance matrix. Accurately estimating sensor inter-cluster data is necessary to achieve the scalability of online detection technology for charging piles. The results show that the disconnection time of the contactor of the charging pile transfer type equipment is 1.153s after the simulated charging pile output over-voltage in the disconnection time detection. The online detection efficiency can be improved by using multiple sensors, the method analysis can be intuitive, and the charging service capability of the electric vehicle charging pile can be effectively improved.

The use of electrospinning technology to construct edible nano-delivery carriers has been one of the most important way to improve the utilize efficiency of novel localized drugs or food active components. However, it is still challenging to develop nanofibers with natural polymers due to many problems such as the toxicity of organic reagent and difficulty in forming the nanostructure. In this study, natural plant polysaccharide guar gum （guar gum，GG） were selected as the fiber forming substrate to co-load corn starch（starch，ST）, and successfully developed a edible GG/ST composite nanofiber delivery carrier. The results showed that the minimum molecular entanglement concentration of GG as a fiber forming matrix was 1.1 wt%. A series of GG/ST composite solution were prepared (4∶1, 2∶1, 1∶1, and 1∶4). Through static and dynamic rheological testing of GG/ST solution and characterization of fiber microstructure, it was found that the ratio of GG/ST at 2∶1 was the optimal concentration to obtain the uniform and smooth fiber nanostructure. When the ST content is 5w%~10w%, beaded fiber morphology in the structure and unnormal distribution of diameter was observed, and electrospinning process had little effect on the improvement of the fiber structure. This study provide a support for developing edible nano carriers and offered a basis for developing targeted drugs or functional foods in the future.

Objective: By analyzing bacteriostasis and efficacy, the possibility of Artemisia argyi extract to be a plant extract preservative is clarified. It provides a message for the development of natural non-irritating plant extract preservative. Methods: Water and ethanol extracts of A. argyi were prepared. The content of its main active components was determined. Its inhibitory effect and stability on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were analyzed. Antioxidant activity, ultraviolet absorption capacity and security were also discussed. Results: The ethanol extract of A. argyi had a significant inhibitory effect on the two kinds of bacteria, which was related to the content of active components to some extent. Temperature and UV irradiation had no significant effect on antibacterial activity, while pH had a greater effect on antibacterial activity. At the concentration of 0.96 mg/mL, ethanol extract of A. argyi leaves could eliminate 98% of DPPH and ABTS free radicals, and more than 50% of superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radicals. When the concentration was 0.5 mg/mL, the two extracts had good ultraviolet absorption capacity. The HET-CAM test showed that the extract of A. argyi had high security at the concentration of 62.5 mg/mL. Conclusion: The ethanol extract of A. argyi has good and stable bacteriostatic effect, certain antioxidant activity, ultraviolet absorption performance and security.

Objective: This study aimed to establish the methods for determining the content of sodium hyaluronate in solid drinks by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: With sodium hyaluronate content as evaluation index, after the sample extract was precipitated by ethanol, hyaluronase was used to hydrolyze the precipitate. The optimal enzymolysis conditions obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test were as follows: enzymolysis, at 34 ℃ and pH 6.5, for 120 min. The determination was performed on Uliumate C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase: acetonitrile 10 mmol/L sodium octane sulfonate solution (Vacetonitrile∶Voctane sulfonate =10∶90) at flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 232 nm and quantified by external standard method. Results: The correlation coefficient of sodium hyaluronate was 0.999 9. The recoveries of samples were between 96.1%~101%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.16%. The determination of limit was 0.062 g/kg. Conclusion: Ethanol precipitation combined with enzymolysis-reversed phase chromatography has strong specificity, high accuracy, good repeatability and less interference, which is suitable for the determination of sodium hyaluronate in solid drinks.

Objective: To solve the problems of poor recognition accuracy and low efficiency of existing automatic recognition methods for packaged food. Methods: Based on the automatic identification system of packaged food, an improved YOLOv3 model was proposed for the automatic identification of soft packaged food. The Kmeans++algorithm was introduced into the model to solve the problem of small target insensitivity, the Mish activation function was introduced into the model to improve the accuracy of recognition, and the attention mechanism Senet was introduced into the model to improve the ability of feature extraction. The performance of the recognition model was analyzed through experiments, and the superiority of the model was verified. Results: Compared with the conventional recognition methods, the proposed method can more accurately and efficiently realize the automatic recognition of flexible packaging food, the recognition accuracy rate was 95.40%, and the recognition efficiency was 23.80 f/s, which meets the needs of packaging food recognition. Conclusion: By optimizing the existing food recognition model, the performance of the recognition model can be effectively improved.

