Today’s intensely competitive business is undergoing significant shifts, which render it a challenging environment to compete in. Production processes are evolving as customer demands change, which leads to greater variability. Firms must respond to changing environmental conditions to remain sustainable. Companies today look for ways to overcome their problems not only on their own but also with their supply chains. Reduced cost and improved performance are two significant benefits of supply chain management. Because companies can work together in the face of challenging market conditions throughout their supply chains, it makes sense for them to collaborate. When companies work together, they can collaborate to produce better-designed products and more efficient manufacturing processes. Learning, supply chain integration, and flexibility throughout the supply chain are critical to successful supply chain management. In this study, the effect of supply chain learning on supply chain integration and production flexibility has been investigated. The mediating role of supply chain integration on the impact of supply-chain learning on production flexibility has been tested. For this purpose, survey data was collected from the 144 companies selected out of Turkey's largest exporting companies. The data were analyzed via structural equation modeling and process macro methods. As a result of the structural equation model analysis, it was found that supply chain learning significantly affects the chain’s integration and its production flexibility. As a result of the intermediation test, it was determined that the integration of the supply chain has a vital intermediary role regarding the effect of supply chain learning on the flexibility of production.

Today, robots are widely used in service and manufacturing operations. Service robots are becoming more and more popular in the tourism sector. Therefore, there is a growing body of research on consumer perceptions and expectations of service robots. This study also investigated consumers' views of service robots in the tourism sector. The sample consisted of 787 participants. Data were collected online using a survey. The data were analyzed using MAXQDA. The results revealed nine dimensions: emotion, standardization, time, social impact, convenience, communication, impact on the workplace, technical problems, and assurance. The dimension of emotion consists of ten subdimensions: understanding emotions, apathy, sincerity, interaction, problematic interaction, personalized service, body language, attractiveness, irritability, and the privilege of being a human. The dimension of "standardization" consisted of seven subdimensions: reliability, defined job, quality, monotony, patience, practicality, and equality. The dimension of "time" consisted of two subdimensions: speed and timeliness. The dimension of "social impact" consisted of six subdimensions: unemployment, social communication, adaptation problems, financial problems, social problems, and technology dependence. The dimension of "convenience" consisted of four subdimensions: facilitating, workload, flexibility, and safety. The dimension of "communication" consisted of four subdimensions: understanding, foreign languages, informing, and comfort. The dimension of "impact on the workplace" consisted of five subdimensions: efficiency, cost, experience, suitability for the workplace, and workforce stability. The dimension of "assurance" consisted of four subdimensions: health, danger, trust, and information security.

The convergence experienced in all areas of life caused by globalization has facilitated the circulation ofinternational capital, which also allowed companies to access foreign resources. Thus, in open economies,exchange rate risk and how to manage it have become important for businesses that realize some of theirfinancing needs in foreign currencies. In this study, the effect of exchange rate risk on the profitabilityfinancials of the companies is examined through the foreign currency net positions in the company balancesheets. The sample of the study consists of companies included in the BIST 100 (Borsa Istanbul 100) index. Thecompanies within the scope of the review are classified as financial, non-financial, non-exporting, exportingand all companies. The data for 39 quarters of the period 2012: Q1-2021:Q3 constitute the data set of the research. İnceleme kapsamında yer alan firmalar, finansal, finansal olmayan, ihracat yapmayan, ihracat yapanve tüm firmalar şeklinde ele alınmıştır. 2012:Q1-2021:Q3 dönemine ait 39 çeyreklik veri araştırmanın veri setinioluşturmaktadır. Yapılan analizlerde, yabancı para net pozisyonu ile firma kârlılığı arasında önemli bulgular eldeedilmiştir.

Deleuze, one of the most influential philosophers of the twentieth century, developed a special terminology of his own together with Guattari. The concepts they applied in this terminology have been eye-opening and guiding on many issues. Rhizome, which is borrowed from botanical science, is also one of these concepts.Rhizome, like deterritoriality, nomadic becoming or body without organs, is one of the key concepts of Deleuzean philosophy, in fact, it is the most important one. The rhizome does not grow vertically like a tree, but expands horizontally. Therefore, it has given Deleuze and Guattari a different perspective. In this sense, Rhizome has a content that breaks down the walls in front of its classical, rationalist form and enables a nomadic or deterritorialized view, and this leads the way for a different reception practice in literary criticism. The concept of Rhizomatics, which is covered with this awareness in this article, will be the intellectual key and guide for a new way of approach towards literary criticism., Yirminci yüzyılın en etkili filozoflarından Deleuze, Guattari ile birlikte kendilerine ait özel bir terminoloji geliştirmiştir ve bu terminoloji içinde kullandıkları kavramlar pek çok konuda zihin açıcı ve yol gösterici olmuştur. Botanik biliminden ödünç aldıkları Rizom ya da Köksap da bu kavramlardan biridir. Rizom, yersizyurtsuzluk gibi, göçebe oluş ya da organsız beden gibi Deleuzeyen felsefenin anahtar kavramlarından biri, hatta en önemlisidir. Bunu önemli yapan, ağaç gibi dikey büyümesi değil, yatay gelişmesidir. Bu nedenden dolayı Deleuze ve Guattari’ye farklı bir bakış kazandırmıştır. Bu anlamıyla Rizom klasik, rasyonalist biçiminin önündeki duvarları yıkan ve göçebe ya da yersiz-yurtsuz bakışı mümkün kılan bir içeriğe sahiptir ve bu durum bize edebiyat eleştirisinde farklı bir alımlama pratiğinin de yolunu açar. Bu yazıda Rizomatik kavramı bu bilinçle ele alınacak ve edebiyat eleştirisinde yeni bir bakma biçimi için düşünsel anahtar ve kılavuz olacaktı.
