Super oil and gas basins provide the energy foundation for social progress and human development. In the context of climate change and carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, constructing an integrated energy and carbon neutrality system that balances energy production and carbon reduction becomes crucial for the transformation of such basins. Under the framework of a green and intelligent energy system primarily based on “four news”, new energy, new electricity, new energy storage, and new intelligence, integrating a “super energy system” composed of a huge amount of underground resources of coal, oil, gas and heat highly overlapping with abundant wind and solar energy resources above ground, and a regional intelligent energy consumption system with coordinated development and utilization of fossil energy and new energy, with a carbon neutrality system centered around carbon cycling is essential. This paper aims to select the traditional oil and gas basins as “super energy basins” with the conditions to build world-class energy production and demonstration bases for carbon neutrality. The Ordos Basin has unique regional advantages, including abundant fossil fuel and new energy resources, as well as matching CO2 sources and sinks, position it as a carbon neutrality “super energy basin” which explores the path of transformation of traditional oil and gas basins. Under the integrated development concept and mode of “coal + oil + gas + new energy + carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS)/carbon capture and storage (CCS)”, the carbon neutrality in super energy basin is basically achieved, which enhance energy supply and contribute to the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, establish a modern energy industry and promote regional green and sustainable development. The pioneering construction of the world-class carbon neutrality “super energy system” demonstration basin in China represented by the Ordos Basin will reshape the new concept and new mode of exploration and development of super energy basins, which is of great significance to the global energy revolution under carbon neutrality.

ABSTRACT: Intestinal microbial metabolism has an important impact on the health of laying hens, and microbes are also important hosts for ARGs. However, the relationship between intestinal microbes and antibiotic resistance in laying hens is unclear. In this study, a slaughtering experiment, an in vitro fermentation experiment and a single-bacteria culture experiment were carried out, and metagenomic and metabolomic analyses were used to investigate the relationships between microbial metabolism and the antibiotic resistome in the cecum of laying hens. The results showed that there were different types of ARGs in the intestines of laying hens, and the risk scores of the ARGs tended to decrease with growth stage. A total of 1142 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were obtained, and Escherichia coli was found to be the dominant ARG host, carrying 62 ARGs. Metabolomics revealed that indole and its derivatives, such as indole-3-lactic acid, were negatively correlated with a variety of ARGs. Moreover, in vitro fermentation experiment and single-bacteria culture experiment demonstrated that indole-3-lactic acid reduced the abundance and risk of multiple ARGs in the intestine and inhibited the growth of the ARG host Escherichia coli. In the context of high concern about intestinal microbial metabolism and antibiotic resistance, this is the first study to focus on the relationship between intestinal microbial metabolism and antibiotic resistance in laying hens. These findings have important implications for healthy farming and antibiotic resistance control.

Abstract Self-esteem plays a crucial role in the psychological development of college students. Based on four-wave longitudinal data, this study empirically investigated the longitudinal trajectories of self-esteem, related predictors, and the impact on depression in a sample of Chinese college students. Piecewise growth mixture modeling was utilized to identify potential self-esteem trajectories. Furthermore, multinomial logistic regression models were employed along with the Kruskal‒Wallis test to analyze the factors that influence self-esteem development trajectories and assess variations in depression. The results showed that college students’ self-esteem trajectories can be divided into three categories: slowly decreasing (81.04%), rising then falling (16.94%), and falling then rising (2.02%). Various personal factors (e.g. ethnicity, family residence, self-reported health status, extroversion) and socioeconomic factors (e.g. closeness with classmates, family economic level, family social status, and the mother’s educational level) can influence the classification of students’ self-esteem development trajectories. Moreover, notable differences in depression were observed among students in different self-esteem trajectory groups. The results emphasize the imperative of implementing interventions to enhance self-esteem among college students.

