Abstract Long‐term consumption of high‐fat diet (HFD) is a major significant risk factor for various diseases, including hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and certain cancers. Recently, there has been a focus on effective dietary methods to improve lipid absorption and accumulation in the body. Simultaneously, exploring non‐pharmacological interventions to counteract the adverse consequences of obesity is crucial. Probiotics and prebiotics emerge as promising alternatives in this context, with their combined utilization yielding substantial effects surpassing those achieved by individual application alone. The aim of this study was to investigate the combined effects of Bifidobacterium longum (BL) SYP‐B4138 and green banana powder (GBP) on HFD‐induced obesity while exploring their underlying mechanisms. The findings demonstrated that the combined intervention exhibited significantly greater efficacy than BL or GBP alone, including in mitigating weight gain and organ weight among obese mice, while also improving lipid profile, glucose tolerance, and inflammation levels. Furthermore, it effectively reduced liver fat accumulation. The mechanism study revealed that the combined intervention increased the expression of gene‐related lipid metabolism, such as Pparα, Cpt1a, Fxr, Cyp7a1, and Bsep, while decreasing expression of the regulatory genes involved in fat synthesis, Acc1, Srebpf1, and Pparγ. The correlation analysis of gut microbes and metabolites suggests that the combined effect of BL and GBP can reverse the intestinal microecological imbalance, leading to changes in bile acids, glycerophospholipids, and other related metabolites. Overall, this study demonstrates that BL combined with GBP can effectively alleviate dietary obesity, highlighting its potential as a non‐pharmacological intervention for weight reduction.

Introduction Over the last four decades, human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection has been a major public health concern. It is acknowledged that an effective vaccine remains the best hope for eliminating the HIV-1 pandemic. The prophylaxis of HIV-1 infection remains a central theme because of the absence of an available HIV-1 vaccine. The inability of conventional delivery strategies to induce potent immunity is a crucial task to overcome and ultimately lead to a major obstacle in HIV-1 vaccine research. Areas covered The literature search was conducted in the following databases: PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase. Nano-platforms-based vaccines have proven prophylaxis in various diseases for effectively activating the immune system. Nano-vaccines, including non-viral and viral vectored nano-vaccines, are in a position to improve the effectiveness of HIV-1 antigen delivery and enhance the innate and adaptive immune responses against HIV-1. Compared to traditional vaccination strategies, genetic immunization can elicit a long-term immune response to provide protective immunity for HIV-1 prevention. Expert opinion Research progress on nano-vaccines for gene delivery against HIV-1 was discussed. Vaccine strategies based on nano-platforms that are being applied to stimulate effective HIV-1-specific cellular and humoral immune responses were particularly emphasized.

African swine fever virus (ASFV) is a lethal pathogen that causes severe threats to the global swine industry and it has already had catastrophic socio-economic effects. To date, no licensed prophylactic vaccine exists. Limited knowledge exists about the major immunogens of ASFV and the epitope mapping of the key antigens. As such, there is a considerable requirement to understand the functional monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and the epitope mapping may be of utmost importance in our understanding of immune responses and designing improved vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. In this study, we generated an ASFV antibody phage-display library from ASFV convalescent swine PBMCs, further screened a specific ASFV major capsid protein (p72) single-chain antibody and fused with an IgG Fc fragment (scFv-83-Fc), which is a specific recognition antibody against ASFV Pig/HLJ/2018 strain. Using the scFv-83-Fc mAb, we selected a conserved epitope peptide (221MTGYKH226) of p72 retrieved from a phage-displayed random peptide library. Moreover, flow cytometry and cell uptake experiments demonstrated that the epitope peptide can significantly promote BMDCs maturation in vitro and could be effectively uptaken by DCs, which indicated its potential application in vaccine and diagnostic reagent development. Overall, this study provided a valuable platform for identifying targets for ASFV vaccine development, as well as to facilitate the optimization design of subunit vaccine and diagnostic reagents.

