Given the real-world challenges in implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), it is important to study and formulate a localized assessment indicator system for each SDGs to monitor the current status of sustainable development at different scales, identify problems, and develop countermeasures. Based on the "economy-society-environment" three-dimensional theoretical framework for sustainable development, this study deconstructs the connotation of SDG11 at the community level, and constructs an urban community sustainability assessment indicator system containing 7 goals and 13 indexes. In addition, by taking 602 sample communities in the built-up regions of Changsha as an example, this study utilizes multi-source big data to comprehensively assess community sustainability as well as the coupling coordination degree of the communities' economic-social-environmental systems. It is found that: (1) During the period 2010-2020, the degree of achievement of community SDG in Changsha falls in the "relative closeness" range, with a "core-periphery" spatial distribution from the high sections to the low ones. (2) Of the 7 goals, housing guarantee, disaster prevention and relief, and environmental governance are progressing well; public transportation and heritage protection are improving significantly; public space is rising slowly; however, planning management is less than ideal. (3) Based on the assessment results of the coupling coordination degree of the communities' economic-social-environmental systems, the sample communities are classified into three types: coordinated development, transitional development, and dysfunctional decline communities. Then, in addition to the zoning results of core, central urban, and suburban areas, a differentiated governance path is proposed. (4) The assessment indicator system has high validity and needs to be further enhanced with a larger number of empirical cases in the future. The research results enrich the theoretical system of community sustainability and technical means of assessment. The empirical part of the study takes the statutory communities in the built-up area of Changsha as the research object and carries out the assessment of community sustainability at three time points: 2010, 2015, and 2020. This help in grasping the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of community sustainability and its law of evolution at the city level and provide scientific support for carrying out refined urban planning and community governance. The data used in the indicator system mainly come from objective big data with temporal continuity, which is conducive for conducting longitudinal continuous tracking research and horizontal comparison research with other cities.

Urban Blue-Green Spaces (UBGS) are material carriers that support public life and expand social interactions. It is also a natural place to realize the spatial publicness. In the context of the ecological civilization, China has made specific achievements in constructing a UBGS. However, optimizing its spatial structure and improving the quality of the human environment is only the beginning. Enhancing its publicness and thus strengthening social cohesion, enriching cultural diversity, cultivating the public spirit, and realizing the well-being of humankind on a broader scale is the ultimate goal of UBGS. Drawing on the theories of the human-land relationship and landscape ecology, we established an evaluation system for UBGS publicness based on the "element-function-structure" framework. We used Changsha as an example to explore the UBGS publicness pattern characteristics and influencing factors. The study results are as follows: 1) A UBGS with high publicness should have three significant characteristics: accessible elements, selectable functions, and shared structures, which promote and expand public life and support other social connections. 2) The comprehensive indicator of UBGS publicness in Changsha showed a circular pattern, decreasing from the core to the periphery and a fan-shaped expansion relying on the water system. Regarding element accessibility, spatial accessibility was high in the core area and low in the suburbs. In contrast, quantity adequacy was low in the core area and high in the suburbs. In terms of functional selectivity, group inclusiveness was low along the Xiangjiang River in the core and center areas and lower on the east bank than on the west bank, whereas functional diversity was high in the core area and low in the suburban areas. In terms of structural connectivity and shareability, interactive connectivity shows a high core area, a low peri-urban area, and a wedge-shaped interlocking circle pattern in the transition zone between the core area and the peri-urban area, accompanied by a high belt characteristic along the scenic belt; the landscape connectivity shows a low core area, a high peri-urban area, and a pattern characteristic of the west bank of the Xiangjiang River that is higher than that of the east bank. 3) Social demand, economic boosts, and environmental support promote the spatial heterogeneity of the UBGS publicness. Based on the research results, improving the publicness of the UBGS in Changsha can be approached from the following aspects: first, increasing funding and policy support for the construction of the UBGS, expanding its scale, and improving its quality. Second, respecting the spatial distribution characteristics and activity patterns of the public and optimize the functional organization of the UBGS and the surrounding environment. Third, when constructing urban ecosystems, road systems, greenway systems, and public service facility systems, the construction of the UBGS should be considered comprehensively, and the coupling relationship between the UBGS and other urban subsystems should be enhanced. This study constructed a theoretical framework and evaluation system for assessing UBGS publicness and evaluated UBGS publicness on an urban scale. The results of this evaluation will promote the construction of livable cities and the implementation of the concept of sustainable urban development.

Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) infection is a primary cause of chronic respiratory disease in poultry, threatening the economic viability of China’s goose-farming industry. This study investigated the pathogenicity and drug resistance of an MG strain isolated from geese and whole-genome sequenced the strain.

The current challenges facing the field of artificial intelligence include high prices and market supply disruptions. The traditional single-card, single-use model results in low resource utilization and efficiency. Furthermore, existing technological research methods make it difficult to support the efficient management and scheduling of diverse heterogeneous GPU resources. Based on this, a virtualization-based GPU heterogeneous resource pool platform was proposed. Firstly, the overall architecture, logical architecture, and functional architecture of the platform were planned and designed. Secondly, key technologies were studied, and a virtualization heterogeneous GPU resource pool framework and a scheduling model based on time slicing + load balancing were proposed. Finally, based on the methods described, various innovative application models were proposed, including multiservice single-card stacking, cross-pull, cross-machine integration, hybrid deployment, and time division multiplexing. The research method proposed provides enterprise-level AI applications with GPU computing resources that are compatible with multiple GPU manufacturers, support remote access, flexible partitioning and aggregation, and flexible scheduling. Following the completion of calculations and an in-depth analysis, it has been demonstrated that a reduction of up to 60% in the number of GPU cards can be achieved while simultaneously enhancing operational efficiency by a factor of four.