Quantitative analysis of coal maceral is crucial for objectively evaluating the properties and quality of coal, thereby enabling its efficient utilization. However, due to irregularities in operation or broken tools, it is easy to cause the scratch of the polished grain mounts, which affects the further automatic analysis, and the re-making of the polished grain mounts will cause the waste of manpower and resources. In view of this, in order to repair scratch areas in coal photomicrographs, a deep learning-based photomicrographs scratch detection and repair strategy is proposed. Firstly, a dual-attention model combining spatial attention and channel attention is designed for scratch detection, which fully mines the semantic information of coal photomicrographs and integrates it with U-Net semantic segmentation network to improve the accuracy of scratch detection. Then, to address the issue of texture differences between the scratch-removed areas and surrounding areas in image repair algorithms based on patch matching, a coal photomicrographs restoration network combining contextual attention and generative adversarial learning is designed. The network adaptively fills the scratched area of coal with reasonable content and improves the quality of image restoration. Experimental results show that the average pixel accuracy and mean Intersection over Union for scratch detection reached 90.93% and 83.95%, respectively, while the peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity (SSIM) of the repaired images reached 43.29 dB and 99.32%, respectively. Compared to traditional patch-matching-based algorithms, these represent improvements of 8.76 dB and 1.65%, respectively, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed scratch detection and repair method.

Rosa chinensis as edible flowers, is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine, which is rich in resources and is cultivated in most parts of China. Its phytochemicals mainly include flavonoids and their glycosides, phenolic acids, pentacyclic triterpenes and steroids. R. chinensis has many biological activities, including antioxidation, antibiosis, protection of pancreatic islet cells. The phytochemicals and biological activities of R. chinensis were summarized by databases such as Web of Science, SciFinder, Baidu Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect and SpringerLink.

A fundamental vision technique for industrial robots involves the six degrees of freedom pose estimation of target objects from a single image. However, the direct estimation of the six degrees of freedom object pose solely from a single image is subject to limited accuracy. Various refinement approaches have been proposed to improve the accuracy by utilizing rendered images from a 3D model. Nevertheless, balancing speed and accuracy in an industrial setting remains a challenge for these methods. In this study, we propose a novel six degrees of freedom pose refinement approach centered around matching real image patches. Unlike previous approaches, our method does not rely on a 3D model, resulting in increased speed and accuracy. In the offline phase, we construct an offline database using image patches obtained from real images. During the inference phase, our method initially identifies the image patch within the offline database that is closest to the initial pose. Subsequently, we refine the six degrees of freedom pose by matching the corresponding image patches from the offline database. Experimental results indicate that our six degrees of freedom pose refinement method achieves real-time capability with a frame rate of 71 Frames Per Second (FPS), along with high precision. When the threshold is set to 0.5% of the object diameter, the average distance of dots score on the test data surpasses 70%. Moreover, experiments involving gripping and assembling tasks on an industrial robot demonstrate the ability of our method to autonomously select appropriate grasping angles and positions in real time. It further generates suitable motion paths, ultimately ensuring production efficiency.

Abstract Background Companion animals can contribute to the physical and mental health of people and often live in very close association with their owners. However, the antibiotic resistome carried by companion animals and the impact they have on their owners and living environment remain unclear. In this study, we compared the ARG profiles of cats, humans, and their living environments using metagenomic analysis to identify the core ARGs in the cat and human gut and explore the potential impact of cats on ARGs in the human gut through the environment. Results Results showed that the abundance of ARGs in the cat gut was significantly higher than that in the human gut (P 0.05). Abstract Under the shared big data environment, the existing shared data auditing schemes rarely consider the authorization management of group users. Thus, in this paper, we propose a novel remote shared data checking possession scheme that support group authority management. To implement group user rights management, we firstly introduce a trusted entity group manager. To assist the group manager in authorization management, we formalize a new algebraic structure operator named authorization invisible authenticator (AIA). Meanwhile, we provide a basic AIA scheme for general security scenarios and a standard AIA scheme suitable for high-level security scenarios respectively. The standard AIA scheme can fully meet the needs of the group manager to safely perform rights management work. It is composed of the User Information Table (UIT) and the basic AIA scheme, which has higher security and is applicable to a wider range of scenarios. By distributing AIA through the standard AIA scheme, the group manager can easily carry out authority management, including enrolling, revoking, updating. After solving the problem of authorization management, the detailed design of the scheme based on identity-based encryption (IBE) is given. Furthermore, the security analysis and performance evaluation demonstrate that the scheme is safe and feasible.

