The article offers information on Cololejeunea, which is distributed from lowland to montane forest and occurs mostly on living leaves as epiphylls in Tibet. Topics discussed include habitat and distribution of Cololejeunea, its morphology and physiology, resembleance of the species with C. schwabei Herzog, a species distributed in China, Japan, and Taiwan.
