Student creativity program in this entrepreneurship class, we run a business program of making cute accessory shelves from used cardboard. This used cardboard is very easy to get at the nearest shops or buy and sell used goods and the price is also quite affordable. Besides being easy to get, used cardboard is also easy to make several forms of crafts, one of which is a shelf. The shelf that we are going to make is a small shelf model where this shelf is made in various shapes, which will make many people like these models. Here what we need in addition to tools and materials is that we need skills and strong creative power. So that the shelves that we will create can attract consumers to buy. In the community, there are many unique shelves that make consumers want to buy them, but the price is a little less affordable for consumers' wallets. Therefore we take advantage of this situation to make cute accessory racks in order to help consumers more comfortable arranging their accessories or makeup with hemp by using this cute accessory rack that we made. The form of our business is that it is still in an individual stage and indeed this business is still new and is still trying to enter the business world. But we already have our own business brand, namely "RASEL" which means Cute Accessories Rack. In the future, if this business can get extraordinary profits and have enough customers, then we will increase this business to be even bigger.

Malaria is a highly prevalent infectious disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite transmitted through Anopheles mosquitoes, which poses a significant public health challenge worldwide, including in Indonesia. Therefore, a study was conducted to identify potential drug compounds from the Carica papaya plant that could inhibit various antimalarial proteins or receptors, such as Plasmodium falciparum DXR reductase complex with fosmidomycin, Plasmepsin V Plasmodium vivax, P. falciparum dihydroorotate dehydrogenase, P. falciparum hexose transporter, P. falciparum protein kinase 5, and P. falciparum dihydrofolate reductase-thymidylate synthase. The researchers used the Pyrx application to dock the C. papaya compounds with the targeted antimalarial proteins to determine the binding affinity values. Additionally, they used the Yasara dynamics application to conduct molecular dynamics simulation to ensure the stability of the bonds formed between the ligands and proteins. The results showed that 14 compounds found in C. papaya, particularly flavonoids and terpenoids, had the potential to inhibit the six antimalarial proteins with the lowest binding affinity values. Furthermore, the molecular dynamics simulation on 6M20 and 1V0P proteins indicated that the compounds effectively inhibited Plasmodium proteins, as they had an RMSD value below 2.5 Angstrom. Fungal endophytes are fungi that reside within plant tissues without causing apparent harm to their hosts. These fungi produce various bioactive compounds that have potential applications in medicine. This study aimed to cultivate a Cephalosporium sp. fungal endophyte isolated from Phyllanthus niruri L., and evaluate its antimicrobial, antioxidant, and cytotoxic activities in the endophytic fungal extract. The endophyte was extracted, fractionated, and assessed for total phenolic content, antimicrobial, and antioxidant activities, as well as potential as an anti-breast cancer agent against 4T1 cell lines. Results showed that the dichloromethane fraction effectively inhibited the growth of Salmonella typhi with an IC50 value of 12.39 µg/mL. In contrast, the methanol fraction exhibited high antioxidant activity with a free radical scavenging ability of 86%. Moreover, the dichloromethane fraction demonstrated the ability to inhibit 4T1 cell growth with an IC50 value of 18.12 µg/ml. These findings suggest that the dichloromethane fraction has the potential as an antimicrobial and cytotoxic agent against breast cancer cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