The rate of soybean canopy establishment largely determines photoperiodic sensitivity, subsequently influencing yield potential. However, assessing the rate of soybean canopy development in large-scale field breeding trials is both laborious and time-consuming. High-throughput phenotyping methods based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems can be used to monitor and quantitatively describe the development of soybean canopies for different genotypes. In this study, high-resolution and time-series raw data from field soybean populations were collected using UAVs. The RGB (red, green, and blue) and infrared images are used as inputs to construct the multimodal image segmentation model—the RGB & Infrared Feature Fusion Segmentation Network (RIFSeg-Net). Subsequently, the segment anything model was employed to extract complete individual leaves from the segmentation results obtained from RIFSeg-Net. These leaf aspect ratios facilitated the accurate categorization of soybean populations into 2 distinct varieties: oval leaf type variety and lanceolate leaf type variety. Finally, dynamic modeling was conducted to identify 5 phenotypic traits associated with the canopy development rate that differed substantially among the classified soybean varieties. The results showed that the developed multimodal image segmentation model RIFSeg-Net for extracting soybean canopy cover from UAV images outperformed traditional deep learning image segmentation networks (precision = 0.94, recall = 0.93, F1-score = 0.93). The proposed method has high practical value in the field of germplasm resource identification. This approach could lead to the use of a practical tool for further genotypic differentiation analysis and the selection of target genes.

Nowadays, more people are choosing to use cloud storage services to save space and reduce costs. To enhance the durability and persistence, users opt to store important data in the form of multiple copies on cloud servers. However, outsourcing data in the cloud means that it is not directly under the control of users, raising concerns about security and integrity. Recent research has found that most existing multicopy integrity verification schemes can correctly perform integrity verification even when multiple copies are stored on the same Cloud Service Provider (CSP), which clearly deviates from the initial intention of users wanting to store files on multiple CSPs. With these considerations in mind, this paper proposes a scheme for synchronizing the integrity verification of copies, specifically focusing on strongly privacy Internet of Things (IoT) electronic health record (EHR) data. First, the paper addresses the issues present in existing multicopy integrity verification schemes. The scheme incorporates the entity Cloud Service Manager (CSM) to assist in the model construction, and each replica file is accompanied with its corresponding homomorphic verification tag. To handle scenarios where replica files stored on multiple CSPs cannot provide audit proof on time due to objective reasons, the paper introduces a novel approach called probability audit. By incorporating a probability audit, the scheme ensures that replica files are indeed stored on different CSPs and guarantees the normal execution of the public auditing phase. The scheme utilizes identity-based encryption (IBE) for the detailed design, avoiding the additional overhead caused by dealing with complex certificate issues. The proposed scheme can withstand forgery attack, replace attack, and replay attack, demonstrating strong security. The performance analysis demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.

DNA repair in response to DSBs in the preimplantation embryo is hard to analyze. Here the authors show that over 25% of pre-existing heterozygous loci in control single blastomere samples appeared as homozygous after whole genome amplification, therefore, they validated gene editing seen in human embryos in ESCs.

The cloud storage system provides users with convenient storage services. However, users who use cloud storage services lose absolute control over the data once they upload files to the cloud service provider (CSP). The integrity of the cloud data has become a problem worth considering. In the realization of verification of cloud storage schemes, a third-party auditor (TPA), as a professional organization that provides users with public audit services, is an indispensable and important entity. However, the TPA is not entirely credible because the TPA may perform audits dishonestly out of laziness or selfishness. Based on the above considerations, we provide a scheme for solving the problem of cloud data integrity verification and the TPA dishonesty based on identity-based encryption (IBE). The proposed identity-based public auditing verification scheme can provide security against malicious auditors. In this scheme, the mathematical design is based on IBE, which frees the users from complicated certificate management. In addition, during the public auditing phase, adding a timestamp can effectively prevent the malicious TPA from working dishonestly. Moreover, the security analysis and performance evaluation of the scheme for the untrusted CSP and semi-trusted TPA shows effective results.

Diamondoids are alkanes with cage-like structure. Their diamond-like structure makes them have high stability and anti-biodegradability, and can be preserved and enriched in complex and long geological processes. Therefore, the continuous development of quantitative detection methods for diamondoids in crude oil has deepened the research of these compounds and made them more widely used in crude oil cracking evaluation, maturity evaluation, biodegradation evaluation and other aspects.

