Objective: This study investigated the role and mechanisms of 1.25(OH)2D3 in proliferative glomerulonephritis and its effect on the regulation of mesangial cells. Methods: Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control (CG), nephritis (NG), nephritis + 1.25(OH)2D3(NVG), and nephritis + 1.25(OH)2D3+ rapamycin (NVRG) (n = 15 per group). Three rats from each group were sacrificed on days 1, 3, 7, 14, and 21 after intervention. Urine samples were collected over 24 hours on day 0 to measure urinary protein excretion. Renal tissue samples were stained with HE and PAS to evaluate the extent of renal injury, while immunohistochemistry was employed to quantify PCNA and mTOR expression in the renal tissues. Results: Compared to the NG, mesangial cell proliferation in the renal tissues was significantly reduced in the NVG and NVRG at all time points (all p<0.05). PCNA expressionwas significantly higher in the NG compared to the CG (p < 0.05) and significantly lower in the NVG and NVRG (p < 0.05). mTOR expression was also significantly increased in the NG compared to the CG, with a significant reduction observed in the NVG and NVRG compared to the NG. Conclusion: Our findings demonstrate that 1.25(OH)2D3significantly inhibits the proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells in rats. Additionally, mTOR protein is involved in the regulation of glomerular mesangial cells by 1.25(OH)2D3. Northeast China, located at the convergence of North China plate, Siberian plate and Western Pacific plate, is an important area for studying the composite orogeny and mineralization of North China Craton, Paleo-Asian Ocean tectonic domain and Paleo-Pacific tectonic domain, and also one of the key regions of strategic mineral resources prospecting due to its superior metallogenic geological conditions. Since 2011, China has continuously strengthened the basic geological survey and research work in Northeast China, carrying out a series of 1:50 000 regional geological and mineral surveys, metallogenic background and comprehensive studies in the main metallogenic belt, basin-mountain junction belt and resources base in the area, to ensure the sustainable development of resources and energy and solve major basic geological problems. Lots of basic and original geological achievements have been made, which have successively filled the blank of large-scale geological surveys in Northeast China. Relying on the Regional Geology of Northeast China project, the study systematically sorts out the new data and results obtained from the basic geological survey projects since 2011, and summarizes the main basic geological research and achievements in Northeast China. On this basis, the tectonic units of North China Craton and Xing'an-Mongolian orogenic belt are further decomposed, which have restored the tectonic evolution history of the Paleo-Asian Ocean, Okhotsk Ocean and Paleo-Pacific Ocean, and completed the tectonic framework of Northeast China. With the discussion of the tectonic constraints on regional mineralization, the results will provide basic geological support for the new round of prospecting breakthrough strategic action. Gegentai-Xiaoheishan area in Molidawa Qi of Inner Mongolia is located in the East Ujimqin Qi-Nenjiang Cu-Mo-Pb-Zn-W-Sn-Cr metallogenic belt in the northern-central Daxinganling Mountains. Based on the comparative analysis of metallogenic geological setting of regional typical deposits in the study area and ore-controlling conditions, it is concluded that Gegentai-Xiaoheishan area has the metallogenic potential of hydrothermal Au-Cu-Mo deposits, shear zone-type Au deposits and porphyry Cu-Mo deposits. Through the statistical method of information element extraction of favorable ore-controlling conditions and factor assignment, the prospecting target areas for gold, copper and molybdenum deposits in the area are predicted, which provides reference for the regional geological survey and prospecting in the future. Cyclodextrin microspheres (CDMS) was synthesized by 4,4'-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate and β-cyclodextrin, and applied to prepare the cyclodextrin microspheres modified epoxy resin(CDEP). The microscopic morphology and dispersibility of CDMS in epoxy resin were characterized. Crosslinking density and dielectric properties of CDMS modified epoxy resin were investigated.The T300 carbon fiber fabric/modified epoxy composite was prepared. The X-ray penetration properties of the composite were investigated and X-ray penetration mechanism was proposed. The results show that the dispersibility of spherical CDMS in epoxy resin is good and its average diameter is about (11.5±2) μm. As mass fraction of CDMS is increased from 0% to 5%, the crosslink density of epoxy resin is reduced from 2.50×10-2 mol·cm-3 to 2.35×10-2 mol·cm-3 and dielectric constant is decreased from 4.10 to 3.43. X-ray penetration of composites is increased from 94.97% to 96.82% at 30 kV tube voltage. The number of collisions of X-rays inside the composite is reduced by the cavity structure of the microspheres, which effectively improves the X-ray penetration performance of composites.

With the development of society, the improvement of living standards and the advancement of research methods, olfactory function has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, higher requirements for the forensic identification of olfactory function have also been put forward. Standardization construction of forensic medical examination and identification of olfactory dysfunction is urgently needed. Based on a comprehensive review of olfactory function and forensic assessment of olfactory dysfunction, this paper elaborates on problems related to the principles and timing of forensic assessment of olfactory dysfunction, the requirements of identification of traumatic olfactory dysfunction, the subjective and objective methods of examination of olfactory function. Strict control of the above issues is an important mean of standardization of forensic assessment of olfactory dysfunction.