The systematics of the potamid freshwater crab Cryptopotamon anacoluthon (Kemp, 1918) is clarified, and its generic position in Sinolapotamon Tai & Sung, 1975, is confirmed based on morphological comparisons, geographical information and phylogenetic analyses. A new species of Sinolapotamon, Sinolapotamon cirratum sp. nov. is described from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. Sinolapotamon cirratum sp. nov. is distinguished from its congeners by the combination of characters of its carapace, third maxilliped, anterolateral margin, and unique male first gonopod. Phylogenetic analyses based on partial COX1, 16S rRNA and 28S rRNA genes also support the species as new.

This paper introduces a general approach to multiobjective optimization design. In surrogate model-aided algorithms, the prediction accuracy of the surrogate model plays a key point in determining the optimization results. In order to overcome the defect of a single model in the adaptive antenna optimization problem and improving the efficiency and accuracy of the model, a method called multipath branching model-aided differential evolution algorithm analysis (MMDEA-RE) is proposed. The key innovations include: A novel combination model integrating Gaussian process, multilayer perceptron, and radial basis function. Compared with the traditional single model, the combination model can deal with complex and diverse optimization problems more effectively and has stronger robustness and versatility. A method of regional error analysis near the prediction point is proposed, which can select a suitable model with high prediction accuracy after a few iterations. The effectiveness and superiority of MMDEA-RE are demonstrated by the optimization of two linear array antennas and one 5G antenna. The contribution of this study is to improve the accuracy and generality of surrogate models in antenna design. This proposed method has practical implications and potential applications for improving antenna optimization techniques.

Previous studies have shown that ulnar nerve compound muscle action potential recorded by the conventional “belly-tendon” montage does not accurately and completely reflect the action potential of the ulnar nerve dominating the abductor digiti minimi muscle due to the effects of far-field potentials of intrinsic hand muscles. A new method of ulnar nerve compound muscle action potential measurement was developed in 2020, which adjusts the E2 electrode from the distal tendon of the abductor digitorum to the middle of the back of the proximal wrist. This new method may reduce the influence of the reference electrode and better reflect the actual ulnar nerve compound muscle action potential. In this prospective cross-sectional study, we included 64 patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and 64 age- and sex-matched controls who underwent conventional and novel ulnar nerve compound muscle action potential measurement between April 2020 and May 2021 in Peking University Third Hospital. The compound muscle action potential waveforms recorded by the new montage were unimodal and more uniform than those recorded by traditional montage. In the controls, no significant difference in the compound muscle action potential waveforms was found between the traditional montage and new montage recordings. In amyotrophic lateral sclerosis patients presenting with abductor digiti minimi spontaneous activity and muscular atrophy, the amplitude of compound muscle action potential-pE2 was significantly lower than that of compound muscle action potential-dE2 (P < 0.01). Using the new method, damaged axons were more likely to exhibit more severe amplitude decreases than those measured with the traditional method, in particular for patients in early stage amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. In addition, the decline in compound muscle action potential amplitude measured by the new method was correlated with a decrease in Revised Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Functional Rating Scale scores. These findings suggest that the new ulnar nerve compound muscle action potential measurement montage reduces the effects of the reference electrode through altering the E2 electrode position, and that this method is more suitable for monitoring disease progression than the traditional montage. This method may be useful as a biomarker for longitudinal follow-up and clinical trials in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

This paper proposes an efficient optimization design method for large circular phased arrays with low sidelobes for beam scanning. Based on the differential evolution algorithm (DE), each layer’s radius and element number are optimized to obtain the required element arrangement. If the main beam scans from the Z-axis, it is difficult for designers to find the maximum sidelobe. In addition, a computer with a large memory is required to achieve the final fine verification of the array elements arrangement, and the calculation time is unbearable. To solve these problems, the array structure is rotated so that the direction of the main beam is rotated to the Z-axis, and then the radiation pattern is divided into high-density and low-density areas for random sampling, which improves the calculation speed while ensuring the calculation accuracy. To quickly verify whether the array arrangement obtained by the final design meets the performance requirements, the radiation pattern of the final result is distributed to multiple computers for distributed calculation, which significantly reduces computer memory and time consumption. The numerical experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper can obtain the array arrangement that meets the performance requirements in a short optimization time.

