The high cost of centralized photovoltaic power generation projects is an important problem affecting industrial development, which needs to be solved urgently. It is particularly important to explore the influencing factors of cost control and the interaction between them. This paper takes a centralized photovoltaic power generation project as the research object, and determines the index system of influencing factors of cost control from the perspective of the life cycle. Secondly, the logical relationship between influencing factors is judged by the method of combining DEMATEL (decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory) and ISM (interpretive structural modelling). Finally, the multi-order recursive interpretation structure model is obtained, and the action mechanism between various factors is obtained. The results show that national policies and standards are the most profound influencing factors, and their cause degree reaches 2.155; the reason degree of market changes is the second, which is 1.586; bidding and contract management are the factors with the highest centrality, which is 7.120; and transmission and the storage of electricity and equipment repair and maintenance are the most direct factors affecting cost control. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for different types of influencing factors. The research results can better help photovoltaic power generation enterprises solve the problem of cost control. Green residences have enormous potential for energy savings, emission reduction, and other comprehensive benefits, and their growth is crucial to achieving China's carbon neutrality and carbon peaking targets. Nevertheless, at the moment, the national green residence is impacted by complicated factors at several levels, including government agencies, green residence builders, and green residence consumers, which results in the low-quality development of domestic green residences overall. As of 2020, 94% of all labeled green residences are design-label residences that can only be achieved during the design stage, while less than 10% are operational-label residences with stronger energy and emission-saving benefits. This causes the phenomenon of "green residences on the planning" to be serious. In order to accomplish the promotion of high-quality development of green residences and to promote green residences in China, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of green residence promotion from the multi-level perspective of macro-landscape signals, meso-collective agent green residences, and micro-individual agent consumers, based on the multi-level perspective (MLP) framework of sustainability theory. The paper subsequently builds a simulation model of green residence promotion using the agent-based system dynamics modeling method. Additionally, Jiangsu Province's green residence promotion data are chosen for analogue simulation experiments, and the simulation results are also used to analyze the success conditions as well as the path to green residence promotion. This study demonstrates that (1) the agent-based simulation model of dynamics for the green residence promotion system has high reference value for the simulation of the promotion of green residences, and the model can clearly simulate the impact of micro-individual agent–consumer factors on the promotion of green residences; (2) in order to promote green residences, exterior landscape signals must be continuously improved; the stronger the landscape signals, the quicker the development of operationally labeled green residences; (3) priority is given to the development of two-star design-labeled green residences before 2035, and three-star operationally labeled residences will occupy the majority of the market after 2040. α-Cyanostilbene represents one of the easily functionalized aggregation-induced emission (AIE) scaffolds. It has been widely adopted for the construction of fluorescent materials for broad applications. Here, we further expanded the utilization of α-cyanostilbene derivatives for the detection of hypoxia or proteostasis imbalance in live cells. Four different amine containing donors were introduced to construct α-cyanostilbene derivatives (R-ASC) with donor-acceptor scaffolds. Equipped with the cysteine (Cys) reactive group, maleimide (MI), R-ASC-MI shows fluorescence turn-on property upon binding with unfolded proteins in vitro and in live cells under proteostatic stress. By virtue of R-ASC-MI, the level of unfolded protein loads in cells can be quantified by flow cytometry, or visualized under microscope. Furthermore, we also characterized the performance of R-ASC-NO2, synthetic precursors of R-ASC-MI, in cellular hypoxia. R-ASC-NO2 revealed upregulated activities of nitroreductase, as well as increased hydrophobicity in live cells, under either chemical (NaN3) induced or atmospheric (1% O2) hypoxia. Together, the advantages of easy modification and high signal-to-noise ratio of new α-cyanostilbene derivatives reported in this work highlight the great potential of α-cyanostilbene in constructing functional biosensors and many other domains., (© 2024 Wiley‐VCH GmbH.)

Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of a modified disposable circumcision suture device (DCSD) with application of plastic sheet to avoid severe bleeding after circumcision and compare the surgical effects and other postoperative complications of two DCSDs., Materials and Methods: A total of 943 excess foreskin patients from January 2018 to January 2020 who underwent circumcision using two different DCSDs were recruited. Preoperative characteristics (patient age, height and weight), main surgical outcomes (surgical time, intraoperative blood loss, incision healing time) and postoperative complications (postoperative hemorrhage and hematoma rate, edema rate, incision infection rate, residual staples rate) were collected and analyzed. Patients' "satisfaction" or "dissatisfaction" was also investigated., Results: Preoperative characteristics showed no significant statistical difference. The modified DCSD group has a lower intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hemorrhage or hematoma rate and residual staples rate compared with the conventional group. Incision healing time and incision infection rate between the two groups were similar. Nevertheless, conventional group has a shorter surgical time, a lower edema rate and a higher satisfaction rate., Conclusion: The modified DCSD with application of plastic sheet can avoid severe bleeding after circumcision effectively and can be served as a new choice for circumcision.
