Reliability design is to evaluate the reliability of an optimization design method. This paper aims at the reliability design of the problem of easy blockage of the round baler. First, this paper analyzes and studies the cause of clogged round baler. Secondly, the design of feeder mechanism is optimized and it's 3D modeling is carried out by SOLIDWORKS. Finally, it is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, modal calculation and statics analysis of the model are built, and the first 6 natural frequencies are extracted. The results show that the maximum working speed of the feed roller is far lower than the critical speed of the first order. The stress is mainly concentrated on the position of the shaft head, the feed roller and the connection position between the feed roller and the screw conveyor, far less than the material yield strength. This shows that the feeder mechanism meets the reliability requirements. The design and results provide theoretical guidance for the lean design of key components such as round baler feeder mechanisms. statics analysis.
