Marine oomycetous species produce, among other fatty acids, omega-6 arachidonic acid (ARA) and omega-3 eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), with implications for the industrial potential of this group of organisms and the need to find an isolate with high production. This study screened 14 isolates of marine oomycetous species: Halophytophthora avicenniae, H. batemanensis, H. exoprolifera, H. polymorphica and Salispina spinosa cultured from fallen mangrove leaves in Taiwan for 24 saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in their mycelia. This paper is the first to report C18:1n-7 vaccenic acid, C20:1 eicosenoic acid, C24:1 nervonic acid, C20:2n-6 eicosadienoic acid, C22:4n-6 adrenic acid, C20:4n-3 eicosatetraenoic acid and C22:5n-3 docosapentaenoic acid in mycelia of Halophytophthora and Salispina species, and the fatty acid profiles of H. batemanensis and H. exoprolifera. Five fatty acids were dominant in the mycelia of the isolates, i.e. C16:0 palmitic acid, C18:1n-9 oleic acid, C18:2n-6 linoleic acid, C20:4n-6 arachidonic acid and C20:5n-3 eicosapentaenoic acid. For the essential fatty acids, S. spinosa produced the highest level of arachidonic acid (27–31% of total fatty acid (TFA), 141–188 mg l−1 yield) while H. avicenniae IMB212 produced the highest percentage of EPA (15% of TFA) while H. polymorphica IMB227 produced the highest yield (96 mg l−1). Different species and isolates of the same species produced different fatty acid profiles, and further research effort may yield a high production isolate of industrial significance and also important fatty acids from the marine environment.

To investigate the clinical experience and application value of endoscopic resection of lesions in and around the third ventricle using a transcortical expanded transforaminal transvenous transchoroidal approach with an endoport.Clinical data and follow-up results of seven patients who underwent the removal of lesions in the third ventricle and its adjacent area with an endoport-guided endoscopic system from January 2018 to December 2020 in the Department of Neurosurgery, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, were analyzed retrospectively. Two other patients from the Affiliated Pediatric Hospital of Fudan University and the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University, respectively, were included in the analysis.A total of nine cases of third ventricle tumors were included in the study, including six women and three men, with an average age of 37.8 years (4-84 years old) and a follow-up time of 6-44 months. These nine tumor cases included two pilocytic astrocytomas, one diffuse midline glioma (H3 K27-altered), two craniopharyngiomas, two choroid plexus (CP) papillomas, one germinoma, and one pineal parenchymal tumor of intermediate differentiation. Total resection was completed in eight cases, with one near-total resection. There were no complications related to the surgical approach, such as epilepsy, aphasia, or hemiplegia.The endoscope transcortical expanded transforaminal transvenous transchoroidal approach using an endoport can safely and effectively remove third ventricle lesions. This approach can reach a wide area, from the anterior to the posterior third ventricle.

Objective: Lower-grade glioma (LGG) arises from glial or precursor cells including the world health organization (WHO) grade glioma, which has a favorable prognosis compared with glioblastomas. However, LGG progression is inevitable due to drug resistance and tumor invasiveness. The inflammatory response has been a well-established hallmark associated with tumor occurrence and recurrence. It is necessary to explore the heterogeneity of the inflammatory response in LGG.Methods: The differential and prognostic inflammatory response-related genes(IRRG) of the cancer genome atlas(TCGA) database were used to perform consensus clustering to identify robust clusters. The Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas(CGGA) database was used to validate this inflammation subtype. The clinical characteristics, immune infiltration, metabolism, and somatic variation of each cluster were assessed. A risk score associated with inflammation was constructed.Results: We successfully observed and validated three distinct inflammatory subtypes in LGG. It is noteworthy that the B subtype has a shorter overall survival than the A and C subtypes. The B subtype had higher immune, stromal, and ESTIMATE scores than the A and C subtypes but lower tumor purity than the A and C subtypes. In addition, immune, stromal, and ESTIMATE scores of the A subtype were higher than the hose of the C subtype, while tumor purity was lower than that of the C subtype. Three inflammation subtypes correlated with diverse metabolic characteristics, drug sensitivity, and somatic alterations. Furthermore, we developed and validated an inflammatory signature with better performance of prognosis prediction.Conclusion: This study identified a new classification of LGG according to inflammatory gene profiling and emphasized inflammatory heterogeneity within LGG.

