The paper set up the inter-evolving SD model of in-cluster competition and tech-innovation and imitate the dynamic change of cluster innovation under different competitive levels. The result shows that appropriate degree of competition will improve the efficiency of cluster performance, however, over or under competition would lead to a low efficiency. In the end, the paper analyze the rationality of the SD model through the the empirical analysis

Abstract

Quality supervision decision problem in Internet transaction is studied under different information backgrounds. Quality decision models are set up with regards to quality intermediary as principal and online seller as agent. Focus that is on the study of decision problem has been turned into optimal control problem under asymmetric information. Maximum principle is used to get the solution to quality supervision of quality intermediary, and the results under different information backgrounds are analyzed and compared.
