Under the acidic conditions (pH 4.0), the addition of wheat oligopeptides (WOPs) (25~100 g/L) decreased the thermal stability of purple sweet potato anthocyanins (PSPAs), but enhanced its antioxidant capacity, which increased with the rise of the additive amount. When the addition was 100 g/L, the DPPH, ABTS free radical scavenging capacity and FRAP total antioxidant capacity of PSPAs solution after in vitro simulated digestion were increased by 1.5 times, 34 times and 34%, respectively. After storage at 37 ℃ and 45 ℃ for 7 d, the antioxidant capacity did not change significantly, and it had stronger biological activity and higher stability than those of PSPAs. UV and fluorescence spectra showed that PSPAs can affected the redshift of absorption peak and fluorescence quenching at specific wavelength of WOPs at experimental concentration, which proved the interaction between WOPs and PSPAs. It can be seen from the above that WOPs have the potential to be applied in the development of acidic PSPAs beverages.

"Objective To explore the analgesic effects of brachial plexus block (BPB) guided by ultrasound versus localized by nerve stimulator in elderly patients who underwent humeral surgery. Methods Ninety nine elderly patients scheduled for open reduction and internal fixation of humeral fractures in Tongling Municipal Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected ,and randomly divided into ultrasound group (55 cases) and stimulator group (54 cases) based on a random number table method. The ultrasound-guided BPB was performed in ultrasound group, and the nerve stimulator localization for BPB was performed in stimulator group. The blocking effect, diaphragmatic function, hemodynamics indexes, stress indexes and perioperative adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time［(4.82±1.44)min vs(6.95±1.87)min， t=6.675］ and improvement time ［(17.62±2.57)min vs(20.54±3.79)min， t=4.689］, and dosage of 0.75% bupivacaine hydrochloride ［(21.33±2.05)mL vs(25.54±2.52)mL， t=9.592］ in ultrasound group were lower than those in stimulator group (P＜0.01). After injecting drugs for 30min, the diaphragm mobility at calm breathing position ［(1.52±0.23)cm vs(1.24±0.22)cm］and at 〖JP2〗maximum breathing position ［(4.01±0.44)cm vs(3.19±0.49)cm］in ultrasound group were higher than those in stimulator group(P＜0.01). From entering the operating room to the end of surgery, heart rate (HR) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) of the two groups decreased first and then increased (P＜0.01), and the HR and MAP of ultrasound group were significantly higher than those of stimulator group from 10 min before the start of surgery to the end of the surgery (P＜0.05). Before surgery, on the day and 2 days after surgery, levels of serum epinephrine, norepinephrine and cortisol in the two groups showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing (P＜0.01), but no significant difference was found between the two groups at each time point (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of perioperative adverse anesthesia reactions (agitation, nausea and vomiting, lethargy) between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided BPB has a fast block onset time, few effects on diaphragmatic function, stable hemodynamics and little stress response in elderly patients undergoing humeral surgery."

In order to improve the gel properties of black rice, mung bean starch, potato starch and corn starch were mixed with black rice flour. The pasting properties and texture properties of compounded system, and the molecular structure characteristics of the complex system were tested, and further analyzed by low-field NMR analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that with the increase of starch concentration, the pasting viscosity of the starch-black rice flour complex system increased significantly, while the pasting time and temperature were reduced. Mung bean starch and potato starch significantly enhanced the water holding capacity and swelling capacity of the compound system, while potato starch and corn starch significantly reduced the solubility. All three starches promoted the formation of the gel network structure and improved the texture properties of the gel, including the hardness, elasticity, chewiness and resilience of the gel. In addition, the three starches enhanced the hydrogen bond interaction between the starch chains of the compound system, reduced the water holding capacity of the gel, and enhanced the molecular short-range structure order and relative crystallinity of the system. The above research showed that three kinds of starch improved the quality of black rice gel, and mung bean starch had the best improvement effect.

Software quality inspection will generate too much data, and removing duplicate data can improve the efficiency of software quality inspection. This paper studies the automatic de-duplication method of software quality inspection data based on density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) clustering. Intelligent optimization algorithm is used to generate software quality inspection data by initializing individuals, calculating fitness function value, improving individuals and splitting individuals that meet the conditions. Local linear embedding algorithm is selected to extract software quality inspection data features by searching neighborhood points, calculating reconstruction weight and projection vector. The extracted features are used to select DBSCAN multi-density clustering algorithm of regional division, and the automatic de-duplication of software quality inspection data is realized by grid division, data bin dividing and grid merging. The experimental results show that the precision and recall of this method are higher than 99%, and the resource consumption rate is low, which can effectively improve the efficiency of software quality inspection.

The rare earth conversion film has attracted more and more attention in recent years because of its good corrosion resistance and non - toxicity. The concept and film forming mechanism of rare earth conversion film were briefly introduced, and the application of rare earth in corrosion prevention for ferrous metals as well as the nonferrous metals of aluminum, magnesium, zinc and their alloys was summarized. This study found that the corrosion resistance of composite rare earth conversion film was better than that of the single rare earth conversion film. Moreover, it also explained the reason why cerium conversion film had better corrosion resistance than other rare earth conversion films. Finally, it pointed out that the composite rare earth conversion film, rare earth composite alloy coating and densification of rare earth conversion film would be the development direction.

