Objective When turnouts are laid on slope, the longitudinal force increase on the track due to the cyclic braking of trains will cause uneven rail creeping phenomena， resulting in a more complex stress and deformation pattern for the turnout, and even affecting its normal service. Therefore, it is necessary to study the characteristics of stress and deformation of large-slope turnout rails under cyclic braking loads. Method Tests on fastener longitudinal resistance under CLA (cycling loads action) are conducted, and a non-linear finite element model of the No.9 turnout is established to analyze the turnout rail creeping pattern under CLA. Result & Conclusion The fastener system exhibits resistance degradation under CLA. The maximum creep of the turnout rail occurs after the first train braking. Under CLA, the cumulative increase in rail creeping gradually stabilizes with the increasing number of CLA. The presence of slope will significantly increase rail creeping amount under CLA. The train loading form has minimal influence on turnout rail creeping under cycling braking loads action.

By confining light into a deep subwavelength scale to match the characteristic dimension of quantum emitters, plasmonic nanocavities can effectively imprint the light emission with unique properties in terms of intensity, directionality, as well as polarization. In this vein, achiral quantum emitters can generate chiral photons through coupling with plasmonic nanocavities with either intrinsic or extrinsic chirality. As an important metric for the chiral-photon purity, the degree of circular polarization (DCP) is usually tuned by various scattered factors such as the nanocavity design, the emitter type, and the coupling strategy. The physical mechanisms of the chiral photon generation, especially when plasmons and emitters step into the strong coupling regime, are less explored. In this paper, we extended the coupled-oscillator and Jaynes–Cummings models to their chiral fashion to account for the above factors within a single theoretical framework and investigated the chiroptical properties of a plasmonic nanocavity-emitter hybrid system from weak to strong coupling. It was demonstrated that both the circular differential scattering and prominent scattering DCP rely on the intrinsic chirality generated by breaking the mirror symmetry with the emitter, and is thereby tunable by the coupling strength. However, the luminescence DCP (as high as 87 %) is closely related to the extrinsic chirality of the bare nanocavity and independent of the coupling strength. The results thus reveal two different physical mechanisms of generating chiral photons in scattering and luminescence. Our findings provide a theoretical guideline for designing chiral photon devices and contribute to the understanding of chiral plasmon-emitter interaction.

To improve heat dissipation performance of panel-type radiator for transformer, this study investigated the flow and heat transfer characteristics of semi-detached inclined trapezoidal wing vortex generator (SDITW) in a closed channel on the air-side of the radiator. The SDITW was compared with the inclined delta wing (IDW) and inclined trapezoidal wing (ITW) channels. The effects of SDITW relative separation height (e 1/e 2), longitudinal pitch (p l), blockage ratio (e/(0.5H)), and inclination angle (α) were analyzed. First, compared with the IDW and ITW channels, the SDITW channel generates stable corner vortices and produces weaker transverse vortices and lower flow resistance due to the semi-detached structure of the wing. For Re = 5,125–15,375, the overall heat transfer performance (performance evaluation criteria; PEC) of the SDITW channel increases by 0.5–8.9 and 1.7–4.9% as compared with IDW and ITW channels, respectively. Furthermore, for the same e/(0.5H) and α, both the Nusselt number ratio and friction factor ratio of SDITW channel increase as e 1/e 2 and p l decrease. For p l = 70 mm, the SDITW channel exhibits a relatively better overall heat transfer performance. For the same e 1/e 2 and p l, the PEC of SDITW channel is maximum and the overall heat transfer performance is best when e/(0.5H) = 0.3 at Re = 10,250 and α = 30°–60°.

BackgroundDiabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is a severe complication that occurs in patients with diabetes and is a primary factor that necessitates amputation. Therefore, the occurrence and progression of DFU must be predicted at an early stage to improve patient prognosis and outcomes. In this regard, emerging evidence suggests that inflammation-related markers play a significant role in DFU. One such potential marker, the monocyte-lymphocyte ratio (MLR), has not been extensively studied in relation to DFU. This study aimed to define a connection between MLR and DFU.MethodsA cross-sectional study was conducted using National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data from 1999 to 2004. DFU was defined based on survey questionnaires assessing the presence of nonhealing ulcers in the lower extremities for more than 4 weeks in diabetes patients. The MLR was calculated as the ratio of the monocyte count to the lymphocyte count, which was directly obtained from laboratory data files. Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the relationship between the MLR and DFU. Stratified analysis according to age, sex, body mass index, blood glucose, hemoglobin, and glycated hemoglobin categories was conducted, and multiple imputations were applied to missing data.ResultsIn total, 1246 participants were included; the prevalence of DFU was 9.4% (117/1246). A multivariable regression model revealed a significant association between DFU and a 0.1 unit increase in MLR after adjusting for all covariates (adjusted odds ratio=1.16, 95% confidence interval: 1.02-1.33). Subgroup analyses revealed consistent findings regarding the impact of MLR on the presence of DFU (p > 0.05).ConclusionMLR is significantly associated with DFU in diabetes patients, and can be used as one of the indicators for predicting the occurrence of DFU. MLR assessment may be a valuable component in the follow-up of patients with diabetes.

In the context of new power systems， the diverse distributed power sources and user-side behavior have introduced instability in bus loads， thus presenting a fresh challenge for short-term load forecasting. In response to this challenge， a noise reduction forecasting method for bus load based on sequence decomposition is proposed. The construction and decomposition rules of the variational mode decomposition （VMD） are applied to the sequence decomposition of bus load. The residual terms following the sequence decomposition are smoothed using locally weighted regression （LWR） to forecast the noise reduction of bus load. Based on the measured active power data of bus load in an area， a recurrent neural network （RNN） is constructed to forecast the bus load after noise reduction. The results indicate that this method effectively eliminates the noise of the bus load sequence， and the sequence tends to be smooth while retaining the characteristics of the original bus load sequence. Moreover， it yields excellent forecasting curves and accurate forecasting results.

We herein demonstrate a novel green mediated silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Pistacia atlantica bark aqueous extract for the treatment of gastric cancer under in vitro conditions. Physicochemical and structural features of the nanocomposite biomaterial were assessed by several techniques like UV-Vis spectrum, transmission electron spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy. The Ag NPs showed high antioxidant activities against 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). The IC50 of Ag NPs and Butylated hydroxytoluene against DPPH were 132 and 77 µg/mL, respectively. In the oncological part of this research, the status of normal and gastric cancer AGS and KATO III cell lines was determined. The IC50 of AgNPs was 193 and 250 µg/mL against AGS and KATO III. It seems that the prepared NP have stopped the growth of gastric cancer cells and the recent cancer cells have been removed with high concentration of NPs.

The development of overhead lines has met the electricity demand of the rapidly developing society. However, the large-scale installation of overhead lines and the natural environmental differences in different regions increase the complexity of the real-time management of the lines. To improve the efficiency of line management, this article constructs a theoretical and simplified electromagnetic field model of 500 kV three-phase overhead lines and studies the method of monitoring the current-sag state of the lines based on analyzing the distribution of magnetic field intensity under the three-phase overhead lines. Moreover, the placement of the tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor array was analyzed, and the current and sag reconstruction algorithm of the line was further proposed. The calculation results show that the simplified magnetic field model is accurate in most areas under the overhead line. The comparison of condition number and sensor position sensitivity value on sensor placement evaluation shows that the sensor position sensitivity value is more comprehensive, and it is recommended to use dual-axis TMR magnetic sensors. The relative error of the line sag calculated by the proposed TMR sensor array and algorithm is less than 3% and 4% for balanced and unbalanced three-phase line currents, respectively.

