Materials and Methods: After the approval of the ethics committee, 24 rats were randomly divided into four groups: Group C: Control, Group P: Pregabalin, Group UO: Ureter Obstruction, UO-P Group: Ureter Obstruction Pregabalin. Urinary obstruction groups underwent a low abdominal incision under ketamine anesthesia to reach the distal right ureter and suture was placed with 2.0 mersilene and was waited for 3 weeks for late stage renal failure. In group P and UO-P rats, pregabalin was administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 100 mg / kg. After the twenty-four hour followup period, rats were sacrificed with the blood taken from the intraabdominal aorta by intraperitoneal ketamine (100 mg / kg). Blood samples were stored at -20 degrees C and urea, creatinine, MDA and NO were studied. In the kidney tissue, caspase 3, 8 enzymes and histopathological evaluation were performed.. Results: Caspase 3 enzyme activity was significantly increased in UO groups. In addition, pregabalin administration significantly increased the activity of caspase 3 in the UO-P group compared to the P group. The enzyme activity of caspase 8 was similar between the groups. Light microscopy revealed significant changes in UO groups, especially in the kidney tissue, which was obstructed. NO and MDA enzyme activities increased significantly in UO groups. In addition, pregabalin administration significantly increased NO and MDA enzyme activities in UO-P group compared to P group. Urinary obstruction significantly increased urea and creatinine levels. Pregabalin administration also increased urea and creatinine levels in the UO-P group compared to the P group. Conclusion: Pregabalin, which is frequently used in the treatment of neuropathic pain, has not been found to increase the renal damage that occurs experimentally in renal failure rats. We believe that our findings should be supported by a wide range of experimental and clinical studies.

Bu çalışmanın amacı; boyun ağrısı olan ve omuz impingement tanısı alan olgular arasındaki postüral değişkenlerin spinal mouse ile değerlendirmek ve sonuçları karşılaştırmaktır. Mayıs-Ekim 2018 tarihleri arasında yürütülen bu çalışmaya, yaşları 23-65 arasında olan, boyun ağrılı 25 olgu ( Boyun Ağrısı Olan Grup) ile omuz impingement tanılı 25 olgu (Omuz İmpingement Tanılı Grup) dahil edildi. Çalışmaya dahil edilen katılımcılar, ağrı şiddeti (VAS), yaşam kalitesi (SF-36), üst ekstremitenin bedensel etkinlikleri ve hastalık belirtileri (DASH) yönünden değerlendirildi. Omurgadaki total eğrilikleri, omurganın şeklini ve hareket açılarını sagital planda tespit etmek amacıyla Spinal Mouse (SM) kullanıldı. Ayrıca sosyodemografik özellikleri sorgulandı. Tüm ölçümler fizyoterapist tarafından yapıldı ve değerlendirildi. Grupların demografik ölçümleri karşılaştırıldığında, yalnızca beden kitle indekslerinin iki grup arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu bulunmuştur (p=0,03). Her iki grubun torasik kifoz açıları normal değerlerin üzerinde bulunmuştur. İki grup arasında torasik eğim dereceleri açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Torasik mobilite değerleri açısından ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar vardır (p=0,02). Omuz impingement tanılı grupta torasik eğim açısı ile SF-36'nın fiziksel fonksiyon, canlılık, ruhsal sağlık ve sosyal fonksiyon alt parametreleri arasında güçlü korelasyonlar bulunmuştur (p0,05). Torasik kifoz açısı normal değeri 20˚-40˚ aralığında kabul edilmektedir. Çalışmamızda torasik kifoz açıları, SM ile gerçekleştirilen ölçümlere göre omuz impingement tanılı grupta ortalama 45˚±8,8˚, boyun ağrısı olan grupta ortalama 44,32˚±9,5˚'dir. Sonuç olarak; torasik kifoz açısının fazla olmasının, boyun ve omuz bölgesinde ağrı meydana getirebileceğini ve kişinin yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyebileceğini düşünmekteyiz.Anahtar Kelimeler: boyun ağrısı, omurga, omuz impingement sendromu, spinalmouse, torakal postür. The aim of this study was to evaluate the postural variables diagnosed with spinal mouse and to compare the results between patients with neck pain and shoulder impingement. The study was conducted between May-October 2018 on 25 volunteers with neck pain (neck pain group), and 25 volunteers with shoulder impingement (shoulder impingement diagnostics group), aged between 23-65. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain; Short Form Healt Survey (SF-36) was used to evaluate quality of life of patients; DASH was used to evaluate symptoms of the upper extremity disease; Spinal Mouse (SM) was used to determine the total curvatures of the spine, the shape of the spine and the angles of motion in the sagittal plane. In addition, participants were questioned about their sociodemographic characteristics. All measurements were performed and evaluated by physiotherapist. When the groups were compared in terms of demographic evaluations, there is a statistically significant difference in body mass indexes between the two groups (p=0,03). There is no statistically significant difference in torasic inclination between the two groups (p>0,05). There are statistically significant differences in terms of thoracic mobility values (p=0,02). Syftet med studien var att undersöka förskollärares syn på barns lek relaterat till utveckling och lärande, syftet innefattade även förskollärararens roll och deltagande i barns lek. Ämnet är angeläget då barn spenderar en stor del av deras vakna tid i förskolan och leken utgör en central roll i verksamheten. Det är av intresse att studera hur leken används som verktyg av förskollärare för att utveckla barns lärande. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer som metod, fick vi en inblick i hur förskollärare i fyra olika förskolor i en Mellanstor respektive Stor kommun i Mellansverige ser på lekens betydelse för barns utveckling och lärande, men även förskollärarens roll och deltagande i barns lek. Med utgångspunkt i Knutsdotter Olofssons teori om lek har vi analyserat det empiriska materialet och försökt synliggöra hur förskollärare beskriver lekens betydelse för barns lärande och utveckling, samt hur förskollärarna reflekterar angående sin egen roll och deltagande i barns lekar. Studiens resultat indikerar att förskollärarna i studien anser att leken är grunden till barns lärande och utveckling. Förskollärarna framhöll att de i första hand var barns sociala utveckling som främjades genom leken. Undersökningen visade även att samtliga förskollärare i både den Stora och Mellanstora kommunen ansåg att deras deltagande och roll i barns lek oftast handlade om att de gick in i leken när det uppstod konflikter. Förskollärarna var även överens om deras deltagande i barns lek handlade exempelvis om att hjälpa ett barn som inte förstod leksignalerna.

Bu çalısmada genel olarak ülkemizde çok yeni bir konu olan ve üzerinde çok fazlabir çalısmaya rastlanmayan elektrospinning yöntemi ile nano lif üretimi anlatılmıs, dahasonra lif kalitesini etkileyen faktörler hakkında genis bilgi verilmistir. Çesitli çözeltiözelliklerinin elde edilen lif kalitesine etkisi arastırılmıstır.Çalısmanın deneysel kısmında, ilk olarak, iki farklı poliüretan polimeri (PU-1 vePU-2) dimetilformamid (DMF) ve dimetilasetamid (DMA) çözücüleri içinde çözülmüs vetuzlu (TEAB) ve tuzsuz olarak farklı konsantrasyonlarda çözeltiler hazırlanmıstır. Elektrikiletkenliği, dielektrik, yüzey gerilimi ve viskozite gibi çözelti özellikleri belirlenmis veiğneli elektrospinning yöntemi kullanılarak lif üretimi gerçeklestirilmistir. Daha sonraelektron taramalı mikroskop görüntüleri (SEM) kullanılarak lif morfolojisi ve lif çapıbelirlenmistir. Ortalama lif çapı ve lif üniformitesi hesaplanmıstır. Son olarak tüm sonuçlaranaliz edilerek birbirleri arasındaki iliskiler ortaya konmustur.Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, TEAB tuzu kullanımının iletkenlik ve kapasitansdeğerlerini artırarak, lif çapı ve lif morfolojini etkilemistir. Lif üniformitesi ve lifmorfolojisi açısından en düzgün ve üniform lifler % 6 PU-1 / 0.8 TEAB / DMFçözeltisinden elde edilmistir. Ortalama lif çapı en ince olan lifler ise %5 PU-1 / 0.8 TEAB /DMA çözeltisinden elde edilmistir. The Effect of various solution properties on nanofiber qualityhave been researched.In the experimental part of this study, firstly, polymer of polyurethane in the fiberform was solved in dimethylformamide (DMF) and dimethylacetamide (DMAA) by usingdifferent concentrations of polyurethane with TEAB and without TEAB salt. Solutionproperties such as conductivity, dielectric, surface tension and viscosity were determined.Then solutions were electrospun into nanofibers and fiber properties were indicated. Thefiber morphology and diameter of the polyurethane nanofibers were determined using ascanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the average fiber diameter and fiber uniformitywere calculated. Then, all results were analysed and exposed the relations between theseparameters.According to the obtained results, TEAB salt increased conductivity and capasitancevalues. Also, it have effected fiber diameter and morphology. Obtained fiber from % 6 PU-1 / 0.8 TEAB / DMF solution had best uniformity and morphology. Obtained fiber from%5 PU-1 / 0.8 TEAB / DMA solution had finest fibers. 136

This paper is a brief review of a more detailed field and theoretical survey to understand the role of climate in formation of the building envelope in hot and dry zone of Turkey. A detailed critical discussion of traditional patterns of architecture will be discussed in relation to the thermal comfort conditions in traditional houses in hot and dry regions. The potential for heat storage capacity of building envelope has been known and used in hot and dry regions for several thousand years. This study is based on evaluating the importance of thermal mass on different traditional architecture examples in hot and dry climate of Turkey. In hot and dry climatic zone in Turkey, in traditional architecture examples, to benefit the time lag of the building envelope, materials with greater thermal mass have been chosen. The high heat capacity of the opaque component provides a high time lag for the transmission of the outside temperature to the internal area. It is well known that, thermal mass of the envelope becomes more important issue than heat insulation, especially in the regions where the difference of day and night temperature is very high. Moreover, heat storage capacity of building envelope affects significantly heating energy demand of building especially when the heating system is working intermittently. In this study the importance of thermal mass of traditional architecture in hot and dry region in Turkey has been explained. Thermal behavior of different wall details was compared by measurements and calculations. The conclusion will guide to examine the traditional design opportunities in order to review and improve today’s bioclimatic design strategies. Radiotherapy is one of the treatment methods in the multi-disiplinary approach for oncologic diseases of paediatric populations. Although radiotherapy is a painless process, anesthesia is required in the non-cooperative patients such as children, in order to provide motionlessness. But anaesthetic management needs special preparation and attention, since environmental condition of radiotheraphy unit, patient position and disease's progress may cause clinical problems.