Food-derived bioactive peptides play an immunoregulation role by regulating signal pathways and influencing the expression of cytokines in vivo. This review summarizes immunoregulatory effects of the food-derived protein hydrolysates and bioactive peptides on cells, animal models and human beings, and the immune mechanism of food-derived bioactive peptides in different models is explained. Finally, the future application of bioactive peptides is prospected.

By using a column elution method, potassium copper ferrocyanide(Cu-PBA) was in situ loaded on silicon bead(SiO2) column packing, thereby yielding a SiO2/Cu-PBA fixed bed column. The characterizations of SiO2/Cu-PBA by SEM-EDS, FTIR, XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm techniques confirms the successful loading of Cu-PBA on SiO2. In batch experiments, it is found that the maximum adsorption capacity of SiO2/Cu-PBA for Cs+ is around 4.0 mg/g, and it needs 30 min to reach equilibrium adsorption. Then, the adsorpion behavior of Cs+ by the SiO2/Cu-PBA fixed bed was systematically studied, including the impacts of various operating parameters such as bed depth, bed diameter, flow rate, and influent Cs+ concentration. In the optimized fixed bed system, the adsorption behaviors of Cs+ and coexisting metal ions(K+, Na+, Ca2+, and Mg2+) by SiO2/Cu-PBA and cation-exchanged resin were compared in both simulated groundwater and seawater. The efficient and highly selective removal of Cs+ by SiO2/Cu-PBA is addressed as well as the inefficiency of cation-exchanged resin in simulated seawater. Therefore, the SiO2/Cu-PBA composite will have great application prospects in the continuous removal of Cs+ from various Cs+-contaminated environmental water media.

With limited number of labeled samples, hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is a difficult Problem in current research. The graph neural network (GNN) has emerged as an approach to semi-supervised classification, and the application of GNN to hyperspectral images has attracted much attention. However, in the existing GNN-based methods a single graph neural network or graph filter is mainly used to extract HSI features, which does not take full advantage of various graph neural networks (graph filters). Moreover, the traditional GNNs have the problem of oversmoothing. To alleviate these shortcomings, we introduce a deep hybrid multi-graph neural network (DHMG), where two different graph filters, i.e., the spectral filter and the autoregressive moving average (ARMA) filter, are utilized in two branches. The former can well extract the spectral features of the nodes, and the latter has a good suppression effect on graph noise. The network realizes information interaction between the two branches and takes good advantage of different graph filters. In addition, to address the problem of oversmoothing, a dense network is proposed, where the local graph features are preserved. The dense structure satisfies the needs of different classification targets presenting different features. Finally, we introduce a GraphSAGE-based network to refine the graph features produced by the deep hybrid network. Extensive experiments on three public HSI datasets strongly demonstrate that the DHMG dramatically outperforms the state-of-the-art models.