Gastrodia elata, a fully mycoheterotrophic orchid without photosynthetic ability, only grows symbiotically with the fungus Armillaria. The mechanism of carbon distribution in this mycoheterotrophy is unknown. We detected high sucrose concentrations in all stages of Gastrodia tubers, suggesting sucrose may be the major sugar transported between fungus and orchid. Thick symplasm-isolated wall interfaces in colonized and adjacent large cells implied involvement of sucrose importers. Two sucrose transporter (SUT)-like genes, GeSUT4 and GeSUT3, were identified that were highly expressed in young Armillaria-colonized tubers. Yeast complementation and isotope tracer experiments confirmed that GeSUT4 functioned as a high-affinity sucrose-specific proton-dependent importer. Plasma-membrane/tonoplast localization of GeSUT4-GFP fusions and high RNA expression of GeSUT4 in symbiotic and large cells indicated that GeSUT4 likely functions in active sucrose transport for intercellular allocation and intracellular homeostasis. Transgenic Arabidopsis overexpressing GeSUT4 had larger leaves but were sensitive to excess sucrose and roots were colonized with fewer mutualistic Bacillus, supporting the role of GeSUT4 in regulating sugar allocation. This is not only the first documented carbon import system in a mycoheterotrophic interaction but also highlights the evolutionary importance of sucrose transporters for regulation of carbon flow in all types of plant-microbe interactions.

