Bu tezde, Muhammed İbn Tâhir İbn Âşûr'un bizzat kaleme aldığı tefsiri et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr'inde kıssalara bakışı ve bu bakış açısının Yusuf Sûresi üzerindeki yansımasının incelenmesi hedeflenmektedir.Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr'in müellifi; müellifin hocaları, öğrencileri, eserleri ve yaşadığı dönemin panaroması hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise kıssalarla alakalı temel kavramlar, müellifin kıssalara genel olarak bakışı, kıssaların gaye ve hedefleri, kıssaların tekrarı meselesi ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Hz. Yusuf kıssası incelenmiş, İbn Âşûr'un bu sure özelinde takip ettiği yöntem tespit edilmeye çalışılmış, verilen örneklerle ulaşılan sonuçlar sunulmuştur.Bu çalışma neticesinde müellif ve eserinin tefsir alanına katkısını ortaya koymak hedeflenmiş; et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr'in kıssalar yönünden nasıl bir çalışma olduğu, verilen örneklerden hareketle ortaya konulmuştur.Anahtar Sözcükler: İbn Âşûr, et-Tahrîr ve't-Tenvîr, Kıssa, Hz. Yusuf In this thesis, it is aimed to analyze the view of Muhammed Ibn Tâhir Ibn Âshûr in his exegesis al-tahrîr wa al-tanwîr regarding the qur'anic stories.The thesis consists of three main chapters. In the first chapter, information are given about the author of al-tahrîr wa al-tanwîr along with information about his teachers, students, works and the period he lived in. In the second chapter, main concepts related to the stories, the general view of the author to the stories, the aims and objectives of the stories, the issue of repetition of the stories are discussed. In the third chapter, the story of Yûsuf was examined and the method followed by Ibn Âshûr in this period was determined and else results reached through the examples given were presented.As a result of this study, it is aimed to reveal the contribution of the author and his work to the field of exegesis. Yusuf kıssası, kutsal kitaplar Tevrat ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'de detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu kıssanın ders niteliğinde vermiş olduğu mesajlar kendisinden Ahsenü'l-Kasas yani, kıssaların en güzeli diye adlandırılmasına neden olmuştur. Bu zengin konu şairler ve yazarlar tarafından sık sık işlenmiştir. Konu zenginliğinden dolayı yazarlar ve şairlerle sınırlı kalmamıştır. Konu yelpazesinin genişliği nedeniyle minyatür sanatçılarının da dikkatini çekmiştir. Bununla ilgili farklı dönemlerde ve farklı sanatçılar tarafından kıssanın birçok minyatürleri yapılmıştır. Kıssayla ilgili minyatürler Hz. Yusuf'un hayatının bütün dönemlerini konu ediniştir. Bu dönemler kıssaya göre; Hz. Yusuf'un rüyasına, rüyasından kardeşleri tarafında kuyuya atılmasına ve kuyudan çıkarılıp Mısır'a Aziz olmasına kadar geçen bütün evreleri içermektedir. Bu bağlamda Hz. Yusuf'un hayatı ele alınarak minyatür sanatında işlenen çalışmaların kompozisyon düzeni açısından değerlendirilmesi yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. The story of Prophet Joseph is discussed in detail in the holy books, the Torah and the Holy Quran. The messages given by this story in the nature of the lecture caused it to be called as Ahsenu'l-Kasas, that is, the best of the all stories. This substantial subject is often studied by poets and writers and it is not limited to writers and poets due to the extensiveness of it. It also attracted the attention of miniature artists due to the wide range of subjects. To the extent that many miniatures of this story were made by different artists in different periods. All the periods of Prophet Joseph's life are discussed in the miniatures related with the story. By subject, these periods include all the stages from Joseph's dream, to his being thrown into the well by his brothers and being removed from the well to become a Saint in Egypt. Within this context, in this study by addressing the the life of Prophet Joseph it is aimed to discuss the evaluation of the works in miniature art in terms of composition order. 115