Aiming at the problems of weak extensibility and difficulty in meeting personalized requirements in traditional trust evaluation models of cloud manufacturing service,a trust evaluation model of cloud manufacturing service for personalized needs is proposed.Firstly,a multi-level and multi-granularity trust evaluation framework of cloud manufacturing service is designed.Then,based on the framework,a trust evaluation method of cloud manufacturing services based on cloud model is proposed.In this method,the cloud model theory is used to characterize different types of evaluation indexes uniformly,and also used to describe the personalized needs.The standard deviations are used to calculate the weight coefficients of different evaluation indexes.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified through a case analysis and a comparative experiment of time overhead,respectively.Compared with traditional methods,the experimental results show that within a reasonable amount of time,according to the personalized requirements of users,the proposed model could make more accurate trust evaluations for different cloud manufacturing service providers,and then help users choose the cloud manufacturing service with the higher satisfaction.

Osmanthus fragrans is widely grown for the purpose of urban greening and the pleasant aroma emitted from its flowers. The floral scent is determined by several monoterpenoid volatiles, such as linalool and its oxides, which are a few of the most common volatiles and the main components of the essential oils in most sweet osmanthus cultivars. In addition, the relative contents of cis- and trans-linalool oxide (furan) may affect the aromas and quality of the essential oils. MYB proteins represent the largest family of transcription factors in plants and participate in regulating secondary metabolites. Several cis-elements, especially AC-rich regions, are known to be bound by 2R-MYBs and could be found in the promoter of the enzyme genes in the terpenoid metabolic pathway. However, there has to date been no investigation into the 2R-MYB family genes involved in regulating terpenoid biosynthesis in O. fragrans. Here, 243 non-redundant 2R-MYB proteins were grouped into 33 clusters based on the phylogeny and exon-intron distribution. These genes were unevenly distributed on 23 chromosomes. Ka/Ks analysis showed that the major mode of 2R-MYB gene evolution was purifying selection. Expression analysis indicated that 2R-MYB genes in O. fragrans exhibited varied expression patterns. A total of 35 OfMYBs representing the highest per kilobase per million mapped reads in the flower were selected for quantitative real-time PCR analysis. The correlation analysis between the expression level and the contents of fragrant compounds at different flowering stages suggested that OfMYB19/20 exhibited remarkably positive correlation with the accumulation of cis-linalool oxides. OfMYB51/65/88/121/137/144 showed significantly negative correlations with one or more linalool oxides. Characterization of these proteins revealed that OfMYB19 and OfMYB137 were localized in the nuclei, but did not show transcriptional activation in the yeast system, which suggested that they may be bound to other transcription factors to exert regulatory functions. These findings provide useful information for further functional investigation of the 2R-MYBs and offer a foundation for clarifying the 2R-MYB transcription factors involved in the molecular mechanism of the regulation of monoterpenoid biosynthesis in Osmanthus fragrans.

In this article, we studied the complete chloroplast genome of Fireweed, Epilobium angustifolium, an essential herbaceous perennial species of the genus Epilobium (Onagraceae), we used Illumina sequencing platform to characterize its whole plastid genome sequence. The results showed that its whole plastid genome is a typical qudaripartite circular molecule with 161,199 bp in total length, which contains a large single-copy region of 89,076 bp, a small single-copy region of 17,321 bp, and two inverted repeat regions of 27,401 bp. We identified 130 genes, 85 protein-coding genes, 37 tRNA, and 8 rRNA genes within this genome. The GC content in the chloroplast genome, LSC region, SSC region, and IR region were 38.1, 36.3, 33.1, and 42.7%, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that this plant was placed as a sister to the congeneric Epilobium ulleungensis, the two species were clustered into a clade with high bootstrap support.

Purpose: To assess demographic and clinical characteristics of glaucoma patients in an Ophthalmologic Hospital of Jinan, China from 2003 to 2012. Materials and Methods: Medical charts of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG), primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG), and secondary glaucoma (SG) were reviewed. The main outcome measures of patients with glaucoma included basic demographic data (age at presentation, gender, and residence), clinical characteristics (admission date, intraocular pressure, and naked vision), and previous history (injury, cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, smoking, and alcohol consumption). Results: Data from 1458 glaucoma patients were reviewed, of which PACG and SG patients accounted for 45.40% and 47.19%, respectively. The average age of all patients with glaucoma increased from 56.05 years in 2003 to 57.83 years in 2012, and the proportion of patients from rural areas rose from 46.43% to 59.13% during 10-year period. Female gender, cardiovascular disease, and hypertension were associated with PACG. POAG was related to smoking and alcohol consumption. There was positive correlation between SG and history of injury and diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: PACG and SG are the major types of glaucoma. Gender, injury, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, smoking, and alcohol consumption were associated with different types of glaucoma.

Currently, numerous liver injury cases related to a famous Chinese herb- Polygonum Multiflorum (Heshouwu in Chinese) have attracted great attention in many countries. Our previous work showed that Heshouwu-induced hepatotoxicity belonged to idiosyncratic drug-induced liver injury (IDILI). Unfortunately, the components and mechanisms attributed to IDILI of Heshouwu are difficult to determine and thus remain unknown. Attempts to explore puzzles, we prepared the chloroform (CH)-, ethyl acetate (EA)-, and residue (RE) extracts of Heshouwu to investigate IDILI constituents and underlying mechanisms，using biochemistry, histopathology, and metabolomics examinations. The results showed that co-treatment with non-toxic dose of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and EA extract could result in evident liver injury, indicated by the significant elevation of plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities, as well as obvious liver histologic damage; whereas other two separated fractions, CH and RE extracts, failed to induce observable liver injury. Furthermore, 21 potential metabolomic biomarkers that differentially expressed in LPS/EA group compared with other groups without liver injury were identified by untargeted metabolomics, mainly involved two pathways: tricarboxylic acid cycle and sphingolipid metabolism. This work illustrated EA extract had close association with the idiosyncratic hepatotoxicity of Heshouwu and provided a metabolomic insight into IDILI of different extracts from Heshouwu.