Ciguatoxins (CTXs), produced by toxic benthic dinoflagellates, can bioaccumulate in marine organisms at higher trophic levels. The current study evaluated the uptake and depuration kinetics of some of the most potent CTXs, Pacific CTX-1, -2, and -3 (P-CTX-1, -2, and -3), in orange-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides) exposed to 1 ng P-CTXs g-1 fish daily. Over a 30 d exposure, P-CTX-1, -2, and -3 were consistently detected in various tissues of exposed fish, and the concentrations of the total P-CTXs in tissues generally ranked following the order of liver, intestine, gill, skin, brain, and muscle. Relatively higher uptake rates of P-CTX-1 in the groupers were observed compared with those of P-CTX-2 and -3. The depuration rate constants of P-CTX-1, -2, and -3 in different tissues were (0.996-16.5) × 10-2, (1.51-16.1) × 10-2, and (0.557-10.6) × 10-2 d-1, respectively. The accumulation efficiencies of P-CTX-1, -2, and -3 in whole groupers were 6.13%, 2.61%, and 1.15%, respectively. The increasing proportion of P-CTX-1 and the decreasing proportion of P-CTX-2 and -3 over the exposure phase suggest a likely biotransformation of P-CTX-2 and -3 to P-CTX-1, leading to higher levels of P-CTX-1 in fish and possibly a higher risk of CTXs in long-term exposed fish.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between endoscopic and microscopic surgery via transnasal⁃transsphenoidal approach for recurrent nonfunctional pituitary adenoma, and to explore the best way of operation. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients with recurrent nonfunctional pituitary adenoma who underwent surgery via transnasal ⁃ transsphenoidal approach were analyzed retrospectively from October 2012 to August 2019, including 21 cases of endoscopic surgery (endoscopy group) and 22 cases of microscopic surgery (microscopy group). The bleeding volume during operation, operative time, tumor total resection rate, postoperative symptom remission rate, incidence rate of postoperative complications (including intraoperative cerebrospinal fluid leak, hypophysis function, olfactory disturbance, epistaxis, bleeding in operation area) and tumor recurrence rate were recorded. Results The bleeding volume during operation [(60.67 ± 33.27) ml vs. (111.33 ± 49.26) ml; t = 0.107, P = 0.030] and operation time [(81.77 ± 26.40) min vs. (168.95 ± 45.34) min; t = 0.006, P = 0.000] in the microscopy group were lower than those in the endoscopy group, but there was no significant difference in tumor total resection rate, postoperative symptom remission rate, incidence rate of postoperative complications and tumor recurrence rate ( P > 0.05, for all). Conclusions Neuroendoscopic and microscopic transnasal ⁃ transsphenoidal surgery are two common methods for the treatment of recurrent nonfunctional pituitary adenoma, which can achieve satisfactory results and high safety. Two isolates of heterotrophic, facultatively anaerobic, marine bacteria, designated DM1 and DM2T, were recovered from a lagoon sediment sample of Dongsha Island, Taiwan. Cells were Gram-reaction-negative rods. Nearly all of the cells were non-motile and non-flagellated during the late exponential to early stationary phase of growth, while a few of the cells exhibited motility with monotrichous flagellation. The two isolates required NaCl for growth and grew optimally at about 30 °C, 2–3 % NaCl and pH 7–8. They grew aerobically and could achieve anaerobic growth by fermenting d-glucose or other carbohydrates with production of acids and the gases, including CO2 and H2. Ubiquinone Q-8 was the only respiratory quinone. Cellular fatty acids were predominated by C16 : 0, C18 : 1ω7c and C16 : 1ω7c. The major polar lipid was phosphatidylethanolamine. Strains DM1 and DM2T had DNA G+C contents of 52.0 and 51.8 mol%, respectively, as determined by HPLC analysis. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences clearly indicated that the two isolates formed a distinct genus-level lineage in the family Aeromonadaceae of the class Gammaproteobacteria and was an outgroup with respect to a stable supragenic clade comprising species of the genera Oceanimonas , Oceanisphaera and Zobellella . The phylogenetic data and those from chemotaxonomic, physiological and morphological characterizations support the establishment of a novel species and genus inside the family Aeromonadaceae , for which the name Dongshaea marina gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is DM2T (=BCRC 81069T=JCM 32096T).

The current study investigated the potential functions of amoeboid cell formation and migration in a thraustochytrid strain, Aurantiochytrium limacinum BL10. Our results showed that: (1) When the surface of an agar plate was inoculated with BL10, amoeboid cells mainly emerged on the periphery of isolated colonies. The amoeboid cells then migrated outwards to form small vegetative cell clusters, which favored rapid colony expansion. In addition, amoeboid cells were capable of self-recognition (i.e. they were able to distinguish BL10 from other thraustochytrid species), and could choose whether to evade (self colonies) or approach (non-self colonies). These observations indicated that amoeboid cells were employed by BL10 to help colonize empty territories and to outcompete other thraustochytrid species in previously colonized territories. (2) When the agar medium was soft, amoeboid cells were able to penetrate the surface and migrate throughout, thereby allowing BL10 to colonize the interior of the solid matrix. This finding suggested that amoeboid cell formation and migration may help Aurantiochytrium colonize the interior of solid matrices to obtain additional nutrients and spatial resources. The mechanisms underlying the regulation of amoeboid cell formation and migration as well as the extraordinary microbial social behaviors of BL10 are also discussed in this article.