This paper collected forum discussions related to archives in mainland China and analyzed the topics and sentiment trends presented in archives posts in 2019-2020. This paper used the NLPIR platform to perform text preprocessing such as word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, and word frequency statistics. Chinese sentiment vocabulary ontology is then introduced to precede the sentiment analysis. The results showed that the topics that people are most concerned about are generally divided into two types. One is the specific figures and events, the other is the social issues represented by “archival work practice” and “archives access”. In terms of sentiment analysis, the archival affairs forum showed obvious negative emotions when discussing specific people and events; and when it came to the practice of archival work, it showed positive expectations for the archival access.

Dense mining areas are regions with relatively concentrated mining enterprises or occupied land, which are also regions with intense economic and resource development conflicts and environmental protection. However, ecological assessments by remotely sensed technology do not consider the characteristics of mining areas. To fill the knowledge gap, we employed seven indexes, i.e., fractional vegetation cover, greenness above bare soil, wetness, black particulates, land surface temperature, iron oxides, and the landscape fragmentation index, to construct the iron mine remote sensing-based ecological index (IM-RSEI) by Landsat data. We chose Qian’an City and Qianxi County in Tangshan City, China, as the study area where iron ore-related industries are concentrated. The results showed that the ecological environment generally deteriorated first and then improved that the IM-RSEI values for 1992, 2000, 2009, and 2018 were 0.5102, 0.4776, 0.4882, and 0.5001, respectively. The mean IM-RSEI values for the dense mining area and surrounding multi-gradient buffer zones, from near to far, were 0.5412, 0.5146, 0.5076, 0.4756, and 0.4563, implying that mining activities endangered the surrounding ecological quality. This study assessed the ecological environment in dense mining areas from multiple perspectives by remote sensing technology. The research conclusions can provide a reference for pollution control during mining development in Qian’an, Qianxi, and similar mining areas.

Disturbance of the cholinergic system plays a crucial role in the pathological progression of neurological diseases that cause dyskinesia-like behaviors. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying this disturbance remain elusive. Here, we showed that cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (Cdk5) was reduced in cholinergic neurons of midbrain according to the single-nucleus RNA sequencing analysis. Serum levels of CDK5 also decreased in patients with Parkinson’s disease accompanied by motor symptoms. Moreover, Cdk5 deficiency in cholinergic neurons triggered paw tremors, abnormal motor coordination, and motor balance deficits in mice. These symptoms occurred along with cholinergic neuron hyperexcitability and increases in the current density of large-conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (BK channels). Pharmacological inhibition of BK channels restrained the excessive intrinsic excitability of striatal cholinergic neurons in Cdk5-deficient mice. Furthermore, CDK5 interacted with BK channels and negatively regulated BK channel activity via phosphorylation of threonine-908. Restoration of CDK5 expression in striatal cholinergic neurons reduced dyskinesia-like behaviors in ChAT-Cre;Cdk5f/f mice. Together, these findings indicate that CDK5-induced phosphorylation of BK channels involves in cholinergic-neuron-mediated motor function, providing a potential new therapeutic target for treating dyskinesia-like behaviors arising from neurological diseases.

Panax notoginseng (Araliaceae) is an important ginseng herb with various health benefits and a history of cultivation in southwestern China over 400 years. In recent years P. notoginseng has faced serious continuous-cropping obstacles due to its large-scale cultivation. In this study, we aim to explore the allelochemicals of P. notoginseng and their interactions with various plants and rhizosphere microorganisms. The chemical constituents of the soil cultivated with 3-year-old P. notoginseng were studied by column chromatography, spectroscopic and GC-MS analyses. We identified 13 volatile components and isolated six triterpenes (1–4, 6–7) and one anthraquinone (5). Compounds 1–7 were tested for their effects on seed germination and root elongation in P. notoginseng, corn, wheat, turnip, water spinach and Arabidopsis thaliana. We also examined the effect of compounds 1–7 on the growth of ten rhizosphere microorganisms of P. notoginseng. At a concentration of 1.0 μg mL−1, compounds 3 and 5–7 caused the death of P. notoginseng root cells and compounds 2, 6 and 7 induced the death of root cells of A. thaliana. Compounds 1–5 and 7 inhibited elongation of A. thaliana root tip cells at a concentration of 10.0 μg mL−1. Moreover, at a concentration of 0.1 mg mL−1, compounds 3, 4, 6 and 7 inhibited the growth of probiotics and promoted the growth of pathogens of P. notoginseng. These results suggest that these isolated ursane-type triterpenoid acids and anthraquinone are potential allelochemicals that contribute to continuous-cropping obstacles of P. notoginseng.