Six previously undescribed cytosporone derivatives (phomotones A-E (1–5) and phomotone F (13)), two new spiro-alkanol phombistenes A-B (14–15), and seven known analogs (6–12) were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. QYM-13. The structures of these compounds were elucidated using spectroscopic data analysis, electronic circular dichroism (ECD), and 13C NMR calculations. Compound 14 features an unprecedented 1,6-dioxaspiro[4.5]decane ring system. All isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory effect on nitric oxide (NO) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. The results showed that compounds 1, 6, 8, and 11 exhibited potent bioactivities by comparing with positive control. Then, compound 1 displayed the anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting the MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathways. Molecular docking further revealed the possible mechanism of compound 1 interaction with ERK protein.

Object detection based on wood defects involves using bounding boxes to label defects in the surface image of the wood. This step is crucial before the transformation of wood products. Due to the small size and diverse shape of wood defects, most previous object detection models are unable to filter out critical features effectively. Consequently, they have faced challenges in generating adequate contextual information to detect defects accurately. In this paper, we proposed a YOLOv5 model based on a Semi-Global Network (SGN) to detect wood defects. Unlike previous models, firstly, a lightweight SGN is introduced in the backbone to model the global context, which can improve the accuracy and reduce the complexity of the network at the same time; the backbone is embedded with the Extended Efficient Layer Aggregation Network (E-ELAN), which continuously enhances the learning ability of the network; and finally, the Efficient Intersection and Merger (EIOU) loss is used to solve the problems of slow convergence speed and inaccurate regression results. Experimental results on public wood defect datasets demonstrated that our approach outperformed existing target detection models. The mAP value was 86.4%, a 3.1% improvement over the baseline network model, a 7.1% improvement over SSD, and a 13.6% improvement over Faster R-CNN. These results show the effectiveness of our proposed methodology.

In this study, gold tube thermal simulation experiments were carried out on the soluble components (extracts) and insoluble components (extracted coal-measure mudstones) of coal-measure mudstones, and diamondoid compounds in the pyrolysis products were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that diamondoid compounds in the extracts and the extracted coal-measure mudstones had undergone the process of formation and decomposition during thermal evolution. Based on the quantitative composition of the extracts and the extracted coal-measure mudstones, the calculated evolution characteristics of the diamondoid compounds in the coal-measure mudstones were mainly consistent with the results of thermal simulation experiments, indicating that the formation of diamondoid compounds was primarily controlled by the original material source. Some diamondoid maturity parameters (MAI, EAI, TMAI-1) in coal-measure mudstones were consistent with the parameters of the evolution characteristics in marine shale. Therefore, the relationship between these parameters and vitrinite reflectance can be established, to calculate the maturity of marine source rocks. In addition, the evolution characteristics and some diamondoid maturity parameters in the extracts and the extracted coal- measure mudstones showed a good linear relationship, but the specific characteristics were different, which may enable the identification of kerogen cracking and secondary cracking of crude oil.

Based on geochemical analysis results of core samples from the Triassic Chang 7 Member of Well Feng 75 drilled in the northwest margin of Ordos Basin, combined with geological characteristics of this region, the formation environment of the black shale and its control on shale oil enrichment are comprehensively studied. From the Chang 73 to Chang 71 Sub-members, the black shale have organic carbon contents decreasing from 5.70% to 3.55%, hydrogen indexes decreasing from 345 mg/g to 269 mg/g, while the oxygen indexes increasing gradually from 6 mg/g to 29 mg/g, indicating that the sedimentary environment during the depositional period of Chang 72 and Chang 73 Sub-members was anoxic. Biomarkers in the black shale change regularly, and have an obvious “inflection point” at the depth of 2753–2777 m in the Chang 73 Sub-member, indicating that the input of terrigenous organic matter increased. However, there is a negative drift about 2% of organic carbon isotopic composition near the “inflection point”, which is in conflict with the results of biomarker compounds. This is because the extreme thermal and anoxic events caused by continental volcanic activity in the ancient Qinling region caused negative drift of carbon isotopic composition of the black shale in the Ordos Basin. The volcanic activity caused rise of temperature, polluted air, extreme weathers, more floods and thus more input of terrigenous organic matter, and gave rise to extremely anoxic environment conducive to the preservation of organic matter. Terrigenous organic matter is more conducive to the formation of light oil than aquatic organic matter, so these sections in Yanchang Formation are major “sweet spots” for shale oil enrichment.

