This paper presents a novel method for fabricating three-dimensional (3D) microstructures of cobalt–platinum (Co-Pt) permanent magnets using a localized electrochemical deposition (LECD) technique. The method involves the use of an electrolyte and a micro-nozzle to control the deposition process. However, traditional methods face significant challenges in controlling the thickness and uniformity of deposition layers, particularly in the manufacturing of magnetic materials. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a method that integrates machine learning algorithms to optimize the electrochemical deposition parameters, achieving a Co:Pt atomic ratio of 50:50. This optimized ratio is crucial for enhancing the material’s magnetic properties. The Co-Pt microstructures fabricated exhibit high coercivity and remanence magnetization comparable to those of bulk Co-Pt magnets. Our machine learning framework provides a robust approach for optimizing complex material synthesis processes, enhancing control over deposition conditions, and achieving superior material properties. This method opens up new possibilities for the fabrication of 3D microstructures with complex shapes and structures, which could be useful in a variety of applications, including micro-electromechanical systems (MEMSs), micro-robots, and data storage devices.

Engineering vehicles play a vital role in supporting construction projects. However, due to their substantial size, heavy tonnage, and significant blind spots while in motion, they present a potential threat to road maintenance, pedestrian safety, and the well-being of other vehicles. Hence, monitoring engineering vehicles holds considerable importance. This paper introduces an engineering vehicle detection model based on improved YOLOv6. First, a Swin Transformer is employed for feature extraction, capturing comprehensive image features to improve the detection capability of incomplete objects. Subsequently, the SimMIM self-supervised training paradigm is implemented to address challenges related to insufficient data and high labeling costs. Experimental results demonstrate the model’s superior performance, with a mAP50:95 value of 88.5% and mAP50 value of 95.9% on the dataset of four types of engineering vehicles, surpassing existing mainstream models and proving its effectiveness in engineering vehicle detection.

Time series classification (TSC) task is one of the most significant topics in data mining. Among all methods for this issue, the deep-learning-based shows superior performance for its good adaption to raw series data and automatic extraction of features. However, rare eyes are kept on composing ensembles of these superior individual classifiers to achieve further breakthroughs. The existing deep learning ensembles NNE did a heavy work of combining 60 individuals but did not maximize the deserving improvement, since it merely pays attention to the diversity of individuals but ignores their accuracy. In this paper, we propose to construct an ensemble of Full Convolutional Neural Networks (FCN) by Random Subspace Method (RSM), named RSM-FCN. FCN is a simple but outstanding individual classifier and RSM is suitable for high dimensional data such as time series, but there are few instances. Thus, the combination of these strengths, RSM-FCN provides a highly cost-effective approach to yield promising results. Experiments on the UCR dataset demonstrate the effectiveness and reasonability of the proposed method.