Abstract Background Streptomycetes from the rhizospheric soils are a rich resource of novel secondary metabolites with various biological activities. However, there is still little information related to the isolation, antimicrobial activity and biosynthetic potential for polyketide and non-ribosomal peptide discovery associated with the rhizospheric streptomycetes of Panax notoginseng. Thus, the aims of the present study are to (i) identify culturable streptomycetes from the rhizospheric soil of P. notoginseng by 16S rRNA gene, (ii) evaluate the antimicrobial activities of isolates and analyze the biosynthetic gene encoding polyketide synthases (PKSs) and nonribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPSs) of isolates, (iii) detect the bioactive secondary metabolites from selected streptomycetes, (iv) study the influence of the selected isolate on the growth of P. notoginseng in the continuous cropping field. This study would provide a preliminary basis for the further discovery of the secondary metabolites from streptomycetes isolated from the rhizospheric soil of P. notoginseng and their further utilization for biocontrol of plants. Results A total of 42 strains representing 42 species of the genus Streptomyces were isolated from 12 rhizospheric soil samples in the cultivation field of P. notoginseng and were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Overall, 40 crude cell extracts out of 42 under two culture conditions showed antibacterial and antifungal activities. Also, the presence of biosynthesis genes encoding type I and II polyketide synthase (PKS I and PKS II) and nonribosomal peptide synthetases (NRPSs) in 42 strains were established. Based on characteristic chemical profiles screening by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Diode Array Detector (HPLC-DAD), the secondary metabolite profiles of strain SYP-A7257 were evaluated by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-HRMS). Finally, four compounds actinomycin X2 (F1), fungichromin (F2), thailandin B (F7) and antifungalmycin (F8) were isolated from strain SYP-A7257 by using chromatography techniques, UV, HR-ESI-MS and NMR, and their antimicrobial activities against the test bacteria and fungus were also evaluated. In the farm experiments, Streptomyces sp. SYP-A7257 showed healthy growth promotion and survival rate improvement of P. notoginseng in the continuous cropping field. Conclusions We demonstrated the P. notoginseng rhizospheric soil-derived Streptomyces spp. distribution and diversity with respect to their metabolic potential for polyketides and non-ribosomal peptides, as well as the presence of biosynthesis genes PKS I, PKS II and NRPSs. Our results showed that cultivatable Streptomyces isolates from the rhizospheric soils of P. notoginseng have the ability to produce bioactive secondary metabolites. The farm experiments suggested that the rhizospheric soil Streptomyces sp. SYP-A7257 may be a potential biological control agent for healthy growth promotion and survival rate improvement of P. notoginseng in the continuous cropping field.

Bacterial infection contributes to the bioburden of wounds, which is an essential factor in determining whether a wound can heal. Wound dressings with antibacterial properties that can promote wound-healing are highly desired for the treatment of chronic wound infections. Herein, we fabricated a simple polysaccharide-based hydrogel dressing encapsulating tobramycin-loaded gelatine microspheres with good antibacterial activity and biocompatibility. We first synthesised long-chain quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) by the reaction of tertiary amines with epichlorohydrin. The amino groups of carboxymethyl chitosan were then conjugated with QAS through the ring-opening reaction and QAS-modified chitosan (CMCS) was obtained. The antibacterial analysis showed that both QAS and CMCS could kill E. coli and S. aureus at relatively low concentrations. QAS with 16 carbon atoms has a MIC of 16 μg/mL for E. coli and 2 μg/mL for S. aureus. A series of formulations of tobramycin-loaded gelatine microspheres (TOB-G) were generated and the best formulation was selected by comparing the characters of the microspheres. The microsphere fabricated by 0.1 mL GTA was selected as the optimal candidate. We then used CMCS, TOB-G, and sodium alginate (SA) to prepare physically crosslinking hydrogels using CaCl2 and investigated the mechanical properties, antibacterial activity, and biocompatibility of the hydrogels. In summary, the hydrogel dressing we produced can be used as an ideal alternative for the management of bacteria-infected wounds.

