This study is dedicated to the development of a new type of cesium tungsten bronze energy-saving laminated glass and explores its application in insulating glass combinations, offering innovative ideas and practical solutions for advancing energy-saving glass technology. Experimental results show that both CsxWO3 (CWO) dispersions exhibit good visible light transmittance and near-infrared shielding properties, with CWO1 demonstrating superior shielding in the 650–950 nm range, attributed to differences in shape and size distribution and verified by simulations using the Drude–Lorentz model and the finite element method. The traditional method for calculating the time-varying mesh stiffness (TVMS) of cracked gears usually assumes that the root crack is solely located within the gear tooth. Accurate calculation becomes a challenge when the crack propagates into the gear body. In this paper, an improved model for calculating the TVMS of spur gears with crack propagation into the gear body is proposed based on a combined analytical finite element-potential energy method, and the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by the finite element method. A 5-degree-of-freedom (5-DOF) dynamic model with speed fluctuation is developed, taking into account the coupling shaft-bearing stiffness as the support stiffness. Subsequently, a dynamic simulation of a gear system with a gear body crack is conducted. The results indicate that the proposed analytical model can provide relatively accurate mesh stiffness for crack propagation into the gear body. The TVMS decreases as the crack length increases, the decrease in mesh stiffness becomes more significant when considering the influence of the crack on the gear body stiffness. The dynamic response obtained from the proposed dynamic model shows more pronounced pulse characteristics compared to the model that does not consider the influence of shaft stiffness. The low speed and heavy load conditions restrain the speed fluctuation of the gear system. The residual signal is more effective for identifying fault signals than the original signal. This study primarily investigates the effect of fly ash (FA) content on the mechanical properties and hydration performance of alkali-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag cement (AAGC) and compares the related properties with ordinary Portland cement (OPC). Additionally, we examined the hydration products; performed thermal analysis, MIP, and SEM; and determined chemically bound water and pH values of AAGC. The compressive strength of AAGC showed a retrogression phenomenon from 3 to 28 days, with the 14-day and 28-day compressive strengths of AAGC being higher than those of OPC. The AAGC with 20% FA content exhibited the highest 28-day compressive strength (75 MPa). The hydration heat release rate curve of OPC and AAGC was divided into the initial induction period, induction period, acceleration period, deceleration period, and steady period. As FA content increased, the 28-day pore volume of AAGC increased, while pH values and chemically bound water decreased. SEM images of AAGC with low FA content showed more microcracks. Nanocrystalline cesium tungsten bronze (CsxWO3) exhibits high transparency and near-infrared blocking effect caused by localized surface plasmon resonance and small-polaron absorption, making it a promising transparent heat insulation material. CsxWO3 has certain application in energy-saving coated glass for building, but its application in laminated glass, another widely used building glass, has rarely been studied. The research on laminated glass mainly focuses on safety, but it also has high energy-saving potential, and the research in this area is relatively backward. Compared with the glass coating whose thickness limits the application of thermal insulation materials, the interlayer of laminated glass can introduce both infrared shielding materials and low thermal conductivity materials by virtue of its larger thickness, so as to achieve better thermal insulation effect. Herein, a new type of thermal insulation laminated glass was proposed. For this purpose, two types of thermal insulation nanomaterials, nanocrystalline CsxWO3 and SiO2 aerogel, were incorporated into polyvinyl butyral (PVB) to prepare PVB/CsxWO3/ SiO2-aerogel composite for the preparation of laminated glass. The materials containing CsxWO3 exhibited high visible light transmittance (75%) and NIR shielding rate (77%). In addition, when appropriate content of SiO2 aerogel was added, the thermal insulation was further improved with minimal change in the transmittance spectrum. The PVB/CsxWO3/SiO2-aerogel achieved both good visible light transmittance and excellent thermal insulation performance, making it a composite material for laminated glass in line with contemporary green energy-saving concepts. The newly discovered Yongshan gold deposit in Leping City, Jiangxi Province is located in the southeastern Shanmen-Yongshan Au polymetallic metallogenic prospect area, belonging to the northern part of eastern Qinzhou-Hangzhou Metallogenic Belt. According to field geological survey and indoor comprehensive research, the ore-controlling characteristics of Yongshan gold deposit in Leping City were studied with the discussion of the relationship between the NE-NEE-trending ductile shear zone across the mine from west to east and gold mineralization. This paper summarized ore-forming factors and analyzed its ore-searching prospects based on the characteristics of soil geochemical anomalies. The results show that the Yongshan gold deposit occurs in the Neoproterozoic shallow metamorphic rock strata with obvious ductile deformation, the NE-trending ductile shear zone is the main ore-controlling and ore-guiding structure, and the upper member of Fengshuling Formation is the ore-bearing wall rock. The Yongshan gold deposit is determined as ductile shear tectonic-altered rock type and its NE-trending ductile shear zone has a good ore-searching prospects. The discovery of this gold occurrence provides a new thought to the gold searching in the northern part of eastern Qinhang Metallogenic Belt, expanding the prospecting space in this area. This article examines the precarious work experiences and coping tactics of entertainers in China's tourism performing arts (TPAs), who are also tourism labour migrants (TLMs). Focusing on a particular ethnic group, Wa entertainers (WEs), this article aims to highlight how TLMs sustain their careers and fight for decent work. Qualitive methods were applied to investigate entertainers in a neglected sector of the tourism industry. The findings show that entertainers face two main aspects of precarity: labour relations and job attributes. Inspired by the precarious TPA work, WEs develop micro-tactics to resist, namely, they have suitable geographical mobility choices and actively participate in skilling and learning. Thus, WEs become more capacitated to switch smoothly between different jobs to sustain a broader career in tourism-oriented sectors. This article offers critical insights into the capability development of tourism practitioners. It reflects on a vernacular, grassroots redefinition of sustainability with respect to decent work, in which a stable or predictable career pathway may not be the ultimate purpose for grassroots TLMs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The drive torque for each motor can be performed independently for the distributed drive electric wheel loader (DDEWL). On the shovelling condition, the torque distribution can be optimised according to the tire load. Then the parasitic power and wheel slippage can be reduced, and the tractive force and efficiency are improved. In this study, the singular value decomposition unscented Kalman filter is adopted to estimate the shovelling load. Based on the estimated shovelling load, the vertical tire force is calculated. The tire load rate is used to build the optimisation objective. The drive antiskid is set as the boundary condition. And a modified particle swarm optimisation is applied as the optimisation algorithm. A wheel loader is utilised for the testing data acquisition. Based on the acquired testing data, the comparative study about the optimisation and un-control strategies is operated. The results show that the slippage occurs less in the optimisation strategy, and the tractive force and efficiency are higher than the un-control strategy. In this study, the feasibility of the shovel load estimator is verified. The advantages of the optimisation strategy of distributed drive electric wheel loaders in shovelling process are analysed.