In recent years, the northwestern part of the Sichuan Basin has become a popular location for natural gas exploration. However, up to this point, the geochemical characteristics and distribution of marine source rocks in this area have not been thoroughly investigated. In the northwestern Sichuan Basin, there are eight sets of marine source rock, including the Lower Sinian Doushantuo Formation, the third Member of Upper Sinian Dengying Formation, the Lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation, the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation, the Middle Devonian, the Middle Permian Maokou Formation, the Upper Permian Longtan Formation/Wujiaping Formation, and the Upper Permian Dalong Formation, from which eight outcrop profiles were selected for systematic organic geochemical analysis. The Qiongzhusi Formation has the thickest high-quality source rocks, up to 80 m thick, followed by the Upper Permian Longtan/Wujiaping and Dalong formations, which have up to 20–30 m thick high-quality source rocks, whereas the thickness in other layers is relatively thin. By the abundance of organic matter, the Doushantuo, Qiongzhusi, Longmaxi, Longtan/Wujiaping, and Dalong formations developed high-quality source rocks with total organic carbon content (TOC) greater than 3%, while the third Member of Upper Sinian Dengying Formation, Middle Devonian and Maokou formations had low TOC. The kerogen of source rocks gradually enriched 13C from the type Ⅰ organic matter of the Lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation to the Upper Permian Dalong Formation, and the δ13C values of Doushantuo Formation, the third Member of Dengying Formation, and Qiongzhusi Formation are less than −30.0‰. The δ13C values of Longtan Formation or Wujiaping Formation and Dalong Formation with type Ⅱ2 organic matter ranges from −28.0‰ and −26.0‰. Others lie somewhere in between type I and type II2. Except for Permian source rocks in Guangyuan and Chaotian areas, which are in the mature stage, source rocks in the northwestern Sichuan Basin are in the over-mature stage and largely in the thermal stage of dry gas. High abundance source rocks have provided rich marine natural gas resources. As a result, future gas exploration in the northwestern Sichuan Basin will focus on the gas-bearing system associated with the Qiongzhusi Formation and Upper Permian source rocks.

Abstract Background Mental disorders impose heavy burdens on patients’ families and children. It is imperative to provide family-focused services to avoid adverse effects from mental disorders on patients’ families and children. However, implementing such services requires a great deal of involvement of mental health workers. This study investigated the attitudes, knowledge, skills, and practices in respect to family-focused practices (FFP) in a sample of Chinese mental health workers. Methods A cross-sectional study design was employed to examine the attitudes, knowledge, skills, and practices of a convenience sample of Chinese mental health workers in respect to FFP, using the Chinese version of the Family-Focused Mental Health Practice Questionnaire (FFMHPQ). Results In total, 515 mental health workers participated in our study, including 213 psychiatrists, 269 psychiatric nurses, and 34 allied mental health professionals (20 clinical psychologists, 9 mental health social workers, and 4 occupational therapists). Compared with psychiatric nurses, psychiatrists and allied mental health professionals provided more support for families and children of patients with mental illness and were more willing to receive further training in FFP. However, there were no significant differences on knowledge, skills, and confidence across different profession types. After adjusting for demographic and occupational variables, previous training in FFP was positively associated with mental health workers’ knowledge, skills, and confidence about FFP, but not actual support to families and children. Conclusions Professional differences on FFP exist in Chinese mental health workers. Training is needed to engage psychiatrists and other allied workforce in dissemination and implementation of FFP in China.

In total, five new polyketide derivatives: eschscholin B (2), dalditone A and B (3 and 4), (1R, 4R)-5-methoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene-1,4-dio (5), and daldilene A (6), together with 10 known as analogs (1, 7–15) were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus Daldinia eschscholtzii KBJYZ-1. Their structures and absolute configurations were established by extensive analysis of NMR and HRESIMS spectra data combined with ECD calculations and the reported literature. Compounds 2 and 6 showed significant cell-based anti-inflammatory activities with IC50 values of 19.3 and 12.9 μM, respectively. In addition, western blot results suggested that compound 2 effectively inhibits the expression of iNOS and COX-2 in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. Further molecular biology work revealed the potential mechanism of 2 exerts anti-inflammatory function by inactivating the MAPK and NF–κB signaling pathways.

