Mesoporous SiO2 nanostructure was synthesized by a simple controlled hydrolysis process. The obtained mesoporous SiO2 nanostructure was composed of amorphous silica nanoparticles and exhibits significant light-induced adsorption performance. The light-induced adsorption enhancement may be caused by exchanging adsorption between hydroxyl groups and dye molecules because the adsorption process under light irradiation exhibits significant chemical adsorption property. Combining this mesoporous SiO2 and rutile TiO2 materials, the obtained hybrid photocatalyst displays superior photocatalytic degradation performance of RhB dye due to the excellent adsorption performance and the increase of surface defects on the surface of TiO2 nanostructure. These results provide novelty route for the further design and development of high performance photocatalyst in actual application.

This paper addresses the problem that the operator cannot provide satisfactory network services in the high-load crowded areas. The mobile devices were exploited as relays to help the operator forward data, which enhances the quality of the network services and expand the operator's business scope. However, the devices are selfish users and the bandwidth resources are scarcity and limited. To incent the devices working as relays, we built a novel auction game to maximize both the utilities of the operator and the relays, and make the maximum use of bandwidth resources. To derive the game equilibrium, we proposed a novel distributed dynamic iterative ascending algorithm where we first derive an optimal bandwidth allocation strategy for the operator based on the operator utility function and the relays' resource charging prices. Second, the optimal pricing strategy is obtained for each relay through deriving the game equilibrium. Finally, with the economic transactions, the selected relays complete the data transmission with the allocated bandwidth. Simulations demonstrate that the proposed auction game based non-equal bandwidth allocation strategy can significantly improve the operator's and the relays' utilities compared to traditional unchanged pricing strategies.

Compared with anatase phase TiO2, rutile phase TiO2 is not suitable to be used as high-performance catalyst due to its disadvantages such as low carrier mobility and few active sites. However, rutile phase TiO2 can be easily generated in the chlorine-containing solution during hydrothermal process, which is a major problem for the preparation of high-performance TiO2 based photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic devices. In this study, we demonstrate a suppression phenomenon of anatase-to-rutile phase transition in aqueous solution induced by amorphous carbon. Amorphous carbon formed by the carbonization of glucose adhered on the primary TiO2 grains, inhibiting the generation of rutile phase TiO2 nanostructures in a certain degree. During subsequent calcination process, anatase phase TiO2 formed gradually. And TiO2 phase junction was obtained. The TiO2 phase junction exhibits enhanced photocatalytic degradation performance of organic dyes due to the effective separation of carriers and abundant active sites. This study provides a new and feasible way for controllable fabrication of high performance anatase phase TiO2 based photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic devices.