Objective To investigate the value of diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) histogram combined with Ephrin type⁃A receptor 2 (EphA2) in the evaluation of glioma grading. Methods A total of 183 patients with diffuse glioma [including 63 cases of low⁃grade glioma (LGG) and 120 cases of high⁃grade glioma (HGG)] who underwent neurosurgical resection and were confirmed by pathology at General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from December 2015 to December 2019 were enrolled. All patients underwent conventional MRI and DKI examination [including fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), kurtosis fractional anisotropy (KFA), mean kurtosis (MK), mean kurtosis tensor (MKT)], and DKI histogram parameters (including mean, variance, median, 25% quantile, 75% quantile, skewness, kurtosis) were obtained. Immunohistochemical staining of EphA2 was performed. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the predictive factors of glioma grading, and based on these factors, the DKI histogram and the DKI histogram combined with EphA2 grading diagnostic prediction model were constructed, and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn to evaluate its diagnostic efficiency. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the DKI histogram parameters and the EphA2 grading. Results For HGG, the variance (t=⁃2.050, P=0.042) and 75% quantile (t=⁃2.130, P=0.035) of FA value, the variance (t=⁃6.052, P=0.000) and skewness (Z=⁃3.326, P=0.001) of MD value, the mean (t=⁃3.094, P=0.002), variance (t=⁃2.228, P=0.027), median (Z=⁃3.444, P=0.001), 25% quantile (t=⁃3.022, P=0.003) and 75% quantile (t=⁃3.438, P=0.001) of MK value, the mean (t=⁃3.096, P=0.002), variance (t=⁃2.140, P=0.028), median (t=⁃3.701, P=0.000), 25% quantile (t=⁃3.033, P=0.003) and 75% quantile (t=⁃3.441, P=0.000) of MKT value were higher than those of LGG. The FA value (Z=4.489, P=0.000), MK value (Z=4.528, P=0.000) and MKT value (Z=4.528, P=0.000) were significantly lower than those of LGG. Logistic regression analysis showed the skewness of FA value (OR=0.484, 95%CI: 0.278-0.842; P=0.010), variance of MD value (OR=2.821, 95%CI: 1.231-6.466; P=0.014) and 75% quantile of MKT value (OR=2.581, 95%CI: 1.148-5.806; P=0.022) were the predictive factors for glioma grading. The ROC curve showed the area under the curve (AUC) of DKI histogram parameters combined with EphA2 grading was 0.90±0.02 (95%CI: 0.676-0.922, P=0.000), which was better than DKI histogram (0.86±0.02; 95%CI: 0.809-0.916, P=0.000; Z=1.114, P=0.041). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed only MD kurtosis was negatively correlated with EphA2 grading (rs=⁃0.267, P=0.002). Conclusions The prediction model of DKI histogram combined with EphA2 grading can effectively improve the efficiency of grading diagnosis of glioma.

As extreme climate and environmental changes increase, urban public safety faces increasing risks and challenges owing to the rapid urbanization process. The construction of safety resilient cities focuses on urban disaster prevention and mitigation and can?promote high-quality urban development. Considering the demand for urban disaster prevention, mitigation, and safe development,?this study reviews the problems existing in urban disaster prevention and mitigation and analyzed the current challenges facing the?construction of safety resilient cities. Moreover, four key aspects for building a safety resilient city are proposed, namely institutional,?social, engineering, and technological resilience. Furthermore, the following suggestions for the development of safety resilient cities?are proposed: (1) improving legal standards for disaster prevention and control and establishing an efficient emergency response?coordination mechanisms; (2) promoting multi-subject collaborative governance to build a new pattern for disaster prevention,?mitigation, and relief; (3) strengthening the awareness of disaster risks to build a solid defense line in society; (4) accelerating the?construction of disaster prevention and mitigation infrastructure to improve urban fortification; and (5) strengthening the development?of technologies and skilled professionals for disaster prevention and mitigation to improve risk governance.

E-cigarettes have gained considerable popularity worldwide recently， which have also drawn the attention of adolescents and pregnant women. However， recent studies have uncovered the negative effects of e-cigarettes on our cardiovascular system， respiratory system， nervous system， blood system and so on. Furthermore， several studies indicate that e-cigarettes can significantly impair users’ reproductive ability. In this review， we collected the most recent studies on the effects of e-cigarettes on reproductive system based on human studies， animal studies and in vitro preclinical studies. In addition， the review shows the urgency of setting e-cigarettes exposure standards. As a result， we recommend setting strict limits on the production and sales of e-cigarettes， thus encouraging consumers to consume reasonably.

Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1) in primary tumor cells(TCs) and tumor-infiltrating immune cells(TICs) in patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer(CRC) and determine its predictive value for recurrence after microwave ablation(MWA) of liver metastases. Methods The paraffin-embedded specimens of 28 patients with CRC liver metastasis were collected retrospectively. The expression of PD-L1 in the primary lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between PD-L1 and clinical features was analyzed. Recurrence-free survival(RFS) was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method and Log rank test. Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the factors influencing recurrence. Results The positive rates of PD-L1 in TCs and TICs in primary CRC were 14.3%(4/28) and 46.4%(13/28), respectively. PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastases was significantly correlated with the largest hepatic tumor diameter (P < 0.05). PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastasis was correlated with poor RFS after MWA (P < 0.05). PD-L1 expression in primary TICs and the largest hepatic tumor diameter > 3 cm in CRC patients with liver metastases were the risk factors for recurrence after MWA (P < 0.05). Conclusion PD-L1 expression in primary TICs of CRC patients with liver metastasis may increase the risk of recurrence after MWA for liver metastasis.