Yüksek Lisans tezi olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada 13. yy'da yazılmış olan Yūsuf kıssalarındaki (Ali, Haliloğlu Ali, Süle Fakih, Şeyyād Hamza) alıntı kelimeler ele alınmıştır. Giriş bölümünde incelenen eserlerdeki alıntı kelimeler hakkında çeşitli açılardan genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Her bir bölümde, bir eser alıntı kelimeler bakımından detaylı olarak incelenip sınıflandırılmıştır. İnceleme bölümünde ortaya çıkan veriler değerlendirilmiş ve elde edilen bulgular sonuç bölümünde sunulmuştur. Eserde başvurulan ve yararlanılan kaynakların yer aldığı kaynaklar ve alıntı kelimelerin listesinin verildiği ekler bölümleri yer alır. In the introduction section, a general evaluation has been made about the loan words in various aspects. In each section, a work is examined and categorized in detail in terms of loan words. The data obtained in the review section were evaluated and the findings were presented in the conclusion section. Bu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında Yûsuf (as) kıssası çerçevesinde Kitâb-ı Mukaddes ve Kur'ân-ı Kerîm arasındaki farklılıkları ve bu bağlamda İsrâiliyat haberlerinin tefsir kaynaklarındaki tezahürleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; isrâiliyatsız yalnızca Kur'ân-ı Kerîm anlatımı esas alınarak Yûsuf (as) kıssası incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de ve Kitâb-ı Mukaddes'te Yûsuf (as) kıssasının anlatımı hem ayrı ayrı hem de içerik açısından farklılıkları ve benzer yanları kıyas başlığı altında incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise kıssada belirlenen ilgili konu başlıkları altında tefsirlere giren isrâilî haberlerin kullanım örnekleri incelenmiştir. In this master's thesis, the differences between the Quran and the Torah that in this context the manifestations of the Israeli news in comentary sources will be examined within the parable of Yûsuf (as). The study consists of three main parts. In the first chapter; parable of Yûsuf (as) will be examined only on the basis of the Qur'anic narrative. Kur'an-ı Kerim kıssaları, anlatılan olaylar ve kişiler aracılığıyla insanlığa ibretlik örnekler sunar. Bu kıssalarda anlatılan müspet ya da menfî duygular insana aittir ve evrenseldir. Bizzat Kur'an tarafından kıssaların en güzeli olarak nitelenen Yusuf Kıssası, gerek tahkiye unsurlarının mükemmelliği gerekse alınacak ibretlerin çeşitliliği açısından şair ve yazarların ilgisini çekmiş; yüzyıllar boyu birçok edebî eserin oluşumuna ışık tutmuştur. Yusuf Kıssası, Tevrat'ta kabile merkezli ve detaylı bir anlatımla ifade edilirken Kur'an'da tevhid merkezli ve özlü bir anlatım tercih edilmiştir. Kur'an tefsirlerinde ise kıssada olmayan birçok olay çeşitli râvilere dayandırılarak zikredilmiştir. Mesnevi şairleri, Kur'an'da anlatılan olayların yanında, tefsirlerde geçen olayları da eserlerine alarak Allah'ın mutlak hâkimiyetini anlatan kıssayı, merkezinde aşk olan bir anlatıya dönüştürmüşlerdir. Kıssa, romanın imkânlarıyla ifade edilirken anlatıya gelenekte bulunmayan yeni olaylar dâhil edilmiş ve metinlerarası unsurlarla anlatının anlam katmanları genişletilmiştir. The stories of the Quran, present humanity exemplary incidents through events and persons. Positive or negative emotions narrated in this stories is that they belong to human and they are universal. The Story of Joseph described by Quran "the most beautiful of stories" draws attentions of poets and authors in terms of both its perfection of the narrative elements and its various exemplary events. The story has lighted the way for creating a lot of literary work throughout centuries. The Story of Joseph is narrated as tribe-centered in Torah but in