Aim. As a paleoendemic petrophilic species of the foothills of Dagestan Scabiosa gumbetica Boiss, its comprehensive studies are relevant. This work is devoted to the identification of the state of the Tantari cenopopulation of the species and the study of the renewal potential of individuals in the field, in laboratory conditions and through in vitro culture.Material and Methods. Long‐term population studies of Scabiosa gumbetica using geobotanical methods were carried out in the vicinity of the village of Tantari in the Gumbetovsky district of Dagestan. The vital state of individuals was determined by the Zlobin method, while the degree of vitality of individuals was determined according to Ishbirdin. The introduction of the subject into in vitro culture was done according to the generally accepted methodology.Results. A wide range of variation in the characteristics of S. gumbetica individuals characterises the differentiation of ecotopes in which it occurs. The vital analysis of individuals revealed depressive tendencies in the development of the cenopopulation with a low degree of severity. A high value of potential and a low value of real seed productivity were shown – insufficient for successful seed renewal in natural populations. The potential of vegetative renewal of individuals was confirmed, which compensates for the low productivity of natural seed renewal. A scheme of clonal micro‐multiplication of S. gumbetica was developed by cultivating nodal explants on a Murashige‐Skuga medium with the addition of IBA, NAA, BAP and kinetin.Conclusion. Low real seed productivity and depressive tendencies of the vitality of individuals in the Tanari cenopopulation of S. gumbetica indicate the need to develop methods for its conservation. Biotechnological methods can be promising. Studies have substantiated and demonstrated the possibilities of microclonal reproduction by direct organogenesis.

A study which included 97 children who had COVID-19 during the period from September 2021 to January 2022 was conducted. This article discusses the symptoms occurring after COVID-19 infection. The analysis of the results showed that the largest proportion among sick children was in patients with reduced cognitive functions, an increased level of neuroticism, depressed state and emotional instability. The most common comorbidities were the diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

The subject of the research is global processes dealing with pandemic. Measures aimed at curbing the corona-virus infection spread caused an unprecedented decline in economic activity in the world and in Russia, resulted in a serious drop in raw material and finance markets, decrease in revenues of budgets and incomes of people. The article analyzes key figures of the draft federal budget for 2021 and the planned period of 2022–2023. The focus is made on social obligations of the federal budget for the planned period, which are not subjected to sequestrating and dynamics of sequestrating federal budget expenses on national projects financing in 2021–2022 is given. The article shows key lines in implementing the program of mobilizing the profit part of the federal budget. The author proposed one way of overcoming finance challenges on the regional level, i.e. the card system of food distribution. In this context the article provides the overseas and home experience in theory and practice of the issue, gives ideas of Russian economists – supporters and opponents of social food cards. Designing budget on the basis of mentioned-above approaches could support economy in the period of restoration and promote reaching the national goals of development, i. e. the growth in real incomes of the population, cutting the level of poverty, providing conditions for healthy, comfortable life of Russian citizens.

The article presents a semantic analysis of phraseological units of the unwritten Chamali language containing the somatism "heart". The Chamali people perceive the heart as the center of spiritual activity, and use phraseological units with this somatism to express such emotional and mental states of a person as: love, hate, fear, sadness, sadness, longing, joy, surprise, admiration, etc.

Incorrect expressions are shown for the Doppler width of spectral lines that occurred in some literature sources that results in different estimates of the corresponding nonthermal velocities. By way of example, it is shown that the values of the nonthermal velocities obtained by Patsouracos and Klimchuk (Astrophys. J., 2006, vol. 647, p. 1452) are overestimated by 30–40% as compared to the true values.

A critical review of determinations of the number of spicules is presented, and the role of both classical and Type 2 spicules in heating and mass balance in the corona is considered. The total number of Type 2 spicules is determined, together with the upward fluxes of energy and mass to which they give rise. The total number of Type 2 spicules on the solar surface is found to be ~105, close to values obtained in other studies. The associated particle flux toward the corona is 2.5 × 1014 cm−2 s−1, an order of magnitude lower than the corresponding flux for classical spicules. The associated energy flux is 104 erg cm−2 s−1, an order of magnaitude lower than estimates obtained in other studies. The results indicate that Type 2 spicules can supply the mass lost from the corona, but are not able to fully explain coronal energy losses.

