Bu çalışmada, yerli bor (B2O3) hammaddesi kullanılarak katı-hal reaksiyonu ile molce %1 B+3 katkılı 0,94(Bi0,5Na0,5)TiO3-0,06BaTiO3 (BNT-6BT) seramikler üretilmiştir. Kalsinasyon sonrası faz oluşumu X-ışını kırınımı (XRD) ile belirlenen tozlardan hidrolik pres (ön şekillendirme) ve soğuk izostatik presleme (CIP) ile disk şeklinde numuneler hazırlamıştır. Numuneler bağlayıcı giderme işleminin ardından 1100, 1150 ve 1200°C sıcaklıklarda 12 saat süreyle hava ortamında sinterlenmiştir. Yapı ve özelliklerin karakterizasyonundan önce numunelerin yoğunluk ölçümleri Arşimet yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile mikroyapı incelemesi ve elektriksel ölçümler için numuneler altın (Au) kaplanmıştır. Bu çalışmada üretilen numunelerin dielektrik (εr, tanδ), piezoelektrik (d33) ve ferroelektrik (P-E histeresiz döngüsü) özellik ölçümlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar literatürde yer alan katkısız ve ticari B2O3 katkılı BNT-6BT seramikler üzerine yapılmış olan çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçlar yerli borun piezoelektrik malzemelerin üretiminde özellikleri geliştirici katkı olarak kullanılabilirliğini göstermektedir., In this study, 1 mol% B3+ doped 0.94(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3-0.06BaTiO3 (BNT-6BT) ceramics were synthesized by using domestic boron (B2O3) raw material via solid-state reaction. Disc shaped samples were prepared by hydraulic pressing (pre-shaping) and cold isostatic pressing (CIP) after determining the phase formation by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) following a calcination process. Samples were sintered at 1100, 1150 and 1200°C temperatures for 12 hours in air atmosphere after binder burn out process. Prior to structure and property characterization, density measurements of samples were performed by the Archimedes method. Samples were coated with gold (Au) for microstructure investigation via scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrical measurements. Dielectric (εr, tanδ), piezoelectric (d33) and ferroelectric (P-E hysteresis loop) properties of all domestic boron doped samples prepared in this study were measured and the results were compared with the studies on undoped and commercial B2O3 doped BNT-6BT ceramics in the literature. Overall, the results show that the domestic boron can be used as a property improving dopant in the synthesis of piezoelectric materials.
