Radiological methods are usually applied for the diagnosis of tuberculous spondylitis. Any of the imaging techniques (radiography, CT and MRI) has its own possibilities and limitations in the detection of this disease. Objective was to clarify the possibility of using a multislice linear tomography (digital tomosynthesis) of the spine and an automated classifi ed system of experimental scientific association in physics science and technology (ACS ESAPST) in detecting bone destructive changes in tuberculous spondylitis. The correlation was carried out between X-ray techniques (computed tomography and tomosynthesis and data obtained during treatment with ACS ESAPST. Tomosynthesis also allows to obtain a highly informative digital X-ray image and is almost comparable to CT for the detection of bone destructions in patients with tuberculous spondylitis. Tomosynthesis can replace computed tomography in some cases and provides many of the tomographic benefits (simplicity, speed, a reduced radiation dose and cost) in comparison with CT. In addition to the main radiology techniques, we found that using an automated classified system of experimental scientific association in physics, science and technology (ACS ESAPST) may help to detect tuberculous changes in the osteo-articular system.. ACS ESAPST can be used in patients with suspected development of a specific process in the osteo-articular system. An integrated approach in the diagnosis of tuberculous spondylitican be useful for diagnosis of bone tuberculosis at an early stage of the disease. And timely examination of this group of patients may prevent the development of irreversible complications.

Brain metastases from clear cell uterine carcinoma are extremely rare and are associated with a poor prognosis.Case report. A case of metastasis to the cerebellum in a 55-year-old patient with uterine adenocarcinoma is presented. The diagnosis of uterine cancer T2N1M1, stage IV was established in 2016. Extirpation of the uterus, lymph node dissection, radiation and chemotherapy were performed. In 2018, the patient developed neurological symptoms. On MRI scan a tumor in the posterior cranial fossa was found. Without progression in other organs and the area of the primary focus. The tumor was resected. Histology: brain metastasis from clear cell uterine adenocarcinoma. Radiation and chemotherapy were performed. The patient’s neurological symptoms regressed. In the future, a complete response to the treatment was recorded.Discussion. Our case illustrates a rare metastasis from clear cell uterine adenocarcinoma. Brain metastases from uterine adenocarcinoma do not have a specific radiographic feature. Management of such patients should include a combined treatment, which can increase life expectancy. The life expectancy of our patient at the time of the control examination was 29 months.

This article describes the specific primary disorder of small pelvis organs in the female patient with no tuberculosis in her medical history. Use of this roentgen technique for genital tuberculosis detection and assessment of treatment efficacy enhances the effectiveness of diagnostic activities and allows early detection of this pathology thus reducing the risk of complications which is crucial for pregnancy planning given the young age of the patient.

The presented case illustrates the possibilities of complex radiodiagnosis in a patient with tuberculous spondylitis. The specific features of displaying a spinal tuberculous lesion during X-ray study, tomosynthesis, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging are described. A rational algorithm for the examination and treatment of patients with this disease is proposed, by comparing the clinical manifestations of spinal tuberculous lesion and the results of its radiological studies.

Central nervous system (CNS) involvement by endometrial carcinoma is uncommon. Among 1710 patients registered for brain metastases at our institution between 1990 and 2012, 3 (0.18 %) developed brain metastases. All lesions (1 multiple, 2 single) were contrast enhancing on com- puted tomography scans, and were located in the cerebrum (lobus occipitalis) in 2 cases. The CNS was the only site of detectable disease in 1 patient with recurrent disease. One patient received radiotherapy (survival, 3 months) and two underwent surgical resection of solitary metas- tasis followed by radiotherapy (survival = 3 and 5 months and alive to the present). Prognosis of patients with CNS metastases from endometrial carcinoma appears poor; however, in a selected group of patients early diagnosis followed by multimodal treatment may result in a palliation of the disease.
