This paper illustrates a novel hybrid approach to analysis which offers unique insights into the experience of postnatal depression in British Pakistani-Muslim women, through the prioritising of voice. To do so, we combine thematic and dialogical analysis, using data from a study on motherhood and postnatal depression. Participants were part of the birth cohort ‘Born in Bradford's Better Start’. The rationale for developing a hybridised approach is discussed. The ensuing analyses highlight the role of internal voices and chronotope, which give a detailed insight into women's meaning making of psychological distress and motherhood during the postnatal period. We go onto discuss the strength and limitations of hybridising thematic-dialogical analysis in the context of health research.

Pelajaran IPA khususnya Biologi tidak bisa dipelajari dengan mudah, salah satunya materi tentang sistem pencernaan manusia. Materi ini rumit karena organ-organ pencernaan bekerja didalam tubuh sehingga diperlukan model pembelajaran yang tepat, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif Model Drill and Practice berbasis audiovisual dan aplikasi games anatomi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak di sekolah dasar ramah inklusi Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan terlihat dari hasil posttes termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) juga terlihat peningkatannya, tetapi untuk siswa ABK jenis ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) dan Tuna Ganda (Down Sindrom dan Tuna Daksa) belum dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan teman kelasnya sehingga masih sangat perlu pendampingan khusus/pendidikan individual dan metode pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kebutuhannya. Pendidik diharapkan dapat berinovasi menggunakan berbagai media dan model pembelajaran seperti menggunakan aplikasi games anatomi dengan model drill and practice.

Visible light communication (VLC)-enabled unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) networks have emerged as a novel approach for simultaneous illumination and communication. Among the prominent challenges in VLC are shadowing and low reflected energy. Light-emitting diode (LED) beam-steering is a promising technique to overcome these challenges. In this paper, we consider the problem of joint UAV deployment, LED beam-steering, cell association, and power allocation to satisfy a set of illumination and data rate requirements for stochastically distributed users. Towards addressing this problem, we develop SteerVLC, a novel scheme for UAV networks equipped with steerable LEDs that jointly optimizes UAV deployment, LED beam-steering, cell association, and power allocation. While accounting for illumination interference, SteerVLC minimizes the number of UAVs needed to satisfy the illumination and data rate requirements of stochastically distributed users and minimizes the total transmission power of the steerable LEDs. Using an $\epsilon $ -controlled two-stage mixed-integer linear programming approach, SteerVLC can effectively manage the tradeoff between the required number of UAVs and the required transmission power. SteerVLC is evaluated under various system parameters, user demands, and user distributions. Our results demonstrate the superiority of SteerVLC in managing the resources of a VLC-enabled UAV network and optimizing its performance.

Abstract Background Information on the foot structures of Central Anatolian children is limited. Foot structures of children aged 6–10 years were shown to be different according to sex and increasing age. Objective This study aimed to compare the foot anthropometric values by age and sex and collect the foot anthropometric data to reveal the relationship between pes planus and pes cavus in the arches of children according to age. Methods Footprints of 335 children (180 boys and 155 girls) aged 6–10 years were taken by the pedigraph method and evaluated using 18 different parameters. The TFL (Truncated foot length), FL (foot length), Arch Index, Chippaux Smirak Index, Staheli Arc Index, and foot rotation values of the children were examined. To examine the relationship between the parameters, normality values were examined. Independent samples t-test was used to analyze sex differences in terms of foot size and shape. Results Correlations between other parameters were determined using the correlations analysis method. TFL, metatarsal circumference, and FL were strongly correlated with age in the children. Foot rotation increased with body mass index in the girls compared to that in the boys. According to the evaluation results with the classification made with the Staheli arch index, 63.3% pes planus, 9.8% pes cavus and 27.7% of the normal arch structure were identified. Conclusions Planning shoe production accordingly will contribute to the development of healthy feet in children. This article focused on foot structures of in Central Anatolia and to identify early foot deformities in children. This study found that the length of the TFL was smaller in boys than in girls.

The Disseisin of land is one of the well-established ways of trespassing to other's land included in the English common law, which is unwritten and based upon judicial precedents. It is worth-bearing in mind that it is considered as the intentional tort known as the trespass to land. Many legal effects may arise from The Disseisin of land, the most considerable of which is that it does not give the usurper or disseisor , in general, any proprietary interests. But he or she can exceptionally have good color of title, and can even acquire the ownership of the usurped estate by adverse possession and acquisitive prescription. It is also worth-mentioning thatIslamic jurisprudence regulated The usurpation or disseisin of landprecisely, although some of its schools of doctrine restrict the usurpation to personal, rather than real property. It is to be noted also that the Iraqi civil law No.40 of 1951 has been highly affected by the Islamic jurisprudence in regulating the usurpation or disseisin of land explicitly. And this study supposes that there are some similarities between the English law and the Islamic jurisprudence, as far as the disseisin of land, its acquisition by possession, and some other effects arising from it are concerned.