The purpose of this study was to develop a total nutrition emulsion suitable for post-gastrectomy patients. The effects of different protein types, maltodextrins with different dextrose equivalent (DE) values, and different oils on the stability of the emulsion were investigated by measuring the particle size and sedimentation rate, and the effects on blood glucose and body mass in post-gastrectomy mice were also assessed. Furthermore, the number of homogenization cycles, homogenization pressure and pH were optimized for the processing of the emulsion. The results showed that good stability was observed in the emulsion made with whey protein as a protein source, maltodextrin with a DE value of 12, and a mixture of peanut oil and caprylic triglyceride or capric triglyceride at a ratio of 2:1, which was most favorable for restoring blood glucose and body mass in post-gastrectomy mice. The emulsion processed by 7 homogenization cycles at 70 kPa and pH 7.0 had the smallest particle size, the lowest sedimentation rate and the best stability. The findings obtained in this study provide theoretical guidance for the research and development of special emulsion-type foods for post-gastrectomy patients.

To provide a scoping review of studies on factors affecting smoking cessation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), so as to provide a basis for healthcare professionals to intervene early in the process of cessation of smoking in patients with COPD, and to formulate personalized interventions for smoking cessation. Arksey and O’Malley’s scoping review methodology as a framework, searched databases including CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, China Biomedical Database, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, ProQuest, CINAHL, and Cochrane Library to collect literature on factors influencing smoking cessation among COPD patients. The literature was screened, data extracted, and summarized accordingly. A total of 28 papers were included. The socio-demographic related factors affecting smoking cessation in patients with COPD were age, educational level, residence, marital status, occupational status, economic status, race, and sex; tobacco related factors included smoking index, smoking duration (years), cumulative smoking (packs/year), smoking intensity (packs/day), and tobacco addiction; disease related factors included mMRC score, GOLD level, severity of airflow restrictions, symptom, activity limitation due to lung problems, history of deterioration in outpatient care, receipt of COPD medication, receipt of lung CT, receipt of pulmonary function tests, receipt of surgery, and comorbid comorbidities; psychologically related factors included mental health status, quit smoking health beliefs, smoking cessation self-efficacy, motivation to quit smoking, stress, and adverse emotions; environmental/Interpersonal network related factors-included environmental impacts, social support, family support, tobacco control policies, and satisfaction with cessation care; and behavior related factors included alcohol consumption, coffee consumption, eating, physical activity, and have a hobby. Healthcare professionals should avoid critical education of COPD patients in the process of smoking cessation management, pay attention to the adverse effects of medication side effects on patients, emphasize the improvement of patients’ health beliefs and self-efficacy in smoking cessation, and help patients to establish a correct cognition of smoking cessation.

The friction properties and heat resistances of the iron-copper based powder metallurgy friction materials were tested by MM3000 friction and wear testing machine under 7 continuous braking conditions. The wear mechanism of the friction materials at two different rotate speeds (line speed in equivalent radius) was studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscope analysis. The results show that when the line speed is 19.40 m·s−1, the dynamic friction coefficient of the friction materials decreases slightly with the increase of surface pressure, which is 0.267~0.312 at 0.44 MPa and 0.258~0.308 at 0.80 MPa. Under the continuous braking condition as the line speed of 19.40 m·s−1, the surface pressure of 0.44 MPa, and the braking energy in unit area of 268 J·cm−2, the dynamic friction coefficient fluctuates greatly, while under the other conditions, the dynamic friction coefficient fluctuates little. With the increase of braking energy, the average dynamic friction coefficient under 7 kinds of continuous braking conditions changes between 0.300~0.334, and the dynamic friction coefficient is above 0.250, without the obvious decline phenomenon, indicating that the iron-copper based powder metallurgy friction materials have the good heat resistance. Under the line speed of 19.40 m·s−1, the friction and wear mechanism of the iron-copper based friction materials is mainly abrasive wear and oxidation wear. Under the line speed of 30.00 m·s−1, the friction and wear mechanism of the iron-copper based friction materials is mainly fatigue wear and oxidation wear.

ObjectiveTo provide references for the formulation and revision of corresponding food standards and further improvement of China’s national food safety standard system， the implementation of national food safety standards for oils and fats was understood， and the suggestions and opinions in the implementation of food safety standards was collected.MethodsThe standard follow-up evaluation was carried out by means of enterprise background investigation， questionnaire survey， on-site investigation and expert consultation. Food production and marketing enterprises， supervision institutes， inspection and testing institutions， industry associations， and relevant scientific research institutes from Shanghai， Guangdong， Hebei， Jiangxi， Guangxi and Ningxia were selected as the subjects for questionnaire and on-site investigation. Collect the problems encountered in the implementation of product standards， specification， examination method standards， and general standards， as well as suggestions on the revision of standards and system construction.ResultsFrom 2019 to 2021， a total of 3 097 special follow-up evaluation questionnaires were issued， 1 348 valid questionnaires were recovered， the recovery rate was 43.53%. 183 enterprises were surveyed on the spot， and 72 valid opinions and suggestions were collected. Generally speaking， the respondents have a high degree of recognition of the national food safety standards for oils and fats， and the suggestions mainly focus on “improving food classification and definition” and “increasing or improving technical indicators”.ConclusionThe implementation of national food safety standards for oils and fats is satisfactory， but it is necessary to improve the terminology definitions and technical requirements of relevant standards.

