Infusion therapy involves the intravenous administration of drugs, fluids, and blood products to hospitalized clients. This study aimed to identify factors influencing nurse compliance in monitoring infusion fluids according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The research adopted a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional approach, focusing on a study population of 50 nurses. Data collection utilized observation techniques and questionnaires as research instruments, with the analysis employing Kendall's Tau B and Kendall's Tau C methods. The findings revealed significant correlations between age (p-value=0.000), education (p-value=0.006), career path level (p-value=0.013), and knowledge (p-value=0.011). However, there was no significant relationship between the length of work experience and nurse compliance in monitoring infusion fluids (p-value=0.257) according to SOPs in this private hospital. To enhance the quality of care, it is recommended that nurses receive additional training provided by the nursing education team at the hospital, focusing specifically on the monitoring of infusion fluids. This targeted training could contribute to reducing instances of complaints related to mismatched patient needs and ultimately improve compliance with established SOPs in infusion therapy.

The fabrication of a zinc hydroxide nitrate-sodium dodecylsulfate bispyribac modified with multi-walled carbon nanotube (ZHN-SDS-BP/MWCNT) paste electrode for uric acid and bisphenol A detection was presented in this study. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, chronocoulometry, square-wave voltammetry, and cyclic voltammetry were all used to examine the electrocatalytic activities of modified paste electrodes. The modified electrode’s sensitivity and selectivity have been considered in terms of the composition of the modifier in percentages, the types of supporting electrolytes used, the pH of the electrolyte, and square-wave voltammetry parameters like frequency, pulse size, and step increment. Square-wave voltammetry is performed by applying a small amplitude square-wave voltage to a scanning potential from −0.3 V to +1.0 V, demonstrating a quick response time and high sensitivity. The ZHN-SDS-BP/MWCNT sensor demonstrated a linear range for uric acid and bisphenol A from 5.0 µM to 0.7 mM, with a limit of detection of 0.4 µM and 0.8 µM, respectively, with good reproducibility, repeatability, and stability as well. The modified paste electrode was successfully used in the determination of uric acid and bisphenol A in samples of human urine and lake water.

Standard competency of graduate students of class XI in Physics learning is considered not optimal. One of the contributing factors is the unavailability of the Physics E-Module, which contains model steps and is integrated with a learning approach in order to direct students in active learning. This study aims to produce a Physics E-Module based on an integrated project-based learning model with an Ethno-STEM approach on smartphones for class XI high school students with valid, practical, and effective criteria. This is development research using the Plomp development model consisting of three stages: Preliminary Research, Development or Prototyping Phase, and Assessment Phase. The instruments used in this research include three questionnaires for preliminary study, validity and practicality, attitude observation sheets, written test sheets, and skills assessment sheets. The result obtained was a Physics E-Module based on an integrated project-based learning model with the Ethno-STEM approach on smartphones for class XI high school students who meet valid, practical, and effective criteria.

One of the important factors for living things and also the weather element is soil moisture. Observations of weather elements have been carried out used according to future needs. Soil moisture has been using to manage weather forecasts, early warning of drought, water resources, and irrigation scheduling. Due to the development of sensors in the electronics world, various digital measuring instruments where is founded to make it easier to measure soil moisture. This article describes the manufacture of a soil moisture meter and the results of the performance specifications of the humidity measurement system with the internet of things-based SHT11 sensor. This instrument uses an SHT11 sensor is used for the humidity sensor and soil temperature, Nodemcu ESP8266 is used as Internet access to transmit to thingspeak, data save in the micro SD memory.

Students' Physics Competencies are not still optimal. One of the causes is the use of student worksheets as the teaching materials that have not yet been suitable for the structure of good student worksheets. In addition, the student worksheets are not developed using the inquiry-based learning model and scientific approach. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics and produce valid, practical, and effective student worksheets using the inquiry-based learning model with a scientific approach to improve the tenth-grade students' physics competencies. This research used the Plomp model as the design, which consisted of preliminary research, development or prototyping, and assessment. The data were analyzed using a descriptive percentage technique, describing the student worksheets' validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Based on the preliminary research results, it was found that needs analysis, student analysis, and material analysis were required to be a reference in developing student worksheets using the inquiry-based learning model with a scientific approach. The design stage results show that the student worksheets have been designed using an inquiry-based learning model with a scientific approach. The results of the development phase show that the student worksheets meet the valid criteria of 0.94. The implementation phase results show that the student worksheets meet the very practical criteria based on the teacher's and students' responses, with the percentage of 91.05% and 78.39%, respectively. The results of the evaluation phase show that the student worksheets meet the effective criteria, including attitude (85.81%), knowledge (85.46%), and skills (85.69%). Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the student worksheets using the inquiry-based learning model with an effective scientific approach to improve the tenth-grade students' physics competencies.