Quran it is is narrated in a oneness-centered and more laconic way. On the other hand in tafsirs of Quran a lot of events which don't exist in Quran are adverted based upon narrators. Mathnawi poets transform the story which narrates God's absolute dominance into a love centered narration by including various events in tafsirs beside the events narrated in Quran. While the story is being narrated within the conditions of the novel, new events which didn't exist in tradition has been added to the narration and semantic stratum has been expanded by means of intertextual elements. Bu çalışmamızda Kur'an'da geçen Hz. Yûsuf ve Hz. Mûsâ kıssalarını benzer ve farklı yönleri ile ele aldık. Yûsuf Kıssası Kur'an'da tek seferde anlatılan en uzun kıssa iken, Mûsâ Kıssa'sı en çok tekrarlanan kıssadır. Kahramanları farklı olan ve aralarında birkaç asırlık zaman dilimi bulunan her iki kıssa Mısır'da gerçekleşmiştir. Yûsuf (as) ve Musa (as) dışında kıssaya girip çıkan olumlu ve olumsuz karakterlere ek olarak, meydana gelen olaylar ve değişen ortamlar, farklı sahnelerin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu kadar yoğun hareketlilik her iki kıssayı ilgi odağı haline getirmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; kıssa kelimesi sözlük ve terim anlamı açısından ele alınıp, Kur'an kıssaları ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; Yûsuf (as) ve Musa peygamberin hayatı ele alınmış, Kur'an ve Kitâb-ı Mukaddes'te geçen Yûsuf Kıssası'nın karşılaştırması yapılmış ve Mûsâ Kıssası'nın hangi surelerde geçtiği tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise kişiler, olaylar, tavırlar ve yerler açısından Yûsuf ve Mûsâ kıssalarında benzeyen ve ayrışan noktalar ele alınmıştır. In this work, we examined stories of Joseph and Moses in the Qur'an with their similar and different aspects. While Joseph's tale is the longest tale that is told at a sitting in Qur'an, Moses's tale is the mostly repeated one. Both stories, which have different heroes and there are several centuries of time between them, took place in Egypt. In addition to positive and negative characters entering and exiting these stories except Moses and Joseph, and Moses, the events and changing environments have caused different scenes to emerge. This intense mobility has made both tales become under the spotlight. Our study consists of three parts. In the first chapter; the the term `tale` is examined in terms of its lexical meaning and meaning of the term, and then general information about the Qur'an is given. In the second chapter; The lives of the Prophet Joseph and Moses was taken as a reference, and the comparison of the both tales of Joseph in Qur'an and Holy Bible was made, and it was determined, in which suras the Moses's tale is told. In the third chapter, the similarities and differences between Joseph's and Moses's tales in terms of persons, events, attitudes and places were discussed. 151

Mesnevi Fars, Arap ve Türk edebiyatı için oldukça önemli olan bir klasiktir. Özelikle hem ilahî hem de beşeri aşkı işleyen mesneviler sıklıkla şairler tarafından tercih edilmiş ve uzun yıllar boyunca dilden dile sürdürmüştür. Üzerinde çalıştığım yüksek lisans bitirme tezimin konusu olan Yusuf ve Züleyha'da edebiyatımız açısında oldukça önemli bir mesnevidir. Yusuf peygamber kıssası olarak da bilinen bu eser, toplumun beğenisini kazanmış ve herkes tarafından dini kaynaklı bir mesnevi olarak tanınmıştır. Birçok nüshası bulunan bu mesnevi, kutsal kitaplarda da yer alır ve içerdiği mitolojik unsurlar, dini konular ve anlatımının destansı olması ile dikkat çeker. İncelediğimiz bu nüsha, Molla Hasan tarafından yazılmıştır. Molla Hasan'ın hayatı ve kişiliği hakkında bilgiler oldukça azdır. Tam olarak yeterli bilgiler bulunmamakla birlikte Hasan Paşa'nın bu eserleri matbu değildir. Eserleri yazma halinde Süleymaniye Kütüphanesinin muhtelif bölümünde ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Nadir Eserler kısmında yer almaktadır. Molla Hasan'ın, Yusuf u Züleyha mesnevisinde fazlasıyle vezin hatası yapmasından yola çıkarak onun medrese eğitimi aldığını ve Arapçaya hakim olduğunu da eserinde yer vermiş olduğu Kur'an ayetlerinden anlıyoruz. This Mesnevi Fars is a classic work which is very effective for Arabs and Turks. Especially Mesneves the proufound both divine and human love are frequently preffered by poets and maintained for many years. I am workingon Molla Hasan Paşa's Yusuf U Züleyha, that has great importance in our litereture. It has won the liking by society, therefore known as a mathnah for religious origin and used as matnah for religious origin and used as anecdote for Prophet Yusuf. Although the main matter is about the dual love between them, it also taken to the life of the prophet and the process of prophethood. It Emphasizes on how Prophet Yusuf reached the prophecy. Many copies of this mesnevi are also included in the holy books and contains the mythological elements and attracts attention with the epic of religious subjects and narration. This copy we have examined is written by Molla Hasan. Information about Molla Hasan's life and personality is very limited. With not enough information available also it is not pre-printed. This work takes part in Süleymaniye Library in the Sundry Section and İstanbul University has it in the Rare Works Section. We understand Molla Hasan's Yusuf U Züleyha Mesnevi that he was educated in madras and arabic by incuding in his work verses from the Quran. 195

Bu çalışma `Hikâyet-i Yaèkûb u Yûsuf èAleyhi'sselâm` başlıklı, yazarı meçhul eseri konu etmektedir. Eserin, gerek dil gerekse söz varlığı hususiyetlerinden dolayı Eski Anadolu Türkçesi Döneminde kaleme alındığı değerlendirilmiştir. Mesnevi türünde yazılan eser, Taksim Atatürk Kitaplığı K.1297 numarada kayıtlıdır. Müstensihi Hafız Osman bin Ömer Efendi'dir. Eser, toplam 108 varak, 2751 beyittir. Esas itibarıyla `inceleme ve çeviriyazı`dan oluşan çalışmamız, giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, Yûsuf ve Yaèkûb'un hayatı, kutsal kitaplarda Yûsuf hikayesinin işleniş şekli, Doğu ve Batı edebiyatlarında Yûsuf hikayesinin yansımalarından bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde metin şekil yönünden incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme, eserin adı, yazarı, yazıldığı dönem, vezni, kafiyesi, nazım şekli, imla ve şekil özellikleri başlıkları altında değerlendirilmiştir. Kutsal kitapların bir parçası olan kıssalarda da amaç aynıdır.Yusuf kıssası, Kitab-ı Mukaddes ve Kur'an-ı Kerim' de ortak yer alan kıssalardandır. Kitab-ı Mukaddes ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'de müşterek olarak geçen Yusuf kıssasının birbirlerine benzerliklerinin olmasının yanında farklılıklarının da olması kaçınılmazdır. Yusuf, efendisinin hanımının isteğine cevap vermemesinden dolayı zindana atıldı. Hapis esnasında zindan arkadaşları bir rüya görmüşlerdi. Gördükleri rüyayı 'Seni muhsinlerden görüyoruz.' diyerek Yusuf'tan bunu tevil etmesini istediler. Yusuf bu fırsatı değerlendirerek hapishane arkadaşlarına Tevhid akidesini anlatmaya başladı. Allah'ın kendisine öğretmiş olduğu bir ilimle arkadaşlarının rüyalarına yapmış olduğu tevile uygun olarak arkadaşlarından birinin hapisten kurtulacağını söyledi. Hapisten kurtulan arkadaşına, özellikle efendisinin yanında kendisini anmasını istedi. Fakat şeytanın ona, Yusuf'u unutturması neticesinde uzun zaman hapiste kalmak zorunda kaldı. Hz. Yusuf, bu süreç içerisinde başına gelen musibetlere isyan etmeyerek sabretmiş, kendisinin bu duruma düşmesine vesile olan kişileri affetmek suretiyle peygamberi bir davranış göstermiştir. Protected divine books have the same essences. All divine books are sent to mankind by the Allah to show them to virtuous way so as to ensure their peace and