- Abstract
The materials related to football game tactics and strategies are mostly explained and taught in conventional theory. Students stated that learning tactics and strategy in soccer games is complicated and therefore difficult to understand because it uses conventional methods. Current developments have resulted in the acceleration of technology for learning in various conditions. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of the twelfth grade students in senior high school by using animated videos based on problem-based learning in learning football games, especially in materials related to defensive patterns, attacking patterns, and football game formations. The method used in this study was experimental research using one group pre-test post-test design consists of 32 twelfth grade students (Male:12; Female:20). The learning process was evaluated using Formative Class Evaluation, and critical thinking skills were measured using critical thinking test instruments, The critical thinking assessment tool was evaluated by 4 experts. Result:This study showed significant differences in students’ critical thinking skills before and after applying problem-based learning animated videos [t=6.442; p= 0.000 (<0.05), with an increase of 14.65%. The achievement of student learning outcomes before implementing problem-based learning animated videos scored 66.66 in the poor category. After implementing problem-based learning animated videos, the score increased to 76.41 in the good category. Conclusion The application of animated videos based on problem-based learning in teaching and learning process helps students to theoretically understand football games with its complex tactics and strategies and to fully integrate their knowledge of defensive patterns, attacking patterns and formations in football games. Los avances actuales han dado como resultado la aceleración de la tecnología para el aprendizaje en diversas condiciones. Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar los resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de duodécimo grado de secundaria mediante el uso de videos animados basados en el aprendizaje basado en problemas en el aprendizaje de juegos de fútbol, especialmente en materiales relacionados con patrones defensivos, patrones de ataque y formaciones de juegos de fútbol. El método utilizado en este estudio fue una investigación experimental utilizando un diseño grupal de prueba previa y posterior compuesto por 32 estudiantes de duodécimo grado (hombres: 12; mujeres: 20). El proceso de aprendizaje se evaluó mediante la Evaluación de clase formativa y las habilidades de pensamiento crítico se midieron mediante instrumentos de prueba de pensamiento crítico. La herramienta de evaluación del pensamiento crítico fue evaluada por 4 expertos. Resultado: Este estudio mostró diferencias significativas en las habilidades de pensamiento crítico de los estudiantes antes y después de aplicar videos animados de aprendizaje basado en problemas [t=6,442; p= 0,000 (<0,05), con un incremento del 14,65%. El logro de los resultados de aprendizaje de los estudiantes antes de implementar videos animados de aprendizaje basado en problemas obtuvo una puntuación de 66,66 en la categoría pobre. - Abstract
Purpose. This study aims to develop the construction of an agility test in wheelchair tennis. Material and methods.This research is a research development consisting of four stages. In the first stage, documents and research journals were analyzed to develop the construction of a wheelchair tennis agility test. The first step resulted in six aspects, namely: the definition of the agility test motion aspect, the suitability of the test to the state of the match aspect, ease in the agility test aspect, reliability aspect, clarity instructions on the image aspect, and security aspect. The Delphi technique was used in the second stage, and experts assessed the results of constructing the wheelchair tennis agility test in the first stage. In the third stage, the results of expert judgment with the Aiken formula were analyzed to test the validity of the contents. Participants in this study were documents and seven experts consisting of five national coaches and two experts with Doctoral degrees in tennis science specifications. The fourth step with Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test and Intraclass Correlation Coefficient was tested on 16 experienced wheelchair athletes, male and female, with the age of 18-40 years and an average training level of 11.20±1.7 years.Results. The validity test results on aspect 1 show V value of 0.78; on aspect 2 show V value of 0.90; on aspect 3 show V value of 0.85; on aspect 4 show V value of 0.96; on aspect 5 show V value of 0.96; and on aspect 6 show V value of 0.96. The result of Croncbach’s Alpha reliability test is 0.804, and the value of the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient is 0.804. Then, the agility test of wheelchair tennis athletes has a valid and reliable value.Conclusions. The wheelchair tennis agility test construct has high validity and reliability. Este estudio tiene como objetivo desarrollar la construcción de un test de agilidad en tenis en silla de ruedas. Material y métodos. Esta investigación es un desarrollo investigativo que consta de cuatro etapas. En una primera etapa se analizaron documentos y revistas de investigación para desarrollar la construcción de un test de agilidad en tenis en silla de ruedas. El primer paso resultó en seis aspectos, a saber: la definición del aspecto de movimiento de la prueba de agilidad, la adecuación de la prueba al aspecto del estado del partido, la facilidad en el aspecto de la prueba de agilidad, el aspecto de confiabilidad, la claridad de las instrucciones en el aspecto de la imagen y aspecto de seguridad. En la segunda etapa se utilizó la técnica Delphi y en la primera etapa los expertos evaluaron los resultados de la construcción de la prueba de agilidad del tenis en silla de ruedas. En la tercera etapa se analizaron los resultados del juicio de expertos con la fórmula de Aiken para probar la validez de los contenidos. Los participantes en este estudio fueron documentos y siete expertos, cinco entrenadores nacionales y dos expertos con doctorados en especificaciones científicas del tenis. El cuarto paso con la prueba de confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach y el coeficiente de correlación intraclase se probó en 16 atletas experimentados en silla de ruedas, hombres y mujeres, con edades comprendidas entre 18 y 40 años y un nivel de entrenamiento promedio de 11,20 ± 1,7 años.Resultados. - Abstract
