There has been an increased interest in evaluating students' learning experiences in various academic domain. Some authors consider it an important aspect of education to assess the effectiveness of instructional methods, while others aim to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Various perspectives can be highlighted, as many articles refer to the learning experience and its evaluation differently. However, few studies provide an explicit dimension to characterize it. Therefore, this study investigates how the learning experience is described in scientific literature, and what criteria are used to characterise learners' learning experiences. This work aims to answer the following questions: Are there any theories used to examine the learning experience? What are the principal dimensions of a learning experience? How did the studies evaluate the learning experience? This literature review aims to provide an overview of research related to the learning experience and its evaluation. The study includes journal articles published in ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and Google Scholar from January 2012 to November 2022. The PRISMA method was used to conduct a systematic review for this work. After identifying, screening, and synthesising relevant literature (Moher et al., 2009), 68 articles were selected, of which 20 will be addressed in this research stage. The selected studies employ various methods to evaluate the learning experience, including questionnaires, surveys, and scales, and they are conducted in various educational contexts, such as medical education, biology, language teaching, etc. The review analysis shows three principal dimensions of learning experience: the learner's perception of the learning environment, their attitudes and behavior in learning, and the learning activities. The study's findings also highlighted that "learning experience" is used as a broad concept to describe specific teaching and learning scenarios or activities. Furthermore, few references from educational sciences have been identified to characterise it. This article delineates the dimensions characterising the learning experience, which helps develop and design new teaching and learning solutions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at abdomen acupoints plus tuina for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LIDH). A total of 70 patients with LIDH were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture at abdomen acupoints plus tuina, while the control group was treated only with tuina treatment. The clinical efficacy was observed after one course of treatment. The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were 83.3% and 96.7%, respectively. The cure rate and the total effective rate of the control group were 39.4% and 78.8%, respectively. There were significant differences in the cured rate and the total effective rate between the two groups (both P 0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores of both groups increased significantly, and the intra-group differences were statistically significant (both P

INTERNET gambling ,LEARNING ,STUDENT interests ,EDUCATIONAL games ,MOTIVATION (Psychology) - Abstract
Digital games-based learning (DGBL) aims to increase student interest in learning in the context of game play. Interest, or a sense of willingness to be involved (Schiefele, 1991), has a positive influence on working with computers and can be distinguished as situational and individual interest (Hidi and Renninger, 2006). Existing works have highlighted that interest is linked to intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, affordances, and flow, but few empirical studies examine the relationship between their underlying dimensions and interest among children. Affordance (Gibson, 1979) could explain what makes the user want to use a DGBL environment for studying. Self-efficacy (Bandura, 2003) describes the beliefs that lead the individual to believe in his or her abilities and performance. Flow (Csikszentmihalyi, 1990) can be observed through complete absorption in an activity. To better explore the elements that may arouse student interest, a preliminary case study has been carried out in a primary school. A total of 111 students, aged 9 to 12 years (M = 9.78, SD=0.78), participated in this study; the data was collected via questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha coefficient α=0.928). This study indicates that gender (rho = 0.11, p = 0.26) doesn't have a significant effect on students' situational interest within DGBL. It shows that contentment (rho = .54, p < .001), autotelic experience (rho = 0.61, p < .001), action possibilities in-game (rho = 0.52, p <.001) and pleasure of play (rho = 0.60, p < .001) are highly correlated with situational interest. Although some other variables have a limited effect on interest, they also promote it during gameplay. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This essay deals with the characteristics of scattered light on metal surface under the irradiation of dynamical speckles in theory .According to the relationship between the second order moment of the inte-grate intensity of scattered light in far field and the parameters of surface roughness Rqand Sm,a split systemcapable of generating dynamical specklesis presented which is made up of ground—glass and BS mirror. Thissystem causes the coherent plane wave coming form He—Ne Laser to produce dynamical speckles and thenirradiate the metal surface through which the scattereed optical field was received by 1D—CCD which is di-vided into two signal areas and then form two experiment conditions. Finally, based on the two received con-trasting signals, the value of Rqand Sm5 determined both at one time and at the same time. The experiments show that this method can be used for the real—time measuring of the longitudinal parameter and lateral parameter of the surface roughness of substances, and so it is a new method of measuring roughness.

Based on the principle that after illuminating the rough surface the two coherent plane waves can be coherent and this coherence has something to do with the surface roughness a split system with an adjustable incident angle is proposed in this paper -- it consists of a moving reflector and a double Dove prism which can divide one beam of the plane wave into two coherent plane waves. Through an interferometer the scattered coherent optical field is produced and a correlation speckle pattern which can be received by CCD is produced. The visibility of the pattern together with the other collected signals such as incident angle and so on are put into a computer. After data processing, the result value of the roughness is exported directly by the computer. The experimental results show that because of the adjustable incident angles this new method can improve the measuring sensitivity greatly on the condition that it does not influence the measuring extent and meanwhile, because of the introduction of the CCD and the computer, it can obviously strength the real-time and aging of measuring.

The Laser differential Doppler technique has a high resolution power of space and time and it won't touch and disturb the object of measuring in the measurement of the velocity of flow,as a result of this, it isapplied widely in the research in the tube linear flow and its transtion region and the velocity in boundarylayer. This essay deals with the using of two Dove prisms with their basal planes mirrored half transparent and half reflectional glued togather as a light splitting element. The angle between two coherent light beamscan be made continously adjustable by changing the distance between the incident light beam and the gluingsurface. therefore, this can be applied to the measuring of different rate of flow. After using this device forthe actual measurement of the velocity constant flow, the experimental curve which is among 0, the angle be.tween two coherent light beams and V,the velocity of flow and Doppler ferqency slight is obtained. Be-cause this curve differs slightly from the theoretical value ,the reason why there exists such a difference is al-so explained later in the essay.1.