Due to the high viscosity and bulk complexity of crude oil samples, it poses a grand challenge to determine hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in them. Although many methods have been developed for the analysis of H2S in complex systems, these methods generally have complex processes, large analysis error and low sensitivity. In the study, based on the reaction between triazine and H2S by generating thiadiazine, a small volume of complex crude oil sample was introduced directly into a triazine solution using acetonitrile as solvent for transferring H2S into detectable species by organic mass spectrometry. The experimental parameters of solution composition, acetic acid content, reaction time and reaction temperature were optimized, and the method of paper spray ionization-mass spectrometry (PSI-MS) was established for rapid analysis of H2S in complex crude oil samples. An optimal performance was achieved when the reaction of triazine and H2S was carried out at 30 ℃ for 2 h with acetonitrile containing 0.1% acetic acid as solvent. The standard curve for the quantitative analysis of H2S was constructed according to the linear relationship between MS signal intensity of resulting thiadiazine and the concentration of H2S, which was applied for actual crude oil samples from different sources. The results showed that the linear range and the limit of detection (LOD) were 0.1-1 000 μg/L and 0.041 μg/L with intra-day precision of 3.04% and inter-day precision of 3.18%, respectively. The PSI-MS was also employed to determine H2S in different actual crude oil samples, and the spiked recovery was 91.7%-103.5% with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.2%-4.5%. This method has the advantages of easy operation, low cost, high sensitivity and less contamination to mass spectrometer, which is promising for the direct and fast analysis of H2S in complex crude oil samples.

The neutron induced nuclear reaction cross sections of fission products are related with the neutron fiux and the reactor burnup, which are important for the accurate of nuclear engineering design. To predict the (n,2n) reaction cross section, especially those lack of experimental measurements, we analyzed the relevant features and establish the experimental data set on the basis of sorting out the experimental data recorded in EXFOR library. The back propagation artificial neural network (ANN) and decision tree (DT) models are built to learn the experimental data set, respectively, adopting PyTorch and XGBOOST toolboxes. we report that machine learning models are applied to analysis and predicate (n,2n) reaction cross section.

Objective: To evaluate the storability of yellow peach with different sugar content. Methods: The respiration intensity, ethylene release rate, soluble solid content and texture of the fruit stored at 0, 14, 21, 28, 35, （35+3） d were measured. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance （NMR） technique and proton magnetic resonance imaging （1H-MRI） were used to determine the content of free water （A2） and relaxation time （T2） to observe the changes of fruit stored at （2±0.5） ℃. Results: During storage and shelf, the decrease rate of firmness of pulp, flesh compactedness and chewiness was faster in low-sugar group, especially at the later stage of storage （14~35 d） and shelf-life, the water loss was larger, and the storage tolerance was poor; Fruit texture and storability of high and medium sugar groups were maintained well, and the water content of high and medium sugar groups was higher than that of low sugar group at the early stage of storage （0~21 d）, but decreased slightly at the late stage of storage. Conclusion: 'Jinxiu' yellow peach with high sugar content can keep high free water content and quality during storage, and has good storability. 0~14 days is the high quality fresh preservation period, 21 days is safety preservation period, 28~35 days is the quality deterioration period, and the shelf life can reach 3 days.

