Ischemic stroke is a serious complication during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery. Endovascular mechanial thrombectomy is an effective treatment for acute ischemic stroke, especially for patients after cardiac surgery who cannot undergo intravenous thrombolysis. However, for this specific patients in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery, the proportion of mechanial thrombectomy is significantly lower than in non⁃cardiac surgery patients. The therapeutic effect of mechanial thrombectomy in this context is not yet fully clear and require extensive clinical research for further validation.

Objective To report and analyze the clinical features of the first documented case in China of anti-neurofilament heavy chain (NfH) antibody-associated encephalitis. Methods and Results A 63-year-old female presented with cognitive impairment, recurrent epileptic episodes, and aphasia. Head MRI showed multiple abnormal signals in bilateral frontal and parietal lobes, and slight swelling in some gyri, dilatation of the supratentorial ventricular system and brain atrophy, especially in bilateral temporal lobes and hippocampus. 18F-DPA714 PET/MRI showed abnormal uptake in multiple brain regions in the frontal, temporal, parietal and occipital lobes, suggesting neuroinflammation in the brain. EEG showed frequent epileptiform discharges. Cerebrospinal fluid white cell count and glucose were elevated. Serum and cerebrospinal fluid antibodies related to autoimmune encephalitis were negative. Serum tissue-based indirect immunofluorescence assay showed cerebellar neurofilament-like fluorescence surrounding Purkinje cells, further detection of neurofilament protein-related antibodies, it suggested high titer of serum NfH-IgG (1∶1000). The patient was diagnosed with anti-NfH antibody-associated encephalitis. After treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone, the prognosis was improved. Conclusions Anti-NfH antibody - associated encephalitis is a rare and clinically complex condition. The myriad of symptoms complicates early diagnosis and differential identification. Early initiation of immunomodulatory therapy may offer prognostic advantages.

By analyzing the overview of computer graphics and image design and Visual communication definition, and combining the relevant design elements, the paper analyzes the method of computer graphics and image design based on visual communication technology.

In order to study the effect of weld seam models on hydro-forming of ellipsoidal shell, three kinds of models, i.e., comprehensive model rough model and no weld seam model were built and the influence was discussed on variation of axis length. An experiment for hydro-forming of ellipsoidal shell with initial axis length ratio 1.8 was first carried out, and the axis length varying with the increasing of internal pressure was obtained. Simulation on three kinds of finite element model was conducted, and the effect of weld seam models on the simulation accuracy was deeply discussed by a comparison of axis length variation between simulation and experiment. It is shown that little difference happens among the three kinds of weld seam models at the early stage of deformation, and the axis length deviation is less than 4%. However, there is worse simulation accuracy for the no weld seam model at the middle and late stage of deformation, and the axis length deviation is up to 15%. While both the comprehensive model and the rough model can successfully predict the axis length variation with the deviation no more than 5%. Finally, the rough model is selected on the basis of better simulation accuracy and simple weld seam model.

A pedestrian counting method based on Haar-like detection and template-matching algorithm is presented. The aim of the method is to count pedestrians that are in a metro station automatically using video surveillance camera. The most challenging problem is to count pedestrians accurately in the case of not changing the position of the surveillance camera, because the view that surveillance camera uses in a metro station is always short-shot and nondirect downward view. In this view, traditional methods find it difficult to count pedestrians accurately. Hence, we propose this novel method. In addition, in order to improve counting accuracy more, we present a method to set the parameter value with a threshold-curve instead of a fixed threshold. The results of experiments show the high accuracy of our method.

Fractal signature feature of MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) time series data is proposed in this study in order to further mine its inherent information. Savitzky-Golay filter is adopted to reconstruct MODIS NDVI time series curves of Beijing in China. The blanket method used for computing fractal dimension of surface is modified and then transferred to compute upper and lower fractal signature of each pixel in NDVI time series images. The fractal signature and their corresponding scale are analyzed, and the results show that fractal signature curves and fractal signature images can clearly reflect different targets of land use and land cover at certain scales. This study also provides a new secondary characteristic parameter for related studies.

The agricultural information construction in the economically weak rural areas of Beijing may promote mutual conversion between the informatization of traditional agricultural production elements and the factored information production, which provides the new opportunities and conditions for agricultural development. In the present study, the current status of the information construction, information personnel, the information operational capability of villagers and the reasons affecting their information utilization in the village was investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey, which offers the targeted suggestions for advancing the agricultural information level in the economically weak rural areas of Beijing, including 1) establish effective internet environment within the village to supply effective access to the Internet for poor villagers; 2) emphasize the internet operational training for the villagers; 3) construct the internet platform to provide the communication platform and 4) reinforce the training of village level scientific and technical information personnel.