tranquility in both worlds. Tales, which are parts of divine books, have the same target.Joseph Tale is one of the tales that are being mentioned both in Quran and Holy Books. It is inevitable that Joseph Tale mentioned both in Quran and Holy Books has similarities as well as differences. When we evaluate the outlines of the Joseph Tale, it is seen that both have the same message and Joseph has a big exam except for small details. The challenge of Joseph started at the end of his being thrown to a well because of the Jealousy of his siblings, being sold as a slave, the master of him treated him weal because they could benefit him in the future, the sexual desire of the master's wife caused him being put in prison as he didn't respond to the sexual desire of the lady, the demand of his friends in prison to interpret their dreams gave Joseph the opportunity to tell the Thausend religious faith, taught to him by body, to his prison friends.Joseph was remembered again when the king demanded interpretation for his dream, thanks to the interpretation he made, he was escaped from the prison, after that he was settled info the palace. This occasion is mentioned in both Books with some differences. 114

Bu tez, Kur'an-ı Kerim'de Ahsenü'l-Kasas adıyla geçen, İslami edebiyatlarda birçok ikili aşk hikâyesine konu olmuş Yûsuf u Züleyhâ Kısassı'nın, kimin tarafından yazıldığı bilinmeyen mensur olarak H.994 yılında kaleme alınmış olan metninin 51a-99b arası varaklarının Latin harflerine transkripsiyonlu olarak aktarılıp, incelemesinden ve indeksinin hazırlanmasından oluşmaktadır. İnceleme bölümünde Yûsuf u Züleyhâ Kısassı'nın kutsal kitaplarda nasıl yer aldığı belirtildikten sonra kutsal kitaplarda yer alan bu hikâyelerin karşılaştırması yapılarak divan şiiri kapsamında yazılmış Yûsuf u Züleyhâ metinleri ve yazarları ile birlikte bu metinler üzerine yapılan çalışmalar tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmaya konu olan metinde yer alan ayetler ve bu ayetlerin tercümeleri de çalışmaya eklenerek metinden hareketle nasirin edebi kişiliği ve üslubu hakkında bilgiler verildikten sonra ikinci bölümde metnin transkripsiyonlu harflerle Latin harflerine aktarılması yapılmıştır. Yûsuf u Züleyhâ story which was known by the name of Ahsenül-Kasas, was a source to Islam literature in the love story, whose authe unknown and mited prose, verse, which was put down on paper was mentioned and examined between 51a-99b paper to Latin letters in a transcription form. After stating how Züleyhâ story was taken part in holy books in the investigation part. It was compared to the others in the holy books then it was written about Diwan poetry. Yûsuf u Züleyhâ stories and authors and his work on this story were stated. It was iven information about nasir's personality and style by adding his works, verse translations. Ahsenü'l- kasas vasıflandırmasıyla Kur'an kıssaları içinde çok özel bir yeri olan Yusuf kıssası, dini ve beşeri yönleriyle insanlığı derinden etkilemiştir. Kitab-ı Mukaddes'in Tekvin bölümünde de geniş ve ayrıntılı olarak işlenmiştir. Edebiyat dünyasına zengin bir kaynak sunmuştur. Hikâyenin bu yönüyle evrensel kültürde çok önemli bir ortak taban oluşturduğu söylenebilir.Bu çalışmamızı Uppsala Üniversitesi Kütüphanesinde O. BJ. 22 numarada kayıtlı Eski Türk edebiyatı metinlerden olduğunu tespit ettiğimiz Şerîf mahlaslı müellifin Kıssa-i Yûsuf adlı mesnevisi oluşturmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde Yûsuf Kıssası başlığıyla Yûsuf Kıssasının Kur'an ve Tevrat'taki metinleri nakledildi. Sonrasında Arap ve Fars edebiyatında yazılan Kıssa-i Yûsuflar hakkında bilgiler verildi. Bu bölümde son olarak Türk Edebiyatında yazılan Kıssa-i Yûsuf mesnevîleri XV. yüzyıl ve öncesi yazılanlar ve XV. yüzyıl sonrası yazılanlar olarak iki grupta incelendi. Bu mesnevilerle ilgili bilgiler verildi. Birinci bölüm Şerîf ve Kıssa-i Yûsuf Mesnevîsi başlığını alır. Bu bölümde eserin müellifi, nazım şekli, vezni, yazılış sebebi ve eserin kaynaklarıyla ilgili bilgiler verildi. Bununla beraber eserin yazılış tarihinin belli olmadığından, eserin neden XV. yüzyılda yazılmış olabileceği ifade edildi.