Introduction The prevalence of chronic conditions is increasing. Given that the majority of chronic patients are managed by primary healthcare providers, there is a need to integrate primary care with public health to address the prevailing situation and enhance patient outcomes. The purpose of this study is to establish, implement and evaluate an integrated primary care and public health model in China for patients with chronic conditions.Methods This prospective, multicentre and observational study will be conducted at 12 township hospitals on patients (n=7200) diagnosed with chronic conditions (hypertensive, diabetic or stroke). Participants were divided into two groups: pilot areas and mainstream areas follow-up groups. The primary outcome will be the difference in the proportion of controlled chronic conditions among the two groups. Secondary outcomes will be the differences in mean change in diastolic and systolic blood pressures, fasting glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride, death from any cause and participant-reported physical and psychological health status.Ethics and dissemination Ethics approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. We plan to publish the results of this study in a peer-reviewed journal article.

Crowdsourced testing is the application of crowdsourcing in software testing.It performs testing in a distributed and collaborative way,which has received widespread attention.However,the open crowdsourced testing environment and centralized storage mode put the intellectual property at risk of leakage and being manipulated.In order to realize the privacy protection and trusted storage of crowdsourced testing intellectual property,this paper proposes corresponding protection methods for different intellectual property.For the test tasks and the tested codes,AES and the improved CP-ABE algorithm are used for fine-grained data access control.By outsourcing complex encryption operations to the trusted third party,the proposed algorithm reduces the computing cost of requester.Meanwhile,it also supports the dynamic attribute revocation and meets the forward and backward security.In addition,using blockchain and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS),a distributed trusted storage and consistency right confirmation method of large-scale intellectual property data is realized.It protects intellectual property data from tampering and helps to solve intellectual property disputes.Finally,the performance test and comparative evaluation verify that the encryption and decryption efficiency of this method is improved compared with previous methods,and the blockchain has a high perfor-mance.Security analysis shows that the scheme meets the security requirements.

BACKGROUND Fag t 3 is a major allergenic protein in tartary buckwheat. The Maillard reaction commonly occurs in food processing, but few studies have been conducted on the influence of thermal processing on the allergenic potential of buckwheat allergen. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of autologous plant polysaccharides on the immunoreactivity of buckwheat Fag t 3 ( 11S globulin) following the Maillard reaction. RESULTS Fag t 3 and crude polysaccharides were prepared from tartary buckwheat ( Fagopyrum tataricum) flour. After heating, the polysaccharides were covalently linked to Fag t 3 via a Maillard reaction, and the IgE/ IgG-binding properties of Fag t 3 decreased dramatically, with significant changes also being observed in the electrophoretic mobility, secondary structure and solubility of the glycated Fag t 3. The great influence of glycation on IgE/ IgG binding to Fag t 3 was correlated with a significant change in the structure and epitopes of the allergenic protein. These data indicated that conjugation of polysaccharides to Fag t 3 markedly reduced the allergen's immunoreactivity. CONCLUSION Glycation that occurs via the Maillard reaction during the processing of buckwheat food may be an efficient method to reduce Fag t 3 allergenicity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, a microfluidic chip-based valveless flow injection analysis (FIA) system with gravity-driven flows and liquid-core waveguide (LCW) spectrometric detection was developed. Automated sample injection in the 0.3–6.4 nL range under gated injection mode was achieved by controlling the vertical position of the waste reservoir fixed on a moving platform and the residence time of the reservoir in each position, without the requirement of microvalves or electrokinetic manipulation. An integrated LCW spectrometric detection system was built on the chip by coupling a 20 mm-long Teflon AF 2400 capillary with the microchannel to function as a LCW flow cell, using a green LED as light source and a photodiode as detector. The performance of the system was demonstrated in the determination of [NO2]2−based on the Saltzman reaction. Linear absorbance response was obtained in the range of 0.1–20 mg L−1(R2= 0.9910), and a good reproducibility of 0.34% RSD (n= 17) was achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