In this work, a novel electrochemical sensor was developed by electron-withdrawing substituent modification of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone on a graphene-modified glassy carbon electrode (HPMpFP-graphene/GCE) for glucose detection. The results of characterizations using a scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed the successful fabrication of HPMpFP-graphene nanocomposite, which served as an electroactive probe for glucose detection. The electron transfer ability of HPMpFBP-graphene/GCE has been successfully revealed using cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results. The good electrochemical performance was shown by well-defined peak currents of square wave voltammetry under various parameters, including pH, HPMpFP and graphene composition, and scan rate effect. A high electrochemically evaluated surface area using chronoamperometry suggested that the present glucose detection response was intensified. The chronoamperometry results at a work potential of 0.4 V presented a wide linear range of 1 × 103–90 µM and 88–1 µM with 0.74 µM (S/N = 3) as the detection limit. An acceptable recovery has been revealed in the real sample analysis. The electrochemical sensing behaviour of the composite indicates that it may be a promising candidate for a glucose sensor and it significantly extends the range of applications in the electrochemical field.

Using photo gate sensor technology and digital displays, the research team created a legal practicum for energy conservation. This study aims to replace manual practicum equipment that is prone to measurement errors during practicum. This practicum equipment is used to prove the law of conservation of mechanical energy in rolling objects. Practicum equipment is developed using a development research process that starts with identifying needs and continues through design, manufacturing, and testing. At the design stage, validation of design results is carried out, while at the manufacturing and testing stages, design specifications and performance (measurement of accuracy and precision) are carried out. Based on the results of design validation, a value of 0.85 with a valid category was obtained, while accuracy was 90.7%, with an average accuracy of 97.46%, and a relative error of 8.33%. The thoroughness of the practicum equipment for the law of conservation of mechanical energy of rolling objects is quite good. We are currently developing several pieces of practicum equipment with IoT-assisted smartphone displays.

Synthesis is one of the models for the formation of a new drug or compound with the aim of obtaining better activity at an economical price. HPMpFBP has been synthesized by mixing of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone and 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride. In the synthesis of HPMpFBP, a new compound namely 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)-5-pyrozolone has been obtained. The sample then characterized by non-invasive methods using Raman spectroscopy, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy and FTIR. Through this characterization process, wavelength information, chemical shift, and functional groups (chemical structure) of HPMpFBP samples were obtained. HPMpFBP has a chemical structure of C17H13N2O2F, the highest wavelength carried out by characterization using Raman is 1643.91 cm-1, the highest chemical shift characterized by using NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) is 7.8628 ppm, and the functional groups identified by using FTIR are (O-H, C-H, C=C, C=O, C-N). Information from the HPMpFBP sample characterization process using mentioned characterization methods was compared with previously reported results.

The significant influence of the 21st century brought a change in Physics learning. Students are required to have the skills to think, work, and live in the surrounding environment. To achieve 21st-century skills needed teaching materials that can support the learning process.With the presence of teaching materials, students are more active in building their knowledge and easy to understand the material provided. Teaching materials that can guide students with a productive task to practice is the student worksheet. A student worksheet is a teaching material that contains a set of activities to maximize students understanding in achievement of competence. To improve the competence of students, one of the efforts that teachers to develop quality student worksheet. A student worksheet is considered qualified if has validity criteria. The validity assessment of the student worksheet is carried out by expert reviews. This research aims to determine the validity of the student worksheet using an inquiry-based learning model with a science process skills approach. The research conducted is design research using the Plomp model with the type of development studies, where validity is at the stage of development. The research instrument used a validity questionnaire to be filled by expert reviews, then analyzed using Aiken's V formula. The result of the validity showed that the student worksheet using an inquiry-based learning model with a science process skills approach having valid criteria with a value of 0.88. It means that the student worksheet is decent for use in Physics learning.