Local and systemic methods are used for the treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa, the choice of which depends on the stage of the disease. For local treatment adapalene, clindamycin, azelaic acid, silver preparations in combination with surgical excision, laser therapy and cryo are used. For systemic treatment antibiotics (clindamycin, rifampicin, erythromycin, amoxicillin with clavulanic acid, minocycline), prednisolone, cytostatics (methotrexate, azathioprine, cyclosporine), retinoids, biologicals (etanercept, efalizumab, adalimumab, infliximab), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are used. The aim of therapy is to get anti-inflammatory effect, the removal offollicular occlusion and pain, correction of immune and hormonal status, stimulation of healing of skin defects, improving the quality of life of patients.

Aim . The aim is to study the effect of different environmental conditions on the morphological traits of the spike of hexaploid triticale varieties. Methods. We analyzed 507 samples of triticale of various eco-geographical origins, in different years of study and at different seeding times. To investigate the influence of environmental conditions on the phenotypic expression of the studied traits we held a comparative analysis of the spike of two years and, in addition, of spring triticale during winter and spring crops. Analysis on the features was carried out on the main spikes. We studied the following morphological characteristics of the spike: length, number of spikelets and density. Results and discussion . The study of differences in individual variety samples showed that more than 60% triticale samples had significant differences in the length of the spike, depending on the weather conditions of the year – with the winter crops number of spikelets per spike was significantly higher than with the spring crops. A comparative analysis of the impact of the weather conditions of the year on triticale showed that significant differences in the density of the spike were observed in less than 30%. Conclusion. Study of the influence of conditions of the year and sowing dates on the main features of the spike of triticale showed that the density of the spike is the least affected by the external environment. The length of the spikes and the number of spikelets per spike differed significantly when growing in a various conditions.

The data on the clinical features and course of suppurative hidradenitis characterized by severe course and a tendency to relapse are presented. To select the treatment strategy the scale of the severity and staging process are proposed. The atypical localization of purulent suppurative hidradenitis and follicular occlusion tetrad, which also includes conglobata acne, folliculitis sycosiformis atrophicans / exfoliating scalp cellulitis and pilonidal abscess are described. It is proved that manifestation of suppurative hidradenitis are phenotypically heterogeneous. The role of genetic, comorbid factors, metabolic and hormonal disorders, as well as the role of the immune system in the development of the disease are discused. For the diagnosis index Sartorius (Sartorius score), microbiology, immunohistochemistry and other research methods, which largely determine the tactics of treatment of severe dermatosis were used.

Hydradenitis suppurativa is a multifactorial disease. The pathogenesis has not been well studied yet. The views about antecedence of lesions of structural elements of the skin are disputable and that is what determines the actuality of scientific studies in this field. The article presents literature review on modern data regarding prevalence and etiology of the disease. The classification of clinical features and Satorius score for quantitating the severity of the disease, the methods of diagnosis (bacteriological, immunopathological and etc.) are suggested. The role of the genetic, comorbid factors, metabolic and hormonal disorders and the immune system part in the development of the disease are discussed. Topical and systemic medications with the primary purpose of reducing bacterial load, elimination offollicular occlusion, normalization of immune response, correction of hormonal status, improvement of skin defects healing, pain syndrome removal, improving the quality of life ofpatients, are suggested for the therapy.

There was carry aut the estimate of ability of application the law of fermentative kinetics to the plants on the eksample of redish in this article. The deflection of theoretical forecasting the death rapid of sprout getting during the experiment is 7.9 %. It shows the ability of such method of approach in eslimating of the influense of toxic substances on to the plants.

Phase equilibria in the Ag2Se-Ag8GeSe6-Ag8SnSe6 system have been studied by differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and emf measurements on concentration cells with Ag4RbI5 as a solid electrolyte. We have mapped out the T-x phase diagram of the constituent binary system Ag8GeSe6-Ag8SnSe6, those of two mutually perpendicular sections, and the liquidus projection. The two crystalline phases of the constituent selenides Ag8GeSe6 and Ag8SnSe6 have been shown to form a continuous series of solid solutions. The Ag2Se-Ag8GeSe6-Ag8SnSe6 system is a pseudoternary section through the quaternary system Ag-Ge-Sn-Se, and its phase diagram has a univariant eutectic.