İkinci bölüm Kıssa-i Yûsuf'un incelenmesi başlığını alır. Bu inceleme Kıssa-i Yûsuf'un dış yapısı ve Kıssa-i Yûsuf'un içyapısı olarak iki grupta ele alındı. Üçüncü bölümde metnin transkripsiyon harfleri, metnin çevirisinde izlenen yol ve metne yer verildi. It can be said that the story make a very important common platform in universal culture.Our work is ocurred by `The Mathnawi of the Yusuf Parable` by The author's whose pen name is Serif, which we have determined they are old Turkish literature passages and They are in Uppsala University Library with the registery number O.BJ.22 In the introduction part, with the title of `Yusuf Parable` It was transferred the texts of Yusuf parable in Torah and Qur'an. Finally in this part, Yusuf Zeliha mathnawis written in Turkish literature, were examined in two groups as `after 15th century and before 15th century` and informations were given about these mathnawisThe first part takes the title `Serif and Yusuf Parable Mathnawi`.In this part, it was given informations about author of the book, metre of the book, sources of the book, writing reason and verse style. However, Because of the the uncertainity of the writing date of the book, it was meant why the book might be written in 15th century.The second part takes the title `Examination of Yusuf Parable` .This examination was examined in two groups as `Interior of Yusuf Parable` and `exterior of Yusuf Parable`.In the third part, Transcription letters of the passage and the way used in the translation of the passage were given place. Tebrizli Ahmedȋ'ye ait Yūsuf u Zelȋhā isimli mesnevisinin incelenmesi olan bu çalışma; giriş, inceleme, transkripsiyonlu metin ve dizin bölümlerini içermektedir. Mevcut nüshada eserin yazılış tarihi belirtilmemiş, ancak Ya'kūb Han (883-896/1478-1490m.) döneminde yazıldığı belirtilmiştir. Tebriz'de elli yedi günde tamamlanan Yūsuf u Zelȋhā mesnevisi, 4035 beyitten oluşmaktadır. Şu anda bilinen tek nüshası, Marmara Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Kütüphanesi No: 51'de kayıtlıdır. Şimdilik tek nüshası bulunan Yūsuf u Zelȋhā mesnevisi 102 varak ve 2990 beyitten ibarettir. Ahmedȋ'nin haber verdiği ile eldeki yazma arasında bin beyitten fazla bir noksanlık söz konusudur. Yūsuf u Zelȋhā mesnevisinin metin kısmında, eserin transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır. Transkripsiyon yapılırken yazmanın imlasına bağlı kalınmaya çalışılmıştır. Metindeki varak ve beyit numaraları beyitlerin sol kısmına yazılmıştır. Yanlış, eksik, fazla yazılan kelimeler düzeltilerek sayfa sonu notu olarak belirtilmiştir. Metinde eksik yazıldığını ve bulunması gerektiğini düşündüğümüz fakat asıl nüshada bulunmayan harfler `< >` işareti ile gösterilmiştir. Beyitlerde bulunan vezin hataları da dipnot olarak belirtilmiştir. Çalışmamızın dizin-sözlük kısmında, kelimelerin hangi dile ait olduğu anlamları ile verilmiş, ses değişimine uğramış olanlar ise → işareti ile birbirlerine gönderilerek bu değişimlere dikkat çekilmiştir. This research work, is the study of Yūsuf and Zelȋhā written by Tebrizli Ahmedȋ. This thesis is composed of four main sections; introduction, analysis, text with transcription and index. In the research, Tebrizli Ahmedȋ's Yūsuf and Zelȋhā which was written on Ya'kūb Khan era dating 883-896 / 1478-1490. Yūsuf and Zelȋhā was completed in fifty seven days in Tabriz, consisting of 4035 couplets. There is only one original known copy of text in library on Faculty of Art and Sciences at Marmara University with the registration number 51. This original text of Yūsuf u Zelȋhā which consisted of 102 pages and 2990 verses. Yet, in the text utilized