The gas flow distribution inside a blast furnace affects its smelting. Laser surface detection technology can control the gas flow distribution and promote the stable and smooth running of blast furnace by observing and adjusting the surface condition in the blast furnace in real-time. The laser surface inspection technology in blast furnace gas flow control and optimization was introduced, with Masteel 4,000 m3 blast furnace as an example. The results showed that the 30 W high-power laser had good penetration performance and could obtain clear scanning images of the material surface. In the process of strengthening smelting, the laser detection system determined that the central airflow of blast furnace was insufficient, resulting in a decrease in furnace condition stability, and promptly took measures to adjust the angle of the mineral coke fabric equipment and lifting line. After adjusting the material line, the central airflow was properly suppressed and stabilized, the angle of edge platform increased, the airflow developed properly, and two suitable gas flows were formed, which finally stabilized the furnace condition. Meanwhile, the small duct airflow other than the central airflow was found in time through the laser detection system, which provided conditions for operators to take measures to effectively eliminate the duct airflow, thereby avoiding big impacts on the blast furnace operation and technical and economic indexes. Therefore, the laser surface detection technology could effectively judge the gas flow distribution in the furnace, which contributed to timely adjustment of process parameters and optimization of blast furnace operation.

Media literacy education plays a vital role in college students’ ideological and political education in the new media era. The development and popularization of new media technology and the widespread use of the Internet and social media have significantly changed the way of acquiring, processing and disseminating information, and put forward new challenges and requirements for college students’ ideological and political education. In this context, an in-depth exploration of the effective way to integrate media literacy into college students’ ideological and political education can help enhance their media critical abilities and promote their overall development. This paper uses the three-dimensional media literacy curriculum model (visual culture, text analysis and individual competence) to design teaching strategies for integrating media literacy into civic and political education. Through a questionnaire survey of 2,000 college students and teachers, students’ media literacy scores increased from an average of 3.1159 to 3.4159 after applying the teaching strategy, with the most noticeable improvement in media awareness and comprehension, and Analysis and critical thinking. The study demonstrated a significant improvement in the ability of college students to analyze and evaluate online information by incorporating media literacy. Strengthening media literacy education, primarily through integrating the three-dimensional media literacy model of visual culture, text analysis and individual competence, can effectively enhance the media literacy of college students and provide necessary support for their healthy growth in the information society.

In this article, we consider a nonlocal problem with a strong singular term and a general weight function. By using Ekeland’s variational principle, we prove a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a positive solution. Moreover, a method of algebraic analysis is used to deal with the multiplicity of solutions. Compared with the existing literature, our problems and results are novel.

UAVs （unmanned aerial vehicles） are now involved in intelligent transmission line inspection. Given the complex image backgrounds captured by UAVs and poor line inspection accuracy and low detection speed of UAVs， the paper proposes a power line inspection algorithm based on an improved SegNet model. Firstly， residual modules and asymmetric convolutions are introduced into the encoder to reduce the computational burden on the network. Secondly， the network layers of the decoding layer are reduced， and the features of the encoder and decoder are fused to improve inspection accuracy. Finally， the improved SegNet algorithm is used to train the power line dataset. The accuracy and mean intersection over union reach up to 89.4% and 86.62% respectively， and the single detection time is 46 ms. The experimental results show that the algorithm based on the improved SegNet model can achieve high-precision and real-time power line detection.

Objective： To establish a rapid qualitative and quantitative method for the adulteration of Camellia seed oil. Methods： The electronic nose technology combined with chemometrics was used to screen the difference variables based on one-way ANOVA. The qualitative model for identification of adulteration types of camellia seed oil was established through principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA). A quantitative model for identifying the types and degrees of camellia seed oil adulteration was established using orthogonal partial least squares (OPLS). Results： The R2 of the model was over 0.98, the RMSEE was lower than 0.005, and the RMSECV was lower than 0.01, which had the high performance indicators. Through external verification, the qualitative identification rate of DA model for camellia seed oil samples of different adulteration types was as high as 100%, and OPLS model had good accuracy. Conclusion： The electronic nose technology combined with chemometrics could realize the rapid and nondestructive identification of camellia seed oil adulteration.

