The whole world is making unremitting efforts to ensure the security of global cyberspace. The European Union (EU) has always regarded cyberspace security as the core competitiveness of regional integration and is committed to improving the cyberspace security legal system’s construction. Now it has been at the forefront of the world. Through the analysis of the EU cyberspace security governance mechanism and legal framework, this study concludes that the construction of cyberspace security is a complex project that requires long-term exploration and development. Besides, a sound cyberspace-security governance mechanism and a perfect legal system of cyberspace security should have a clear hierarchy, and specific effectiveness and system, updating the laws and regulations.

Since the security of global cyberspace was regarded as the core topic of global governance, the UN has become the main place for exchanging ideas, developing debates and promoting governance. Therefore, the global cyberspace governance mechanism established by the United Nations is naturally acclaimed as the most representative platform, providing opportunities and assistance for the countries all over the world to participating in the global cyberspace governance. For the governance mechanism and process of global cyberspace security, the UN has not only set global agendas on the right to free speech on the Internet, the sustainable development of cyberspace security, the inclusiveness of the artificial intelligence and the sustainable development, but also has established a relatively integrated the framework of the governance mechanism. In dealing with the differences and games in the changing of the global cyberspace security governance, the UN still condenses consensus and continuously promotes the international cooperation, pushing the security of global cyberspace become the general consensus in the international community. Meanwhile, the UN also calls for countries around the world to coordinate governance in order to consolidate and develop the status of the United Nations in global cyberspace security governance.

The purposes are to improve the accuracy of inventory demand forecast, balance the indexes of enterprises, and reduce the costs of human, material and financial resources of enterprises and suppliers, thus reducing the supply chain costs and meeting the actual needs of enterprises. In terms of training a large amount of data, deep learning is better than traditional machine learning. The sales demand time series data and the previous material demand time series data are input and trained by back propagation (BP) neural network, and then the material demand value is output. Therefore, the historical data of sales demand forecast and material information are input, and the model is established by BP neural network, which not only takes into account the decisive factor of sales demand forecast, but also considers the material consumption, achieving more accurate forecast. The material demand budget of enterprises is analyzed and a material forecast demand model based on deep learning algorithm is proposed. The model uses a neural network to input the sales demand forecast data, material inventory information and material attribute information into the model, and then the model is trained by the training set in accordance with the error back propagation algorithm. Finally, the training effect of the model is tested by the test set. The results show that when the independent variables include sales demand forecast, material consumption forecast and material attribute information, the forecast error of both models is lower and the effect is better, compared with the material consumption data only as an independent variable. The forecast method based on neural network proposed increases the lead time of the forecast, give the supplier a longer time to prepare goods, and reduce the shortage or surplus of supply caused by the short lead time. Therefore, the material demand forecast model based on convolution neural network (CNN) algorithm provides an important reference for the enterprises, helps them improve their work efficiency and promotes the development of enterprises. This model achieves a great improvement on the accuracy of material demand forecast, and has a certain guiding significance in relevant theory and practice.

The foremost part of the leisure tourism enterprise management system is evaluated and studied to explore the financial risk of leisure tourism enterprise and find the loopholes in enterprise risk management. First, the current financial risk management of tourism enterprises is evaluated, using the solvency of corporate finance, capital structure, operating efficiency, and profitability as indexes. Then, the backpropagation neural network (BPNN) model is constructed through the neural network in deep learning. Consequently, the BPNN algorithm model is used to identify and address risks and analyze the financial risks in the risk management system of leisure tourism enterprises. The results show that the shareholders' equity ratio has a great influence on the financial security of tourism enterprises; most of the tourism enterprises have a good financial situation, and most of them do not have large financial risk, and most of them can counter the debt risk properly. Thus, the BPNN model can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the risk management system in traditional tourism enterprises. The results can help tourism enterprises utilize the enterprise management system better.

In the context of the rapid development of AI area, VR technology is raising the public and researchers’ attention. This study constructs a VR clothing catwalk based on the Unity 3D game engine in the AI background. This article focuses on the study of Unity 3D to construct the scenes and costumes of the clothing catwalk and then combine the immersive experience of VR to achieve the feeling of VR. Therefore, this article designs the scenes and model costumes of the VR clothing show by analyzing the VR technology in the context of the AI environment, combined with the Unity 3D game engine. It optimizes the VR clothing show based on Unity 3D game engine designed in this paper through design performance test experiment and visual positioning comparison experiment and then investigates and analyzes the optimized VR clothing show. Based on user feedback, this article completes the function of VR clothing show and compares it with the traditional online clothing show. The experimental results show that the sensory evaluation given by users is 22.02% higher than that of users of traditional online clothing shows. In the clothing catwalk based on Unity immersive VR, the user's rating for the fluency of watching is 10.99% higher than that of the traditional online clothing catwalk.

Purpose This study aims to analyze the basic information of visitors of the Macau Science Center to assess their leisure involvement, satisfaction and behavioral intention, along with the interaction of these factors. Suggestions are made for museum policy modifications to improve visitor experience quality. Design/methodology/approach The analysis methods used in this study included reliability, descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Findings The results showed that there was no significant relationship between gender and satisfaction, involvement of leisure or behavioral intention; age and educational level had significant impacts on satisfaction, leisure involvement and behavioral intention; significant differences were found in terms of visitors’ point of geographic origin, namely, local residents, mainland residents and Hong Kong residents; occupation was found to have no significant impact on satisfaction, leisure involvement or behavioral intention; monthly income was found to have no significant impact on leisure involvement and behavioral intention, but did have a significant impact on satisfaction; number of visits had no significant impact; there was no significant difference in leisure involvement and behavioral intention among different types of visitors, but there was a significant difference in terms of satisfaction; and significant correlations were found between leisure involvement and behavioral intentions. Originality/value The value of this study is to identify problems and offer potential solutions for the improvement of the Macau Science Center by studying the leisure involvement, satisfaction and behavioral intention of museum visitors. The proposed measures can improve the visibility and quality of the science museum, attract additional visitors and improve Macau’s branding through promoting science education and tourism.
