In order to study the effects of common ionic components in wastewater on the catalytic performance and salt resistance of the Fe-Bi@γ-Al2O3 catalyst, hydroquinone was selected as the target organic pollutant. Five factors, namely cation species, anion species, total hardness, total alkalinity, and TDS were studied to investigate the effects of different ionic components on the degradation of hydroquinone by the Fe-Bi@γ-Al2O3 catalyst. K+ and Na+ had basically no effect on the COD removal rate, and the COD removal rates were 81.43% and 83.81%, respectively, with no significant change from the COD removal rate from raw water (85.24%), Cu2+ and Al3+ had some inhibitory effect on the COD removal rate, and the COD removal rate was 68.57% and 70.00%, respectively. While, the presence of Fe3+, Cl−, Br− and SiO32− had a significant inhibitory effect on the COD removal rate, and the COD removal rate was 61.90%, 51.90%, 55.71% and 60.48%. The concentration of Ca2+ was 50 mg/L and Mg2+ was 200 mg/L, the COD removal rate was 57.62% and 60.48%, respectively due to water hardness. The alkalinity had an inhibitory effect on the treatment effect of simulated waste water, when the OH concentration was 1500 mg/L, the COD removal rate was 49.05%. The higher the TDS concentration, the more obvious was the inhibitory effect on the COD removal rate, and the COD removal rate was 41.43% when the TDS was 50,000 mg/L. The intermediates and possible degradation mechanisms after catalytic ozone oxidation of hydroquinone-simulated wastewater by Fe-Bi@γ-Al2O3 were investigated by UV spectroscopy scanning, 3D fluorescence spectroscopy scanning, and GC–MS scanning. The Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge is China's first long-span cable-stayed road-rail bridge. The bridge structure is complex and monitoring is difficult. Combined with the structural characteristics of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge, new CP III repair methods are continuously tried, and after long-term track alignment deformation monitoring practice, CP III remeasurement and track alignment measurement methods suitable for long-span highway-railway bridges are obtained. The research shows that: CP II measurement adopts fourth-grade conductors for monitoring, which meets the corresponding accuracy index; CP III plane measurement is still conducted by free station method with two pairs of stable CP II points at both ends of the long-span bridge for highway and railway as the starting points for calculation. A pair of datum points are added on the piers of the main tower, and the two are used together as the starting points for CP III plane measurement. Because the bridge is affected by temperature, wind, load and other factors at all times, the CP III elevation measurement adopts the precision leveling method. According to the analysis of the effective detection bands for the three chord lengths of 10 m, 30 m and 60 m, the misjudgment rate of 5 mm deviation of 10 m and 30 m strings is 0; the misjudgment rate of 5 mm deviation of 60 m string is less than 8%, and the misjudgment rate of 8mm deviation is less than 1%. According to the comprehensive comparative analysis of the error rate of effective detection band deviation and the implementation efficiency of the measurement trolley, it can be seen that the single-point constraint measurement method based on the inertial navigation trolley is more suitable for the alignment measurement of the long-span bridge track for both road and rail during the operation period. Introduction: Our study was conducted to prove that miR-509-5p improved the proliferative and invasive abilities of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) cells through inhibiting SFRP1 expression.Material and Methods: QRT-PCR was conducted in order to detect the miR-509-5p expression levels in PTC and normal tissues. The miR-509-5p and SFRP1 mRNA expression levels in PTC cell lines K1, TPC-1, BCPAP and the human normal thyroid cell line HT-ori3 were also detected by qRT-PCR. The transfection was performed using Lipofectamine and lentiviral vectors. Pgcsil-008 was used as the SFRP1 gene vector. Western blot and dual luciferase reporter gene assay were conducted to investigate miR-509-5p's direct regulation on SFRP1. MTT, clone formation, and Transwell assays were adopted to investigate the biological behaviors of PTC cells. TCF/LEF luciferase assays were used to prove that miR-509-5p influenced the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by regulating SFRP1.Results: MiR-509-5p was overexpressed in PTC cells and tissues in which SFRP1 was down-regulated. MiR-509-5p bound to the 3'-UTR of SFRP1 and therefore partially weakened the proliferative, migrating and invasive activities of PTC cells. MiR-509-5p promoted activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway through down-regulating SFRP1.Conclusions: MiR-509-5p improved the proliferative, migrating and invasive abilities of PTC cells through inhibiting SFRP1 expression.