Background: Reactive agility ability is part of a vital motor component in tennis that requires a more specific assessment according to the needs of the sport. Aim: This study analyzed the validity and reliability of technology-based reactive agility tests on tennis. Method: It is a research and development (R&D) research, which involves developing a measuring instrument for a reactive agility tennis sports. The research subjects were divided into four groups; first, based on a literature review of SINTA/international accredited journals; second, seven sports evaluation experts; third, 13 certified practitioners/coaches and 78 tennis athletes obtained from coaches; fourth, 40 randomly obtained tennis athletes. The data collection technique used the Likert scale, while the data analysis technique used the Aiken V validation test. Reliability test used person product moment statistics. Results: Research on the construction of the tennis Reactive Agility measuring instrument has good content validity with a V value of 0.85, and the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) value of 0.8 is categorized as good inter-rater reliability. Conclusion: The results show high content validation and high inter-rater test reliability in the construction of technology-based reactive agility tests for tennis sports, and this developing reactive agility test instruments can be used by coaches to evaluate and train the ability of tennis athletes., La capacidad reactiva forma parte de un importante componente biomotor en el tenis de campo que requiere una valoración más específica según las necesidades del deporte. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la validez y fiabilidad de las pruebas de agilidad reactiva basadas en la tecnología deportiva de tenis de campo. Método: Este tipo de investigación es investigación y desarrollo (I&D), mediante el desarrollo de un instrumento de medición de la agilidad reactiva en el campo del tenis deportivo. Los sujetos del estudio se dividieron en cuatro grupos; El primero se basa en la revisión literaria de SINTA / revistas acreditadas internacionales, el segundo son siete expertos en evaluación deportiva, el tercero son practicantes / entrenadores con un total de 13 que han sido certificados en regiones y 78 atletas de tenis obtenidos de entrenadores, el cuarto son atletas de tenis obtenidos aleatoriamente con un total de 40 atletas. La técnica de recolección de datos utiliza una escala Likert, mientras que la técnica de análisis de datos utiliza la prueba de validez de Aiken V. Resultado: La investigación de construcción del instrumento de medición de tenis Reactive Agiltiy, tiene una buena validez de contenido con un valor V de 0.85. El valor de Coefident de correlación interclase (ICC) de 0,8 se clasifica como buena fiabilidad entre evaluadores. Conlusion: se han desarrollado resultados de validación de alto contenido y alta confiabilidad de pruebas entre contadores en la construcción de pruebas de agilidad reactiva basadas en tecnología para deportes de tenis de campo e instrumentos de medición de pruebas de agilidad reactiva para deportes de tenis de campo, que pueden ser utilizados por entrenadores para evaluar y entrenar las habilidades de los atletas de tenis de campo.

8. Assessing the Effect of Traditional Games on Manipulative Movements in Elementary School Students Based on Gender.

Background. Manipulative movements are essential for children's development, which can be found in traditional games, representing manifestation of local wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation. Objectives. This study aimed to examine the effect of traditional games on the manipulative movements of elementary school students based on gender. Materials and methods. This experimental study comprised two pretest-posttest groups without control variables. Data collection on pretest and posttest was carried out using three types of tests, namely throwing, catching, and kicking. A total of 60 students aged between 9 and 12 years were selected to participate in this study. The sample consisted of 30 male students (height 140.21 ± 6.2 cm, and weight 35.77 ± 5.6 kg), and 30 female students (height 138.4 ± 6.8 cm and weight 34 ± 4.1 kg). Results. The t-test analysis showed that the test results for male students were as follows: throwing 0.011 < 0.05, catching 0.007 < 0.05, and kicking 0.003 < 0.05. Then, the test results for the female students were: throwing 0.013 < 0.05, catching 0.017 < 0.05, and kicking 0.012 < 0.05. The results of the independent t-test indicated that the throwing, catching, and kicking tests revealed a statistical significance (p < 0.05) in both male and female students. Conclusions. The implementation of traditional games has been found to enhance the manipulative movements of elementary school students, as evidenced by positive changes observed in the pretest and posttest results. The improvement was achieved, among others, through the adaptation of traditional games following the characteristics of students' development. - Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the moral problems that occur in the world of education through Imam Al Ghazali’s concept. He is a Muslim philosopher and theologian. Likewise, he has a book entitled Ihya ‘Ulumuddin in which discuss about moral education. The subject is one of the students in TPA (After school Qur’an program) at Baiturrahim Sleman Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The background of this study is a lot of Indonesian students have a lack of attitude and moral toward their teacher. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews. The findings revealed several factors that led to the crisis of moral education in students, such as those that lowered religious education material. The conclusion is to know the background of the moral education problem and using Imam Al Ghazali’s concept as a role model to minimize the occurrence of moral crisis among Indonesian students.