Abstract: Lack of practical activities in schools can result in a decrease in the creativity of students. worksheets based on the discovery learning model in them trigger students to think creatively and critically. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. The purpose of this study is to look at the improvement of skills competencies which are assisted by student worksheets based on the discovery learning model. The data analysis technique is testing hypotheses where there is a difference which means the use of this student worksheet. Hypothesis testing conditions are to carry out normality tests for skill scores from both sample classes and homogeneity tests to see the distribution of values from two sample classes that have homogeneous data. after treatment is obtained, the average value of the skills of the experimental class is 78.62 and for the control class is 70.10. Abstrak: Kurangnya kegiatan praktikum di sekolah dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kreativitas siswa. lembar kerja berbasis model discovery learning di dalamnya memicu siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan kritis. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan kompetensi keterampilan yang dibantu oleh lembar kerja siswa berdasarkan pada model pembelajaran penemuan. Teknik analisis data menguji hipotesis di mana ada perbedaan yang berarti penggunaan lembar kerja siswa ini. syarat pengujian hipotesis adalah untuk melakukan tes normalitas untuk skor keterampilan dari kedua kelas sampel dan tes homogenitas untuk melihat distribusi nilai dari dua kelas sampel yang memiliki data homogen. setelah perawatan diperoleh, nilai rata-rata keterampilan dari kelas eksperimen adalah 78,62 dan untuk kelas kontrol adalah 70,10.

LKPD used in school had not been optimal in helping students to improve the mathematical representation ability. It happened because the used LKPD was giving a less opportunity to the students to solve the mathematical representation problems. One of the solutions to do about that problem is to develop LKPD-Modeling Eliciting Activities (MEAs) based approach. The purpose of this study is to produce a valid, practical and effective LKPD-MEAs based approach to improve the students’ mathematical representation. This study is a development research using Plomp model which consists of Preliminary Research, Development or Prototyping and Assessment Phase. The subjects of this study were X grade students of SMAN 3 Padang. The instruments used were LKPD validation sheets, teacher’s response questionnaires, students’ response questionnaires and test. The result of this study is a valid, practical and effective LKPD-MEAs based approach with an average of each is 0,728, 85,39 and 82,41.

Intravenous (IV) infusion is a pervasive medical intervention, administered to approximately 90% of hospitalized patients. Phlebitis, characterized by inflammation of the veins resulting from infusion, stands as a prevalent complication, ranking fourth among hospitalacquired infections globally. This research investigates the efficacy of a Smartphone Early Warning System (EWS) display in mitigating the incidence of phlebitis within the Safa treatment room at Aisyiyah Hospital. Employing a pre-experimental research design with a Static-group Comparison approach, 16 respondents were allocated to treatment and control groups. The Mann-Whitney Test, a statistical analysis, unveiled a significant difference (P Value = 0.001 < 0.05) in phlebitis incidence between the treatment group, utilizing the Smartphone EWS display, and the control group, which relied on conventional monitoring methods. Notably, the average rank of phlebitis incidence in the control group (21.12) exceeded that in the treatment group (9.78). This study sheds light on the potential of the Smartphone EWS display to curtail phlebitis during infusion, emphasizing its role in advancing nursing care quality through real-time monitoring and early prevention strategies. The development of conductive polyaniline (PANI) membrane doped with copper(II) oxide (CuO) by means of the photopolymerization method has been successfully carried out. The photocurable PANI polymeric material was synthesized by mixing 0.011 g of aniline monomer with 0.016 g of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) crosslinker, 0.021 g of dimethoxy phenylacetophenone (DMPP) photoinitiator and 0.026 g of CuO dopant. The electrical conductivity analysis showed that the as-synthesized CuO-doped PANI (PANI/CuO) film possessed an optimum electrical conductivity value of 39.81×10-3 S cm-1 at the dopant loading of 0.011 g CuO. Chemical elucidation by using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) revealed that the PANI/CuO conducting material with several main functional groups e.g., N-H, C-H, C-N, C=C, C=N, C-O and C=O chemical bonds were identified. Meanwhile, optical characterization of the resulting PANI/CuO membrane by using UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrophotometer (DR/UV-vis) showed that PANI underwent electron transition π-π* (C=C) at a wavelength of 324 nm, and band gap values of 2.35 eV, 1.33 eV, 1.39 eV, 1.42 eV, 1.42 eV, and 1.50 eV for PANI, PANI/CuO 0.011 g, PANI/CuO 0.016 g, PANI/CuO 0.021 g, PANI/CuO 0.026 g, and CuO, respectively.
