T Vehicle scheduling for personnel evacuation plays a significant role in disaster rescue. However, current vehicle scheduling methods do not meet the needs of emergency response in disaster rescue. This paper proposes a rapid vehicle scheduling method to evacuate the crowd and reduce losses in an emergent situation. We construct a specific model for vehicle scheduling problem in disaster rescue firstly, and then put forward a heuristic algorithm to solve this problem. An empirical example is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the method. Scheduling and evacuation data are computed in real-time and considerations about dangerous zones of different dangerous levels are also included in this method. The characteristics of the method make it more suitable in actual emergency rescue.

Due to the rising tendency of chemical accidents, it is urgent to develop a real-time gas diffusion simulation system on computer during the emergent chemical accidents, and high computation efficiency of gas diffusion model is indispensable in the simulation system. This paper develops an efficient diffusion model based on Gaussian Puff Model and proposes a special numerical simulation method for the model. With the proposed model and the proposed method, the spatial density distribution of the gas spread can be computed rapidly and displayed visually in GIS. To validate the correctness, efficiency, reliability and flexibility of the model, two groups of simulations in different aspects (space and time) are performed respectively. The result of simulation is as well as expected, and the system based on the model will provide a reliable guarantee for rescue during emergent chemical accidents.

Chinese astronomical community has suggested to construct a high resolution precision and wide field survey of universal optical / infrared telescope, suitable for a wide range of cutting-edge scientific research subject. The telescope diameter is 12 meters, and it is composed of 84 pieces of hexagonal mirrors. After the completion, it could be a world's largest telescope. Its wide field survey function will be work together with the 30 meters telescope in the near future on the observation of complementary. The telescope optical system adopted innovative design ideas, its multiple focuses can achieve rapid switching; its atmospheric dispersion corrector lens-prism can correct aberration also, and with the advantage of simple structure; two layers of Nasmyth platform can be placed more scientific instruments. LAMOST, a Chinese large spectrum survey telescope has been built and put into operation many years, it has successfully developed the two segmented optical mirrors and one of them is with deformation of thin mirror active optical technology, as well as the batch grinding hexagonal off-axis mirror technology developed in recent years, for construction of the 12 meters telescope laid a good technical foundation.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST) General Survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects both in the pilot survey and the first year general survey are included in the LAMOST First Data Release (DR1). The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The general survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2,955,336 spectra, of which 1,790,879 spectra have observed signal-to-noise S/N >10. All data with S/N>2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2,204,696 spectra, of which 1,944,329 are stellar spectra, 12,082 are galaxy spectra and 5,017 are quasars. The DR1 includes not only spectra, but also three stellar catalogues with measured parameters: AFGK-type stars with high quality spectra (1,061,918 entries), A-type stars (100,073 entries), and M stars (121,522 entries). This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. We present an overview of the engineering design of stressed lap developed at Nanjing Institute of Astronomical Optics & Technology. Stressed lap consists of two parts: active deformable lap, driving-adjusting mechanism. The finite element model for active deformable lap is constructed, and the performance of lap deforming is discussed. Descriptions about mechanical structure of driving-adjusting mechanism are given. Now, stressed-lap polishing tool has been used to accomplish a fast parabolic mirror in Nanjing. The φ910mm F/2 parabolic mirror has been figured to an accuracy of 22 nm .