Abstract In the process of lower coal roadway support under double gobs in close coal seams, there are problems such as the whole destruction of the lower coal seam and the intermediate strata, the thin roof of the lower coal roadway with the smaller support space, the upper rock of the lower coal roadway without anchor bearing layer, the roof falling, the anchor cable offing, and so on. On the basis of the engineering background of No. 11103 haulage roadway in Fenxi coal mine, the research methods of theoretical modeling analysis, numerical simulation analysis and field engineering test are comprehensively adopted. In this paper, the layout of the roadway with floor insertion in the lower coal seam, the distribution characteristics of surrounding rock deviatoric stress, the control principle of broken surrounding rock and the coupling support method of shed–cable–prop are systematically studied. The study shows that many measures are needed to ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the strong mining roadway of the lower coal seam. The lower coal seam roadway section was modified from the original rectangular section to adopt an arched section to counteract the broken roof. The staggered position of the lower coal seam roadway layout was modified from the original coal roadway position to a coal–rock roadway, so as to avoid the area of high deviatoric stress in the coal pillar and the area of crushed coal body, and to leave an effective support space for the roof. The support scheme of the lower coal seam roadway was improved to use anchor cable and single prop to support the weak section of U‐type steel shed with local coupling, and realize unequal force coupling by adjusting the size of the force at different coupling points. In the field monitoring the deformation of the roadway is small, and the support effect is good.

Cogan's syndrome (CS) is recognized as a form of variable vasculitis. This report presents the case of a middle-aged woman experiencing recurrent coronary artery stenosis, accompanied by a history of non-syphilis keratitis, vestibular auditory symptoms, and venous thrombosis. Positron emission tomography/computed tomography revealed an elevated uptake of (18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose in the subclavian artery, common carotid artery, aortic arch, and thoracic aorta. A diagnosis of Cogan's syndrome was made. The aim of this study was to increase clinicians’ awareness of the vascular manifestations in CS and to emphasize the importance of thorough history taking. CS should be included in the differential diagnosis when patients present with recurrent coronary artery stenosis.

Systemic therapies, the ultimate strategies for patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), are suffering from serious clinical challenges, such as the occurrence and development of drug resistance. Treatment resistance aggravates tumor progression partly by inducing tumor metastasis. Regorafenib-resistant HCC cells exhibit a highly striking metastatic phenotype, but the detailed mechanisms underlying these aggressive behaviors remain elusive. Here, we conduct transcriptome sequencing analysis to identify COL5A2 as a crucial driver of the metastatic characteristics of regorafenib-resistant HCC cells. COL5A2 is aberrantly highly expressed in resistant cells, and its genetic depletion significantly suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion, vasculogenic mimicry (VM) formation and lung metastasis in vitro and in vivo, concomitant with the downregulation of VE-cadherin, EphA2, Twist1, p-p38 and p-STAT3 expressions. LIFR is confirmed to be an essential downstream molecule of COL5A2, and its expression is observably elevated by COL5A2 depletion. Ectopic overexpression of LIFR drastically attenuates the proliferation, migration, invasion and VM of regorafenib-resistant cells and represses the expressions of VM-related molecules and the activation of p38/STAT3 signaling pathway. Interestingly, rescue experiments show that the inhibition of the above aggressive features of resistant cells by COL5A2 loss is clearly alleviated by silencing of LIFR. Collectively, our results reveal that COL5A2 promotes the ability of regorafenib-resistant HCC cells to acquire a metastatic phenotype by attenuating LIFR expression and suggest that therapeutic regimens targeting the COL5A2/LIFR axis may be beneficial for HCC patients with therapeutic resistance.

Based on the thread tooth load distribution of the inverted planetary roller screw mechanism（IPRSM）, the influence of roller modification and screw modification on the load distribution is analyzed. The results show that the uneven load on the screw-roller interface is more serious than that on the long nut-roller interface, and the maximum contact stress and the maximum load on the threaded teeth are effectively reduced by the roller modification. Besides, the long nut-roller interface is more sensitive to the modification amount than that of the screw-roller interface. Similarly, the maximum load can also be effectively reduced by the screw modification. This study has some reference significance for optimizing the load distribution of the IPRSM.

Research on the risk of runway excursion events is mostly based on accident statistics. Analysis is rarely conducted from flight data and flight operation characteristics. Therefore，based on the QAR（quick access recorder）data，the risk analysis for runway excursion is performed. The QAR data is divided into three categories：flight status，operation instructions and information，so as to analyze the status of the aircraft in the three stages of takeoff run，landing and landing run. Through the operating characteristics reflected by the QAR data，combined with the SOP（standard operating procedures），the operations that exceed the normal data and do not conform to the standard operations can be deduced，and the risk factors affecting the normal flight are obtained. Based on the 2-4 model of behavior safety，the risk assessment index system of runway excursion can be established. Based on the causative mechanism of an accident，focusing on the analysis of operational characteristics and human factors，the risk prevention and control measures for overshoot runway excursion are proposed. The results show that，a risk im pact indicator system can be established from three dimensions：operation，data，and environment. This can reduce the impact of indicator factors on runway excursion events. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of personnel，aircraft，environment，and management，which can effectively reduce the probability of runway excursion events.

Objective To build a prediction model of the in-hospital death of patients with cardiac arrest. Methods This study is a retrospective analysis based on the medical information mart for intensive care-Ⅳ (MIMIC-Ⅳ)2.0. We gathered the information of patients above 18 years old, with cardiac arrest and intensive care unit (ICU) experience. A stepwise multi-variate logistic regression analysis was performed to filter variables, variables with P values < 0.05 were kept and enter as predictors of in-hospital death of patients with cardiac arrest. The model was evaluated with receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for discriminative power and with calibration curve for consistency. Finally, an online dynamic nomogram calculator was built to calculate the risk of in-hospital death. Results This study included 1772 patients with cardiac arrest. The mean age of those patients was (64.93±16.52) years old, and 963 (54.3%) patients suffered in-hospital death. The factors of the prediction model for in-hospital death of cardiac arrest patients constructed based on multi-variate logistic regression included: potential cardiac disease diagnosis, age adjusted Chalson comorbidity index(CCI), body mass index (BMI), vital signs, lowest lactic acid and lowest Glasgow coma scale (GCS) during the first 24 hours after entering ICU, cardiac ultrasound examination, invasive mechanical ventilation and vasopressin utilization. The sensitivity and specificity of the prediction model were 73.1%(95% CI: 0.702-0.759) and 71.6%(95% CI: 0.683-0.745), respectively. Area under the ROC curve was 0.806(95% CI: 0.786-0.826). Conclusions The prediction model built in this study can properly predict the in-hospital death of patients with cardiac arrest.

