Fine particulate matter is one of the atmospheric contaminants that exist in the atmosphere. The purpose of this study is to evaluate spatial–temporal changes in PM2.5 concentrations in the central and south zones of Peninsular Malaysia from 2019 to 2020. The study area involves twenty-one monitoring stations in the central and south zones of Peninsular Malaysia, using monthly and annual means of PM2.5 concentrations. The spatial autocorrelation of PM2.5 is calculated using Moran's I, while three semi-variogram models are used to measure the spatial variability of PM2.5. Three kriging methods, ordinary kriging (OK), simple kriging (SK), and universal kriging (UK), were used for interpolation and comparison. The results showed that the Gaussian model was more appropriate for the central zone (MSE = 14.76) in 2019, while the stable model was more suitable in 2020 (MSE = 19.83). In addition, the stable model is more appropriate for both 2019 (MSE = 12.68) and 2020 (8.87) for the south zone. Based on the performance indicator, universal kriging was chosen as the best interpolation method in 2019 and 2020 for both the central and south zone. In conclusion, the findings provide a complete map of the variations in PM2.5 for two different zones, and show that interpolation methods such as universal kriging are beneficial and could be extended to the investigation of air pollution distributions in other areas of Peninsular Malaysia. Introduction: Organophosphate pesticides, which are used to control pests of crops, affect the nervous system by inhibiting the activity of cholinesterase enzymes in the body. This can be achieved by inhaling, eating, or applying it to the skin. This study research aims to determine the level of pesticide exposure that can inhibit the activity of the Cholinesterase enzyme in the blood. This study employed a systematic literature review with library sources used through Google Scholar and Science Direct, resulting in 16 research articles discussing cholinesterase enzyme activity due to exposure to organophosphates discussed in 2017-2020. Discussion: The results of a previous study found that exposure to organophosphates significantly reduced cholinesterase enzyme activity by 50-80%. Testing for cholinesterase as a biomarker of exposure to Organophospate (OP) through acetylcholinesterase activity in red blood cells (AChE). This study explored the relationship between gender, age, knowledge of farmers, personal protective equipment, farmers' smoking behavior, and duration of spraying. Conclusion: Poisoning alters the activity of cholinesterase enzymes in the blood of farmers, resulting in acute and chronic health problems. Several factors have been found to correlate with organophosphate poisoning, including age, level of knowledge among farmers, use of personal protective equipment, smoking behavior, and duration of spraying activities. Badung district has recorded the highest dengue fever (DF) in Bali Province. This research presents the distribution of DF in Badung district and analyses its association with climate and visitors. The monthly data of DF, climate and number of visitors during January 2013 to December 2017 were analysed using Poisson Regression. A total of 10,689 new DF cases were notified from January 2013 to December 2017. DF in 2016 was recorded as the heaviest incidence. Monthly DF cases have positive association with average temperature (0.59 (95% CI: 0.56–.62)), precipitation (5.7 x 10−4 (95% CI: 3.8 x 10−4 − 7.6 x 10−4)), humidity (.014 (95% CI: 0.003–.025)) and local visitors (7.40 x 10−6 95% CI: 5.88 x 10−6 : 8.91 x 10−6). Negative association was shown between DF cases with foreign visitors (−2.18 x 10−6 (95% CI: −2.50 x 10−6 : −1.87 x 10−6)). Successful control and prevention of dengue fever requires active involvement from all parties. For this reason, three innovative programs are needed, namely: i) increasing knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of the community and health professionals as capital in controlling dengue fever in a sustainable manner; ii) application of "3M Plus" to suppress vector breeding in household settings; iii) promotion of the "Jumantik" program as an effective community empowerment approach to prevent and control dengue fever based on community independence. Introduction: Based on the Banyuwangi Regency Health Office, the DHF incidence rate in Banyuwangi Regency in 2022 has experienced a significant increase of 30.14 per 100,000 inhabitants, previously 5.70. DHF can be affected by environmental factors such as mosquito larvae, rainfall, and house conditions. DHF control efforts can be carried out by mapping dengue vulnerability to formulate an appropriate policy. Conversely, the spatial analysis of DHF cases in Banyuwangi is rarely found. This study aims to analyze spatial factors at DHF IR and the relationship between an environmental factor and DHF IR in Banyuwangi Regency. Methods: This study used an ecological study approach. The data used was secondary data from 2020-2022. Data were obtained from Banyuwangi Regency Health Office and Banyuwangi Regency Central Statistic Agency. Moran's I and LISA determined the spatial autocorrelation. Spatial regression was also used in this study. Results and Discussion: DHF IR Banyuwangi Regency had spatial autocorrelation (p-value=0.0010) with clustered patterns (I=0.4789). The pattern of clustering dengue cases in an area could occur because of a relationship with previous dengue cases. Spatial autocorrelation was not found between DHF IR with LFI (p-value=0.4560), rainfall (p-value=0.0610), CBTS villages (p-value=0.1870), and healthy houses (p=value=0.3680). The independent variable in this study did not have a significant relationship with DHF IR. Conclusion: The average DHF IR in Banyuwangi Regency in 2020--2022 had a grouping pattern related to district proximity. Introduction. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a public health problem even in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, including in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the incidence of DHF based on the integration of climatic factors, including rainfall, humidity, air temperature, and duration of sunlight and their distribution. Materials and Methods. This was an ecological time series study with secondary data from the Surabaya City Health Office covering the incidence of DHF and larva-free rate and climate data on rainfall, humidity, air temperature, and duration of sunlight obtained from the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). Silver station in Surabaya, the distribution of dengue incidence during 2018-2020. Results and Discussion. The results showed that humidity was correlated with the larvae-free rate. Meanwhile, the larva-free rate did not correlate with the number of DHF cases. DHF control is estimated due to the correlation of climatic factors and the incidence of DHF, control of vectors and disease agents, control of transmission media, and exposure to the community. Conclusions. The integration of DHF control can be used for early precautions in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic by controlling DHF early in the period from January to June in Surabaya. It is concluded that humidity can affect the dengue outbreak and it can be used as an early warning system and travel warning regarding the relative risk of DHF outbreak. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