The aim of the present study was to determine whether IL-6 polymorphisms correlate with sepsis. According to the inclusion criteria, the association of IL-6 polymorphisms with sepsis was searched in databases and analysed using comprehensive meta-analysis software. A total of 16 studies were included in this meta-analysis. There was no significant association between the IL-6-174G/C polymorphism and sepsis risk in the total population (C vs. G: OR = 1.04, 95% CI = 0.79–1.38; CC vs. GG: OR = 0.86, 95% CI = 0.53–1.41; CG vs. GG: OR = 0.99, 95% CI = 0.79–1.24; dominant model: OR = 0.97, 95% CI = 0.74–1.29; recessive model: OR = 0.92, 95% CI = 0.61–1.39). When patients were stratified according to ethnicity, a statistically significant association was observed in Asians and Africans. As for the -572G/C polymorphism, the results showed that the IL-6-572C/G polymorphism was not associated with sepsis susceptibility (G vs. C: OR = 0.98, 95% CI = 0.79–1.22; GG vs. CC: OR = 1.46, 95% CI = 0.53–4.03; GC vs. CC: OR = 0.82, 95% CI = 0.54–1.27; dominant model: OR = 0.88, 95% CI = 0.55–1.41; recessive model: OR = 1.55, 95% CI = 0.82–2.92). The data indicated that the IL-6-174G/C polymorphism may contribute to sepsis risk, especially in Africans and Asians. No significant association was observed between the IL-6-572G/C polymorphism and sepsis risk.

Despite the popularity of governmental action devised to foster firm performance, the link between industrial policy and firm-specific human capital and social capital has received scant attention in the strategic management literature. In this paper, we build a dynamic optimization model which bridges concepts from industrial policy, social capital, human capital, and firm-level competitive advantage. We derive theoretical and policy implications from our competitiveness model, concluding that it increases in the opportunity cost of social capital reduce the production of human capital, so the optimal opportunity cost of social capital under feasible industrial policy should be set equal to zero. A government’s optimal industrial policy to help accumulate and churn human capital should reduce the opportunity cost of social capital to zero and reduce the probability of human capital leaving the community to zero. Thus, the model not only expands the potential determinants of competitive advantage in the context of governmental intervention, but also broadens the human capital theory and social capital theory in the creation of firm-specific human capital.

A Gram-stain-negative, non-motile, short rod and aerobic bacterium, designated strain SYSU M10001T, was isolated from a water sample collected from the coastal region of Pearl River Estuary, Guangdong Province, PR China. Strain SYSU M10001T showed optimal growth at 28 °C, pH 7.0 and in the absence of NaCl. Phylogenetic analyses based on 16S rRNA gene sequences and concatenation of 20 protein markers revealed a distinct lineage for strain SYSU M10001T in the order Rhizobiales . Strain SYSU M10001T showed highest 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities to Hyphomicrobium nitrativorans NL23T (91.1 %) and Hyphomicrobium hollandicum IFAM KB-677T (91.1 %). The respiratory ubiquinone was Q-8. The polar lipids of the strain comprised diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol, an unidentified aminophospholipid, two unidentified phospholipids and three unidentified lipids. The predominant cellular fatty acids identified were C19 : 0cyclo ω8c, summed feature 8 (C18 : 1 ω7c and/or C18 : 1 ω6c) and C16 : 0. The G+C content was determined to be 65.5 % (genome). On the basis of differences in the phenotypic, physiological and biochemical characteristics, and results of the phylogenetic analyses, strain SYSU M10001T is proposed to represent a novel species in a novel genus for which the name Aestuariivirga litoralis gen. nov., sp. nov. The type strain of the type species Aestuariivirga litoralis is SYSU M10001T (=NBRC 112960T=KCTC 52945T). Besides, the distinct phylogenetic lineage and the distinct chemotaxonomic profile among the families in the order Rhizobiales indicated that strain SYSU M10001T should represent a new family for which the name Aestuariivirgaceae fam. nov. is proposed.