【Objective】 The contents of K+ and Na+ in soil affect soil fertility and quality, and understanding their spatiotemporal changes and the factors influencing their changes is critical to improving soil management and alleviating soil alkalization. We propose a machine learning method to predict changes in K+ and Na+ content in soils. 【Method】 Taking data measured from a cotton field in Southern Xinjiang as an example, we compared four machine learning algorithms: support vector regression (SVR), random forest regression (RFR), K-nearest neighbor regression (KNNR), and gradient lifting regression tree (GBRT). All algorithms were first trained based on K+ and Na+ measured in 2020, and the trained models were then tested against the data measured in 2021. The accuracy and robustness of the models were evaluated using the mean absolute errors (MAE), root mean square error (RMSE), and the determination coefficient (R2). 【Result】 The MAE of SVR, RFR, KNNR and GBRT for predicting K+ content was 0.100, 0.169, 0.169 and 0.167 g/kg, respectively; their associated RMSE was 0.119, 0.218, 0.218 g/kg and 0.223 g/kg, respectively, and their R2 was 0.687, 0.437, 0.430, and 0.395, respectively. For predicting Na+ content, the MAE of SVR, RFR, KNNR and GBRT was 0.841, 2.841, 2.826 g/kg, and 2.856 g/kg, respectively; and their RMSE was 1.154, 3.658, 3.630 g/kg, and 3.650 g/kg, respectively, and R2 was 0.838, 0.299, 0.219, and 0.200, respectively. SVR model is most accurate for predicting soil K+ and Na+ in the depths of 0~10, 10~20, 20~30 and 30~40 cm, with its MAE for K+ at the four depths being 0.122, 0.114, 0.056 g/kg and 0.106 g/kg, respectively, and RMSE being 0.135, 0.135, 0.069 g/kg and 0.126 g/kg, respectively. The MAE of SVR for predicting Na+ at the four depths was 0.540, 0.619, 0.835 g/kg and 1.371 g/kg, respectively, and its RMSE was 0.636, 0.748, 1.198 g/kg and 1.710 g/kg, respectively. 【Conclusion】 Among the four algorithms we compared, SVR is most accurate for predicting soil K+ and Na+ at depth from 0 to 40 cm, and it can be used to predict variation in K+ and Na+ in response to environmental change in the cotton fields in Southern Xinjiang.

【Objective】 Soil nitrogen and water are crucial factors influencing crop growth. Understanding their spatiotemporal variation at large scales is essential for improving agricultural management but challenging. This paper aims to investigate the application of airborne technologies for inversely estimating the spatiotemporal change in nitrogen and water in saline soils. 【Method】 The research area is located in southern Xinjiang. Remote sensing images were used to analyze the spectral characteristics of saline soils with different water, nitrogen, and salt contents. Inversion models for estimating water, nitrogen and salt contents were developed, using partial least squares regression (PLSR), support vector regression (SVR), and BP neural network (BPNN), respectively. The accuracy of each model was evaluated against ground-truth data. 【Result】 The characteristic bands of soil water are around 1 900 nm, the characteristic bands of soil nitrogen are between 1 490~1 506, 1 540~2 006, 2 011~2 500 nm, and the characteristic bands of soil salt are between 1 880~1 883 and 1 890~1 942 nm. The PLSR model has the best inversion effect on water, nitrogen and salt, followed by BPNN model and SVR model. 【Conclusion】 The characteristic spectral bands around 1 900 nm were sensitive to changes in soil water, nitrogen, and salt content. The optimal inversion model for estimating soil water, nitrogen, and salt involved using the Savitzky-Golay method for smoothing, principal component analysis for dimensionality reduction, and partial least squares regression for developing the inverse model.

Terahertz (THz) wave plays important roles in the research of material properties, the non-invasive human security check and the next generation wireless communication. The progress of the scientific and technological applications of THz wave is strongly dependent on the improvement of THz detectors. Here a novel THz wave detection scheme is proposed in which the THz radiation is detected by an audible microphone based on the photo-thermo-acoustic (PTA) effect in graphene foam. Thanks to the room-temperature broadband electromagnetic absorption characteristics of graphene foam and the fast heat transfer between graphene foam and ambient air, this detection method not only inherits the advantages of the photo-thermal THz detector such as room-temperature and full bandwidth, but also has a response time 3 orders of magnitude faster than the photo-thermal detector. Besides, no micro-antenna/electrode is required to fabricate in the graphene foam THz detector which greatly simplifies the detector design and decreases the fabrication cost. It concludes that the room-temperature, full-bandwidth, fast-speed (≥10 kHz), and easy-to-fabricate THz detector developed in this work has superior comprehensive performances among both the commercial THz detectors and the detectors recently developed in laboratory.

Fe-based powder metallurgy friction materials were prepared by powder metallurgy pressure sintering technology, and the damage mechanism of the friction materials under the high energy braking conditions as the speed of 7500 r·min−1, the surface pressure of 0.8 MPa, and the inertia moment of 0.045 kg·m2 was studied. The results show that, the damage and failure of the Fe-based powder metallurgy layers are mainly graphite shedding and surface crack. The initiation of surface thermal cracks is mainly distributed at the interface between the matrix and graphite phase and at the sharp corners of the edge shedding. The existence of micro-cracks reduces the energy of the main crack propagation, hinders the main crack propagation, and plays a role in improving the performance stability of the friction parts.

In developing robots for warehouse logistics, image recognition and processing for moving targets are the cornerstone of subsequent work. In this paper, the Meanshift algorithm is extended to continuous image sequences, and the Camshift algorithm for motion target tracking in a warehouse environment is proposed to obtain effective tracking of targets through the probability distribution when the color of continuous images changes dynamically. Based on target tracking, a feature-matching-based image recognition method is constructed. The scene image is first treated with improved Gamma correction for light equalization, and then image features are extracted using SURF feature points. Regarding running time, the feature matching method is, on average, 2.03 seconds faster than FLDA and 0.96 seconds faster than PCAFLDA under the same external conditions. By optimizing the computational structure, the feature-matching method can address the need for efficiency in warehouse logistics.