Aiming at the problems of high temperature and high humidity in coal mining facing, this paper studies the heat distribution law of coal mining facing, compares and analyzes the enthalpy difference method and Sigma thermal difference method to calculate the air supply volume. Based on this, mechanical cooling scheme is scientifically formulated, and the cooling effect is verified by numerical simulation method. The results show that: the air supply calculated by Sigma heat is more accurate than that by traditional enthalpy difference method, and the air supply is 22.4 kg/s, that is, 1 041.6 m3/min. It can be seen from the simulation results that the RWK350 air cooler can achieve effective cooling below the Coal Mine Safety Regulations at both the common 10 m and 15 m air duct outlet locations, thus achieving effective cooling of the driving roadway.

Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is an aggressive and lethal malignant neoplasm with extremely poor prognoses. Accumulating evidence has indicated that preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma (PRAME) is correlated with several kinds of cancers. However, there is little direct evidence to substantiate the biological function of PRAME in LSCC. The purpose of the current study is to explore the oncogenic role of PRAME in LSCC. PRAME expression was analyzed in 57 pairs of LSCC tumor tissue samples through quantitative real-time PCR, and the correlation between PRAME and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The result indicated that PRAME was overexpressed in the LSCC patients and correlated with the TNM staging and lymphatic metastasis. The biological functions and molecular mechanism of PRAME in LSCC progression were investigated through in vitro and in vivo assays. Functional studies confirmed that PRAME facilitated the proliferation, invasion, migration, and epithelial–mesenchymal transition of LSCC cells, and PRAME also promoted tumor growth in vivo. HDAC5 was identified as an upstream regulator that can affect the expression of PRAME. Moreover, PRAME played the role at least partially by activating PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways. The above findings elucidate that PRAME may be a valuable oncogene target, contributing to the diagnosis and therapy of LSCC.

Abstract The doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) with virtual inertia control and reactive damping control gives a renewable energy generation system inertia and damping characteristics similar to those of a thermal power plant, and the parameters of the control strategy have a direct impact on the small-signal stability of the system. This paper firstly introduces the operating characteristics and control strategies of DFIG-based damping control and virtual inertia control, establishes a small-signal model of the control-based DFIG integrated interconnected system, and investigates the effects of virtual inertia and reactive damping values on the small-signal stability of the system; then, the maximum damping ratio of the interval oscillation mode in small disturbance analysis is taken as the optimization objective, and the control parameters are the optimization variables. An optimization method of inertia and damping parameters is established for improving the small disturbance stability of the system. The results show that the optimization procedure could improve the damping ratio of the interval oscillation mode while ensuring the system frequency. The effects of virtual inertia and reactive damping values on the small signal stability of the system are investigated, and an optimal allocation model and method for virtual inertia used to improve the small disturbance stability of the system is proposed.

In the study of TAVR, 3-dimensional (3D) printed aortic root models and pulsatile simulators were used for simulation training and teaching before procedures. The study was carried out in the following three parts: (1) experts were selected and equally divided into the 3D-printed simulation group and the non-3D-printed simulation group to conduct four times of TAVR, respectively; (2) another 10 experts and 10 young proceduralists were selected to accomplish three times of TAVR simulations; (3) overall, all the doctors were organized to complete a specific questionnaire, to evaluate the training and teaching effect of 3D printed simulations. For the 3D-printed simulation group, six proceduralists had a less crossing-valve time (8.3 ± 2.1 min vs 11.8 ± 2.7 min, P < 0.001) and total operation time (102.7 ± 15.3 min vs 137.7 ± 15.4 min, P < 0.001). At present, the mixing oil will be produced in the sequential transportation of various refined oil inescapable. The mixing oil is not qualified product which is needed to be dealt with. The Volume of mixing oil is less the better. How to reduce the volume of mixing oil in the transportation of product oil is the key to reduce the cost and improve pipeline efficiency. This paper discusses the cause and mechanism of mixed oil in refined products and the characteristics of mixed oil in mountain pipelines. Then, it is providing a calculation method of mixed oil quantity, and a detecting method of mixed oil section, and a treatment method after receiving mixed oil.