Excessive nitrogen fertilizer and irrigation in facility vegetable production cause N leaching, which leads to a series of environmental problems. It is urgent to develop practical management strategies to reduce N leaching while maintaining or increasing yield and water use efficiency (WUE). In the present study, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in the mollisols of northeastern China, where eggplant was planted as the main vegetable. We aimed to evaluate the effects of different fertilization and irrigation practices on N leaching, eggplant yield and WUE. Four treatments were set: applying regular amounts of fertilizer and irrigation (WF), reducing chemical fertilizer application rates by 20% (W80%F), reducing irrigation by 20% (80%WF) and adding biochar into the WF treatment (WF + B). The results showed that the WF + B treatment significantly decreased N leaching while increasing eggplant yield and WUE by 5.5% and 11%, respectively, in comparison with the results of the WF treatment. The amount of N leaching, eggplant yield and WUE in the W80%F treatment were quite similar with those in the WF treatment. Compared with the WF treatment, the 80%WF treatment significantly decreased N leaching and increased WUE; however, it casued a sharp decrease in yield. Our results demonstrated that adding biochar may be a good practice for minimizing N leaching and increasing yield and WUE in facility vegetable production systems.

Objective To investigate whether extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) is noninferior to botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) for the treatment of poststroke upper limb spasticity. Design Randomized noninferiority trial. Setting Referral medical center. Participants Patients (N=42) with chronic stroke (28 men; mean age, 61.0±10.6y). Interventions Patients received either ESWT or BoNT-A. During the study period, all patients continued their regular rehabilitation. Main Outcome Measures Assessments were performed at baseline and at 1, 4, and 8 weeks after the intervention. The primary outcome was the change from baseline of the modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score of the wrist flexors at week 4. Secondary outcomes included the change of the MAS scores, Tardieu angles of the wrist and elbow flexors, wrist and elbow passive range of motion (PROM), and upper extremity Fugl-Meyer Assessment (UE-FMA) score during the study period, as well as the treatment response rate. Results The primary outcome result in the ESWT group (−0.80±0.41) was similar to that in the BoNT-A group (−0.90±0.44), with a higher confidence limit (0.4) for the difference between groups within the prespecified margin of 0.5, indicating the noninferiority of ESWT to BoNT-A. The response rate was not significantly different between the 2 groups. Both groups showed significant improvement in secondary outcomes relative to baseline; however, the ESWT group yielded greater improvement in wrist and elbow PROM and UE-FMA score. Conclusion Our results suggest that ESWT is a noninferior treatment alternative to BoNT-A for poststroke upper limb spasticity. ESWT and BoNT-A caused similar reduction in spasticity of the wrist and elbow flexors; however, ESWT yielded greater improvement in wrist and elbow PROM and UE-FMA score.

The excessive application of fertilizer has become a serious problem for vegetable farming in China and aggravates agricultural non-point pollution. As a soil amendment, biochar has obtained worldwide attention. Irrigation and fertilization management also play an important role in controlling agricultural non-point pollution. To investigate the effects of biochar addition, irrigation and fertilization management on phosphorus (P) leaching as well as water utilization efficiency (WUE) in vegetable fields in northeast China, a field experiment with three treatments, i.e., regular fertilization and irrigation (CK), regular fertilization and irrigation with biochar addition (100WF+B) and 20% reduction of chemical fertilizers and irrigation compared to 100WF+B (80WF+B), was conducted. The P leaching amounts in 100WF+B and 80WF+B were only 15.91% and 11.36%, respectively, of that in CK. The P uptake amounts in the three treatments in descending order were 100WF+B, 80WF+B, and CK. The WUE in 100WF+B and 80WF+B were 15.3 and 25.2 kg/(ha mm) higher, respectively, than that in CK. There were no significant differences between the yield of CK and 80WF+B. The yield of 100WF+B was 3.4 t/ha higher than the yield of CK. Biochar significantly increased WUE, yield, TP (total phosphorus) and AP (available phosphorus) contents in the surface layer as well as P uptake and decreased P leaching when comparing 100WF+B to CK. Fertilization and irrigation reduction decreased P leaching and significantly increased WUE, but the yield was affected when comparing 80WF+B to 100WF+B. Biochar combined with fertilization and irrigation reduction significantly increased WUE and decreased P leaching without affecting yield when comparing 80WF+B to CK.