The authors studied seed germination and seedling growth characteristics (Phaseolus vulgaris L., Helianthus annuus L., Zea mays L., Triticum vulgare L., Albizzia julibrissin Durazz., Gleditschia triacanthos L.) under the influence of drilling fluids and copper sulfate. They determined the coefficients of variation, indices of stability and toxicity, as well as tolerance to stresses of growth processes in the early stages of ontogeny.

In spite of the availability of many antituberculosis drugs all over the world the morbidity of tuberculosis does not lower. Often the tuberculosis therapy schemes are adapted to every particular patient which is mainly due to the therapy unfavourable effects requiring discontinuation of the drugs used. Polymorphism of the detoxication genes, as predictors of the response to the drug therapy, was shown to be of certain significance. The experimental data would allow to substantiate personalized management of tuberculosis patients and to increase its efficacy and safety.

The possibility of intensifying the process of transesterification of triglycerides of carboxylic acids of vegetable oils with alcohols C1-C3 in the presence of potassium hydroxide in an apparatus with a vortex sheet is shown. Analysis of the composition of mixtures of methyl esters of carboxylic acids of sunflower oil showed that the redistribution of hydrogen and the destructive transformation in the system take place along with the transesterification reactions. This results in the expenditure of octadecyl acid ether.

The viability and root formation of whole seedlings and isolated organs were compared in kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) plants grown in the presence of various concentrations of sodium chloride. The response of plant structures depended on the level of their organization. Organ tolerance to NaCl and its ability to root formation increased with the complexity level of the system comprising this organ. We suppose that plant integrity represents a special functionally labile system, which determines plant resistance to adverse environmental conditions. It is noted that the response of individual structures does not necessarily reflect characteristics of the intact plant tolerance.

Caries incidence was assessed in pregnant women in 1998, 2003 an 2008 showing the values to be stable. DMF was almost the same in 1998 and 2003, but in 2008 the rate of "F" (filled) element was significantly higher thus confirming growth in motivation for dental treatment after introduction of private dental practices.

Caries incidence was assessed in young (15-17 years) and mature (30-34 years) nulliparous pregnant. In young women the incidence was 1.62 +/- 0.16, while in mature pregnant--1.38 +/- 0.17. This values are significantly higher than in non-pregnant women of the same age: 0.48 +/- 0.09 and 0.24 +/- 0.08, correspondently.

The effects of salinity on the morphogenesis of various organs of kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) plants grown in nosterile culture and of explants from these organs grown in vitro were studied. Salt stress was produced by adding NaCl (0.5 and 1.0%) to water or the Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium. Salt stress suppressed rhizogenesis, particularly profoundly in the salt-sensitive beans. Callus cultures obtained from different organs differed in their salt tolerance, which was evaluated from the callus growth. Under salinity conditions, homologous structures of the two crops differed markedly in survival and regeneration. Different organs and corresponding explants of one and the same plant differed in the threshold sensitivity to salinity, which indicates the organ-specificity of salt resistance.

Results of oral cavity sanation performed upon 2366 pregnants during years 2003-2006 in the city of Derbent were studied. It was established that the need in caries and its complications treatment was equal to 78.91+/-0.84% of all pregnants. Due to the study of sanation refusal reasons and individually oriented educational work it was possible to reduce the number of unfavourable decisions (to refuse from sanation) from 15.02+/-1.77% in 2003 to 8.91+/-1.21% in 2006. Due to the reduction of this number and the ART-technique of caries treatment implementation in women with heavy pregnancy running the following sanation indeces improved: the portion of sanated pregnants from all needed in such procedure increased from 77.59+/-2.07% in 2003 to 87.45+/-1.41% in 2006, the number of filled carious lesions increased from 74.13+/-1.16% to 88.18+/-1.86% in 2006, the portion of extracted teeth from those intended for extraction 0- from 75.90+/-2.71% in 2003 to 89.17+/-1.75% in 2006.

The article describes clinical forms of infantile cerebral paralysis, provides the results of examination of the acoustic function in infants with introduction of modern techniques (otoacoustic emission, acoustic impedance technique, acoustic evolved potentials).

The consequences of plant cross adaptation on cucumber seedlings and shoots under NaCl, СuSO4 and ZnSO4 influence on life's activiny was studied. Medium salification produced an increase of fluorescence and proline content in leaves, ion disbalance, decrease of survival percentage, accretion and rooting of cuttings. The pretreatment of cuttings and seedlings by NaCl solutions increases their tolerance to subsequent effect of copper sulphate and zinc sulphate.