Objective To investigate the influence of smoking on subgingival flora after periodontitis treatment through microbiological experiments. Methods Fifty-nine patients with periodontitis who completed periodontal treatment in the Department of Stomatology of Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected and divided into smoking group(30 patients) and non-smoking group(29 patients). The clinical samples of patients's periodontal pockets before and after treatment were collected for detection of Actinobacillus (Aa), Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg), Plasmobacterium intermedius (PI), Bacteroides forsythiae (Bf), Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn) and Streptococcus minimus (Pm). Results After treatment, the bleeding index and periodontal attachment of the smoking group were better than those before treatment, while the plaque area index, bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and periodontal attachment of the non-smoking group were better than those before treatment, and the plaque area index, periodontal pocket depth and periodontal attachment of the non-smoking group were better than those of the smoking group, with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). After treatment, the positive rate of Pg and Pi in the smoking group was lower than that before treatment, the positive rate of Aa, Pg, Pi, Bf, Fn and Pm in the non-smoking group was lower than that before treatment, and the positive rate of Pg, Bf, Fn and Pm in the non-smoking group was lower than that in the smoking group, with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with smokers, non-smokers have better periodontal attachment recovery and lower detection rate of periodontal bacteria after periodontal treatment.

The hydraulic conductivity function of unsaturated soil spans several orders of magnitude. Traditional measurement methods often take several months, and it is difficult to measure the hydraulic conductivity in the full suction range. In order to realize the rapid measurement of hydraulic conductivity in the full suction range, the wetting front advancing method is combined with the instantaneous profile method (here referred to as the combined determination method) in this study. A self-developed soil column infiltration device was used to measure the hydraulic conductivity of Qinghai silty clay in the full suction range under different dry densities. The test results show that in the combined determination method, the wetting front advancing method is suitable for the measurement of hydraulic conductivity in the high suction range ( > 25 kPa), while the instantaneous profile method is suitable for measuring the hydraulic conductivity in the low suction range ( ≤25 kPa). The hydraulic conductivity determined by the two methods in the overlapped suction range is basically consistent. The combined determination method can reduce the measurement time of hydraulic conductivity in the full suction range by about one week with good accuracy. In addition, the error sources of the two measurement methods are also analyzed and discussed in this work. The results show that the combined determination method can realize the rapid measurement of hydraulic conductivity in the full suction range, which is expected to make the measurement of the hydraulic conductivity of unsaturated soil become a routine test in soil mechanics.

Objective To screen the risk factors for short⁃term poor clinical prognosis in patients with low⁃grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH), and to construct the Nomogram model. Methods A total of 293 aSAH patients with World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WNFS) grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ treated by aneurysm clipping or aneurysm embolization in The People's Hospital of Kaizhou District of Chongqing from January 2016 to December 2021 were enrolled. The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the clinical prognosis at 3 months after surgery. Univariate and multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors for short⁃term poor clinical prognosis in patients with low⁃grade aSAH, and Nomogram model was constructed. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated to evaluate the prediction efficiency of the model. The Bootstrap internal verification method, Hosmer⁃Lemeshow goodness of fit test and calibration curve were used to verify the model. Results Total 293 patients were divided into good prognosis group (0-2 score, n=238) and poor prognosis group (3-6 score, n=55) according to mRS score. The proportion of poor prognosis group was age ≥ 65 years old (χ2=18.516, P=0.000) and WFNS grade Ⅱ (χ2=9.491, P=0.002), the incidences of postoperative delayed cerebral ischemia (χ2=28.355, P=0.000), shunt dependent hydrocephalus (χ2=33.497, P=0.000) and intracranial hemorrhage (χ2=17.744, P=0.000) were higher than those of good prognosis group. Logistic regression analysis showed age ≥ 65 years old (OR=1.241, 95%CI: 1.021-1.772; P=0.000), postoperative delayed cerebral ischemia (OR=9.462, 95%CI: 1.302-23.823; P=0.010) and shunt dependent hydrocephalus (OR=6.092, 95%CI: 2.730-16.201; P=0.000) were the risk factors for short⁃term poor clinical prognosis in patients with low⁃grade aSAH. The Nomogram model was constructed based on the above 3 risk factors. ROC curve showed the AUC was 0.833 (95%CI: 0.772-0.897, P=0.000), when Youden index was 0.520, the corresponding sensitivity was 79.28%, specificity was 72.69%, and the cut⁃off value was 128 points. The prediction efficiency of the model was better than that of the above 3 factors alone (P=0.000, for all). Furthermore, the Bootstrap internal verification method, Hosmer⁃Lemeshow goodness of fit test and calibration curve confirmed the good discrimination (CI=0.908), stability (χ2=1.078, P=0.693) and calibration. Conclusions Age ≥ 65 years old, postoperative delayed cerebral ischemia and shunt dependent hydrocephalus are the risk factors for short⁃term poor clinical prognosis in patients with low⁃grade aSAH. The Nomogram model constructed based on these 3 factors has good predictive value for short⁃term clinical prognosis in low⁃grade aSAH.

Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of thiocyanate in cheese by inhibition conductance ion chromatography. Methods: The content of thiocyanate in cheese was determined by inhibition conductance ion chromatography and a mathematical model was established. The source of uncertainty introduced in the process of the experiment was described, and the synthetic uncertainty was calculated for each uncertainty component. Results: The determination of thiocyanate was （10.2±0.56） mg/kg, k=2, p=95%. Conclusion: The uncertainty in the measurement process mainly comes from the concentration of thiocyanate in the test solution, followed by sample recovery and repeatability experiments.

As wall wear is an important factor for the failure of Super Vortex Quick Separation System (SVQS), the study of wear is of great significance in improving its service life. In this work, based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) research method, the internal flow field of SVQS system was coupled by Fluent software, and the wall wear of the system was numerically simulated using the DPM erosion model. Through the numerical analysis, the main wear parts of the system wall were determined to be the cyclone arm, the position on the wall near the jet outlet, the middle and lower part of the settlement section, the top of the riser and the position of the isolate cylinder baffle; the system speed and wear map were gained; and the causes of wear on the wall of the quick separation system as well as the factors that might affect the wear were preliminarily analyzed with the help of wear distribution law. Besides, the accuracy and reliability of the numerical simulation results were verified through a comparison to the actual wear condition of the SVQS system having isolate cylinders and coverplates and used in indurial applications.

Demand response is an important way to balance the power supply and demand， and to wake up user-side resources. In view of data trust， privacy protection， transaction efficiency and other issues of current demand response business， a solution based on smart contract on blockchain is proposed. First， according to the invited demand response mechanism， the pain points and difficulties of the current business mechanism are analyzed. Then， the smart contract on blockchain is introduced to construct the technical framework of the invited demand response framework based on smart contract， to design the operation mechanism and the related smart contract functions.， and to analyze the technical advantages of the smart contract on blockchain applied in the demand response business. Finally， the deficiencies of this mechanism are discussed， and the future development direction of demand response business based on blockchain technology is discussed concerning demand response service increase， transaction system improvement， user-side interaction enhancement， and timeliness advancement.

Objective: To avoid young liquor as old liquor and realize the discrimination of Baijiu age. Methods: The near infrared transmission spectra of Baijiu samples were collected by near infrared spectrometer, and the synchronous and asynchronous two-dimensional correlation spectra of Baijiu samples were constructed with the wine age as the external disturbance. On this basis, the autocorrelation spectrum of each sample was extracted, and the age discrimination model of Baijiu was established by combining Markov distance method. Results: The wave band from 1 400 nm to 1 800 nm contained the effective information about the changes of Baijiu samples on age. The discrimination accuracy of model correction set was 93.3%, and that of prediction set was 92.0%. Conclusion: Two dimensional correlation spectrum combined with Mahalanobis distance method can effectively identify the age of Baijiu.

