With the improvement of living standards and the acceleration of the pace of modern life, people pay more and more attention to health. All kinds of ball games are deeply loved by people. Most people like to go to all kinds of equipment halls for all kinds of sports. However, at present, there are few types of service machines, and there is still a lot of room for development. With the development of ball games, small simple serve machine, as important equipment for modern entertainment and sports, has research projects in various countries and occupies a large market share. The purpose of this study is to synthesize the existing pitching mechanism, summarize and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various pitching mechanisms from a large number of documents and patents, and solve some problems with the existing pitching machine. This paper summarizes various patents and the latest research progress on ball-pitching machines. From the mechanical structure of the pitching machine to the functions it can realize, the advantages and disadvantages of the serving machine are analyzed. By summarizing the characteristics of a large number of pitching mechanisms, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the pitching machine and looks forward to the research and design of the pitching machine. Combined with relevant mechanical technology, this paper refers to the patents related to various ball automatic mechanical pitching devices and draws valuable conclusions through the summary and comparison of these patents.

Fe3+-TiO2-CTAB nanostructured films were prepared by self-assembly technique, using surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The properties of the samples were examined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Vis spectrophotometry, respectively. The crystalline phase of the sample calcined at 450°C is mostly anatase-TiO2 (A) accompanied by a small amount of rutile-TiO2 (R). No significant characteristic peaks of iron oxide were detected in the XRD patterns, it suggested that Fe3+ ions incorporated into the TiO2 skeleton and composed the mesoporous structures with TiO2 uniformly. Fe3+-TiO2-CTAB nanofilms exhibited higher photocatalytic activity under the effect Fe3+ of and CTAB.

Pure TiO2, Nd3+doped TiO2 and Nd 3+-CTAB co-doped TiO2 nanometer thin films were prepared by the sol-gel technique with tetrabutyl titanate and neodymium nitrate as raw materials and surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Visible absorbance spectroscopy (UV-Vis). The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. The results show that the all samples calcined at 500oC are all anatase, and there are slight red shifts of the Nd3+doped TiO2 and Nd3+-CTAB co-doped TiO2 films compared with pure TiO2 films and the red shift of Nd 3+-CTAB co-doped TiO2 is more obvious than that of Nd 3+ doped TiO2, which is beneficial to improve the photocatalytic efficiency. The1.0% Nd3+-CTAB co-doped TiO2 nanometer film calcined at 500°C had excellent photocatalytic efficiencies and the degradation rate of the film is more than 90% after 120 min.

CTAB-templated large pore silica nano-composite films were prepared by means of a two-step acid-catalyzed and solgel process using tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as the precursor, Surfactant cetyltrimethy- ammonium bromide (CTAB) as an organic template to generate the uniformity pore structure and 1,3,5-trimethyl benzene (TMB) as organic swelling agent. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). We found that the TMB/CTAB mol ratio must be controlled well for producing large pore materials.
