Clarifying the association of differences in endosperm biochemical composition with nutrient and edible quality can guide rice breeding and cultivation. In this study, very-low-amylose-content (LAC), Japanese good-taste (JTC), Northeast China good-taste (CTC), and Northeast China high-yield (CHC) cultivars were milled to obtain four layers (L1-L4) from outside-in, and then analyzed for apparent amylose content (AAC), protein content (PC), amino acids, soluble sugars, and minerals. The association of these compositions and Rapid-Visco analysis values with taste was also examined. LAC had low AAC, high amino acid and mineral content, and the highest taste value. Taste was significantly affected by AAC and soluble sugar in L3, and by PC in the L2 layer. High levels of amino acid in L2 and L3 improved the taste, as did Mg, P, and Ca in L1. On the whole, starch factors had the highest contribution to taste, followed by minerals, amino acids, and PC.

Baogang Group imported large quantities of Mongolian iron ore to solve the shortage of ironmaking raw materials. But the basic parameters of Mongolian iron ore in pellets production are deficient. In this paper, orthogonal experimental method was used in the optimization of roasting production process of Mongolian iron ore pellets. The results show that when the content of Mongolian iron ore is 55%, the factors affecting the expansion rate of pellets in order of decrease is bentonite proportion, roasting temperature, roasting time and preheating temperature. For pellets containing 55% Mongolian iron ore, the optimum roasting schemes are as follows: bentonite proportion at 3.3%, roasting temperature at 700°C, roasting time at 14 minutes and preheating temperature at 1280°C. Under this roasting scheme, the expansion rate of pellets is 13.41%, and the compression strength reaches 2275N, which meets the technological requires of large blast furnace. The main phase of the Mongolian iron ore pellets is hematite, with a porosity of 25%-30%. And the content of gangue and liquid phase is relatively low, which is beneficial to the reduction process of pellets in blast furnace.

Objective: To explore the effect of mesalazine combined with tanshinone on the inflammatory cytokines and hypercoagulation status in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: A total of 70 patients with UC who were admitted in our hospital from January, 2014 to January, 2016 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the two groups were given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets, 1.0 g/time, po, 3 times/d. On this basis, the patients in the observation group were given tanshinone, 1.0 g/time, po, 3 times/d. Eight-week treatment was regarded as one course. The morning fasting venous blood before treatment, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment in the two groups was collected. The immunoturbidimetry was used to detect the serum CRP level. ELISA was used to detect TNF-α and IL-6 levels. The full automatic coagulation function apparatus was used to detect APTT and FIB. The full automatic blood routine analyzer was used to detect PLT, MPV, and PAG. ELISA was used to detect D-D. This article mainly studied the effect of salinity on the nail-holding power in wood construction. The results showed that: in saline solution, the holding power of nails was smaller than that in purified water condition. With the increase of salt concentration, the surface and side nail-holding power of the wood specimens would both decline, but the differences between salinity treatments would be not significant. However, compared to the surface and side nail-holding power, the power on the edge was generally smaller and the difference was not obvious in the treatment of different salt concentrations. In the same concentration of salt environment, with the extension of the processing cycle, the performance of holding power of nails showed a downward trend, expect the temporary rise in the middle.

The quality of the base layer materials is one of the key factors that influences pavement performance and service life. The previous research and experiment results have preliminarily proved that cool regenerated materials have good road-applied properties, and verified the main technical characteristics of preliminary analysis results of cement cold regenerated. Based on experimental results and cement strength standard, road performance cold regenerated aggregates and cold regenerated lime treated soil is analyzed in this paper. The results show that the performance of cement cold regenerated materials meets the requirements. Cement cold regenerated aggregates can be used as Grade 2nd and below Grade 2nd road. Under appropriate conditions, cement cold regenerated aggregates can also be used for freeway base; Cement cold regenerated lime treated soil can be used as subbase Grade 2nd and Grade 2nd below road.

In order to study the factors which influence the inorganic binder stabilized material’s compaction test results, different recycled material content therefore different reclaimed gradation mixtures are tested while varying the amount of cement. The experiment results show that contents of the recycled base material and the recycled surface material on the compaction test results are determined by the change of their density and water absorption ratio. Dry density of the recycled mixture increases with the increase of the reclaimed base material density. Low water absorption ratio of the recycled material reduces the reclaimed mixture’s optimum moisture content. Density of the reclaimed wearing surface material reduces the maximum dry density of the reclaimed mixture because the old wearing surface material has lower density. Its low water absorption reduces the optimum moisture content of the recycled mixture. Influence of cement content on compaction test results is the increase of the cement content can enhance the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content of the recycled material. Through the analysis of the results of the compaction test, the key factors in the recycled material compaction test are unveiled.

To investigate the chemical constituents of active fraction of Cynanchum versicolor.The ethanol extract of Cynanchum versicolor was purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and structures of the isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with those of literatures.Six compounds were isolated and identified as glaucogenin C (I), 24-methyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-diene-3β,5,6β-triol (II), syringic acid (III), 3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone (IV), 4-hydroxyacetophenone (V), and 4-hyroxy-3-methoxyacetophenone (VI).Compounds I, II and IV are isolated from this plant for the first time.