Although several types of human skin substitutes are currently available, they usually do not include important skin appendages such as hair follicles and sweat glands, or various skin-related cells, such as dermal adipocytes and sensory neurons. This highlights the need to improve the in vitro human skin generation model for use as a tool for investigating skin diseases and as a source of cells or tissues for skin regeneration. Skin organoids are generated from stem cells and are expected to possess the complexity and function of natural skin. Here, we summarize the current literatures relating to the “niches” of the local skin stem cell microenvironment and the formation of skin organoids, and then discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with multifunctional skin organoids.

In this article, a dielectric resonator (DR) excited wideband metasurface (MTS) antenna with differential feeding is proposed, which uses two modes of the MTS and the fundamental mode of the DR to achieve multimode operation and obtain wide bandwidth. Initially, based on the characteristic mode theory, relevant modes of the MTS are analyzed. Then, a DR operating at the fundamental mode (TEδ11x) is introduced as the magnetic current source to feed the MTS, exciting the dominant mode and high order mode (HOM) of the MTS simultaneously. However, this HOM has a weak gain at the broadside direction and large side lobes. According to the superposition principle of radiation patterns, the maximum at the broadside generated by the DR is utilized to enhance the boresight gain of the HOM, thus transforming the top-weak radiation pattern of this HOM into a broadside one and improving the gain flatness. Additionally, the differential feeding technique is introduced to improve the asymmetry of radiation pattern. Furthermore, by analyzing the out-of-phase currents and the periodicity of the MTS patches, three measures -loading transverse open-ended slots, shortening periodicity and loading longitudinal slots- are introduced to reduce the high side lobe level of the HOM while preserving radiation patterns undistorted and improving the gain stability. As a result, this HOM and the dominant mode of the MTS are combined with the fundamental mode of the DR, achieving multimode operation. Finally, the proposed antenna was fabricated and measured. The measured results agree well with the simulated ones, indicating an impedance bandwidth of 51.4% (4.38-7.41 GHz), a 5-9 dBi in-band gain and a 15 dB front-to-back ratio (FBR) within the operating band.

In this paper, a single-layer wideband differential-fed microstrip patch antenna (DMPA) with complementary split-ring resonators (CSRRs) loaded is proposed. First, a quarter-wave microstrip-line resonator is introduced as a capacitive coupling feeding structure which can generate a non-radiative resonant mode. Second, a set of rectangular parasitic patches is loaded co-planarly along the non-radiative edges of the DMPA. Thus, a parasitic radiative mode at the high side of the operation band is added. Meanwhile, with this arrangement, the field distribution of the DMPA has also changed, and a radiation null at high band edge is formed. Then, a pair of CSRRs is etched on the ground beneath the feeding lines, which has compensated the mismatched impedance of the DMAP at the low side of the operation band. As a result, the low-frequency bandwidth is significantly increased. Finally, the proposed antenna is fabricated and measured, and the measured results are in good agreement with the simulation ones. The measured bandwidth of the proposed antenna is ranged from 5.35 GHz to 7 GHz (about 26.7%) while keeping a low profile of 0.051λ (λ is the free-space wavelength at the center frequency) without any air gaps. Besides, the broadside gain is from 7.7 dBi to 10.7 dBi.