In this paper, the optimized Dual Heuristic Dynamic Programming (DHP) algorithm is studied in depth, compared and analyzed with the other three algorithms through experimental simulation, and the DHP algorithm is applied to different industrial accurate scheduling tests to explore the loads of the industrial equipment during scheduling operation. The simulation results show that the dual-heuristic dynamic programming DHP algorithm has a significant decrease in both the mean waiting time (MWT) and the mean response time (MRT), where the highest peak value of the mean waiting time is only 0.06901 μs, and the highest peak value of the mean response time is 0.24493 μs. In industrial accurate production scheduling, the improved DHP algorithm performs the best for textile industry’’s task scheduling with the best performance. Specifically, the task scheduling completion time for the textile industry is 4522 seconds when the number of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) is the minimum value of 3. In comparison, the completion time is 8541 seconds when the number of AGVs is the maximum value of 15. The textile industry shows the fastest task completion time compared to the other industry types for different settings of the number of AGVs. In the current technology information recommendation system, the construction of the user behavior matrix frequently results in matrix sparsity and user cold start issues. To address this problem, TransAR-CF, a knowledge graph-based technology information recommendation method, is proposed, which mainly combines item similarity and semantic similarity to form a hybrid similarity matrix and then accomplishes the task of constructing a knowledge graph-based technology information recommendation model. The model is applied to a college education by constructing a college education service system, and the recommendation model and system experience are tested separately. The convergence speed of this paper’s model is higher than that of the CFKG model on both datasets A and B, and the difference between the two ranges from 0.02 to 0.12. According to the four dimensions of system design, learning support, evaluation design, and teaching effect, 70% to 90% of users have a positive attitude toward this paper’s system. In summary, the TransARCF method solves the problem of scientific and technological information that is difficult to adapt accurately but has high acceptance and good utility in college education.

The use of cutting-edge information technology, such as virtual reality, has had a disruptive impact on the traditional model of visual perception art design. In this paper, we design a virtual reality modeling algorithm based on visual perception and QEM for creating virtual reality services. When the triangle feature constraint is combined with the QEM algorithm, it creates a triangle folding visual, geometric multi-feature metric function that guides the simplification order of the triangle face piece. Scene alignment and stitching using visual perception and QEM algorithms are examined, and the algorithms are employed to recreate the virtual reality of three selected artworks. This paper's algorithm achieves an average alignment rate of 90.93% for virtual scenes, outperforming the traditional algorithm by 15.64%. As for the quality of the scenes that were built, the mean standard deviation (SD) went from 11.92184 in the old way of doing things to 61.46286 in the new way. Similarly, the mean gradient (AG) went from 2.81938 to 15.58646, and the value of information entropy (EN) went from 5.40276 to 7.76728. Among the 12 dimensions scored by the experts for the first traditional artwork, only the light and shadow scored 51.13 points, while the rest were below 50 points. After the re-creation using the virtual reality technology in this paper, all the scores reached more than 50 points, with the highest being 88.8 points for visual aesthetics. With the exception of the background comparison, the virtual reality technology recreated the second work, improving the experts' scores on all dimensions, with the highest and lowest scores being 85.84 and 42.94 points, respectively. The third work also showed improvement in all aspects. In this paper, the algorithm optimizes the operation efficiency, reduces the number of rejections of the error transformation matrix and the running time of the model computation, and verifies that the virtual reality art creation mode can significantly improve the texture and level of artworks.

Objective This article aims to study the effect of endovascular treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) and perioperative nursing experience. Methods The clinical data of 139 patients with BCS who received endovascular treatment in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. In this article, the technical procedure was described in detail, and the perioperative complications and follow-up results were summarized. Results Totally 128 patients received endovascular therapy successfully, with a technical success rate of 92. 09%(128/139). Among them, 112 cases were simply balloon dilated and 16 cases were stent implanted. The average pressure of inferior vena cava decreased from (29. 80±6. 20) mmHg before operation to (8. 90±2. 00) mmHg after operation. Postoperative complications occurred in 9 patients, including 2 cases of pulmonary embolism, 1 case of cardiac tamponade, 1 case of vena cava rupture, 5 cases of left heart failure and pulmonary edema, and 3 cases of perioperative all-cause death (2. 16%). 114 patients were followed up after operation, with an average follow-up of 36 months. The 1-year restenosis rate after simple ball expansion was 22. 45%(22/98), and the 1-year restenosis rate after stent implantation was 12. 50%(2/16); the 3-year survival rate of patients was 90. 35%(103/114). Conclusion Endovascular technique is a safe and effective method for the treatment of BCS. The first choice for treatment is simple balloon molding. If elastic retraction and restenosis occur after balloon expansion, stent implantation can be considered. Close cooperation with perioperative nursing of BCS can promote the rapid recovery of patients. Objective: Optimizing the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale under ultra-high pressure, improving the yield of polysaccharides, and studying its basic properties and antioxidant activity in vitro. Methods: Using D. officinale dry powder as raw material, orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from D. officinale by ultra-high pressure technology. The relative molecular weight and monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides extracted from D. officinale by traditional hot water extraction method and ultra-high pressure extraction method were determined, and their antioxidant activities in vitro were compared. Results: Under the optimal conditions of 200 MPa, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25 （g/mL） and treatment time of 5 min, the polysaccharide yield of D. officinale was 33.3%, which was 128% higher than that of the traditional hot water extraction method. The protein content and relative molecular weight of the extraction method were decreased, while the mannose content was increased. The scavenging ability of DPPH and other free radicals was improved. Conclusion: The polysaccharide extracted from Dendrobium officinale under ultra-high pressure has high yield and good antioxidant activity in vitro.