in the study had thousand couplet less verses than what have concluded through historical analysis of literature. This thesis contains following sections: Firstly, introduction gives detailed information about following components; the story of Yūsuf u Zelȋhā; sura of Yūsuf in Quran, story of Yūsuf in Tevrat, Zebur and İncil, story of Yūsuf u Zelȋhā in Turkish Literature, the life of the Tebrizli Ahmedȋ, detailed information of his other works: `Kıssa-i Yūsuf u Zelȋhā` and `Esrâr-nâme`, and headings of story of `Yūsuf and Zelȋhā`. Secondly, in the analysis section a detailed grammar study had been conducted on focusing, emphasizing about the features of the `orthography` in the sub-titles of `binarynotation`, `marking with a vowelpoint`, `punctuation and umlaut (doubleletter)`, the features of `sound` in the subtitle of `vowelchange, consonant harmony and sound events` , the features of `structure` in the subtitles of `noun, adjectives, pronoun, adverb and verb`. Manuscript transcription had been made based on manuscript's spelling in the third section. The number of pages and verses is written left side of verses. Mis spellings and writing errors, in the text were edited and mentionted in the footnotes. The words or letters which are supposed to be in the text, but not written in the original text was shown by using < >. Metre mistakes in the verses were stated in footnotes. In the index-dictionary section, the word's philological roots were provided. Also, the words which are subjected to sound changes were marked and refered to in the text by using → sign. Noun and verb words which were shown with the sign +, -. Locations of the words in the text were provided in an alphabetical order. 501

Dinlerden etkilenen toplumlarda değerin önemi sık sık vurgulanmış ve bu kavram özelliğini hiç yitirmemiştir. Kur'an-ı Kerim'de yer alan kıssalar da hep öğretici nitelikte olmuş, insanların kendi hayatlarına yol çizmeleri için izlekler sunmuştur.Biz bu araştırmada Yusuf suresinde yer alan değerler ile din eğitimi bağlamında ahlak kavramının, ahlak ile dinin, ahlak ile felsefenin, ahlak ile din eğitiminin ilişkisini kurmaya çalıştık. Değerler eğitimi bağlamında kıssanın içinde yer alan değerler ve Hz. Yusuf'un hayatında yer alan ?İffet? kavramının alanını çizmeye çalıştık.Kıssanın içerisinde yer alan ve değişen dünya şartlarında anlam kayması yaşamaya başlayan değerlerin, özellikle iffet değerinin hayatımızda yer aldığı konumu tespit etmeye çalıştık. This aspect of classical poetry texts, have not been addressed previously in a comprehensive manner. Kur'ân Allah'a davet eden bir kitaptır. Yûsuf'un Kıssası'nda çok yönlü dersler vardır: Sabır ve sıkıntılara katlanmanın büyük mükâfatı, Allah'tan hiçbir zaman ümit kesmemek, nefsin ve şeytanın kötü isteklerine uymayarak Allah'a bağlanmak, bilmeyerek kötülük yapanları affederek onlara güzel ahlâk dersi vermek, üzerine aldığı görevi en iyi şekilde yerine getirerek güvenilir olduğunu isbat etmek, emânete hiyânet etmemek ve üzerinde hakkı olanların hakkını gözetmek gibi.Allah, kullarına ahlâk ilkelerini ve tarihin kanunlarını anlatıp öğretmiştir. Bu da tarihte yaşanan hâdiseleri, dinî ve ahlâkî bir muhtevayla insanların önüne koyan kıssalar yoluyla anlatılmıştır. Bu kıssalarla ahlâk ve terbiye ilkelerinin pekiştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çünkü kıssalarda, daha önceki dönemlerde doğru yol üzerinde bulunan kimselere mükâfat verildiği, kötü ve yanlış yoldakilerin de cezalandırıldığı bildirilip öğretilmiştir. Some sections of the Holy Quran include the parables of the former prophets and nations so as to teach lessons to humankind.The goal of having parables in the Holy Quran is to realize the purposes of being a guide. The Holy Koran is a book that calls upon to Allah. The parable is a means of giving the message and making it understand wholeheartedly.The Holy Koran wants us