The creation of an accessible society in which all members have equal rights and opportunities requires the organization of appropriate measures from the state. First of all, it concerns the formation of the appropriate policy and the implementation and implementation of all the tasks at all levels of the state. The existence of laws, acts, decrees, strategies will outline the direction of the state and determine its priorities.The article deals with regulatory and legal support for social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. The author analysed the international legislation, which declares the basic rights and guarantees of a person, including people with disabilities. The regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine, which guarantees the right of persons with disabilities to a full life, is highlighted.The article also defines the main concepts of «person with disabilities», «child with disabilities», «social services», «social rehabilitation», «rehabilitation of persons with disabilities», «inclusive resource centre», etc.An analysis of individual articles of the legislation, which, in the opinion of the author, require special attention was carried out. These articles are of key importance in building an inclusive society and realizing the rights of persons with disabilities. The key goals and objectives of the legislative framework for the creation of a barrier-free society have been determined. The author also states that interdisciplinary nature is reflected in legislation, which in turn contributes to a comprehensive solution to the problem.The importance and necessity of social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities is defined. After all, this will determine their integration and adaptation in society.

The article “From the experience of introducing inclusive tourism among student youth” highlights the relevance and necessity of solving the problem of overcoming the barrier for the successful socialization of people with special needs. The article describes the experience and practices of implementing inclusive tourism during the educational process.Creating and ensuring appropriate conditions at the faculty for people with disabilities is one of the priority tasks. Involvement of students in solving such problems not only contributes to the development of their professional competencies, but also helps to develop communication skills with different categories of people, including people with disabilities. Integration and socialization of people with special needs at the faculty takes place through excursions, participation in various programs, writing scientific papers, etc. Active involvement of students with disabilities has a significant impact on their social adaptation in modern society.The development and implementation of programs promotes the development of inclusion at the university. Working with different agencies allows you to better explore the problem and find ways to solve it. It is worth noting that the faculty has a scientific and practical Center for Social and Educational Integration, and Inclusive Rehabilitation and Social Tourism “Without Barriers”, which is one of the main centers for creating a barrier-free educational environment.During the quarantine, the creation of an inclusive environment became relevant for the virtual space. Today, providing online services to people with disabilities is not an advantage but a necessity. The faculty actively studies the problem of inclusion at all levels and promotes its implementation. The article presents the questionnaire results, which is aimed at studying the use of museum pedagogy in the organization of the educational process, the provision of social rehabilitation services to people with special educational needs. The problems of providing services to museum institutions in modern society have been revealed. It is also noted about the relevance of the use of information and communication technologies in the organization of museum activities. The problems of museums arising during the COVID-19 pandemic have been identified. The transition to online functioning has forced museums to adapt to new conditions. However, the low popularity of the museum during quarantine has become even low. Although, most respondents are positive about excursions to the museum. However, this desire does not increase popularity among young people. According to the survey results, the modern museum can become an environment for informal and formal education. And the method of social rehabilitation of persons with special educational needs. Thus, the article reveals the problems of the modern museum and reflects the role of the museum in modern society. The survey results confirm that the museum activity problem is relevant and requires new ideas in solving problems. The introduction of museum pedagogy as an innovative and interactive method will contribute to the development of museum activities in Ukraine. And this method can become an effective tool for overcoming social barriers by persons with disabilities.