Researching of adsorbent materials is a hot topic in the fields of uranium mining, processing and treatment of uranium-containing wastewater from spent fuel reprocessing and uranium extraction from seawater. The binding of adsorbent materials to uranium is mainly via the coordination of functional groups, among which the amidoxime groups exhibit excellent adsorption selectivity due to their specific interaction with uranium. In this paper, we summarize the preparation methods of amidoxime groups, especially the cyano-hydroxylamine method is introduced in detail. The progress of the present research on the mono-functional adsorption materials of amidoxime is elaborated from the perspective of the morphology and function of adsorbent materials, while the bifunctional synergistic adsorption of -NH2 and -AO or -COOH and -AO is introduced, and the coordination mechanism of amidoxime groups with uranium is briefly analyzed, and finally, trends are prospected in view of the selection of substrate materials, preparation methods and special functionalities of amidoxime-based adsorbent materials.

Molybdenum and molybdenum alloys prepared by the powder metallurgy method are widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry, aviation and nuclear industry, attributing to the outstanding mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. The mechanical properties of molybdenum alloys can be improved by solid-solution strengthening, second phase strengthening, fine grain strengthening, and other strengthening methods, broadening the application of molybdenum alloys. The research progress of molybdenum alloys prepared by powder metallurgy was introduced in this paper, including the powder preparation method, pressing process, and bulk sintering process. Moreover, the methods and mechanisms of strengthening and toughening for the molybdenum alloys were discussed in details. Finally, the development direction of molybdenum alloys prepared by powder metallurgy method was prospected to provide some ideas for the design and preparation of the molybdenum alloys.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) like programmed cell death-1 (PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor have shown considerable efficacy in several important cancers including primary liver cancer (PLC) like hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma. However, only some patients with PLC will benefit, so combination therapy and biomarker classification detected by next-generation sequencing or immunohistochemistry are very important. Herein, we briefly summarize ICI-based therapies and stratify these evolving therapies for advanced PLC into three stages of immunotherapies Mark (Mk.) 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. We illustrated the significance of ICI monotherapy (Mk. 1.0), offering combinational approaches with traditional strategies (Mk. 2.0) and additional locoregional therapy (Mk. 3.0) to achieve longer survival and even meet the “No Evidence of Disease” status. We also highlight the importance of biomarkers and prognostic factors for patients with advanced PLC treated with ICI-based therapies. Multidisciplinary team management should be investigated and collaborated closely to manage adverse events and sequential therapy suggestions for patients.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of 18F⁃S16 PET imaging in brain tissue of patients with behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD) and the correlation between tau protein deposition and glucose metabolism pattern. Methods A total of 12 bvFTD patients and 10 controls with normal cognitive function treated in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were included, and all of them underwent 18F⁃S16 PET and 18F⁃FDG PET. The difference of 18F⁃S16 and 18F⁃FDG uptake between bvFTD group and control group was compared by voxel⁃based analysis (VBA). The 18F⁃S16 and 18F⁃FDG standard uptake value rate (SUVR) of 2 groups were compared by semi⁃quantitative analysis. The 18F⁃S16 uptake rate of 2 groups was observed by visual analysis. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the whole⁃brain spatial correlation of 18F⁃S16 and 18F⁃FDG tracers and the correlation of uptake levels in each region of interest (ROI). Results VBA method showed the uptake of 18F⁃S16 increased in the right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus and inferior frontal gyrus, bilateral anterior central gyrus, bilateral middle temporal gyrus, right inferior temporal gyrus, right posterior central gyrus and left inferior parietal lobule in bvFTD patients (P＜0.01, for all, FEW correction, pixel threshold=50). The uptake of 18F⁃FDG in bilateral superior frontal gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus, bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus and right insula decreased in bvFTD patients (P=0.000, for all, FWE correction, pixel threshold=50). The overlaps were mainly located in the right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus and right inferior frontal gyrus. Semi⁃quantitative analysis showed the SUVR value of tau protein in bilateral frontal lobe (P=0.000), parietal lobe (P=0.015) and precuneus (P=0.000) in bvFTD group was higher than that in control group, and the SUVR value of glucose in bilateral frontal lobe was lower than that in control group (P=0.002). Pearson correlation analysis showed the whole⁃brain spatial correlation between 18F⁃S16 and 18F⁃FDG was weak in bvFTD patients (r=0.050, P=0.000). In bvFTD patients, only bilateral frontal tau SUVR was negatively correlated with glucose SUVR (r=⁃0.702, P=0.011). Visual analysis of 18F⁃S16 PET showed increased uptake in bilateral frontal, parietal, precuneus, and hippocampus in bvFTD patients. Conclusions 18F⁃S16 PET can reflect the characteristic of tau protein deposition and its correlation with glucose metabolic pattern in bvFTD patients.

Irisin is a newly discovered myokine produced by adipose and skeletal muscle tissues, which plays an important role in metabolic regulation. It is worth investigating what changes will occur in serum irisin levels in T2DM patients with overweight or obesity. Objective To examine the abnormality in serum irisin levels in overweight or obese patients with T2DM, and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A total of 119 patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in Department of Endocrinology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected, including 78 with overweight or obesity and 41 with normal weight assessed by body mass index (BMI). They were compared to 52 healthy people with normal body weight in terms of general demographics, laboratory test indices and serum irisin level. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation of serum irisin level with demographic and laboratory test indices. BACKGROUND Studying the characteristics of rare earth elements in uranium ore can determine the source of the ore-forming fluids, the mineralization environment, and the physical and chemical conditions. It is particularly important to accurately determine the content of rare earth elements in uranium ore. At present, rare earth elements are mainly determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). High-pressure closed acid-dissolution is commonly used. The open acid dissolution method is rarely used because perchloric acid is routinely used to dissolve samples, and the temperature is relatively low, which may cause incomplete decomposition of some samples. OBJECTIVES In order to solve the problem that the rare earth elements have contents lower than real values in open acid dissolution. METHODS The tetracid system of nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-sulfuric acid was used in the open acid dissolution method. ICP-MS with Rh as internal standard was used to determine 15 rare earth elements in uranium ore. RESULTS The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the 15 rare earth elements was between 0.54% and 5.98%, and the recovery was between 96.0% and 106.0%. Applying to national rock standard materials (GBW07103, GBW07104, GBW07122), the measured values were consistent with the standard values, and the relative error (RE) was between -8.33% and 7.24%, indicating that this method was effective for the determination of rare earth elements. CONCLUSIONS The method has simple operation, accurate and reliable results, and is suitable for the determination of rare earth elements in large quantities of uranium ore.

