In this article, the epidemiology, molecular mechanism of occurrence and development, risk factors, and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy were discussed, providing the theoretical basis for more accurate elucidation of the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications.

In order to study the effect of Al content on the microstructure properties of FeCoCrNi alloy, AlxCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy (0≤x≤0.9) was prepared by multi-channel laser cladding. The phase composition, microstructure, chemical composition and hardness of the alloy were test by X-ray diffractometry, metallography microscope, scanning electron microscope, electron probe and microhardness tester. The results show that with the increase of Al content, AlxCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy changes from single FCC phase (x≤0.35) to FCC+BCC biphase structure (0.35 < x < 0.85), and finally to BCC structure (x≥0.85). The microstructure of the high entropy alloy consists of epitaxial columnar dendrites and uniform equiaxed dendrites. When Al content reaches to x=0.5, characteristic structure of spinodal decomposition with alternating light and dark contrast starts to appear between the dendrites, which consists of disordered phase A2 and ordered phase B2.The microhardness test results show that the microhardness of AlxCoCrFeNi alloys almost increases with the increasing Al content and a total of 146% improvement has been achieved when the Al content increases from x=0 to x=0.9. It should be noted that cracks begin to appear in the alloy when the Al content increases to a certain value (x≥0.6).The size and density of cracks increase with the increase of Al content.There are two main reasons. Firstly, the hot-cracking increases since the solidification range widen and their viscosity values near the solidification temperatures increase with the increasing Al content.Besides, cold cracking also increases as the brittle BCC and σ phases increase with the increasing Al content.

This paper analyzes and summarizes the difference between BIM technology and traditional methods in cost management, subdividing the cost index of construction projects into elemental price index, bill of quantities price index, index cost index, and calculating dynamic cost index of construction projects. Based on the cost performance index and schedule performance index, the schedule-cost two-dimensional model of BIM technology is formed to complete the assessment and control of cost performance in order to realize the value analysis of BIM technology in the dynamic cost management of the whole process of construction engineering. Analyze the dynamic cost management of BIM technology in the decision-making stage, design stage, and construction stage of construction projects with examples, focusing on the exploration of engineering cost problems in the construction stage, and analyze the project benefit rate of cost management with BIM technology. Through BIM modeling for collision and error checking and deepening the construction stage design, a total of 503 design collision and error problems are found in total, 15 design change orders are reduced, and about 1,629,480,000 yuan of economic benefits are generated.

The appropriate technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing is an important part of TCM. It can help to provide basis for clinical optimization of TCM nursing appropriate technology and provide efficient nursing mode for patients. At the same time, to cultivate high-level TCM nursing talents with evidence-based thinking and nursing practice ability. Collaborative innovation, with universities as the main body, is an important foundation for deepening the cooperation between industry, universities, and research institutes. Taking the collaborative innovation of five universities in Japan Shikoku area as an example, this paper summarizes the content of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities. The Shikoku SICO, which is established by government, is set to integrate the resource of university, enterprises, industry, and government, expand and broaden the knowledge chain, and promote knowledge flow and value realization through knowledge gathering and diffusion, knowledge dissemination and sharing, and knowledge transfer and application. Based on SICO's collaborative innovation mode of the Japan Shikoku area, five universities have established a virtuous circle of knowledge, capital, and talents, forming a collaborative innovation ecosystem characterized by symbiosis. From an ecology perspective, this paper establishes a regional collaborative innovation symbiotic system, which is characterized by knowledge, with the components of producer, consumer, decomposer, and catalyzer. Finally, from the perspective of constructing symbiosis system, this paper puts forward the experience of colleges and universities in Japan in terms of knowledge dissemination, knowledge transfer, and knowledge gathering.

Presently, the practice of scientific crowdsourcing still suffers from user loss, platform operational inefficiency, and many other dilemmas, mainly because the process mechanism of realizing value co-creation through interaction between users and platforms has not yet been elaborated. To fill this gap, this study takes Kaggle as the research object and explores the realization process and internal mechanism of scientific crowdsourcing value co-creation from the perspective of knowledge flow. The results show that the operation process of Kaggle-based scientific crowdsourcing can be decomposed into five progressive evolutionary stages, including knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation, knowledge dissemination, knowledge application, and knowledge advantage formation. The knowledge flow activates a series of value co-creation activities of scientific crowdsourcing, forming a dynamic evolution and continuous optimization of the value co-creation process that includes the value proposition, value communication, value consensus, and all-win value. Institutional logic plays a key role as a catalyst in the value co-creation of scientific crowdsourcing, effectively facilitating the realization of value co-creation by controlling and guiding the flow of knowledge. The study unlocks the "gray box" from knowledge flow to value co-creation, providing new theoretical support and guidance for further enhancing the value co-creation capacity and accelerating the practice of scientific crowdsourcing.
