To improve the understanding of PLSC, cases were described and reviewing the literature.Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 14 cases of PLSC diagnosed by pathology in Northeastern China from 2010 to 2020. An individual participant data analysis based on reported cases was conducted to determine epidemiological characteristics, clinical characteristics, and prognoses of PLSC.Results: A total of 136 cases involved our 14 cases and 122 cases from previous reports. The percentages of sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma, sarcomatoid cholangiolocellular carcinoma, and mixed and unclassified types were 36.8%, 41.9%, 5.9%, and 15.4%, respectively. A total of 95.6% PLSC was found in Asia. There was a lower percentage of hepatitis-infected patients in Japan, when compared with the Republic of Korea (38.5% vs 70.0%, P< 0.05). Five cases were initially misdiagnosed as a hepatic abscess by imaging. A total of 36.7% cases had metastases when being diagnosed, and 68.9% cases relapsed during the follow-up. The median disease-free survival and overall survival (OS) were 3 months and 5 months, respectively. Only radical surgery (hazard ratio = 0.308, 95% confidence interval 0.186– 0.512, P< 0.001) indicated a better OS.Conclusion: PLSC was more prevalent in Asia and there were possibilities of misdiagnoses. Surgery is still an effective treatment and can significantly prolong the OS. Only limited strategies for recurrent or advanced PLSC, immunotherapy may be possible treatment.Keywords: liver, sarcomatoid carcinoma, pathology, immunotherapy

Development of cirrhosis is two- to threefold greater in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM), and in this setting, the prevalence of cirrhosis is surging worldwide. The present review served to examine clinical ties between DM and liver fibrosis and hepatic cirrhosis and explore related biologic mechanisms. Pathways contributing to various etiologies of cirrhosis in conjunction with DM were key investigative targets.

In this study, an enzyme-coupled fluorescence sensor was developed successfully for the sensitive detection of uric acid (UA) and uricase inhibitor based on graphene quantum dots (GQDs). UA was first oxidized using uricase and produced hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ), which could oxidize phenol to benzoquinone in the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as the catalysis. Benzoquinone is an efficient quencher and can cause fluorescence quenching of GQDs. The degree of quenching was proportional to UA concentration and was linear for the UA concentration in the ranges 0.2-14 μmol/L. The detection limit was 0.06 μmol/L for UA. In addition, the proposed sensor was further utilized for UA detection in human serum samples with satisfactory reproducibility and accuracy. The proposed strategy provided may be widely utilized to sense H2 O2 or H2 O2 generating processes in related biological environment.

To solve the problem of real-time monitoring of the distribution of toxic gases in high-risk pollution areas and ensure the safety of field workers, a portable toxic gas monitoring system based on u/COS-II is designed by combining embedded system and Internet of things technology. The system can collect six kinds of toxic gases such as carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in the environment in real-time; display the gas concentration through the human-computer interface, set the gas alarm threshold; and use the wireless transmission unit to upload the data to the cloud server. The experimental data show that the system has stable performance and small error, which can meet the requirements of real-time, accurate and comprehensive monitoring of gas distribution in high-risk pollution sites, and remind the site staff to evacuate in time.

A multi-component toxic gas monitoring system based on the Internet of Things was designed to solve the problem that the personal safety of the workers could not be guaranteed due to the presence of toxic gases in the contaminated site restoration environment. The s ystem integrates functions of Internet of Things technology, could data storage display, sound and light alarm, and real-time display of Android mobile phones to realize HCN, CO, H 2 S, NO 2 , NH 3 , SO 2 , etc. in the environment of contaminated sites. Real-time monitoring and early warning of toxic gases such as nitrogen oxides, ammonia and sulfur dioxide. In order to achieve the purpose of ensuring the personal safety of the staff, the restoration of the contaminated site is carried out efficiently, healthily and safety. The system can operate stably and can ensure the personal safety of the workers on the site of the contaminated site.

In this paper, a multi-component toxic gas monitoring system based on STM32 microcomputer and µCOS-II embedded operating system was built for the safety of field workers in contaminated sites. The system can monitor the concentration of toxic gas such as hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in real time on the contaminated site under restoration and display it on HMI. When concentration of toxic gas exceeds the threshold limit, the sound-light alarm will be triggered to warn related personnel to evacuate in time.

Due to the abuse of cryptography technology and the difficulty to break encryption algorithm, ransomware has a huge threat to cyberspace. So how to detect the cryptographic algorithm in the recognition program plays an important role in the protection of information security. However, existing cryptographic algorithm identification and analysis technology has the disadvantages of low recognition efficiency, single analysis strategy, and they cannot identify program variants effectively. In view of these problems, this paper presents a cryptographic algorithm based on behavior analysis. Based on the behavior analysis, combined with the static structure and dynamic statistical characteristics of the key data, the subroutine of the target program is gradually screened, and the execution logic of the subroutine is analyzed. Finally, the cryptographic algorithm in the binary code of the program is obtained. Compared with the traditional signature-based technology, our technology has a better recognition rate with less resource occupation. What’s more, this technology can identify the program variants accurately, so it has a good application prospects.
