ObjectiveTo determine the drug sensitivity and molecular typing characteristics of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from meat and diarrhea samples in a local area.MethodsSeventy-one strains of K.pneumoniae were isolated from 118 meat food （chicken and pork） randomly sampled in the markets in Jinshan District， Shanghai， 2020‒2021， and 1 499 diarrhea samples from outpatient diarrhoea patients in hospitals in the same district. Then drug susceptibility testing was conducted by micro-broth dilution method， and sequence identity was determined by pulsed field gel electrophoresis（PFGE）.ResultsThe overall detection rate of K.pneumoniae in meat was 11.86% （14/118）， with detection rate 20.93% （9/43） in chicken and 6.67% （5/75） in pork. ObjectiveTo understand the current drug resistance status and bacterial multilocus sequence typing （MLST） of human and avian Campylobacter jejuni in Jinshan District， Shanghai.MethodsFecal samples were collected from diarrhea patients in the annuity mountainous area from 2021 to 2022， and poultry and related samples were collected from 2 poultry farms in the Jinshan area for detection of C. jejuni. Minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） drug sensitivity test was performed on the detected C. jejuni， and some strains were selected for whole genome sequencing and MLST analysis.ResultsA total of 823 samples of diarrhea disease were collected， and 32 strains of C. jejuni were detected， with a detection rate of 3.89%. Out of 600 poultry related samples， 62 strains of C. jejuni were detected， with a detection rate of 10.33%. Human multidrug resistance reached 93.75% （30/32）， while avian multidrug resistance reached 100.00%（62/62）. The top four drug resistance rates of human and avian C. jejuni were azithromycin （100.00% from humans and 100.00% from birds）， naphthoic acid （93.75% from humans and 87.10% from birds）， ciprofloxacin （90.63% from humans and 98.39% from birds）， and tetracycline （84.38% from humans and 98.39% from birds）. The relatively low resistance strains of human derived C. were erythromycin， chloramphenicol， and thalithromycin. The relatively low resistance strains of avian C. jejuni were erythromycin， clindamycin， and flufenicol. MLST analysis showed that the selected 16 strains of bacteria were divided into 9 ST types， among which the evolutionary relationship of avian C. jejuni was relatively concentrated， while human C. jejuni was relatively dispersed. It was found that one strain of avian C. jejuni was closely related to two strains of human C. jejuni.ConclusionsC. jejuni infection is severe in patients with diarrhea in this region， with a detection rate second only to salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. C. jejuni infection in poultry is relatively common， and both are highly resistant. Therefore， monitoring and control should be strengthened. MLST analysis shows new ST types in both avian and human sources of C. jejuni， indicating the emergence of new mutations that require continuous monitoring to avoid the epidemics caused by new strains. The isolated strains with close genetic relationships between avian and human sources reveal the evidence of the spread of C. jejuni from poultry to humans. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of C. jejuni in relevant samples from breeding farms.

Achieving continuous tunability, high efficiency, and outstanding thermal stability of near‐infrared (NIR) phosphors remains challenging for optoelectronic device fields. To address this issue, a strategy is proposed based on the substitution of both cations and anions in the intermediate spinel structure, which successfully achieved fine‐tuning of NIR emission of Mg1+yGa2‐yO4‐yFy:Fe3+ phosphors with prominent optical characteristics. The NIR emission contains new luminescent centers with random O/F coordination and is successfully constructed. This co‐substitution promotes further inversion of the cationic sites and induces atomic disorder, changing the crystal coordination environment and making Fe3+ breakthrough the Laporte selection rule, enabling fine‐tuning of Fe3+ emissions in the range of 707–740 nm and broadening of the full width at half maximum by 30 nm. Moreover, the Mg1.15Ga1.85O3.85F0.15:Fe3+ phosphor reached a high quantum yield of 71.6% and presented excellent thermal stability with an emission intensity retention of 81% at 493 K. The emission of the fabricated NIR phosphor‐converted light‐emitting diodes also matched well with the photosensitive pigment Pfr, demonstrating its feasibility for plant growth lighting applications. The International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) is a cutting-edge project that aims to develop a sustainable energy source by harnessing the power of nuclear fusion. One of the key challenges in the development of the ITER is the complex electrical grid that is required to support its operations. To address this challenge, a digital twin (DT) of the Central Solenoid (CS) Converter Power Supply grid has to be developed, and real-time simulation strategies have been proposed to monitor and study the performance of the ITER grid. Real-time simulation strategies allow for continuous feedback on the performance of the grid, enabling the quick identification and resolution of issues. However, it is not always possible to perform real-time simulation easily in a real-time simulator; therefore, specific strategies have to be implemented in the DT. This paper focuses on decoupling lines and explicit partitioning as solutions to allow the real-time simulation of the CS Converter Power Supply grid with two converter units (CUs), as required by the ITER Organization (IO). As will be shown later in this article, the proposed approach is progressive and applicable to a more complex grid with multiple CUs. The results concerning the proposed strategies will be analyzed and discussed in terms of real-time performance.

Non-contact temperature measurement is gaining widespread attention for its broad temperature range, rapid response, and minimal thermal inertia. However, the spectral peak position modulation, the sensitivity, and reliable promotion remain crucial challenges. Herein, a novel Sr2GdGa0.4Al0.6O5:Bi3+,Sm3+ phosphor with excellent luminescence performance for optical thermometry was developed based on a cation-substitution strategy. By introducing various Al3+ ions, the emission peak of Bi3+ ions could be controlled and shifted from 472 to 461 nm. Besides, the emission positions of the Bi3+ ions and the co-doped Sm3+ ions exhibited a distinct separation, enabling effective signal differentiation for temperature detection. Additionally, an impressive 52% energy transfer from Bi3+ to Sm3+ was realized in the Sr2GdGa0.4Al0.6O5:Bi3+,Sm3+ phosphor. Moreover, owing to the variant external electronic configuration, Bi3+ and Sm3+ ions displayed diverse sensitivity to the temperature with a faster dropping rate with Bi3+ ions compared to that for Sm3+. According to the thermal quenching responses of Bi3+ and Sm3+ ions between 303 K and 563 K, a temperature-detection performance was achieved based on the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR), where Bi3+ ions were used as detection signals and Sm3+ ions as reference signals. The achieved maximum absolute sensitivity (Sa) and relative sensitivity (Sr) were 0.028 K−1 (@543 K) and 1.222% K−1 (@484 K), respectively, surpassing most current optical thermometric materials. Furthermore, the thermochromic features presented by the designed phosphors enabled a qualitative assessment of the ambient temperature. The acquired spectral adjustability and high sensitivity based on the cation-substitution strategy described in the present study can provide an effective pathway for the development of excellent optical thermometry materials.