At present, the key links of coal mine gas control management still need manual supervision. The gas control measures can not achieve 'reliable quality' and 'process traceability'. The backward gas control management mode results in overlapping functions, poor process and low degree of data sharing. In view of the above problems, based on workflow technology, from the perspective of global management, the dynamic workflow construction method of coal mine gas control is studied. Firstly, the workflow, constraint conditions and implementation process of gas control in the minging face and coal uncovering working face are analyzed. The links of gas control flow is divided into two types: test and measure. It is specifically divided into five types of work, including approval of technical documents and reports, drilling construction, sampling, gas parameter measurement, and gas extraction and parameter detection. Secondly, the method reconstructs the last four types of work and further divides the work into 25 basic work units. The method uses Petri Nets to combine basic work units to establish different cross-departmental gas control complex business workflow. Based on the gas control workflow chart, a representation method for the implementation progress of gas control in the working face is established. The method uses the strategy of combining initiative and automation to assign task of the workflow. The method uses description files to dynamically generate and configure workflow networks to meet the requirements of dynamic workflow modeling for gas control. Finally, based on the Flowable workflow engine, the dynamic workflow function of gas control is developed and applied. The results show that the construction of dynamic workflow can make the gas control business process. It is conducive to improving the efficiency of gas control collaborative execution, realizing the rapid flow, tracking and sharing of data. It is conducive to monitoring the overall operation and optimization of gas control work, improving the decision-making capability of coal mine gas control, and innovating the management mode of coal mine gas control.

ObjectiveTo understand the occurrence of postpartum depression among puerperae in six communities in Xuhui District， Shanghai， and to analyze the related influencing factors of postpartum depression， so as to provide evidence for corresponding intervention measures.MethodsA total of 476 puerperae who gave birth from August 1， 2021 to February 28， 2022 in 6 communities in Xuhui District were selected as the survey subjects. They filled out a general situation questionnaire， Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale （EPDS） and a questionnaire on related influencing factors. Univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was conducted on the related influencing factors of postpartum depression.ResultsAccording to the EPDS score， 72 of the 476 puerperae in Xuhui District developed postpartum depression， and the incidence of postpartum depression was 15.13%. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that maternal introversion （OR=2.845， 95%CI：1.033‒7.842）， artificial feeding （OR=11.448，95%CI：2.438‒53.767）， postpartum insomnia （OR=2.559， 95%CI：1.244‒5.262）， lack of postpartum parenting experience （OR=2.324，95%CI：1.121‒4.820）， and family members caring about the gender of the child （OR=4.415， 95%CI：1.500‒12.994） were independent risk factors of postpartum depression， while the spouse being an only child （OR=0.434， 95%CI：0.224‒0.840） was a protective factor for postpartum depression.ConclusionPostpartum depression in Xuhui District is affected by many factors. Screening and intervention of high-risk groups should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.

The role of the calcifying nanoparticles (CNPs) in the calcification process of the outer cyst wall in hepatic cystic echinococcosis (HCE) remains unknown. CNPs were isolated from the tissues of the patients with HCE. Western blotting, alkaline phosphatase staining, and alizarin staining were performed to detect the cellular calcium ion deposition induced by the CNPs. CCK-8 and flow cytometry assays were conducted to determine the effect of CNPs on the apoptosis of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Western blot experiments were performed to examine the expression levels of apoptosis-related factors and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway constituents. Treatment with CNPs induced the differentiation of MSCs. Calcium-related proteins, including OPN, BMP-2, and RUNX2, were upregulated after the CNP treatment. Similarly, CNP exposure increased the cellular calcium ion deposition in MSCs. In addition, the expression of Bax and Caspase-8 was elevated by the CNPs in MSCs. Treatment with CNPs promoted MSC apoptosis and inhibited the MSC growth. The TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway was also activated after the CNP treatment. This study indicated that CNPs may play a critical role in initiating calcification of the outer cyst wall of HCE and promote the decay of echinococcosis, providing a new strategy for the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.