Myocardial infarction (MI) in mice results in cardiac rupture at 4-7 days after MI, whereas cardiac fibrosis and dysfunction occur later. N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline (Ac-SDKP) has anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and pro-angiogenic properties. We hypothesized that Ac-SDKP reduces cardiac rupture and adverse cardiac remodeling, and improves function by promoting angiogenesis and inhibiting detrimental reactive fibrosis and inflammation after MI. C57BL/6J mice were subjected to MI and treated with Ac-SDKP (1.6 mg/kg per day) for 1 or 5 weeks. We analyzed (1) intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression; (2) inflammatory cell infiltration and angiogenesis; (3) gelatinolytic activity; (4) incidence of cardiac rupture; (5) p53, the endoplasmic reticulum stress marker CCAAT/enhancer binding protein homology protein (CHOP), and cardiomyocyte apoptosis; (6) sarcoplasmic reticulum [Ca.sup.2+] ATPase (SERCA2) expression; (7) interstitial collagen fraction and capillary density; and (8) cardiac remodeling and function. Acutely, Ac-SDKP reduced cardiac rupture, decreased ICAM-1 expression and the number of infiltrating macrophages, decreased gelatinolytic activity, p53 expression, and myocyte apoptosis, but increased capillary density in the infarction border. Chronically, Ac-SDKP improved cardiac structures and function, reduced CHOP expression and interstitial collagen fraction, and preserved myocardium SERCA2 expression. Thus, Ac-SDKP decreased cardiac rupture, ameliorated adverse cardiac remodeling, and improved cardiac function after MI, likely through preserved SERCA2 expression and inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress. La N-acetyl-seryl-aspartyl-lysyl-proline (Ac-SDKP) dispose de proprietes antiinflammatoires, anti-fibrotiques et angiogeniques. Nous avons formule l'hypothese selon laquelle l'Ac-SDKP permet de reduire la frequence des ruptures, d'attenuer le remodelage nefaste et d'ameliorer le fonctionnement du creur en favorisant l'angiogenese et en inhibant la fibrose et l'inflammation nuisibles en reaction a l'IM. Nous avons cree un IM chez des souris C57BL/6J auxquelles nous avons ensuite administre de l'Ac-SDKP (1,6 mg/kg par jour) pendant 1 ou 5 semaines. Nous avons etudie les phenomenes suivants : (1) expression de la molecule 1 d'adherence intercellulaire (ICAM-1); (2) infiltration de cellules inflammatoires et angiogenese; (3) activite gelatinolytique; (4) frequence des ruptures cardiaques; (5) p53, proteine CHOP (pour <>) comme marqueur du stress impose au reticulum endoplasmique et apoptose des cardiomyocytes; (6) expression de la pompe [Ca.sup.2+] ATPase dans le reticulum sarcoplasmique (SERCA2); (7) fraction de collagene et densite des capillaires interstitiels; et (8) fonctionnement et remodelage du creur. A court terme, l'Ac-SDKP permettait de reduire la frequence des ruptures cardiaques, de diminuer l'expression de l'ICAM-1 et le nombre de macrophages infiltres, de diminuer l'activite gelatinolytique et l'expression de p53, ainsi que d'attenuer l'apoptose des myocytes, mais le produit permettait d'augmenter la densite des capillaires en bordure de l'infarctus. A long terme, l'Ac-SDKP permettait d'ameliorer le fonctionnement du creur et ses structures, de diminuer l'expression de la proteine CHOP et la fraction de collagene interstitiel, ainsi que de preserver l'expression de la SERCA2 dans le myocarde. Par consequent, l'Ac-SDKP permettait de reduire la frequence des ruptures cardiaques, d'attenuer le remodelage cardiaque nefaste, ainsi que d'ameliorer le fonctionnement du creur apres un IM, probablement par l'intermediaire de la preservation de l'expression de la SERCA2 et de l'inhibition du stress impose au reticulum endoplasmique. Objective To analyze the cases of medical disputes involving prenatal examination from a point of view of forensic expertise, and to discuss the risk of medical disputes and the preventive measures. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 49 forensic expertise cases of medical disputes in prenatal examination which were identified in Academy of Forensic Science and Shanghai Di’an Forensic Science Limited Company from 2010 to 2017. Results In recent years, the number of medical disputes involving prenatal examination showed an increasing trend year by year. The common causes of medical disputes were: uninformed or insufficiently informed disclosure （20 cases）; the propaganda and application of three-dimensional, four-dimensional ultrasound were not standardized （14 cases）; ultrasound examination and serological screening process were not standardized （12 cases）; no antenatal counseling （2 cases）, etc. Conclusion In order to minimize the occurrence of such medical disputes, hospitals or related associations should avoid the risk of prenatal examination through the standardization of management and operation.

Objective To study the case characteristics of forensic medical identification of traumatic tympanic membrane perforations, and to discuss the key points of forensic medical identification and evaluations methods for tympanic membrane perforations. Methods Twenty-four cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforations accepted by the Academy of Forensic Science during 2017 were retrospectively analysed.