Radiosonde data are indispensable for severe convective weather forecast because they can not only reflect the temperature and humidity structure and dynamic characteristics of local atmosphere, but also indicate the favorable conditions of convection initiation and development. However, the conventional radiosonde cannot capture local environmental parameters instantly due to insufficient space layout and low detection frequency, and the drift of sounding balloon worsens the representativeness of data. Acquiring accurate high-resolution data of temperature, humidity and horizontal wind is in great need. Combining ground-based remote sensing data and automatic weather station (AWS) data, including data of wind profile radar and AWS at Xiqing Station and radiometer at Tieta Station, a Foundation-remote-sensing Air-sounding-profile System (FAS) is constructed based on the strength of specific humidity profile inversion method and WPR-HW method. The inversion results of FAS is verified using European Centre for Mudium-Range Weather Forecasts reanalysis (ERA5) through 10 severe convective weather cases.The comparison shows that the inversion data of specific humidity and convective available potential energy (CAPE) from FAS has good consistency with ERA5 data. The correlation coefficient is 0.93, the root mean square error is 1.4 g·kg-1, the mean absolute deviation is 1.06 g·kg-1, and the mean relative deviation is 11.22% for 130 groups of specific humidity between FAS and ERA5 data. The correlation coefficient is 0.84, and the mean relative deviation is 35% for CAPE in 65 groups. The comparison test verifies the credibility of FAS data (correlation coefficients of specific humidity and CAPE both passing the test of 0.01 level). The time resolution of FAS is much higher. The mean interval time between Beijing radiosonde's occurrence time and severe convection's occurrence time is 7 h 18 min, while FAS's time resolution is just a few minutes. As a result, the mean value of CAPE detected by Beijing radiosonde is 322 J·kg-1, which is too low to indicate local convective potential in the afternoon or evening, while the mean value by FAS is 1451.88 J·kg-1, which can describe the change of atmospheric state during severe convection. FAS has high practical value in short-term forecast, as it can be used to determine the presence of convective potential and distinguish severe convective weather types timely through the configuration of convective parameters. The FAS can also capture elaborate thermodynamic structure of meso-scale and micro-scale weather system before the occurrence of severe convection. The FAS can significantly improve the lead time and accuracy of forecast.

2,6-Methylacylnaphthalene is an important organic chemical raw material, mainly used as a precursor for synthesizing polyethylene 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate (PEN). The heterogeneous catalyst molecular sieve catalyzes the acylation of 2-methylnaphthalene to synthesize β,β-methylacylnaphthalene, which has good activity, is green and environmentally friendly, with simple post-treatment. Different molecular sieves and reaction solvents were selected, and Hβ molecular sieves were more suitable for the acylation reaction of 2-methylnaphthalene. The reaction results were better when sulfolane was used as a solvent in this paper. The catalytic performances of citric acid-modified Hβ molecular sieve (SiO2/Al2O3 of 25) and unmodified molecular sieve were investigated and compared. The results showed that modification with low-concentration citric acid increased the amount of mediate strong acid and Bronsted acid, the specific surface area, pore volume, and pore size of Hβ zeolite. When the concentration of citric acid was 0.3 mol·L−1, the modification time was 48 h and the calcination at 550°C for 3 h had the best catalytic activity. By further optimizing the acylation process, the conversion rate of 2-methylnaphthalene increased to 88.82%, and the yield of β,β-methyl propyl naphthalene increased to 82.12%.

Currently, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still spreading in a global scale, exerting a massive health and socioeconomic crisis. Deep insights into the molecular functions of the viral proteins and the pathogenesis of this infectious disease are urgently needed. In this review, we comprehensively describe the proteome of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and summarize their protein interaction map with host cells. In the protein interaction network between the virus and the host, a total of 787 host prey proteins that appeared in at least two studies or were verified by co-immunoprecipitation experiments. Together with 29 viral proteins, a network of 1762 proximal interactions were observed. We also review the proteomics results of COVID-19 patients and proved that SARS-CoV-2 hijacked the host’s translation system, post-translation modification system, and energy supply system via viral proteins, resulting in various immune disorders, multiple cardiomyopathies, and cholesterol metabolism diseases.

In order to solve the problem of difficult prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in thin coal seam, the distribution characteristics of effective extraction area in thin coal seam are analyzed. Due to the limitation of the thickness of the thin coal seam, the expansion of the effective gas extraction area in the vertical direction is hindered, and it tends to extend in the horizontal direction, resulting in the effective extraction radius in the horizontal direction is much larger than the thickness of the coal seam. The effective extraction area is elliptically distributed. The gas seepage field mainly focuses on the direction and inclination of the coal seam. According to the characteristics, it is pointed out that the outburst elimination technology of shield tunneling in middle roadway based on the coal seam extraction mode can make the extraction area connected together. The technology is more suitable for gas extraction in thin coal seam. This paper analyzes the advantages and technical principles of applying the outburst elimination technology of shield tunneling in the middle roadway to block outburst elimination in thin coal seam. The gob-side entry retaining technology is adopted to make the return airway roadway of the previous working face as the air inlet roadway of the next working face. The gas extraction boreholes are constructed ahead of the air inlet roadway, and the extraction range covers and exceeds the predetermined middle roadway by more than 20 m. The gas extraction is used to eliminate the outburst danger of the middle roadway. tunneling the middle roadway. The extraction pressure can basically make most of the coal seam gas to be effectively diffused, resolved and passively extracted. The gas extraction in the middle roadway reduces the gas pressure between the return airway roadway and the progressive middle roadway area effectively. The field measurement results show that the optimal extraction borehole spacing for shield tunneling in the middle roadway of outburst coal seam in 9305 working face is 3 m, the borehole diameter is 94 mm, the effective extraction diameter is not more than 5 m, and the drilling depth is 107 m. The outburst elimination technology of shield tunneling in middle roadway reduces the gas volume fraction of the thin coal seam by about 70%, and the outburst elimination effect is remarkable.

