Dental pulp stem cell (DPSC), with a high capacity of multidirectional differentiation, is the key and preferred cell in the study of dental pulp and dentin regeneration. The effect of trace elements on the differentiation of DPSC is one of the research hotspots in the field of oral tissue engineering in recent years. Trace elements have a wide range of physiological and biochemical functions. It can directly regulate the differentiation, migration and proliferation capacity of DPSC, while can indirectly affect the differentiation of DPSC by exerting antibacterial and immune function regulation or changing the physical and chemical properties of the scaffold material. To clarify the role of trace elements in the differentiation of DPSC can provide more reference for the realization of pulp and dentin regeneration. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play critical roles in tumorigenesis. In the present study, we aimed to explore the potential regulatory mechanism of circRNA_069718 in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).CircRNA_069718 expression levels in TNBC tissues and cell lines were determined by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). In vitro function assays were used to determine the functional roles of circRNA_069718 in TNBC and were explored by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assay, transwell assay, and flow cytometric analysis. QRT-PCR and Western blot were used to explore the effects of circRNA_0023642 on the expression of Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related genes.We found that circRNA_069718 expression was significantly increased in TNBC tissues and cell lines. High circRNA_069718 expression was significantly correlated with advanced TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, and poor overall survival of TNBC patients. Functionally, we showed that circRNA_069718 inhibition significantly reduced TNBC cells proliferation and invasion ability in vitro. Mechanically, we found that circRNA_069718 inhibition reduced the expression levels of Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related genes (β-catenin, c-myc, and cyclin D1).Our findings suggested that circRNA_069718 promoted TNBC progression via Wnt/β-catenin pathway and could serve as a novel therapeutic target for TNBC treatment.

We present a summary of a recent workshop held at Duke University on Partonic Transverse Momentum in Hadrons: Quark Spin-Orbit Correlations and Quark-Gluon Interactions. The transverse momentum dependent parton distribution functions (TMDs), parton-to-hadron fragmentation functions, and multi-parton correlation functions, were discussed extensively at the Duke workshop. In this paper, we summarize first the theoretical issues concerning the study of partonic structure of hadrons at a future electron-ion collider (EIC) with emphasis on the TMDs. We then present simulation results on experimental studies of TMDs through measurements of single spin asymmetries (SSA) from semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering (SIDIS) processes with an EIC, and discuss the requirement of the detector for SIDIS measurements. The dynamics of parton correlations in the nucleon is further explored via a study of SSA in D (`D) production at large transverse momenta with the aim of accessing the unexplored tri-gluon correlation functions. The workshop participants identified the SSA measurements in SIDIS as a golden program to study TMDs in both the sea and valence quark regions and to study the role of gluons, with the Sivers asymmetry measurements as examples. Context. Atomic data for K-shell transitions are essential for modeling the K absorption lines, which have been observed in the spectra of active galaxies by high-resolution X-ray observatories, e.g. XMM, Chandra, and Suzaku. These accurate atomic data are also needed for line identifications and spectroscopic diagnostic of plasmas in laboratory generated by laser or beam-foil method. Aims. We calculate atomic data using the atomic code flexible atomic code (FAC) taking relativistic effects and configuration interactions into account.