BackgroundThe aim of this study was to examine whether academic performance is associated with students' athletic ability in primary school.MethodsA 3-year follow-up study was conducted among 1,136 Chinese students. Sit-up and jump rope testers were used to measure 1-min sit-ups and 1-min jump ropes, respectively. Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and the Beck Depression Inventory were used to estimate sleep quality and depression levels. The end-of-semester examinations were used to evaluate students' academic performance during the follow-up period.ResultsAfter adjusting for confounders, the mean change in Chinese language performance for participants stratified by 1-min sit-ups at baseline was 0.35 (95% CI: −0.37 to 0.76) for level 1 (slowest), 0.52 (95% CI: −0.54 to 1.08) for level 2, and 1.72 (95% CI: 1.14 to 2.30) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend = 0.003); the mean change in math scores was 0.28 (95% CI: −0.50 to 0.95) for level 1 (slowest), 0.95 (95% CI: 0.38 to 1.52) for level 2, and 1.41 (95% CI: 0.82 to 1.99) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend = 0.048). The mean change in foreign language scores was −0.45 (95% CI: −0.99 to −0.93) for level 1 (slowest), −0.14 (95% CI: −0.44 to 0.41) for level 2, and 0.69 (95% CI: 0.25 to 1.13) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend = 0.004). The mean change in Chinese language performance for participants stratified by 1-min jump ropes at the baseline was 0.30 (95% CI: −0.16 to 0.76) for level 1 (slowest), 1.09 (95% CI: 0.42 to 1.76) for level 2, and 1.74 (95% CI: 1.14 to 2.35) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend = 0.001). The mean change in math scores was 0.41 (95% CI: −0.11 to 0.92) for level 1 (slowest), 1.44 (95% CI: 0.69 to 2.19) for level 2, and 1.43 (95% CI: 0.76 to 2.10) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend = 0.019). The mean change in foreign language performance was −0.71 (95% CI: −1.08 to −0.33) for level 1 (slowest), 0.95 (95% CI: −0.40 to 1.50) for level 2, and 0.91 (95% CI: 0.41 to 1.41) for level 3 (fastest) (P for trend < 0.001).ConclusionThis study suggests that participation in jump rope and sit-up exercises may positively affect students' academic performance.

Diffusion is an important phenomenon that governs contaminant transport through compacted clay liner at the bottom of landfill. The diffusion process is influenced by many factors, i.e., type, valence and concentration of ions. Therefore, an accurate diffusion model is of great importance for the design of liner system of landfill. The simplified Guntelberg activity coefficient was introduced to indicate concentration difference between ideal solution and actual solution. The driving force of diffusion usually considered combined action of chemical and diffusion potential. The semipermeable membrane effect of clay was considered. A diffusion model describing simultaneous movement of multi-ions through clay barrier was proposed. Moreover, the multi-physical field simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics was employed for conducting simulations for the proposed diffusion model. The results indicate that the factors such as solution non-ideality, diffusion potential, and semipermeable membrane effect of clay play an important role in the diffusion process of multiple ions. A remarkable retarded behavior was captured, when the solution non-ideality or semipermeable membrane effect was considered in the proposed model. Further, an accelerating effect on cations was observed taking diffusion potential into consideration. The multi-ion diffusion process under combined action is not a simple superposition of single influence mechanism, but rather, each mechanism restricts each other and affects the multi-ion diffusion behavior.

Objective To observe the influence of dapagliflozin on ERS of myocardial tissues from rats with heart failure, and explore the its relationship with myocardial remodeling. Methods The rats were divided into the control group, model group (with aortic coarctation, TAC) and Dapagliflozin intervention group (with Dapagliflozin 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg given by gavage once daily). Non-invasive rat tail artery manometer was used to detect mean arterial pressure. Weigh body weight, whole heart weight and left ventricular weight were recorded to calculate the rat myocardial hypertrophy index HWI and LVWI. Small animal ultrasound was used to detect rat heart function. The morphological changes of cardiomyocytes was microscopied with HE staining. Immuno-histochemistry and Western blot were used to detect GRP78 and CHOP expression in rat myocardial tissue. Results Compared with the control group, MAP, HWI and LVWI in the model group were significantly increased (P＜0.01), EF and FS decreased significantly (P＜0.01). Compared with the model group, HWI and LVWI were reduced (P＜0.05), EF and FS were increased (P＜0.05) in dapagliflozin group. HE staining showed that the myocardial fibers in control group were neatly arranged and morphologically regular; in model group, the myocardial fibers were excluded from the disorder, the morphology was irregular, and the tissue was evacuated; the myocardial fibers in dapagliflozin group were better than that of model group. Compared with control group, the expression of GRP78 and CHOP in the myocardium of model group was significantly increased(P＜0.01);compared with model group, the expression of GRP78 and CHOP in dapagliflozin group was reduced (P＜0.05). Conclusions Dapagliflozin obviously inhibits ERS, down-regulates the expression of GRP78 and CHOP, protects cardiomyocytes, more effectively relieves ventricular remodeling and improves cardiac function. ERS may be one of the molecular biological mechanisms of Dapagliflozin.

