The use of hole transporting material (HTM) remains indispensable for efficient charge extraction in perovskite solar cells. In this work, a series of small-molecule HTMs are designed by introducing fluorine atoms into the central part of 2,2′-bithiophene core. The effect of fluorination on the photophysical, electrochemical, and hole transport properties is systematically explored using Quantum chemistry calculation. The Calculated results reveal that all the highest occupied molecular orbitals (HOMOs) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals (LUMOs) of the studied molecules are well matched with the energy band structure of perovskite. Three fluorine substituted hole-transporting materials possess lower reorganisation energy than the reference molecule BT-MTP. The higher mobility and matched energy levels of predicted HTMs are beneficial for improving the performance of PSCs. All the designed HTMs display higher hole mobility than those of the BT-MTP. Especially, molecule DFBT-p-MTP exhibits better optical properties and stability, indicating that fluorination is an effective strategy to improve the performance of the device in real application. This work provides an avenue for designing low-cost small molecule HTMs for high-performance perovskite solar cells. Recently, phosphorylation has been applied to peptides to enhance their physiological activity, taking advantage of its modification benefits and the extensive study of functional peptides. In this study, water-soluble peptides (WSPs) of sea cucumber ovum were phosphorylated in order to improve the latter's calcium binding capacity and calcium absorption. Enzymatic hydrolysis methods were screened via ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV–Vis), the fluorescence spectrum, and calcium chelating ability. Phosphorylated water-soluble peptides (P-WSPs) were characterized via high-performance liquid chromatography, the circular dichroism spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV–Vis spectroscopy, surface hydrophobicity, and fluorescence spectroscopy. The phosphorus content, calcium chelation rate and absorption rate were investigated. The results demonstrated that phosphorylation enhanced the calcium chelating capacity of WSPs, with the highest capacity reaching 0.96 mmol/L. Phosphate ions caused esterification events, and the carboxyl, amino, and phosphate groups of WSPs and P-WSPs interacted with calcium ions to form these bonds. Calcium-chelated phosphorylated water-soluble peptides (P-WSPs-Ca) demonstrated outstanding stability (calcium retention rates > 80%) in gastrointestinal processes. Full waveform inversion (FWI) is recognized as a leading data-fitting methodology, leveraging the detailed information contained in physical waveform data to construct accurate, high-resolution velocity models essential for crosshole surveys. Despite its effectiveness, FWI is often challenged by its sensitivity to data quality and inherent nonlinearity, which can lead to instability and the inadvertent incorporation of noise and extraneous data into inversion models. To address these challenges, we introduce the scale-aware edge-preserving FWI (SAEP-FWI) technique, which integrates a cutting-edge nonlinear anisotropic hybrid diffusion (NAHD) filter within the gradient computation process. This innovative filter effectively reduces noise while simultaneously enhancing critical small-scale structures and edges, significantly improving the fidelity and convergence of the FWI inversion results. The application of SAEP-FWI across a variety of experimental and authentic crosshole datasets clearly demonstrates its effectiveness in suppressing noise and preserving key scale-aware and edge-delineating features, ultimately leading to clear inversion outcomes. Comparative analyses with other FWI methods highlight the performance of our technique, showcasing its ability to produce images of notably higher quality. Interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) are pacemaker cells in the intestine, and their function can be compromised by loss of C-KIT expression. Macrophage activation has been identified in intestine affected by Hirschsprung disease-associated enterocolitis (HAEC). In this study, we examined proinflammatory macrophage activation and explored the mechanisms by which it downregulates C-KIT expression in ICCs in colon affected by HAEC. We found that macrophage activation and TNF-[alpha] production were dramatically increased in the proximal dilated colon of HAEC patients and 3-week-old [Ednrb.sup.-/-] mice. Moreover, ICCs lost their [C-KIT.sup.+] phenotype in the dilated colon, resulting in damaged pacemaker function and intestinal dysmotility. However, macrophage depletion or TNF-[alpha] neutralization led to recovery of ICC phenotype and restored their pacemaker function. In isolated ICCs, TNF-[alpha]-mediated phosphorylation of p65 induced overexpression of microRNA-221 (miR-221), resulting in suppression of C-KIT expression and pacemaker currents. We also identified a TNF-[alpha]/NF-[kappa]B/miR-221 pathway that downregulated C-KIT expression in ICCs in the colon affected by HAEC.