This study examines the impact of incorporating phase change material (PCM) in photovoltaic thermal (PVT) systems on their electrical and thermal performance. Although PVT systems have shown effectiveness in converting solar energy into both electricity and heat, there is a necessity for studies to investigate how integrating PCMs can further enhance performance. The study also aims to explore the effect of solar irradiation and coolant mass flow rate on the electrical and thermal output of both PVT and PVT-PCM systems. A graphical user interface was developed within the MATLAB Simulink under the weather conditions of Amman, Jordan. The results show that the incorporation of PCM in PVT systems significantly reduces solar cell temperature and increases electrical efficiency. The highest electrical efficiency of a PVT system with PCM was found to be 14%, compared to 13.75% in a PVT system without PCM. Furthermore, the maximum achievable electrical power in a PVT system with PCM was 21 kW, while in the PVT system without PCM it was 18 kW. The study also found that increasing the coolant mass flow rate in a PVT system with PCM further reduced PV cell temperature and increased electrical efficiency, while the electrical efficiency of both the PVT and PVT-PCM systems decreases as solar incident radiation flux increases, resulting in a significant rise in cell temperature. At an increased solar radiation level from 500 W/m2 to 1000 W/m2, the electrical efficiency of the PVT configuration decreases from 13.75% to 11.1%, while the electrical efficiency of the PVT-PCM configuration falls from 14% to 12%. The findings of this study indicate that the use of PCM in PVT systems can lead to significant improvements in energy production and cooling processes. The results provide valuable information for designing and optimizing PVT-PCM systems.

This paper summarized the integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) supported by intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP) for cardiogenic shock acute caused by anterior myocardial infarction. Key issues of nursing included symptomatic nursing, acupoint application, auricular point pressing therapy, oral care with Chinese herbal medicine were carried during the treatment period. The integrated nursing measures were potentially effective to improve the patient’s satisfaction and reduce the risk of complications. Chronic periodontitis is an inflammatory disease characterized by inflammation of the soft tissues of the gums. To combat this disease, more effective drugs are still needed to identify and develop. Isoimperatorin is a kind of a natural compound, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antitumor, antivirus, and other pharmacological effects. However, its possible effects on the progression of chronic periodontitis are still unclear. In this study, we used human periodontal membrane fibroblasts (hPDLCs), human bone marrow-derived macrophages, and found that isoimperatorin reduced hPDLCs viability. In addition, isoimperatorin alleviated the oxidative stress of periodontal membrane cells. Isoimperatorin reduced proinflammatory factor secretion and receptor activator for nuclear factor-κB ligand–induced osteoclast differentiation in periodontal membrane cells. Further, isoimperatorin inhibited the activation of ERK1/2 and nuclear factor-κB pathways. We, therefore, thought isoimperatorin could serve as a promising drug for the treatment of this disease.

Objective To screen and verify hub genes TPM1 and CALD1 that can affect the diagnosis and prognosis of bladder cancer (BLCA). Methods We obtained gene chip expression data of 414 and 188 cases of bladder cancer from TCGA and GEO, respectively. By constructing a weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and identifying differentially-expressed genes between tumor tissues and normal tissues, the pivotal genes that were highly associated with bladder cancer were obtained, and the STRING database was used to construct a protein interaction network to screen out prognostic-related pivotal genes. We took 29 cases of bladder cancer samples from People's Hospital of Zhengzhou as external verification results. Results A total of 915 and 464 differentially-expressed genes were screened from the TCGA database and GSE13507, respectively. Two modules with the strongest correlation were obtained through WGCNA: the blue module (Pearson cor=0.60, P=1E-44) and the cyan module (Pearson cor=0.52, P=7E-19), and 156 intersection genes were obtained. Through protein interaction network analysis, 10 pivotal genes were screened out. TPM1 and CALD1 genes had the greatest correlation with the survival of bladder cancer patients, which was verified by external experimental verification group. Conclusion TPM1 and CALD1 are closely related to the prognosis of bladder cancer patients. They are also pivotal genes to promote tumor progression.

ObjectiveA sensitive and rapid method was developed for the determination of 17 β-adrenergic receptor blockers(β-blockers) by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS).MethodsThe β-blockers were extracted from porcine sample with acetonitrile, purified by solid phase extraction column Oasis Prime HLB. The analytes were then separated by the Endeavorsil C18 chromarographic column with methanol and 0.1% formic acid as gradient mobile phase. The ion fragment information analytes were obtained using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring mode and the isotope internal standards were used to quantify by calibration curves.ResultsThe linear ranges of 17 β-blockers were from 0.2 to 20 μg/kg, with correlation coefficient (R)>0.999. The limits of detection (LOD) were 0.05-0.07 μg/kg, and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.15-0.2 μg/kg. The average recoveries of β-blockers(added into blank porcine samples at three concentration levels) ranged from 84.97% to 123.40%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.41% to 13.94%.ConclusionThe method is simple, sensitive, accurate and is suitable for the confirmation and quantification of β-blockers in porcine samples.