Abstract Panax notoginseng (Araliaceae) is a famous traditional Chinese medicine mainly cultivated in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces of China. Two new alkaloids, rigidiusculamide E (1) and [-(α-oxyisohexanoyl-N-methyl-leucyl)2-] (2), together with two known ones, (−)-oxysporidinone (3) and (−)-4,6′-anhydrooxysporidinone (4) were isolated from the mycelia culture of Fusarium tricinctum SYPF 7082, an endophytic fungus obtained from the healthy root of P. notoginseng. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 1–4 were tested for their inhibitory effects against NO production on Murine macrophage cell line, and the new compound 2 showed significant inhibitory activity on NO production with the IC50 value of 18.10 ± 0.16 μM. Abstract Background 2-Keto-l-gulonic acid (2-KGA), the precursor of vitamin C, is currently produced by two-step fermentation. In the second step, l-sorbose is transformed into 2-KGA by the symbiosis system composed of Ketogulonicigenium vulgare and Bacillus megaterium. Due to the different nutrient requirements and the uncertain ratio of the two strains, the symbiosis system significantly limits strain improvement and fermentation optimization. Results In this study, Ketogulonicigenium robustum SPU_B003 was reported for its capability to grow well independently and to produce more 2-KGA than that of K. vulgare in a mono-culture system. The complete genome of K. robustum SPU_B003 was sequenced, and the metabolic characteristics were analyzed. Compared to the four reported K. vulgare genomes, K. robustum SPU_B003 contained more tRNAs, rRNAs, NAD and NADP biosynthetic genes, as well as regulation- and cell signaling-related genes. Moreover, the amino acid biosynthesis pathways were more complete. Two species-specific internal promoters, P1 (orf_01408 promoter) and P2 (orf_02221 promoter), were predicted and validated by detecting their initiation activity. To efficiently produce 2-KGA with decreased CO2 release, an innovative acetyl-CoA biosynthetic pathway (XFP-PTA pathway) was introduced into K. robustum SPU_B003 by expressing heterologous phosphoketolase (xfp) and phosphotransacetylase (pta) initiated by internal promoters. After gene optimization, the recombinant strain K. robustum/pBBR-P1_xfp2502-P2_pta2145 enhanced acetyl-CoA approximately 2.4-fold and increased 2-KGA production by 22.27% compared to the control strain K. robustum/pBBR1MCS-2. Accordingly, the transcriptional level of the 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (pgd) and pyruvate dehydrogenase genes (pdh) decreased by 24.33 ± 6.67 and 8.67 ± 5.51%, respectively. The key genes responsible for 2-KGA biosynthesis, sorbose dehydrogenase gene (sdh) and sorbosone dehydrogenase gene (sndh), were up-regulated to different degrees in the recombinant strain. Conclusions The genome-based functional analysis of K. robustum SPU_B003 provided a new understanding of the specific metabolic characteristics. The new XFP-PTA pathway was an efficient route to enhance acetyl-CoA levels and to therefore promote 2-KGA production.

Summary: Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are a promising melanocyte source as they propagate indefinitely and can be established from patients. However, the in vivo functions of human iPSC-derived melanocytes (hiMels) remain unknown. Here, we generated hiMels from vitiligo patients using a three-dimensional system with enhanced differentiation efficiency, which showed characteristics of human epidermal melanocytes with high sequence similarity and involved in multiple vitiligo-associated signaling pathways. A modified hair follicle reconstitution assay in vivo showed that MITF+PAX3+TYRP1+ hiMels were localized in the mouse hair bulb and epidermis and produced melanin up to 7 weeks after transplantation, whereas MITF+PAX3+TYRP1− hiMelanocyte stem cells integrated into the bulge-subbulge regions. Overall, these data demonstrate the long-term functions of hiMels in vivo to reconstitute pigmented hair follicles and to integrate into normal regions for both mature melanocytes and melanocyte stem cells, providing an alternative source of personalized cellular therapy for depigmentation. : Liu et al. show that patient iPSC-derived melanocytes maintain long-term functionality in mice by integrating into regions normally containing mature melanocytes and melanocyte stem cells and reconstituting pigmented hair follicles. These insights provide an alternative source for personalized cellular therapy for depigmentation. Access control technology is an important information security technology to protect the sensitive information and critical resources in computer system and network.But traditional access control methods could only respond to access requests of users passively and can’t meet the changing dynamic network environment.In order to improve the ability to respond to malicious attacks and threats in access control system,a security mechanism is designed,which is suitable for access control,based on non-cooperative game theory in the game.When the subject makes an access request to the object,there will be a non-cooperative game between them to get Nash equilibrium.Then the security mechanism will compare the probabilities in the Nash equilibrium to the setting thresholds to get the conclusion that whether to authorize the subject or not.Experiment proves the effectiveness of the security mechanisms.
