Abstract

The beacon signals from a geostationary satellite were observed using three-element very long baseline interferometry (VLBI), and the phase fluctuations along the baselines between three sites were obtained. The atmospheric phase fluctuations at each observation site were derived from the baseline phase fluctuation data. The fluctuations were classified into three time-interval regions based on the dependence of the Allan standard deviation of the fluctuations on the time interval. In the region where the interval was less than a few seconds and in the one where it was greater than one hundred seconds, the curve of the Allan standard deviation was steep and showed the property of white phase noise. In the region between these two regions, the dependence of the Allan standard deviation on the time interval was weak. The magnitude of the Allan standard deviations for the three observation sites showed time variations in the region where the time interval was longer than a few seconds. Comparison with the weather conditions suggested that the time variations of the Allan standard deviation reflected atmospheric instability above the sites. 11. 低地球軌道環境におけるFEP 劣化に対する窒素分子寄与の可能性

Abstract

第9回宇宙環境シンポジウム (2012年11月5日-6日. 東京都市大学・世田谷キャンパス), 東京, 9th Spacecraft Enivironment Symposium (November 5-6, 2012, Setagaya Campus, Tokyo City University), Tokyo Japan, Possibility of N2-induced erosion of fluoropolymer was discussed based on the ground-based experiment and flight data. Multiple composition beams with velocity of 8 km/s were formed with Ar+O2 target gas by the laser detonation source. The energy and composition of the beam, thus formed, were analyzed by time-of-flight measurements with a quadrupole mass spectrometer. It was found that atoms in different masses, O-atom and Ar, are accelerated to similar velocities, i.e., different translational energies (4.5 eV O- atom and 9 eV Ar). This is suitable for simulating sub-low Earth orbit neutral gas environment. Erosion yields of fluoropolymer by O-atom and by Ar were evaluated individually. It was found that the erosion yields of fluoropolymer by 9 eV Ar in the ground-based experiment and those by 9 eV N2 in LEO measured by MISSE-2 showed good agreement. In contrast, erosion yield of fluoropolymer by 5 eV O-atom in the ground-based experiment and that in the orbit were not consistent. Abstract

Wildlife suddenly decreases now around an urban region. Therefore， maintenance and the reconstruction of the growth place are necessary. We perform biotope creation of the natural crowd expectation type that we left to a natural transition process from 2004. Various actions are performed so far，and the traffic of various creatures is confirmed. Here，a student or the child of various private groups and vocational schools hope for a visit as well as a study in the this school and help the environmental activity of the neighbor. In addition，I perform the study to store endangered halophyte Shibana.

Abstract

The Japanese aging becomes serious year by year. Japan became the aging society in 1970 and became the aged society in 1994，and it was it with super aged society in 2007. The Japanese aging rate arrives at it by 23.1 % neighbor，very short time in 2010. Speed of the aging becomes fast，and a seniorcitizen and the handicapped person include Japan in comparison with the many foreign countries， and the security of the living environment which anyone can live for comfortably in peace becomes a problem. Of the making example of the welfare map which used GIS for socially vulnerable here suggest it.