to think and learn a lesson from the given examples. It gives examples of disasters given as a punishment to the former astrayed nations in order to warn us not to do the same mistakes ,thus not having the same destiny. The Holy Koran points out the rules to be obeyed in these parables.Futhermore, the parables have important roles for education.The events and the reasons of them that old nations experienced guide the people today .Because the humankind is the same as regards with his flaws, tends and genesis.The events that adressed to former nations and people can adress to people today as well.There are versatile lessons in the parable of Prophet Joseph, which is told as the most excellent parable (ahsenü'l-kasas).Therein it gives account of the facts such as ; the great award to be patient against the troubles, to obey Allah thereby not submitting the self desires and satan ,forgiving those who do mistakes unconsciously and giving them a lesson of moral, fulling the duties and promises given in a best way for proving to be reliable , not to breach of trust and to be fair against those who has a charge on him, etc.Allah has taught the moral principles and historical rules and these have been told via the parables providing former events, religious and moral contents for humankind. These parables have been aimed to reinforce the moral principles and rules of manners since it has been emphasized and taught in these parables that those who had been on right path were awarded and those not were punished. 141

Dr. Kâzım KÖKTEKİN Ali isimli bir şair tarafından H. 630 tarihinde yazılan Kıssa-i Yûsuf üzerine yapılan bu çalışma, Giriş, İnceleme, Metin ve Sözlük bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, önce eserin yazılış tarihinde Türk devletlerinin siyasî durumları ve bu devletler döneminde yazılmış karışık dilli eserler üzerinde durulmuş, Kıssa-i Yûsuf un karışık dilli eserler arasındaki yeri ve önemi, nüshaları ve bu nüshaların göstermiş olduğu hususiyetler anlatılarak eserin Türk dili tarihi açısından değeri belirtilmiştir. `İnceleme` bölümünde eserin dili imlâ, ses ve şekil özellikleri açısından ele alınmış ve incelenmiştir. Metin bölümü, eserin çevriyazılı şeklinden oluşmaktadır. Bu bölümde, eserin Berlin ve Dresden nüshaları esas alınarak karşılaştırmalı metin oluşturulmuş, nüsha farklılıkları dipnot olarak sayfa altında verilmiştir. Gerek duyuldukça eserin Millî Kütüphane nüshası ve Azerbaycan'da basılmış metninden yararlanılmıştır. Sözlük bölümünde, eserde geçen bütün kelimeler yer almaktadır. Dr. Sedat ADIGÜZEL Being about the Kıssa-i Yûsuf (The Story of Joseph) written in 630 H. by a poet named Ali, this study is made up of Introduction, Study, Extract and Glossary sections. In the Introduction part, the political situation of Turkish states during the period in which the work war written and works with complicated language written around the same time are the mentioned first, the significence of the Kıssa-i Yûsuf in terms of Turkish language history is told after information on this work's place among other works of complicated language, it, copies and their characteristics is provided. In the `Study` section, the language of the work is examined with respect to the punctuation, sound and meter qualities. The Extract part is made up of the translated version of the work. In this section, the Berlin and Dresden copies of the work are taken as the sample copies, a comparative extract is provided, and differences between the copies are given as footnotes. The National Library copy and the extract of the work published in Azerbaijan are referred to when necessary. In the glossary section, the words encountered in the work take place. The number of the lines where they firstly appeared is written beside them. At the end of the study, there is the bibliography section, where the sources utilized are counted. 374