The effect of glucocorticoid therapy on women with unexplained positive autoantibodies is under debate. This systemic review and meta-analysis were performed to evaluate whether glucocorticoid administration can improve the pregnancy outcome of this population. Relevant publications were searched from databases, and a total of seven prospective and retrospective cohort studies that investigated the effects of glucocorticoid administration on women with unexplained positive autoantibodies, were included. The outcomes of our systematic review and meta-analysis were measured in terms of risk ratios (RR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) using fixed or random effect models. We found that glucocorticoid treatment improved the clinical pregnancy rate (RR 2.19, 95% CI 1.64–2.92) and live birth rate (RR 1.92, 95% CI 1.17–3.16), especially when glucocorticoid administration was started before pregnancy (clinical pregnancy rate: RR 2.30, 95% CI 1.58–3.34; live birth rate: RR 2.30, 95% CI 1.58–3.34). However, no effect of glucocorticoids on the miscarriage rate was found (RR 0.75, 95% CI 0.55–1.02) regardless of the time of drug administration. Our systematic review and meta-analysis support the rational use of glucocorticoids in women with unexplained positive autoantibodies.Systematic Review Registration[www.ClinicalTrials.gov], identifier [CRD42019124442].

Searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) provides an effective way to search encrypted data stored on untrusted servers. When the server is not trusted, it is indispensable to verify the results returned by it. However, the existing SSE schemes either lack fairness in the verification of search results, or do not support the verification of multiple keywords. To address this, we designed a multi-keyword verifiable searchable symmetric encryption scheme based on blockchain, which provides an efficient multi-keyword search and fair verification of search results. We utilized bitmap to build a search index in order to improve search efficiency, and used blockchain to ensure fair verification of search results. The bitmap and hash function are combined to realize lightweight multi-keyword search result verification, compared with the existing verification schemes using public key cryptography primitives, our scheme reduces the verification time and improves the verification efficiency. In addition, our scheme supports the dynamic update of files and realizes the forward security in update. Finally, formal security analysis proves that our scheme is secure against Chosen-Keyword Attacks (CKA), experimental analysis demonstrations that our scheme is efficient and viable in practice.

The influence of water on gas generation from humic type organic matter at highly to over mature stage was investigated with thermal simulation experiments at high temperature and pressure. The result of the experiments indicates that the effect of water on gas generation was controlled by the thermal maturity of organic matter. Water could enhance gas generation and increase hydrocarbon gas yields significantly at over mature stage of humic type organic matter. Hydrogen isotopic compositions of coal-derived gases generated at highly to over mature stage were mainly controlled by thermal maturity of source rocks, but also affected by formation water. Highly and over mature coal measure source rocks are widely distributed in China. The hydrocarbon gas generation capacity of coal measure source rocks and resource potential of coal-derived gases in deep formations would be significantly enhanced assuming that formation water could be involved in the thermal cracking of highly to over mature organic matter in real geological settings.

In cloud storage scenarios, data security has received considerably more attention than before. To ensure the reliability and availability of outsourced data and improve disaster resilience and data recovery ability, important data files possessed by users must be stored on multiple cloud service providers (CSPs). However, we know that CSP is invariably not reliable. In this situation, to verify the integrity of replica files stored by users on multiple CSPs simultaneously, a new dynamic multiple-replica provable data possession (DMR-PDP) scheme is proposed. In addition, due to the importance of the tag set, we utilize vector dot products instead of using the modular power calculation in the traditional PDP scheme, which greatly reduces the calculation time and storage space usage. Moreover, a novel dynamic data structure, the divided address-version mapping table (DAVMT), is presented and used to solve the problem of data dynamic operation. A practical experiment validates the effectiveness of our proposed scheme in the end.

Under the cloud computing environment, Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) is an effective method to solve the problem of encrypted data retrieval, and helps to protect the users' privacy. Recent researches show that some attacks may bring great security threats to SSE, and forward privacy can effectively prevent these attacks, so forward privacy is very necessary for SSE scheme. Most of the existing forward privacy SSE schemes fall into two types: ORAM-based and Bost-based. The former is simple, but it has large communication overhead and low dynamic update efficiency. The latter is better than the former, but it is based on asymmetric encryption primitives. Based on symmetric encryption primitives, we propose a dynamic efficient forward privacy scheme DESSE in this paper. DESSE uses pseudo-random permutation to realize forward privacy, and uses delete list to identify the final state of the same file added and deleted repeatedly, so as to realize the dynamic update of data. The method proposed in this paper is simple and flexible in structure, takes up less additional space, and can significantly improve the efficiency of updating. At the same time, it can achieve real-time updating of data. The correctness of our proposed scheme is tested using the Enron email data set in the end.