Grup L'ye izobariklevobupivakain (3 mL, 7.5 mg, %0.25) ve Grup D'ye hiperbarik levobupivakain (1.5 mL%0.5 izobarik levobupivakain + 1.2mL %20 glukoz + 0.3mL SF ile %8 glukoz içeren 3mL,7.5 mg %0.25) verildi.Gruplar karşılaştırıldığında; demografik özellikler, hemodinamik parametreler, ekanaljezik ihtiyacı, maksimum seviyeye ulaşma zamanı, maksimum motor blok oluşmazamanı, duyusal bloğun T10'a ulaşma zamanı (Grup L: 5.6 ± 2.5 dk, Grup D: 6.1 ± 2.8 dk),duyusal bloğun tamamen regresyonu (Grup L: 194.5 dk, Grup D: 163.5 dk), motor bloksonlanma zamanı (Grup L: 143.5 ± 40.3 dk, Grup D: 120.3 ± 50.1 dk), duyu bloğunun ikisegment regresyonu (Grup L: 98.0± 24.5 dk, Grup D: 88.5 ± 17.0 dk) (p=0.163), duyusalbloğun T10'a gerileme zamanı (Grup L: 107.0 dk, Grup D: 101.3 dk) ve ilk analjezikgereksinimi zamanı benzer olarak bulundu. Isobaric levobupivacaineadministered to Group L (3 mL, 7.5 mg, 0.25%) and hiperbaric levobupivacaine (1.5mL%0.5 isobaric levobupivacaine + 1.2mL %20 glucose+0.3 mL PSS) administered to Group D.When two groups were compared; demographic characteristics, hemodynamic parameters,additional analgesic requirement, time to reach the maximum level, duration of maximumblock, time to reach the sensorial block to T10 (Group L: 5.6 ± 2.5 min, Group D: 6.1 ± 2.8min), total regression of sensorial block (Group L: 194.5 min, Group D 163.5 min),termination time of motor blockade (Group L: 143.5 ± 40.3 min, Group D: 120.3 ± 50 .1min), two segment regression of sensorial blockade (Group L: 98.0 ± 24.5 min, Group D: 88.5± 17.0 min) (p=0.163), regression of sensorial blockade to T10 ( Group L: 107.0 min, GroupD: 101.3 min) and first analgesic requirement times were found to be similar. Maximummotor block level (Group L: 2.2 ± 0.8 , Group D: 1.3 ± 1.1) was significantly higher in GroupL (p=0.005).We conclude that hiperbaric levobupivacaine is a suitable choice in out-patient spinalanaesthesia practice. Syncope syndromes like carotid sinus syndrome, situational syncope, and neurocardiogenic syncope, also known as vasovagal syncope are neurally mediated. Among them, vasovagal syncope forms majority of reasons of the unexplained syncope observed in either children or adults. In this case report, we aimed at the presentation of sudden occurrence of sinus bradycardia and hypotension following induction of anaesthesia immediately after placing patient into Trendelenburg position in a case with previously diagnosed vasovagal syncope scheduled to undergo laparoscopic tubal ligation under general anaesthesia within the scope of current literature.

43 ÖZET i I Bu çalışmada yaşları 19 ile 73 arasında değişen 14 hastanın tümör örneğinden ı doku kültürü yapılmıştır. Over tümörlerinde sayısal ve yapısal düzensizliklerin saptanmasında kültür ortamına GF lerin eklenmesi ile alışılmış kültür tekniklerindeki I yetersizliklerin, kısmen ortadan kaldırılabileceği görülmüştür. Hiç GF eklenmeden yapılan kültürlerde hücrelerin yapışma ve çoğalmasının gözlenememiş olması GF kullanımının gerekliliğini göstermiştir. İleri evrelerdeki olguların çoğunda hipodiploidi, hiperdiploidi ve markı r kromozomların saptanması, bu bulguların kötü prognoz açısından önemli olduğunu göstermiştir. Daha önceki çalışmalarda 7, 8 ve 12. kromozomların tek başına sayısal anomalileri benign ve sınırda malign tümörlerde bildirilmiştir. Bizim çalışmamızda i bu bulgular ileri evre tümörlerde, diğer anomalilerle birlikte görülmüştür. Bu nedenle kromozom 7, 8 ve 12' nin sayısal değişikliklerinin başka anomalilerle birlikte saptanmasının maligniteye gidişin izlenmesinde önemli olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Çalışmamızda saptadığımız der(3)(1p;3q) ve der(11) daha önce bildirilmemiştir. Her İki bulgunun da over kanserlerinde en sık anomali saptanan kromozomları içermesi, bu kromozomlarda yerleşik gen veya genlerin patogenezde birlikte rol oynadıklarını düşündürmektedir. Bu nedenlerle sitogenetik bulguların prognozun değerlendirilmesine ve patogenezin saptanmasında moleküler düzeyde yapılacak çalışmalara yön vermesi açısından önemli olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Kültürlerde, tümör hücrelerinin çoğaltılmasının güçlüğü ve elde edilen kromozomların kalitesiz olması nedeniyle, interfazdaki hücreler üzerinde doğrudan hibridizasyon yöntemlerinin uygulanmasının yardımcı olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. 50