Mitochondrial DNA (mt-DNA) is an important carrier of extranuclear genetic information. Recent research results show that mt-DNA is closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of various malignant tumors, and can be used for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of cancer. Therefore, further research on the mechanism of mt-DNA in digestive system malignant tumors has important clinical significance for screening and identifying tumor molecular markers for anti-tumor drug targets, cancer diagnosis and prognosis analysis. This article reviews the research progress on the potential relationship, clinical application and therapeutic targets of mt-DNA and digestive system malignancies.

Objective To evaluate the significance of sequential therapy concept in the treatment of humeral lateral condyle fracture combined with elbow dislocation in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 16 children with humeral lateral condyle fracture combined with elbow dislocation who were treated in our hospital under the concept of sequential therapy from January 2010 to December 2020. The conditions of different Jakob classification before and after reduction were observed, the lateral condylar prominence index (LCPI) and the distal humeral intercondylar width (IEW) before and after surgery were measured, and the excellent and good rate of Flynn's elbow score and complications were assessed. Results All cases were followed up for an average of 27.5 (12~37) months. There was no significant difference in Jakob typesⅠandⅡbefore and after reduction, while in Jakob type Ⅲ, statistical difference was observed (P < 0.05). In addition, the pre- and post-operative LCPI and IEW had no significant difference. At the last follow-up, according to Flynn's elbow scale, 9 cases attained excellent therapeutic efficacy, 6 good, and 1 fair, with an excellent and good rate of 93.8%. Conclusion The treatment plan based on the concept of sequential therapy has a proved therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with humeral lateral condyle fracture combined with elbow dislocation, especially for fracture of Jakob type Ⅲ, which is worth clinical promotion.

The establishment of nature reserves is an important measure to protect rare wild animals and plants and their habitats. This plays a positive role in alleviating the ill effects of change in land use and protecting ecological diversity. Since the establishment of the first nature reserve in China, there has been notable development in the construction and infrastructure industry. Owing to this development, understanding whether nature reserves can effectively achieve the purpose of protection has gradually become a hot topic. An in-depth understanding of the evolution of land use types in nature reserves and their adjacent areas can evaluate the effectiveness of the construction of nature reserves, provide decision support for land resource planning, and help maintaining the balance of the ecosystem and sustainable development. Understanding the spatio-temporal evolution pattern of land use is important to create and preserve ecological security in protected areas. In this research, we studied the land use dynamics in Guangxi Golden Camellia national nature reserve and its adjacent two-kilometer buffer zone. Land use information was extracted from seven Landsat TM/OLI images from 1986, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, 2014, and 2019. The spatio-temporal dynamics of land use over the past 35 years were studied using decision tree analysis and a transition matrix. The results showed that the land use in the reserve is mainly dominated by forestland, and the adjacent areas of the reserve is mainly dominated by forestland and arable land. Although the proportion of construction land is small, it has increased annually over the past 35 years. It was observed from the studies that the dynamic degree of construction land was always relatively high in the non-core region of the reserve and the adjacent areas, whereas the dynamic degrees of other land types fluctuated more gently, and the integrated land use dynamic degree of the adjacent areas was less. The core area changed more drastically, the change in the trend of the comprehensive land use dynamic degree in the adjacent areas and the non-core area was similar. After the establishment of the reserve, human disturbance was reduced in this region, and the land-use pattern became more stable. Furthermore, the conversion of land use types in the adjacent areas was frequent, of which the transfer and exchange between cultivated land and forest land was the most drastic, the conversion of land use in the non-core region was less. This shows that the establishment and management of the reserve effectively protects the local ecological environment. Additionally, the studies showed that the migration of the land use center of gravity had a certain direction. The center of gravity of all land use types in the non-core area of the reserve generally migrated to the northeast, and the center of gravity of construction land and cultivated land in the adjacent area of the reserve generally migrated to the west, indicating that the expansion of the original construction land had a strong influence on land use dynamics. The management of the reserve has achieved relatively remarkable effects and the ecological environment inside the reserve has been improved, but the slow increase of land for internal construction and resources exploitation still have a negative impact on the habitat quality of the reserve. This study provides data to support the dynamic monitoring of land use and further improvement of protection and restoration measures in subtropical natural reserves.

