Load aggregators (LA) face the uncertainty of load and price when they participate in load curtailment bidding (LCB) in power market. A day ahead optimization model with the objective of minimizing the agency cost of LA is proposed. In this paper, the power purchase, LCB and the control of adjustable load are described as a mixed integer linear programming model. A bi-level programming model is used to deal with the uncertain load, so as to the historical scenario method to uncertain price combined with scenario reduction. Based on the data of Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland (PJM) power market, the proposed strategy is analysed. The results show that the proposed strategy and scenario reduction method can reduce the aggregators' agency cost by more than 4% and risks by more than 10%, improve the performance rate by up to 17.8%, and provide bidding technical support for the LA under uncertain problems.

This article introduces two kinds of processing techniques to solve Jacobian elliptic equations and obtain rich periodic wave solutions. Then, the equation was used as an auxiliary equation to solve the (3+1)-dimensional modified Korteweg de Vries–Zakharov–Kuznetsov (mKDV-ZK) equation. Combined with the mapping method, a large number of new types of exact periodic wave solutions were obtained, many of which were rarely found in previous research. Numerical simulations have demonstrated the evolution of various periodic waves in (3+1)-dimensional mKDV-ZK. The Klein–Gordon equation plays an important role in mathematical physics, such as plasma and, condensed matter physics. Exploring its exact solution helps us understand its complex nonlinear wave phenomena. In this paper, we first propose a new extended Jacobian elliptic function expansion method for constructing rich exact periodic wave solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Klein–Gordon equation. Then, we introduce a novel wave transformation for constructing nonlinear complex waves. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this method, we numerically simulated several sets of complex wave structures, which indicate new types of complex wave phenomena. In this work, we aim to explore new exact traveling wave solutions for the reaction–diffusion equation, which describes complex nonlinear phenomena such as cell growth and chemical reactions in nature. Obtaining exact solutions to this equation is crucial for understanding aspects such as reaction activity and the diffusion coefficient. We solve the reaction–diffusion equation by using the Riccati equation as an auxiliary equation. By controlling the parameters in the Riccati equation, we obtained a large number of traveling wave solutions, many of which were not formerly recorded in other documents. Numerical simulations demonstrate the evolution of various traveling waves of the reaction–diffusion equation in time and space. The O2 dissociative adsorption serves as a pivotal criterion for assessing the efficacy of oxygen reduction catalysts. We conducted a systematic investigation into O2 dissociative adsorption on the Pt-skin Pt3Cu(111) surface by means of the density functional theory (DFT). The computational findings reveal that the O2 adsorption on Pt-skin Pt3Cu(111) surface exhibits comparatively lower stability when contrasted with that on the Pt(111) surface. For O2 dissociation, two paths have been identified. One progresses from the t-f-b state towards the generation of two oxygen atoms situated within nearest-neighbour hcp sites. The other commences from the t-b-t state, leading to the generation of two oxygen atoms occupying nearest-neighbour fcc sites. Moreover, the analysis of the energy barrier associated with O2 dissociation indicates that O2 on the Pt-skin Pt3Cu(111) surface is more difficult to dissociate than on the Pt(111) surface. The catalytic efficiency of oxygen reduction catalysts is notably influenced by the dissociative adsorption of O2. We conducted a systematic investigation into the dissociative adsorption of O2 on the Ag3Au(111) surface using ab initio density functional theory (DFT) calculations. Our computational findings indicate that adsorption the configuration designated t-b-t exhibits favorable energetics on the Ag3Au(111) surface. Regarding the dissociation of O2, we identified a reasonable dissociation pathway, which proceeds from the initial t-b-t state to the creation of two oxygen atoms that occupy a set of neighboring fcc sites. Furthermore, our analysis indicates that the adsorption of O2 on the Ag3Au(111) surface is less favored thermodynamically and more difficult to dissociate than that on the Ag(111) surface. Simple Summary: Precision oncology is emerging as a viable option to improve survival in patients who fail to remain disease-free even after the employment of currently available treatments. Such an alternative is particularly essential for patients with melanoma, where recurrence and progression of the disease following the development of acquired resistance are common. In this review, we aim to address the treatments available to patients diagnosed with melanoma and discuss promising treatment options that rely on specific and individualized approaches to treatment, particularly for the subset of patients who experience therapy failure due to acquired resistance. Melanoma is the most severe and fatal form of skin cancer, resulting from multiple gene mutations with high intra-tumor and inter-tumor molecular heterogeneity. Treatment options for patients whose disease has progressed beyond the ability for surgical resection rely on currently accepted standard therapies, notably immune checkpoint inhibitors and targeted therapies. Acquired resistance to these therapies and treatment-associated toxicity necessitate exploring novel strategies, especially those that can be personalized for specific patients and/or populations. Here, we review the current landscape and progress of standard therapies and explore what personalized oncology techniques may entail in the scope of melanoma. Melanoma is among the most lethal forms of cancer, accounting for 80% of deaths despite comprising just 5% of skin cancer cases. Treatment options remain limited due to the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms associated with melanoma heterogeneity that underlie the rapid development of secondary drug resistance. For this reason, the development of novel treatments remains paramount to the improvement of patient outcomes. Although the advent of chimeric antigen receptor-expressing T (CAR-T) cell immunotherapies has led to many clinical successes for hematological malignancies, these treatments are limited in their utility by their immune-induced side effects and a high risk of systemic toxicities. CAR natural killer (CAR-NK) cell immunotherapies are a particularly promising alternative to CAR-T cell immunotherapies, as they offer a more favorable safety profile and have the capacity for fine-tuned cytotoxic activity. In this review, the discussion of the prospects and potential of CAR-NK cell immunotherapies touches upon the clinical contexts of melanoma, the immunobiology of NK cells, the immunosuppressive barriers preventing endogenous immune cells from eliminating tumors, and the structure and design of chimeric antigen receptors, then finishes with a series of proposed design innovations that could improve the efficacy CAR-NK cell immunotherapies in future studies.