The curriculum has been provided by an educational institution as a lesson plan in one period of education level. In physical education, the curriculum focuses on developing the skills and concepts of movement that students need. The main objective of this study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis of articles published in Scopus on curriculum and physical education. The results showed that the study of curriculum and physical education totaled 420 articles which began to be published in the Scopus database from 1931-2021. Then, the researcher carried out a filter that was only limited to journal articles and proceedings. So that the number of documents found was 359 publications, consisting of 349 articles from journals and 10 articles from the proceedings obtained. Based on publications in the Scopus database, the findings reveal that: the number of publications has increased, although there is an up and down trend from year to year; most of the publications are written by researchers located in several countries and universities; the United States of America is the country that contributes the most writers; Monash University from Australia is the most productive institution; and Matthew D. Curtner-Smith is the author most published and most influential cited articles; an influential topic, namely the hidden curriculum. This analysis can provide insight into the development of research in the field of curriculum and physical education, and it can be a source of information for teachers, lecturers, schools, universities, and the world of education.

This study aims to clearly describe how to design and develop a digital game with a concrete example for preschoolers to acquire Self-Care Skills (SCS). The study is in the model of design-based developmental research and includes such participants as subject-matter experts, practitioner teachers, and preschoolers in the development steps. RETRO game development model was adapted and followed in the game development process by integrating Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) approach with entertainment game development. Each step of the model involves gathering, analyzing data and yielding informative findings that guide the next step. The views of participants indicate that some behaviors in SCS can be cognitively acquired and internalized by the game with latent learning. While realizing learning outcomes, the developed game succeeded in motivation, engagement and design features as in commercial entertainment games. As the model recommends, if all the bases are covered, the design and development process may be executed right. Since the study reports the entire process of the concrete example, it can help guide novice digital game developers (can be a teacher, a trainer as well) repeat the game development or develop a new one based on DGBL.

This study was conducted on 400 one day-old male broiler chicks (Ross-308) randomly divided to 2 main groups, 1st main group (GA) feeding basal diet with medium chain fatty acid (MCFA) at rate of 0.15% and divided to four subgroups, 3 subgroups vaccinated with different routes with Newcastle Disease (ND) and non-vaccinated group. The 2nd main group (GB) feeding basal diet without MCFA and divided as the same 1st main gruop. The parameters used in this study included: body weight (BW), phagocytic index (PI), stress index (SI) and weight of spleen and bursa of Fabricious. The aim of this study to evaluate the effect of (MCFA) on these parameters. The experiment lasted for 42 days. Results indicated that additional dietary fatty acid (FA) significantly increased average body weight during the different weeks of the experiment over the basal diet group of birds. Data of PI revealed that birds fed FA supplemented diet had lower values of PI than the basal diet on 2W and the reverse was true on 4W of the experiment. The non-vaccinated birds, on the other hand, showed lowest PI values on 2W and 4W of age. As for, SI a pronounced difference was found due to the two types of diet, and the vaccination methods, as well.

The purpose of this research is to produce a new product in the form of censorship media and video assistant referee (VAR) in assisting referee leadership in a championship to achieve fair play. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method from Sugiyono using ten steps. The place of research was carried out at the All-Indonesian Volleyball Association, Deli Serdang Regency. The population and sample in this study were 36 Deli Serdang Regency volleyball players with a small sample of 6 people, a large sample of 16, and a comparison sample of 14. For the referee sample, six nationally licensed and nine regional licensed referees. The results of this study include Net and VAR sensors used to develop a player error detection tool when smashing and blocking. The results are obtained from the data from expert validation, including: (1) Material experts 92.3% with the "Very Eligible" category. (2) Media Experts 92.5% with the "Very Eligible" category. In large-scale trials on referees and athletes, the resulting percentages were 90.8% and 92.7%, respectively, while in the comparison trial, the percentage produced was 92.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan sikap anggota polisi sektor Polres Purbalingga terhadap efektifitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah anggota polisi sektor yang berdinas di masing-masing polsek diseluruh jajaran Polres Purbalingga. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment pearson. Hasil analisis data diperoleh = 0,629 dan 1% = 0,296 ( > ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang sangat signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan sikap terhadap efektifitas kerja, dimana semakin tinggi regulasi emosi maka akan semakin baik pula sikap terhadap efektifitas kerjanya dan sebaliknya semakin rendah regulasi emosi maka akan semakin buruk pula sikap terhadap efektifitas kerja.
