Based on the hierarchical model of psychopathology, the theory of compensatory internet use, and the sociocultural self model of behaviour, this study examined whether social anxiety mediated the relationship between neuroticism and problematic online gaming, and whether this mediating process was moderated by family socioeconomic status (FSES). The theoretical model was tested using data collected from 598 Chinese undergraduates (M.sub.age = 19.45 years, SD = 1.63). These participants completed questionnaires anonymously. Testing for moderated mediation revealed that social anxiety partially mediated the association between neuroticism and problematic online gaming, with FSES moderating the second stage of it. Specifically, the indirect effect of neuroticism on problematic online gaming via social anxiety was significant only for undergraduates with low FSES. The Nb-16Si-20Ti-4Cr-1.5Al-4Hf-4Zr-1Ta-xB (x=0, 2, 4)-yMg (y=0, 0.2, 0.4) alloys were prepared by non-consumable arc melting. The effects of B and Mg addition on the microstructure and room temperature fracture toughness have been investigated. The results reveal that when the content of B element reached 4 at.%, the intermediate metastable phase Nb3Si was precipitated in Nb-Si based alloys. The cooperation of B and Mg synergistically enhances the room temperature fracture toughness of Nb-Si based alloy. B and Mg element causes the eutectic point of Nb-Si based alloy to shift to the right. The 2B-0.4Mg alloy shows the best fracture toughness, and its KQ value is 14.41 MPa·m 1/2, which increased by 34% compared to the matrix alloy. Crack deflection and secondary cracking increase the room-temperature fracture toughness of Nb-Si-based alloys.

Plasmonic metasurfaces can significantly enhance the interaction between light and 2D materials. Hybrid structures of plasmonic lattices and 2D materials show great promise for both fundamental and practical studies because of their unprecedented ability for precise manipulation of light at the nanoscale. This review starts with an overview of the basic concepts of plasmonic lattices and optical properties of 2D materials, as well as fabrication strategies for hybrid metasurfaces. Then, the enhanced photoluminescence, quantum emission, optoelectronic detection, nonlinear process, and valleytronics in hybrid metasurfaces are summarized, and their development for nanophotonic functional devices are reviewed. Further, several compelling topics are also outlined that provide outlooks for future directions of hybrid metasurfaces such as novel structural design and high‐quality fabrication, all‐dielectric metasurfaces, dynamic metasurfaces, and plasmonic mediation of chemical reactions and physical processes. It is believed that hybrid metasurfaces of plasmonic lattices and 2D materials can open prospects for versatile platforms for light‐matter interactions and contribute to the revolutions on nanophotonic devices. Objective: Organizational support has been identified as one of the causes for task performance, while previous studies have not adequately explored the underlying mechanisms. Thus, this study aims to reveal the potential mechanisms that linked organizational support to task performance., Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 720 participants from 12 audit firms in Beijing in December 2020. Participants completed anonymous questionnaires assessing their organizational support, task performance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Data analysis was conducted with SPSS 26.0., Results: (1) Organizational support was positively associated with task performance, (2) job satisfaction and organizational commitment both mediated the relationship between organizational support and task performance respectively, and (3) the relationship between organizational support and task performance was also serially mediated by job satisfaction and then organizational commitment., Conclusion: Job satisfaction and organizational commitment played a serial multiple mediating role in the association between organizational support and task performance, which provides a potential path for improving task performance., Competing Interests: The authors declare that the research was conducted in the absence of any commercial or financial relationships that could be construed as a potential conflict of interest., (Copyright © 2024 Chu, Yu, Litifu, Zhao, Wei, Wang and Wei.)

Background: Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD) is used to regulate blood circulation and clear collaterals and is widely used in coronary heart disease. However, the active compounds and the mechanism of BHD used to treat restenosis are less understood., Objective: The study aimed to explore the potential mechanism of Buyang Huanwu decoction BHD for the treatment of restenosis using network pharmacology and molecular docking experiments., Methods: The bioactive components of BHD and their corresponding targets were retrieved from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP) and Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ETCM) databases as well as literature. Restenosisassociated therapeutic genes were identified from the OMIM, Drugbank, GEO, and Dis- GeNET databases. Genes related to the vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) phenotype were obtained from the gene ontology (GO) database and literature. The core target genes for the drug-disease-VSMC phenotype were identified using the Venn tool and Cytoscape software. Moreover, the "drug-component-target-pathway" network was constructed and analyzed, and pathway enrichment analysis was performed. The connection between the main active components and core targets was analyzed using the AutoDock tool, and PyMOL was used to visualize the results., Results: The "compound-target-disease" network included 80 active ingredients and 599 overlapping targets. Among the bioactive components, quercetin, ligustrazine, ligustilide, hydroxysafflor yellow A, and dihydrocapsaicin had high degree values, and the core targets included TP53, MYC, APP, UBC, JUN, EP300, TGFB1, UBB, SP1, MAPK1, SMAD2, CTNNB1, FOXO3, PIN1, EGR1, TCF4, FOS, SMAD3, and CREBBP. A total of 365 items were obtained from the GO functional enrichment analysis (p < 0.05), whereas the enrichment analysis of the KEGG pathway identified 30 signaling pathways (p < 0.05), which involved the TGF-β signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, TRAF6-mediated induction of NF-κB and MAPK pathway, TLR7/8 cascade, and others. The molecular docking results revealed quercetin, luteolin, and ligustilide to have good affinity with the core targets MYC and TP53., Conclusion: The active ingredients in BHD might act on TP53, MYC, APP, UBC, JUN, and other targets through its active components (such as quercetin, ligustrazine, ligustilide, hydroxysafflor yellow A, and dihydrocapsaicin). This action of BHD may be transmitted via the involvement of multiple signaling pathways, including the TGF-β signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, TRAF6-mediated induction of NF-κB and MAPK pathway, and TLR7/8 cascade, to treat restenosis by inhibiting the phenotype switching and proliferation of VSMC., (Copyright© Bentham Science Publishers; For any queries, please email at epub@benthamscience.net.)