ObjectiveTo explore the impact of primiparas’ intention to have a second child on their delivery mode.MethodsDuring March 1st， 2019 and November 30th， 2020， the enrolled pregnant women were investigated by questionnaires at two points， first trimester pregnancy registration and post-natal visit at maternal and child healthcare community centers of Xuhui District. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the association of willingness of a second birth and their mode of delivery.Results2 000 questionnaires were distributed and 1 664 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The overall cesarean delivery rate in nulliparous women was 40.08% （667/1 664）， with 8.95% （149/1 664） of non-medical indication cesarean delivery. Multiple Logistic regression analysis of overall delivery rate showed that age， willingness to have more children in the future， plan of vaginal delivery at first questionnaire， and complications during pregnancy were associated with overall cesarean delivery rate， and women without the willingness to have more children in the future were more likely to undergo cesarean delivery （OR=1.350， 95%CI： 1.052-1.732）. Age， whether to have a second child in the future， plan of vaginal delivery at first questionnaire， and complications during pregnancy were all factors associated with increased risks of non-medical indicated cesarean delivery， while women with no plan of a second child in the future had nearly 2 times of risk of non-medical indicated cesarean delivery （OR=1.909， 95%CI： 1.117-3.262）.ConclusionThe mode of delivery is affected by many factors， among which willingness to have more children in the future is an important factor associated with increased risks of overall cesarean delivery and non-medical indicated cesarean delivery.

In order to solve the problem of seasonal pit water surplus and water shortage in Baorixile Open-pit Mine and realize the reasonable storage and utilization of water resources in the mine area, based on the study of geological, hydrogeological and structural conditions of the mine area, the water quality characteristics of the mine and the treatment of typical pollution components were studied. The results show that Baorixile Mining Area was located in the complete Chenqi Coalfield hydrogeological unit, it was a wavy high plain landform, and the Quaternary floor was higher than the regional groundwater level, which belongs to the permeable and non-water bearing stratum; the hydraulic connection between the aquifers of the Cretaceous Damoguaihe Formation was not obvious, and the coal seam was the main water bearing medium. Controlled by the geological structure and paleogeographic environment, the east, south and north sides of Baorixile Mining Area are water separation boundaries, and the west was recharge boundary, forming a relatively closed syncline water storage structure. The east side of the first mining area is an anticline axis, and a NNW normal fault (F15) is developed. Due to the interlacing of aquifers, a natural dam with good water resisting performance (dam width > 200 m) is formed between the first mining area and the second mining area. The construction of underground reservoir in the west side of the first mining area can not only ensure the safety of dump and mining pit in the second mining area, but also realize the effective water storage in the west side of the first mining area, and the water storage capacity can be increased 119.0 × 104 m3. There is a great seasonal difference in water use in the mining area. The surplus of mine water in winter and spring is 72×104 to 81×104 m3. The turbidity of Baorixile Mine water can be reduced to the limit of water quality standard by coagulation and precipitation pretreatment and surface soil strengthening treatment, which can realize the quantity and quality safety of underground storage of mine water. The effective protection and sustainable utilization of mine water in Baorixile Mining Area are realized by determining safe underground water storage location and developing scientific and reasonable pretreatment process.