Two new 3-decalinoyltetramic acid derivatives with peroxide bridge fusarisetins E (1) and F (2), one new chromone fusarimone A (5), two new benzofurans fusarifurans A (9) and B (10), three new isocoumarins fusarimarins A–C (11–13), as well as five known analogues 3, 4, 6–8 and 14 were isolated from mangrove endophytic fungus Fusarium sp. 2ST2. Their structures and absolute configurations were established by spectroscopic analysis, density functional theory-gauge invariant atomic orbital NMR calculation with DP4+ statistical analysis, and electronic circular dichroism calculation. Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant cytotoxicity against human A549 cell lines with IC50 values of 8.7 and 4.3 μM, respectively.

Auxin is one of the most critical hormones in plants. YUCCA (Tryptophan aminotransferase of Arabidopsis (TAA)/YUCCA) enzymes catalyze the key rate-limiting step of the tryptophan-dependent auxin biosynthesis pathway, from IPA (Indole-3-pyruvateacid) to IAA (Indole-3-acetic acid). Here, 13 YUCCA family genes were identified from Isatis indigotica, which were divided into four categories, distributing randomly on chromosomes (2n = 14). The typical and conservative motifs, including the flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD)-binding motif and flavin-containing monooxygenases (FMO)-identifying sequence, existed in the gene structures. IiYUCCA genes were expressed differently in different organs (roots, stems, leaves, buds, flowers, and siliques) and developmental periods (7, 21, 60, and 150 days after germination). Taking IiYUCCA6-1 as an example, the YUCCA genes functions were discussed. The results showed that IiYUCCA6-1 was sensitive to PEG (polyethylene glycol), cold, wounding, and NaCl treatments. The over-expressed tobacco plants exhibited high auxin performances, and some early auxin response genes (NbIAA8, NbIAA16, NbGH3.1, and NbGH3.6) were upregulated with increased IAA content. In the dark, the contents of total chlorophyll and hydrogen peroxide in the transgenic lines were significantly lower than in the control group, with NbSAG12 downregulated and some delayed leaf senescence characteristics, which delayed the senescence process to a certain extent. The findings provide comprehensive insight into the phylogenetic relationships, chromosomal distributions, and expression patterns and functions of the YUCCA gene family in I. indigotica.

Heat stress has a profound effect on poultry health and productivity. The present study evaluated whether feeding betaine could ameliorate long-term heat stress-induced impairment of productive performance in indigenous yellow-feathered broilers. A total of 240 five-week-old male broilers were randomly allocated to five treatments with six replicates of eight broilers each. The five treatments included a thermoneutral zone control group (TN, fed basal diet), a heat stress control group (HS, fed basal diet), and an HS control group supplemented 500, 1000, 2000 mg/kg betaine, respectively. The TN group was raised at 26 ± 1 °C during the whole study, HS groups exposed to 32 ± 1 °C for 8 h/day from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm. The results showed that heat stress decreased the body weight gain (BWG) and feed intake of broilers during 1−5, 6−10, and 1−10 weeks (p < 0.05). Dietary betaine tended to improve the BWG and feed intake of broilers under 5 weeks of heat stress (linear, p < 0.10), and betaine supplementation linearly increased the BWG and feed intake during 6−10 and 1−10 weeks (p < 0.05). Additionally, nitrogen retention was reduced by 5 weeks and 10 weeks of heat stress (p < 0.05), whereas dietary betaine could improve nitrogen retention in heat stressed broilers after both 5 and 10 weeks of heat stress (linear, p < 0.05). Moreover, this study observed that the trypsin activity of jejunum was decreased by 5 weeks of heat stress (p < 0.05), whereas betaine supplementation had quadratic effects on trypsin activity of jejunum in heat stressed broilers (p < 0.05). Furthermore, 10 weeks of heat stress induced a reduction of villus height of the duodenum and jejunum (p < 0.05), and decreased the villus height to crypt depth ratio of the jejunum (p < 0.05). Supplementation with betaine ameliorated the adverse effects of heat stress on these parameters (p < 0.05). Compared with the TN group, 10 weeks of heat stress reduced carcass and breast yield (p < 0.05) and betaine supplementation improved carcass and breast yield of heat stressed broilers (linear, p < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation of betaine could reduce the detrimental effects of long-term heat stress on growth performance, digestive function, and carcass traits in indigenous yellow-feathered broilers.