Patients with stroke have an increased risk of dementia. Some studies have found that statin use might lower the risk of incident dementia; however, there is still a lack of data from patients with stroke. Therefore, the aim of our study was to investigate the impact of statin use on the risk of dementia in patients with stroke.We used the National Health Insurance Research Database in Taiwan to identify 14,807 patients diagnosed with stroke from 1997 to 2005. These patients were classified as statin users and nonusers. Propensity score matching was performed to balance selected confounders between the statin users and nonusers. Cox proportional hazard regression models were used to evaluate the association between statin use and the risk of dementia.During the follow-up period (median, 7.5 years), 1895 patients were diagnosed with incident dementia. Statin use was associated with a significantly lower incidence of dementia (adjusted hazard ratio, .81; 95% confidence interval, .73-.89) than nonuse was. In particular, lipophilic and high-potency statins were associated with lower risk of dementia. Statin exposure duration was inversely related to the risk of dementia (P.001 for the trend). No significant effect modification for the relationship between statin use and the risk of dementia was found for either age or sex.In this nationwide cohort study, statin use was associated with decreased risk of dementia among patients with stroke. The use of high-potency statins, lipophilic statins, and prolonged exposure to statins may be associated with greater benefits.

Previous studies have reported that ginsenoside-Rg1 (G-Rg1) was able to mitigate the loss of dopaminergic neurons in animal models of Parkinson's disease (PD). The present study provided a systematic review and meta-analysis of preclinical studies to pool current evidence on the effect of G-Rg1 on neurogenesis in the treatment of PD. Eligible studies were identified through a search from six databases: PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, VIP, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure and the Wanfang database. Primary outcomes were tyrosine hydroxylase (TH)-positive cells in the nigra, Nissl staining-positive cells in the nigra, pole test time and dopamine (DA) levels in the striatum. Bixasteroid (1), one new steroid together with five known compounds (2–6), were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of Bixa orellana fruits. All of these known compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined by X-ray crystallographic data analysis as well as by the quantum chemical ECD calculations. All the isolated compounds were tested for their anti-inflammatory activities. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibiting NO release activities in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages with the IC50 values of 4.72 ± 0.28 and 5.48 ± 1.48 μM, respectively.

A pair of new enantiomeric trinorsesquiterpenes, (+)-genpenterpene A (1a) and (-)-genpenterpene A (1b), together with seven known compounds (2–8), were isolated from the aerial parts of Justicia gendarussa Burm.f.. All of these known compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Racemic genpenterpene A was separated by chiral HPLC column. Their chemical structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction, and ECD calculations. (+)-genpenterpene A (1a) exhibited potent inhibitory effect against nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide-activated RAW 264.7 mouse macrophage cells with an IC50 value of 9.54 ± 1.02 μM.

This study was carried out to investigate the chemical constituents from Xanthii Fructus(the fruits of Xanthium sibiricum). The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Base on HR-ESI-MS, NMR and other spectral data, their structures were identified. The anti-inflammatory activity of the isolated compounds was evaluated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced macrophage RAW264.7 as a screening model. A total of twenty-one compounds were isolated from the EtOAc fraction of 95% ethanol extract and identified as uracil(1), thymine(2), uridine(3), indole-3-carbaldehyde(4), indole-3-carboxylic acid(5), 2'-O-methyluridine(6), guanosine(7), 2,4(1H,3H)-quinazolinedione(8), 3-hydroxy-3-(2-hydroxyethyl)indolin-2-one(9), nicotinamide(10), N-acetyl-L-phenylalaninol(11), heliolactam(12), terresoxazine(13), caudatin(14), qingyangshengenin(15), caudatin-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside(16), caudatin-3-O-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside(17), caudatin-3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside(18), qinyangshengenin-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside(19), qinyangshengenin-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranoside(20), rostratamine-3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside(21). Compounds 5-21 are obtained from genus Xanthium for the first time. Compounds 12 and 13 indirectly exhibited anti-inflammatory activity by suppressing LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells with IC_(50) values of(15.45±0.56) and(20.14±0.78) μmol·L~(-1), respectively.