The mortality rate of cardiovascular disease ranks first in the world. Its pathogenesis involves not only internal factors such as immunity, inflammation, metabolic disorders, and self-development but also external factors such as the environment. In the last decade, the emergence of single-cell technology has greatly promoted the development of disease research. Among them, the more mature single-cell RNA sequencing can carry out high-throughput analysis of single cells while studying with single-cell resolution. This technology enables people to characterize the heterogeneity of single cells, identify rare cell types in heart and blood vessels, and construct human heart cell map. With the data analysis of bioinformatics experts, it can also reconstruct the development track of the heart, to construct a map of heart development. Single-cell sequencing plays an important role in analyzing the human physiological structure and disease progression due to its advantages of single-cell resolution. The possibility of combining other omics technologies is proposed by summarizing the existing application examples and advanced technologies like spatial transcriptome. In this review, we summarize the current single-cell sequencing technologies (plate-based and droplet-based) and describe the data analysis process. The latest findings in cardiovascular disease using single-cell RNA sequencing technology are described. Finally, we discussed the shortcomings of single-cell RNA sequencing technology. At the same time, the possibility of the combination of single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial omics technology, and how to apply it to the study of cardiovascular diseases is discussed.

The study takes the high RS (resistant starch) rice and common rice as raw materials to produce instant rice products, so as to study the effects of high RS rice content in instant rice products on their texture features, flavor scores and GI. By analyzing the texture features and differential scanning calorimeter of instant rice products, the effects of high RS rice content in instant rice products on returning raw with different storage time are also studied. The results show higher proportion of high RS rice in products increase the hardness, viscosity, chewiness of instant rice products, as well as the amylose and resistant starch.However, the flavor evaluation and GI decreases. In addition, as the storage time increases, the higher the amount of high-RS rice added, the higher the hardness, relative crystallinity, and enthalpy of recovery of the instant rice products. This paper hopes to provide theoretical support for the development of instant rice products and deep processing of rice.

ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of a wild mushroom poisoning event in Qinhuangdao City, identify the species of poisonous mushroom, summarize the experience of investigation and treatment, and put forward prevention and control measures, and provide reference for the treatment and prevention of wild mushroom poisoning patients.MethodsThe poisoning events were analyzed by using the method of epidemiological investigation, morphological identification and mushroom toxin detection.ResultsFour villagers in Qinhuangdao city had nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, sweating and shivering after eating wild mushrooms. Patients were treated with vomiting, gastric lavage, atropine and other symptomatic treatment in the hospital, and the prognosis of the patients was good. After morphological identification and toxin detection, it was determined that food poisoning caused by mushroom of inocybe.ConclusionThis is the first reported poisoning event caused by mushroom of inocybe in Hebei Province. The reason of poisoning was misguided by the Internet and poor self-awareness of food safety. Therefore, publicity and education should be strengthened, enhancing the awareness to prevent the poisoning of wild mushroom.

Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer/nylon 6 (EVOH/PA6) composites were prepared by a melt blending method. The processing rheological properties of EVOH/PA6 composites were studied by advanced capillary rheometer and rotational rheometer. The relationship between viscosity and shear rate ($\mathop \gamma \limits^.$) of EVOH/PA6 composites were fitted by power law model, and the relationship between viscosity and temperature of composites were described by Arrhenius equation. The results show that the EVOH/PA6 composites are pseudoplastic fluid. Apparent viscosity (ηa) and non Newtonian constant (n) of EVOH/PA6 composites are all enhanced with the increasing contents of EVOH. In the angular frequency (ω) scan range, the storage modulus (G'), loss modulus (G″), and complex viscosity |η*| of EVOH/PA6 composites are enhanced by the addition of EVOH. Han curve, cole-cole curve and scanning electron microscope (SEM) study show that EVOH and PA6 have good compatibility. Furthermore, EVOH/PA6 composite forms a microphase separation structure when containing 15% (mass fraction) EVOH.