Biochemistry experiment courses are important practical courses for medical specialties. Traditional teach-ling has the problems of single teaching method, insufficient student participation, weak learning enthusiasm, and no assessment method. Comprehensive experiment is a teaching method that takes students as the main body and uses relevant theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills to solve specific experimental problems. In the teaching process, the assessment is used as an experiment course test method, which not only urges students to complete the experimental content seriously, but also can reduce students' slack in the experiment course. The introduction of comprehensive experiments into biochemistry experiment teaching is expected to improve the quality of teaching and enhance students' capacity building of practice guided by theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and independent thinking.

TC4/Ni60/Ni-graphite composite functional coatings with 25%(mass fraction), 35% and 45%Ni-graphite were prepared on TC4 titanium alloy surface by coaxial powder-feeding laser cladding technology. The forming quality, microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite coatings were studied by means of penetrant inspection, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analyzer, electron probe microanalyzer, white light interferometer, microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The results show that the 35%Ni-graphite coating has the best forming quality, and different content Ni-graphite coatings have the same types of reaction precipitates, mainly Ti2Ni, TiC, TiB2, graphite and matrix α-Ti.The TiC coated graphite semi coherent composite phase and TiC, Ti2Ni cross growth coherent composite phase are formed in all coatings, the semi-coherent TiC coating can alleviate the melting of graphite in the molten pool, and the coherent TiC-Ti2Ni composite phase can make the brittle Ti2Ni structure uniformly refined. With the increase of Ni-graphite content, the average microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings decrease gradually, while the anti-friction performance first increases and then decreases, and the wear mechanism is abrasive wear.

BACKGROUND Infrared spectroscopy technology, as a green, fast, non-destructive and accurate mineral detection technology, has drawn widespread attention of geologists all over the world in recent years. In view of the high superposition of altered minerals in porphyry deposits, the inconspicuous alteration zone boundaries, many fine-grain altered minerals, and clay altered minerals, this technology has outstanding advantages in the identification of altered minerals and interpretation of exploration information. OBJECTIVES To analyze the characteristics of alteration and mineralization of the porphyry copper deposit in Pulang, Yunnan Province, and to provide the basis theory for porphyry copper deposits (especially in the Pulang deposit) exploration. METHODS The core samples in the drill ZK1801 were detected using HyLogger-3 through infrared spectroscopy technology, and the spectral data was processed and analyzed by TSG 8.0. RESULTS K-silicate alteration, epidote-chlorite alteration, chlorite-illite alteration, quartz-illite alteration and clay alteration were identified in the Pulang porphyry copper deposit. The main altered minerals included quartz, potassium feldspar, sericite, chlorite, epidote, kaolinite, smectite and illite. According to the characteristics of mineralization, it was found that copper ore bodies were widely present in the potassium silicate zone and epidote-chlorite zone. CONCLUSIONS Quartz+potash, feldspar+sericite and epdote+chlorite can be typical altered mineral assemblages for exploration of the Pulang porphyry copper deposit. The Al-OH wavelength from 2210nm to 2205nm of sericite (long-wave sericite) is closely related to mineralization, which can be used as an indicator for prospecting in the Pulang deposit.

Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-152 in hepatocellular carcinoma, and analyze the correlation of miR-152 expression with the clinicopathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients. Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-152 in tissue specimens from HCC and the adjacent non-cancerous hepatic tissues collected from 56 patients who underwent surgical treatment for primary HCC. The association between the expression of miR-152 and the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of HCC patients was analyzed. Results The relative expression of miR-152 in hepatocellular carcinoma and corresponding adjacent non-carcinoma tissues were 0.616±0.041 and 0.768±0.042 (P=0.011). The expression of miR-152 was significantly associated with TNM stages (P=0.042), tumor differentiation (P=0.035), metastasis (P=0.048) and venous invasion (P=0.042). There was no significant association between the miR-152 expression and gender, age, AFP level, tumor number or tumor grade. The OS (P=0.035) and PFS (P=0.012) in the low miR-152 expression group were obviously shorter than those in the high miR-152 expression group. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the low expression of miR-152, tumor recurrence and pathological classification were significant independent prognostic factors for the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Conclusion The expression of miR-152 is decreased in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, and the low expression of miR-152 is significantly associated with TNM stages, tumor differentiation, metastasis, venous invasion and the prognosis of HCC patients.
